[REBROADCAST] Yazeba’s Bed & Breakfast | Chapter 5 - Another Rainy Day

Episode Transcript

[SPEAKER_05]: As long as you want, or as long as you can, as long as you're alright.

[SPEAKER_05]: I stayed for a night's, oh I'm mistaken, I've lived here all my life.

[SPEAKER_05]: No, wouldn't be.

[SPEAKER_05]: But everything to see, okay, what's next?

[SPEAKER_05]: And you say one of the best and the perfect thing!

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, we fucked that up, yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: Once upon a time the world was cruel and it was a witch who knew it well.

[SPEAKER_06]: And so she sold her heart to build a house in the woods where the world could never find her.

[SPEAKER_06]: At first, she would let no one into her fortress.

[SPEAKER_06]: But in the long march of days, a strange thing happened.

[SPEAKER_06]: in her own cold and spiteful way, the witch made a friend, and then another.

[SPEAKER_06]: And then several more until her house was teeming with colorful faces and complicated lives, the house would come to be known as Yuzave's bed and breakfast, and it would last for a very long time.

[SPEAKER_06]: Chapter five, another rainy day, featuring, Abby Hepworth, as Gertrude.

[SPEAKER_06]: and you too Sarah, as Haked.

[SPEAKER_06]: Ellie, you Davis, as Parish.

[SPEAKER_06]: And Brian Flaherty, as Sal.

[SPEAKER_06]: On the front door of your Xavier's bed and breakfast, there's a sign which reads, no soliciting, trespassing, romance, snooping, snitching, or unnecessary small talk welcome.

[SPEAKER_06]: Xavier reserves her temper for those she catches violating these rules.

[SPEAKER_06]: Underneath that sign is a second, smaller sign, which reads, room for everyone.

[SPEAKER_06]: It is always September 15th inside the bed and breakfast, even if it's summer, spring, or winter outside.

[SPEAKER_06]: September 15th is Isaiah's favorite day of the year.

[SPEAKER_06]: And today, as it has been for many days prior, it's raining.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gertru didn't bring a lot with her to the bed in breakfast.

[SPEAKER_06]: In fact, the only thing she kept close by was her diary, an ancient and tattered notebook full of bubbly handwriting across a gridded paper.

[SPEAKER_06]: She was lost and thought listening to the rain, doing her best to ignore the morning bustle.

[SPEAKER_06]: Pong, a red rubber ball bounced off the door of the washing machine where Gertru was sitting and her hands zagged a long trail of ink across an important list she'd been outlining.

[SPEAKER_10]: Hey you, ready to play demon ball?

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid y'all, swinging a walk and came through the air fast enough to make it whistled.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gertrude looked up from her diary, squinted through the eyeholes of her mask.

[SPEAKER_06]: The dull roar of splashy crashy rain on the roof filled every corner of the bed in breakfast, as it had for days, and days, and days.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gertrude fidgeted with her pen.

[SPEAKER_06]: Something about the way they said it, eyes flashing red, made it sound like a credible threat.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gertrude looked around for an actual grownup, but they all seemed to be busy, and there was no way she was going to bother them.

[SPEAKER_06]: But as she glanced back at Hay Kid, Smoke was starting to pour out of their ears as they repeatedly thumped the cane on the floor.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gertrude said, [SPEAKER_06]: This is a relaxed chapter of the game.

[SPEAKER_06]: So before this chapter starts, we've put a big pile of tokens where everyone can reach them.

[SPEAKER_06]: During this chapter, whenever anyone does a Whoopsie, they'll take token.

[SPEAKER_06]: Before anyone can do one of their bingo's, they must first give back a token to the table.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's the mechanic of this type of episode.

[SPEAKER_06]: Teens and adults can also get carried away too, so anyone besides Hay Kid has access to these extra whipsies in addition to what's on their character sheet.

[SPEAKER_06]: They can accidentally break something, they can play too hard for their age and exhaust themselves, they can play too hard for someone else and aggravate embarrassed or frightened them.

[SPEAKER_06]: Whenever anyone but Haked does a bingo right afterwards they can suggest and set up an indoor activity to burn off some of Haked's energy.

[SPEAKER_06]: We can check them off below in each time we do Haked gets a token.

[SPEAKER_06]: We can suggest a scavenger hunt to push up contest, the floor is lava.

[SPEAKER_06]: A 10-pin bowling down the hallway, a crab walking race, double dog dares slide down the stairs, jump over a stick, build a pillow fortress just wrestle, make up a game for just Haked.

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey Kid is gonna be starting with six tokens and when I'll just gonna be starting with no tokens The more tokens hey Kid has, the more fun they're having and the less likely they are to explode Hey Kid has to give up a token anytime anyone tells them to calm, wait, or listen up Hey Kid has some extra options they can do right now They can burst into flame and catch something on fire They can break something with super natural strength.

[SPEAKER_06]: They can get very big and very scary for a moment [SPEAKER_06]: If Hay Kid runs out of tokens, they explode.

[SPEAKER_06]: Then they immediately get eight tokens, market track on their journey, and describe the devastation on which they have rocked to the bed in breakfast.

[SPEAKER_06]: You know, Shenukh wants to explode.

[SPEAKER_04]: See that?

[SPEAKER_06]: I want to explode so bad.

[SPEAKER_06]: They're going to have an absolute explode.

[SPEAKER_06]: If Hay Kid gets the 13 tokens, they'll calm down and Gertrude can bring the chapter to a close at any point thereafter.

[SPEAKER_06]: If Haked didn't explode, the B&B gets an original Haked artwork.

