Hey Caregiver!

Caregiving is one of those things that we don't sign up for. But, when God calls you to it, He will bring you through it.  Not only will He bring you through it, He oftentimes turns your pain into purpose.  This is what He did for today's guest Lesley Miller.  After many years of caring for her father (brother, grandmother and aunt) she now works tirelessly to give back to her community as both the Owner and Director of Operations at A Helper's Heart Home Care (a non-medical home care agency serving seniors). Lesley, a quintessential caregiver, is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner with over eighteen years of experience in caregiving and elder advocacy. Lesley lives by her agency’s Motto- Matthew 20:28 - Not to be served, but to serve.
