Hey, all you beautiful coffee lovers. I hope you are all doing super well? In today's collab episode I am sitting down with Logan owner and founder of New Zealand's newest coffee roastery Hammerstone Coffee.

Some of you will already know of Logan as he is a veteran of the New Zealand coffee industry and as you will learn in this episode, he started his coffee career at a very young age alongside his mother. From working at Mojo Coffee, visiting coffee-growing countries, regions and farms, to competing at the New Zealand Barista champs to now owning his own coffee roasting business, Logan is a busy man but always has time to sit down with anyone and talk all things coffee and answer any burning questions they have.

Logan strongly believes in sharing knowledge and training the next generation of coffee lovers and professionals be it home baristas, full-time baristas, roasters or coffee farmers.