[SPEAKER_06]: Haked gives two tokens to everyone who played with them and keeps half of what they have left.

[SPEAKER_06]: We use those tokens at the end for leftovers and housekeeping, which we'll talk about in our talk back episode.

[SPEAKER_06]: But for now, we open on the bed and breakfast.

[SPEAKER_06]: The light outside is that kind of hazy dull light that comes when it's been raining for days and days and days that just kind of gives you that dreary feeling inside, strange shadows and shapes of droplets going down windows or being echoed throughout the bed and breakfast.

[SPEAKER_06]: And you can hear pretty much from every room in this large house, the constant, the film.

[SPEAKER_06]: The th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th-th- [SPEAKER_08]: Immediately after he could, uh, goes up to Sal, uh, or like, behind Sal, I guess, and then throws the ball at his head and goes, we're playing Demon Ball, you're on my team!

[SPEAKER_06]: It's Sal in the back of his head.

[SPEAKER_06]: I can't play Demon, I've got a job to do, I've got to check it in, can you wait till later?

[UNKNOWN]: Nooo!

[SPEAKER_06]: Well, maybe, uh, Gertru, do you want to take care of him?

[SPEAKER_06]: I can't really, I've got work to do.

[SPEAKER_13]: Um, yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: I, so we're looking for something other than demon ball, maybe.

[SPEAKER_02]: Hey kid.

[SPEAKER_02]: Um, what could we play up here in the, in the lobby?

[SPEAKER_10]: We can play demon ball on the lobby.

[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we could, maybe we could do, um, uh, let's do a pushup contest instead.

[SPEAKER_10]: And then we play demon ball.

[SPEAKER_10]: Maybe I'll take that as a yes.

[SPEAKER_02]: Tell you on getting on this.

[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, yeah, I guess I could do a push-up contest.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sure, I, you know, I've been working on, you know, my upper body a little bit.

[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, hey, kid, are you ready?

[SPEAKER_10]: I'll count on him.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_10]: I'll do it.

[SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[SPEAKER_13]: Three, two, one.

[SPEAKER_13]: Go!

[SPEAKER_06]: Sally's down the ground just starts doing push-ups.

[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, slower, clearly slower than he was like.

[SPEAKER_06]: Like, it's clearly not quite as good as he's open for it.

[SPEAKER_08]: Hey kids, buddy, just kind of morphs into being incredibly muscular.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then starts banging out push-ups.

[SPEAKER_06]: Ha ha ha ha ha.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sal looks over, is like doing real slow, like, one, two, three and looks over and let's just see his hey kid, like, one arm push-up thing, like, at crazy speed.

[SPEAKER_08]: And he's like, just looking at Sal, like, winking, like, ha.

[SPEAKER_13]: Hey kids, see if you could do a lot of claps in between.

[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_08]: And starts doing the clap push-ups.

[SPEAKER_03]: like does like recop from from the other room you hear do I hear exercise there?

[SPEAKER_03]: I do love a rousing bout of exercise and parish comes slapping in and hops down to do a little froggy pushups Yeah, parish you won't get it honest for doing pushup con.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I did like to you know, tone the bond in my youth [SPEAKER_03]: And then I think I'll take a whipsy for pulling something because I have such options in my ears.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'm also gonna do a whipsy in fake confidence.

[SPEAKER_06]: It kind of look around and go, I'm definitely gonna win this.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'm absolutely gonna, okay.

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid, you're gonna tie it around, I can tell.

[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, no way, I'm winning.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then Kagan looks up at Gertrude and says, How do I know if I win?

[SPEAKER_13]: I'm just keep going!

[SPEAKER_13]: You got 117 more pushups to do.

[SPEAKER_00]: You just hear so.

[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, yeah.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, really the fitness of the mind is the most important thing.

[SPEAKER_08]: A kid, like, increases their muscle, compulsory, even more, and just starts vague about 117 and after, they hit 117, a kid goes, okay, when I get to take something from Paris, just room, and then run, so what?

[SPEAKER_09]: What?

[SPEAKER_09]: What?

[SPEAKER_09]: No!

[SPEAKER_00]: It's now just fully collapsed, something wrong.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, good, hey, good, wait, what if we, um, uh, whoo, uh, uh, uh, I'm gonna bluster head first into a solution and say what if we um, what if we played the floor is lava?

[SPEAKER_03]: Do you know how it works?

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh boy, do I?

[SPEAKER_08]: And then he could like kind of gestures to make everyone get on a piece of furniture and then once everyone's there, their eyes turned red and they kind of like hit the floor and it all looks like real lava.

[SPEAKER_06]: It sounds just standing on top of like the night quarters podium at stop just going Hey, hey kid, hey kid.

[SPEAKER_06]: Um, yeah Did you make lava?

[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think it.

[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no, no, can we can we make a different kind of lava?

[SPEAKER_08]: Ooh, more dangerous lava?

[SPEAKER_08]: And uh, the lava starts bubbling.

[SPEAKER_13]: Oh He could, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_13]: I don't know if I can make this jump [SPEAKER_10]: Well, if you don't, you'll get sent to the Seventh Hell.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just gonna post up here.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just, I'm not gonna, I'm gonna, I'm gonna be like the home, the home plate, the home for it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Parishes just eyes staring at the lava, having flashbacks to his days as a night.

[SPEAKER_03]: And you just see him reportedly not playing the game anymore, just.

[SPEAKER_13]: He parishes, I need to ignore there.

[SPEAKER_01]: Parish?

[SPEAKER_04]: Parish?

