In this episode, Shelley speaks with Steve Eskaf and Michael Ojea on the difference between proactive and reactive approaches to leading yourself in health and wellbeing. Steve Eskaf is the founder of The Rise Method and host of The Rise Method Podcast, with a 14-year career in the fitness industry dedicated to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. He is also a registered osteopath with a Master’s degree in Health Science and Shelley’s personal trainer.

Michael Ojea holds a Master’s in Health Science (Osteopathy) and a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy. He works in his family business, Berwick Osteopathy and teaches dry needling and joint manipulation through GMP. A qualified personal trainer, Michael believes that good health starts with taking care of your own body — and he happens to be Shelley’s osteopath.

Steve and Michael first met during their university studies, have worked together professionally and continue to enjoy their healthy banter. Together, they are Shelley’s trusted health and wellbeing team.
