HR is flooded with exactly the same resumes.Everyone knows something is up, but what exactly is happening?A new Stanford University study just came out describing what we are experiencing. It's called algorithmic monoculture.The more everyone optimizes for the filter, the more everyone looks identical. And the more identical everyone looks, the worse the filter actually works.But the bigger point: The resume is almost becoming a commodity, but what is the alternative?In this episode, I talk about it.