[SPEAKER_08]: Parish?

[SPEAKER_08]: He can jump onto the ceiling and start crawling.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then he goes, there he goes.

[SPEAKER_03]: Parish, say something, this is boring.

[SPEAKER_03]: What?

[SPEAKER_03]: What?

[SPEAKER_06]: You see, he can start to vibrate or something with the pent up energy.

[SPEAKER_03]: Let's jump to that bookshelf.

[SPEAKER_03]: Bony.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's the jump sound.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's the incredible jump sound.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna...

I think Sal's gonna do a whips as well.

[SPEAKER_06]: It's like still not quite into it.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's gonna just coast on by and try and just kind of like, try to get hate his attention on other people.

[SPEAKER_06]: Just like, oh, hey kid, look at what, look at Parish.

[SPEAKER_06]: Wow, look at those hollies.

[SPEAKER_06]: Bony.

[SPEAKER_08]: I can do that and he could try to like jump onto the like the bookshelf that Paris just jumped off of and Didn't like he gets muscles are still out in this weird that muscular forms that they took and Absolutely smash And the book start like falling into the lava and like bubbling.

[SPEAKER_08]: I'm gonna do a Whoopsie.

[SPEAKER_08]: That's gonna be well a Whoopsie I do I break something with my super natural strength [SPEAKER_06]: Sal immediately looks over to the stairwell that leans up to you save his room as the crash happening Oh, hey, hey kid, hey kid, hey kid, do you want to try how about a How about and yeah, he looks around on the podium and he sees that he has a to-do list They was given by use Ava Do you want to do a scavenger hunt?

[SPEAKER_06]: What are we huntin' for?

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, so any pulls of paper?

[SPEAKER_06]: So many cool things like a vacuum cleaner.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, and just a duster, you know, like a feather duster?

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, and Haked, like, jumps down into the lava.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then you see, like, Haked's eyes turn red and then they go, and like, it all gets like, [SPEAKER_08]: Like, it all gets sucked into his eyes and out, and doesn't it?

[SPEAKER_06]: OK.

[SPEAKER_06]: You just see a couple of the books go in with it.

[SPEAKER_06]: Just like, no, no, no!

[SPEAKER_03]: Parish was just holding on to the fragments of the bookshelf as they were sinking into the wall.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, such a pair.

[SPEAKER_04]: Almost sucks, man.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so this is a special scavenger hunt, right?

[SPEAKER_06]: It's got special rules, okay?

[SPEAKER_06]: We got to get everything on this list, okay?

[SPEAKER_06]: But, but...

Back to it.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's quietly as possible.

[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm gonna try to use a bingo to support someone creatively.

[SPEAKER_01]: Look around, there are ghosts that are trying to do this list before you can do it, but don't let them know that you're doing it, okay?

[SPEAKER_01]: Ghosts, yeah, I love ghosts, but they're trying to beat you, you got to race the ghosts, okay?

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, you got to be really quiet, because if they hear you, they're going to try to get it before you do, okay?

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, okay, here's the list, I'm going to kill the ghosts.

[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, no, no, no, you're just racing the ghosts.

[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that's how it works either.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's ghost law, that's how it works.

[SPEAKER_02]: That is ghost law.

[SPEAKER_01]: Is that ghost law?

[SPEAKER_02]: That's a ghost law.

[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really know about ghost law, I haven't done it.

[SPEAKER_02]: But um, can I make like a really pretty version of the list for a kid?

[SPEAKER_02]: I like making lists.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you can make a list.

[SPEAKER_11]: Okey cool.

[SPEAKER_11]: I'm gonna make a list version of this.

[SPEAKER_11]: He's out.

[SPEAKER_11]: How question?

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, what's up?

[SPEAKER_11]: Um, this is just your to do list.

[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no, it's- it's a scavenger hunt.

[SPEAKER_11]: It's okay, you can tell me the secret.

[SPEAKER_11]: It's just mine to do this.

[SPEAKER_11]: I've got a lot of stuff.

[SPEAKER_03]: Now hey kids, the secret to a hunt is you have to be very stealthy.

[SPEAKER_03]: And then a parish is gonna get lost in the fantasy and say, I live for the hunt and go running off into another room.

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, a take it is- is absolutely gonna be like- No!

[SPEAKER_08]: There, there, my ghost.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then he, he, we'll chase after Paris.

[SPEAKER_03]: All right, vacuum cleaner.

[SPEAKER_03]: Where's the vacuum cleaner?

[SPEAKER_03]: I've got to find the vacuum cleaner.

[SPEAKER_03]: And shuffling around in the closet, looking for vacuum cleaner.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Brian, I have a question.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, go for it.

[SPEAKER_02]: So if I keep a secret that I should keep, which in this case is keeping the secret of them to do this for making it, it's a bingo.

[SPEAKER_02]: So what happens then?

[SPEAKER_02]: Do I get a coin?

[SPEAKER_02]: Do I get a token?

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you give a token to do a bingo.

[SPEAKER_06]: So as Haked and Parish are rumging through the closet, making now more of a mess than what there was, much to thousandths may.

[SPEAKER_06]: I want to go around and have no one describe their characters.

[SPEAKER_06]: So, Parish and Haked, what I'm going to start with both of you is you're grabbing through this closet, not being particularly stealthy.

[SPEAKER_06]: What does the listener see?

[SPEAKER_08]: Haked looks like a ten-year-old that has taken a bunch of steroids, like, little bright normas from the push-up contest.

