This week Josh Munro and Josiah Pitchforth are here to talk about the 1981 thriller from Brian De Palma, Blow Out. Starring John Travolta, Nancy Allen, and featuring Dennis Franz and John Lithgow. Jack Terry (Travolta) is a sound guy for low budget horror movies, and when he is out one night collection sounds to use, he witnesses a car veer off the road and in to a river. After rescuing Sally (Allen) from the water, he realizes his microphone picked up another sound just before the tire blew out. So is this a bit of a hidden gem, or should this one be skipped in the Brian De Palma list? Let's find out...
