Dr. Wilder has an impressive history of education and training under her belt, including her extensive knowledge of cardiovascular conditions. During an internship with a nationally recognized naturopathic cardiologist, she helped many patients reduce medication safely, eliminate the need for invasive surgeries or procedures, and reverse heart disease and arrhythmias naturally.

With this experience and education, she now specializes in preventive cardiology that allows for early detection and treatment of cardiovascular conditions such as coronary artery disease and hypertension.

Throughout her practice, Dr. Wilder has also developed a passion for treating hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, and adrenal fatigue.