[SPEAKER_08]: They have not, like, [SPEAKER_08]: tan blue skin, whatever that looks like to you, a little, a little tail coming out, wearing like a puffy, like rainy day sweater type thing, but because they've kind of shapeshifted, it's incredibly tight to their body and has like long, like flowing curly hair, but has like the baby face of a ten-year-old.

[SPEAKER_08]: Absolutely, [SPEAKER_06]: And, and Perish, what do we see as your froggy self is being through this closet?

[SPEAKER_03]: I think that parish on a rainy day like today is walk rocking a like oversized chunky fisherman sweater over his little frog body almost where it looks like he's kind of windy the pooling it but he does have like his usual cargo shorts on underneath always little froggy feet poking out not a shoe guy and yeah just big very comfy sweater and then it always has his like safari head on no matter what season like floppy like [SPEAKER_06]: Fisherman's safari style hat and back in the lobby we hear you could call for me oh thank you as you guys are tossing stuff out of the hat of the closet.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh also he's a frog it's not was it clear from the the rest of them is all so frog full frog full frog not just [SPEAKER_06]: back in the, the lobby of the Ben breakfast where Sal is starting to get more and more nervous, Gertrude, as you're making your very fancy, very nice version of Sal's to do this.

[SPEAKER_06]: What does Gertrude look like?

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Gertje's doing like a real doodle, pretty like trying to make all the mundane things of like go find a dust pan, look like cool exciting things and on the list scavenger hunt list that she's making, Gertje is a teenager who is figuring herself out, so she's kind of got like, [SPEAKER_02]: between energy, where it's like, you just don't really understand what's happening with you, and so she's wearing kind of very mismatched clothes of like sweatpants and a big old chunky sweater that like don't go together in any way, shape or form.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's very oversized and comfortable, especially for a rainy day like this, and she's on big old wool socks, as well, which is another reason that she was like, Laura's lava, I'm not going to leave from place to place.

[SPEAKER_02]: These socks are slippery, and she's got, yeah, her notebook constantly attached to her hand.

[SPEAKER_06]: and Sal, who's now like gripping the night port like the the Colzier's podium is a like a bigger guy knows ring and you can see all of his fingers are callous from picking at his guitar which is always like standing.

[SPEAKER_06]: It's always like within three feet of him.

[SPEAKER_06]: You see all of his clothes are like [SPEAKER_06]: nice but have like become ready kind of like as a style like a little bit punk rock but not quite sure what version of music this is is it punk rock is it classical is it you know synth wave there's a lot of different styles happening and so we'll be the first to tell you hasn't quite figured out exactly what his musical taste is but it's it's kind of all over the place and also not really a [SPEAKER_06]: Sal hears another big big clang and starts to slowly make his way over to the Closet to see how much destruction he has wrought with this with this play How you how you guys hey guys doing?

[SPEAKER_08]: Haked turns to, turns to, uh, Salon goes Okay, I found the vacuum And as they do this, they burst into flames I'm gonna take a, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, [SPEAKER_02]: And I got you gonna pull it out from the front desk and run over.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, use it!

[SPEAKER_12]: Use it!

[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, I don't know if I know the how.

[SPEAKER_12]: Just pull the pin down.

[SPEAKER_12]: Oh wait, pull it!

[SPEAKER_12]: Is the pin!

[SPEAKER_12]: And then squeeze it!

[SPEAKER_12]: Just squeeze, pull it to me!

[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, you scared!

[SPEAKER_12]: You got some kick back!

[SPEAKER_10]: Mmm, that's fun.

[SPEAKER_10]: I love this!

[SPEAKER_03]: You just see like two blinking eyes under a pile of foam that are that are perished fully covered.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you see perished, walks like it's the side and there's a perished shaped outline.

[SPEAKER_06]: If I'm like that, that's true.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think Gertude had more fun than she expected with this.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just like, all of this, this could maybe be like a fun game.

[SPEAKER_02]: Hey kid, you want to go see if there's like smaller stuff that maybe needs to have a fire extinguisher?

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay.

[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe.

[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe.

[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe.

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, well, how about how about how about instead?

[SPEAKER_06]: How about instead we?

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, let's look this played jump over the stick.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gay kid.

[SPEAKER_06]: Go jump over the stick.

[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, hey, kid grabs the fire extinguisher from Gertrude and absolutely sprays out out with the fire extinguisher.

[SPEAKER_03]: Paris tries to get serious and it's like now hey kid listen.

[SPEAKER_03]: I want to give you a little bit of advice Safety tools are not safety toys.

[SPEAKER_13]: All right Go get me my shirt Good shirt Take it absolutely space down creature [SPEAKER_02]: This isn't, this isn't what this is for!

[SPEAKER_02]: This is definitely Gertrude also doing a whip seat And uh, getting carried away with with this and therefore destroying or Well, it's sort of, oh, it kind of accidentally breaking something I guess Using up the fire extinguisher [SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm going to try and reinforce Sal's suggestion by really selling jump-over-a-stick and just like doing big boy, like way too high for this stick over.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, good!

[SPEAKER_03]: Look at this!

[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, kid turns into like a parish-sized, like version of themselves.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's the spirit.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then goes over to the stick.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then uses the fire extinguisher as like a jetpack to go over the stick.

[SPEAKER_08]: Just like the same exact height.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, okay, alright.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, well, I guess you could, I could go a little higher.

[SPEAKER_08]: And there you get, what do you, what do you call the, [SPEAKER_08]: Extriment from a fire extinguisher.

[SPEAKER_08]: Is there a name to that?

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, so.

[SPEAKER_08]: So, yeah.

[SPEAKER_08]: The foam starts to get everywhere, and I think there's like, some old like picture books of Yzeba's travels, which was sort of the bread and breakfast.

[SPEAKER_08]: And this foam is absolutely getting on these old photo books and kind of breaking and making the pictures all crumbly and moist in a way that is going to destroy them.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sal sees this and it's like very quickly grabbing the the picture books and like trying to move Hey kid you've got to stop Why you're look at this you're breaking things you're breaking too many things You can have fun.

[SPEAKER_06]: You have to have fun in a different way.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_06]: You got to listen [SPEAKER_08]: Okay, let's play Demon Ball, and put the, uh, the 5'3 down, grabs the ball, and starts throwing it at everybody.

[SPEAKER_08]: No, stop out!

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid, you got to play something Coleman in, in, in, in, in, in the indoor game.

[SPEAKER_06]: Demon Ball is an outdoor game.

[SPEAKER_06]: Then let's go outside!

[SPEAKER_01]: It's raining, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, you can't go outside, [SPEAKER_09]: I love battle jump.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, yes.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think right as a Haked Ghost to open the door, it's a huge crash.

[SPEAKER_03]: But like...

Well baby, baby, baby, baby, uh, maybe after the rain, we can fight a jump.

[SPEAKER_09]: That's just...

that's just...

Dun, Dundara, the demon thunder god thing.

[SPEAKER_03]: You know of the demon thunder god?

[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, they're my cousin.

[SPEAKER_03]: Thousand yards, they're from Paris.

[SPEAKER_08]: He could just snap in front of Paris's pace with nothing's happening.

[SPEAKER_08]: And he could just like impatient, I guess, and just like, you guys are boring, I'm done.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then Star was to go to the backyard.

[SPEAKER_13]: We did it.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna add a hand idea.

[SPEAKER_02]: So, some of these books are pre-ruined already, and then there's so much like fun foam and everything.

[SPEAKER_02]: What if we tried to slide on the books down stairs into the pile of foam at the bottom?

[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want to help me build like a book slide to do it?

[SPEAKER_10]: Getchaid?

[SPEAKER_10]: I don't say this lightly, because this is very serious for me.

[SPEAKER_10]: But you?

[SPEAKER_10]: Are an absolute genius!

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh man, thanks, thanks, he kid, let me show him really good.

[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe today's not so bad after all.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, no, you're not old and boring, like I thought you were.

[SPEAKER_10]: Old and boring.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm old and boring, then what's, what's perish?

[SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, whoa, I'm old and boring.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm, I'm Jimmy with it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Parish starts to give him a little dance.

[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna take a...

Oh, what's he for that?

[SPEAKER_06]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha [SPEAKER_02]: Ooh, a pretty cool dance parrot.

[SPEAKER_02]: There's a dance like that.

[SPEAKER_06]: S-I was gonna go over the dirtridge.

[SPEAKER_06]: I don't like being the voice of reason, like that's so not punk rock, but can you just try to minimize the damage, like, do it?

[SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no, you're doing great.

[SPEAKER_13]: It thought it was a really smart idea.

[SPEAKER_13]: He took me as a genius.

[SPEAKER_08]: A true mini size version on Richard Sullivan.

[SPEAKER_12]: It's like, yeah, you're bad.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna, I'm gonna do a bingo.

[SPEAKER_06]: and speak from the heart and he looks at Gertrude and goes listen Gertrude you're doing great you at these are great ideas I think you're you're really helping hate can't get this energy out let's just like let's do our best to make sure we minimize the damage to the bad and breakfast okay so that we don't want to have to deal with you say about okay let's have let's have fun yeah she isn't like me very much [SPEAKER_06]: There are lots of cool ways to have fun.

[SPEAKER_06]: Let's keep it as creative as we can.

[SPEAKER_06]: Let's get hate kids energy all out, okay?

[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we're shooting, but really be part of this group.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was just going to run over there.

[SPEAKER_06]: Trust me, Gertrude, you are absolutely the person fist.

[SPEAKER_06]: Because listen, I got to clean this up, because I'm still kind of on duty, right?

[SPEAKER_06]: So that means you're in charge.

[SPEAKER_06]: You're the person, you got to take hate kid, you got to do it.

[SPEAKER_06]: But I know you can do it, okay?

[SPEAKER_02]: It feels like a lot more responsibility than I want.

[SPEAKER_06]: No, all you gotta do is slide down the stairs.

[SPEAKER_06]: Go slide down the stairs and you've done your job.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [SPEAKER_02]: I think it's Oreos with peanut butter.

[SPEAKER_03]: A little tray of Oreos with peanut butter.

[SPEAKER_03]: Here you go.

[SPEAKER_03]: Gertrude little snack will help.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, there's still this thing though.

[SPEAKER_03]: This is my favorite.

[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, hey kids, still on Gertrude's shelter.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's like that medieval unusual there.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hansa Oreo Dominica.

[SPEAKER_08]: Takes the Oreo.

[SPEAKER_08]: Is the peanut butter like on the Oreo?

[SPEAKER_08]: Like it's on the side.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, opened up, spread on the inside of the floor.

[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, he could look to the Oreo.

[SPEAKER_08]: Open's it.

[SPEAKER_08]: Life's like the peanut butter and the cream off and this eats one part of the cookie and then throws the other part away.

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid, doesn't eat the cream or the peanut butter?

[SPEAKER_06]: Doesn't eat the cream.

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid, doesn't like the cream.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's foul, say that.

[SPEAKER_06]: You didn't eat the cream or the cheese.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have the cream.

[SPEAKER_00]: At the worst part.

[SPEAKER_00]: Aw, the cream is the worst part.

[SPEAKER_02]: And now, I hate it.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is the best snack.

[SPEAKER_02]: These perished.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is really nice.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, of course, uh, well hey kid, well you're small.

[SPEAKER_03]: Why don't we take the the cream you don't like and maybe we we make a little small game like the foam But small we can do a little we can build a little snowman now to the cream out of the cream.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah out of the cream Okay, well, I'm gonna take these three cookies before you start doing that [SPEAKER_02]: and hurt you like shovels in the middle of your face.

[SPEAKER_02]: Because that's not the game feeling.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's getting requisitioned.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's really good.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's just like a terrible stuff in her face with these cookies.

[SPEAKER_08]: He could take the cream that they wiped off.

[SPEAKER_08]: And like the same way they made the lava of like coming out of their face.

[SPEAKER_08]: They like put the cream in their mouth and then like they go like.

[SPEAKER_03]: vomit the like lava, but it's all like this way You know and that comes like the books and the back from the before it It's a little yeah, just it's like a little winter wonderland of or Parishes like oh, oh idea idea and sprint into the kitchen and comes back with a little siff Siv with powdered sugar in it and just starts shaking it over hated on this little tray [SPEAKER_08]: I hate it is, oh my god, this is amazing.

[SPEAKER_06]: Salle is gonna look around, so we're in a hallway.

[SPEAKER_06]: Everything is destroyed, there is now powdered sugar over Haked, Haked, everything's covered in cream and vacuums, and Salle's gonna do a bingo about it, and just laugh about it.

[SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, I guess what we're doing this now, so you know what and he's gonna look over and A bunch of the stuff in the hallway.

[SPEAKER_06]: He's just gonna grab a bunch of it and set it up like pins in a balling alley at the end of the hall And he's got the the demon ball from Haked and he trucks it at Haked and just hey kid Did you knock down all these pins with that ball?

[SPEAKER_06]: You bet I can [SPEAKER_08]: and he could morph into a regular sized child and like has like a bowling jersey somehow grow out of their body.

[SPEAKER_08]: And it's absolutely into this bowling idea.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sounds like behind the pin skills.

[SPEAKER_06]: All right, bring it to me.

[SPEAKER_08]: Picked, tosses the ball, absolutely smashes the picture.

[SPEAKER_08]: Like, he's A-Bad, her oldest friend.

[SPEAKER_08]: Like, her first customer at the bed and breakfast.

[SPEAKER_09]: Uh-oh.

[SPEAKER_10]: Can I go again?

[SPEAKER_00]: So it's just holding the ball, I'm just gonna go...

Yeah!

[SPEAKER_00]: Pasta's the ball, back to you.

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, I'm gonna take another token for that website.

[SPEAKER_08]: What do you add to token count?

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, I'm at nine right now.

[SPEAKER_02]: Gertrude is going to do a simultaneous bingo and wopsy.

[SPEAKER_02]: And she's going to try to make myself useful.

[SPEAKER_02]: While simultaneously taking on more than she can carry.

[SPEAKER_02]: I tried to use the vacuum.

[SPEAKER_02]: I start vacuuming up the foam.

[SPEAKER_02]: She feels bad.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's mean that this is partly because I kind of do this one.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's all just right.

[SPEAKER_02]: Like vacuuming it up.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then very quickly.

[SPEAKER_02]: Bill, this is the vacuum simply cannot handle.

[SPEAKER_02]: Come, but there is in the lobby.

[SPEAKER_03]: Characters like no, no, no, you don't have to do that alone and grabs onto the vacuum But it's trying to like help you at the same time.

[SPEAKER_03]: Like no, see we've just like this and like this Do a little refuse to let go of what sees as I don't want you to do the vacuum I'm like you didn't cause the mess you don't have to do this.

[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, no, it's cool.

[SPEAKER_13]: I can do it Am I not doing it right?

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you're doing it wrong.

[SPEAKER_03]: Stop cleaning it up.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, listen here.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, you don't not nice.

[SPEAKER_03]: All right.

[SPEAKER_10]: Sorry.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay Stop cleaning.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's all right.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm always messing up.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's fine.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, he could take it like stops Doing the ball it South and goes [SPEAKER_10]: It just, the ghosts, the ghosts don't want you to do this anymore.

[SPEAKER_11]: I forgot about the ghosts.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_11]: There's a lot of ghosts in here.

[SPEAKER_10]: Do I have a what?

[SPEAKER_11]: Do you believe in ghosts?

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, ghosts.

[SPEAKER_08]: And like, vomit out of the ghosts law book that they...

That's right.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's like, see?

[SPEAKER_08]: It says, they're real.

[SPEAKER_03]: All right.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's ghost law number one.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's ghost law number one.

[SPEAKER_06]: So, like, looks over at the bookshelf that's got, like, 30 tombs of ghost law.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's basically like the first toe.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's just, like, trying to sneak back over to grab it before you eat it again.

[SPEAKER_06]: Ooh, hey, hey kid, why don't I, can I just take that?

[SPEAKER_01]: No, no, no!

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, hey, hey kid, yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: Why don't you just tell us, what do you want to do today?

[SPEAKER_08]: Hekid looks at the three of you and like gets like really small, like looks like a a six year old little kid and goes Hekid just wants to play with their friends Which are you three right now?

[SPEAKER_12]: Well, let's do Yeah, we want to play with you [SPEAKER_10]: As, like, it's David Paul's time!

[SPEAKER_06]: And you can take a token for telling us what you wanted to do.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's.

[SPEAKER_03]: And also, getting you got very big and scary for a moment.

[SPEAKER_08]: Did absolutely get really big.

[SPEAKER_08]: Paris, Pete, that ends up a little bit.

[SPEAKER_03]: Definitely.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh.

[SPEAKER_03]: Good thing the sweaters are so big.

[SPEAKER_06]: You get like big and scary and it you kind of like bump into the wall and a bunch more stuff comes out of the closet and That closet like all the stuff that plus it tumbles out hits a different door and opens that door and more stuff comes out of a different closet across the hall And what tumbles out is all like linens and sheets and pillows And so there's just this is like big clump of like white puffy mess and Salaks you go Hey kid Hey, you ever built a pillow for it before?

[SPEAKER_10]: No, I've only torn down fortresses in my lifetime.

[SPEAKER_06]: How would you like to try to build one?

[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe like try to make the biggest blanket in pillow fort that the bed and breakfast has ever seen.

[SPEAKER_10]: Can't we tear it down after?

[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, the best part.

[SPEAKER_06]: Then I mean, baby.

[SPEAKER_06]: Style's just gonna hoist up, like just a metric ton of sheets and fitted sheets and pillows and start taking them into the lobby that has like a bunch of like high-matched chairs and things that are perfect for like draping blankets over.

[SPEAKER_03]: I has the key to a good fort is a strong foundation.

[SPEAKER_03]: We want a hexagonal formation of chairs on which to build our fort.

[SPEAKER_03]: Paris getting very, very, uh, Foreman about like construction foreman about this.

[SPEAKER_08]: Haked like innocently is like listening to parish and like out of just like pure like childlike curiosity is like, is this what they taught you in the war?

[SPEAKER_10]: A war.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, the war.

[SPEAKER_03]: Thousand yards stair.

[SPEAKER_03]: Uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh- [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that all sounds really, really helpful.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, sometimes I like to build laundry forts in the laundry room.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I can hand over the sheets part to this.

[SPEAKER_02]: Excellent.

[SPEAKER_03]: On we go, on we go, pillows, pillows.

[SPEAKER_03]: Get the pillows.

[SPEAKER_06]: You see, as you guys are building, Sall kind of goes over to the night porters, like Giazker or whatever.

[SPEAKER_06]: And his guitar is right there.

[SPEAKER_06]: And just kind of picks up, so it's like plucking away.

[SPEAKER_07]: It's nothing goes pillow four.

[SPEAKER_06]: It's gonna do a whip so you get caught up in his own stuff.

[SPEAKER_06]: So you hear, like, for a second, it becomes like a backing track.

[SPEAKER_06]: And then it very quickly just evolves into him, like, repeating the same forecords over and over again.

[SPEAKER_07]: Pillow for it.

[SPEAKER_07]: Got to make it bigger.

[SPEAKER_07]: Pillow for it.

[SPEAKER_07]: Got to pillow for it.

[SPEAKER_07]: Got to make it bigger.

[SPEAKER_07]: I just like script and stuff down there.

[SPEAKER_10]: I want everyone to sing.

[SPEAKER_10]: Hello, pillow for I don't know.

[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think you're doing my dance He kid looks at Gertrude after they say they want to sing and goes.

[SPEAKER_08]: Why was that?

[SPEAKER_02]: Get your yeah Sing pillow for it We could just but we could just like you call him in the pillow for it.

[SPEAKER_02]: Can we?

[SPEAKER_06]: Sounds gonna jump in and do a bingo to do it again, but louder [SPEAKER_01]: Hello, four, four, God, I make it big, God, I make it really fluffy.

[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, four, [SPEAKER_08]: I think it is absolutely like mashing around, like a Bosch pit.

[SPEAKER_08]: It starts like, like, picks up pairs, like throws them in the airs.

[SPEAKER_08]: Bumping off of Gertrude and, like, absolutely is just any furniture in the way is getting body checked and I think, like, takes a chair and just picks it up and smashes it against one of the walls and it breaks into a bunch of pieces as they sing pillow for it.

[SPEAKER_06]: You see, uh, uh, uh, South's gonna do.

[SPEAKER_06]: South's just like getting really into it.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's like, and it's feeding off of Haked's.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's like, Haked's going nuts.

[SPEAKER_06]: It's washing, it's like, breaking stuff.

[SPEAKER_06]: South fully forgotten, like, night-forwarded responsibilities.

[SPEAKER_07]: And it's just going, Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_06]: It just kind of like sits back down and then now it's like strumming quietly.

[SPEAKER_06]: Alright, right now the the Occupella version and then now the Accusy version.

[SPEAKER_07]: Till-low four.

[SPEAKER_03]: of when you smash the chair parishes and stick little like no the northeast wall it is like right to rebuild the chair from no it's from fragments of chair and bite off more than I can chew to take a wipsy no it he kid he kid can I can I show you a cool skill maybe you [SPEAKER_10]: No, uh, wait, uh, and he could vomit up a flashlight.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I do.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, okay, you could hold that.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, um, okay, point it up that sheet over there.

[SPEAKER_08]: He could take a point step the sheet.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then Gertrude is going to start doing like shadow hand puppets, which I can't do, which is why I'm just doing weird claw hand.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's an audio medium.

[SPEAKER_03]: You don't have to tell anybody.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.

[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't know you were so good at shallow puppets.

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh my god, I'm looking at you.

[SPEAKER_06]: Look at this crack and...

You only have two hands, but somehow you have a foreground and a background.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: Is that okay?

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to do a big go.

[SPEAKER_02]: I sure go off a cool scale.

[SPEAKER_02]: You want to try it, hey, kid?

[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I do.

[SPEAKER_08]: and hated with their seemingly similar to culture, with their shadow puppetry skills, just go incredibly, it looks like a math, like a piece of cinema, like there's details in each of those that didn't know as possible for shadows, like you can see like sadness and like cry and just all that.

[SPEAKER_08]: Like there's a it's a an Oscar winning film that's being told right now is what's happening.

[SPEAKER_03]: What's the genre?

[SPEAKER_08]: It is A romantic horror is what who's who's the director?

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, it's...

Cracker-try...

...fair-try.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yes, it's really good.

[SPEAKER_11]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe he comes in from the other side.

[SPEAKER_11]: And maybe it's like...

You know, he's gonna go...

She's gonna go do something romantic, but then it gets a foil by the vampires.

[SPEAKER_08]: He could absolutely do it.

[SPEAKER_08]: Is doing this.

[SPEAKER_08]: And is gonna do a bingo as they watch Learn and Copy from Fair-try.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh!

[SPEAKER_08]: I think bingo's, I give a coin back.

[SPEAKER_06]: Back to the pool, yeah, yeah, and I think sales sales is going to do a bingo as well Supporting someone creatively and it's just to start playing like very nice acoustic backing music to all the stuff that you guys are doing It's underscored [SPEAKER_06]: with deliberately trying to like add some like calming notes in there so it's it is you can see the music is trying to like dictate the the picture just a little bit like trying to bring down the energy just a little bit but it's playing nicely and quietly in the background as you guys do this shadow puppetry in front of the the inside of the like it for as as you do this [SPEAKER_06]: Sal's gonna kind of come down and go.

[SPEAKER_01]: Hey kid, do you want to play a special game that's just for you?

[SPEAKER_10]: My film is not over yet.

[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, the vampires were just about to wreak havoc.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, we just got to the vampire wreaking havoc part.

[SPEAKER_10]: They're going to take the village and then eat everyone, and then it's going to get really violent and gory now.

[SPEAKER_06]: Well, what if the vampires just kind of hang out and have fun, that's it?

[SPEAKER_10]: I was trying to be wanted to get Twilight.

[SPEAKER_10]: Is that what you want?

[SPEAKER_10]: You want me to get Twilight?

[SPEAKER_06]: You see, Sal has the pals on his cardigan, and peeking out from one is a team Jacob patch.

[SPEAKER_06]: And it's just kind of, uh, he embarrassfully kind of, like, uh, puts the lapel over top of it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, personally, I was always teabed Edward.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my.

[SPEAKER_03]: So I think doing twilight, doing a little twilight, Papa Joe would be wonderful.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's, uh, yeah, that's what the kids are.

[SPEAKER_03]: Teabed Edward, right?

[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, kid.

[SPEAKER_03]: Trying to be hip.

[SPEAKER_03]: Again, messing it up.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was always talking with a book and doing the different teams.

[SPEAKER_02]: I never really wanted to be on either team, which just seems sort of like, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't like the teams.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, the books are one thing, but the movies, that Robin Pattinson, I mean, come on!

[SPEAKER_10]: There's nothing, there's nothing, the only good scene in Twilight's that baseball scene.

[SPEAKER_10]: You want to do the baseball scene with, with Shadow Puppets?

[SPEAKER_10]: Let's do the baseball scene.

[SPEAKER_13]: What's your baseball?

[SPEAKER_13]: Shadow Puppets baseball.

[SPEAKER_06]: I don't really know that's, I mean, what kind of music would it be and just place the exact music of this thing?

[SPEAKER_08]: And hey, Hakeda does a dramatic re-a-traumatic, not reading.

[SPEAKER_08]: Retelling with Shadowpuppets of the twilight baseball scene when the vampires are all playing baseball, because it's thunderstorming.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, perfect, it's all thunderstorming.

[SPEAKER_08]: So Eugene's thunder, it's like, when they hit the ball.

[SPEAKER_08]: Time's currently.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's perfectly, it's perfectly, it's a beautifully re-done part of that movie.

[SPEAKER_10]: And then Hakeda's like, OK, I'm done with vampires.

[SPEAKER_08]: What's uh, what's Haked's, uh, token count out?

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, Haked is at nine right now.

[SPEAKER_08]: Cause I gave, I gave one back.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, I think that Parish will say, well now that our fortress is built.

[SPEAKER_03]: Perhaps it's time for the great siege.

[SPEAKER_03]: We should divide and go to war.

[SPEAKER_10]: A siege?

[SPEAKER_10]: A siege?

[SPEAKER_10]: I love a siege.

[SPEAKER_03]: Take it, would you like to defend or attack?

[SPEAKER_06]: I want to attack.

[SPEAKER_06]: Hey kid, who else do you want on your team?

[SPEAKER_08]: Hey kid, looks at the three of you, and guys.

[SPEAKER_02]: Gertry's definitely trying to hide behind her notebook being like, maybe if I cover my face, he'll forget that I'm an opt.

[SPEAKER_08]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha [SPEAKER_08]: and goes yuck yuck and out of like a ball of like a demon like a demon photo kind of opens and out comes like a cute little like dog with absolutely like a sweet little angel puppy and comes up to me and he can go we ride a dawn all his dogs for you [SPEAKER_10]: Don't touch it, it will, it is very dangerous.

[SPEAKER_11]: Ohhh!

[SPEAKER_03]: So you don't want any of us on your, on your attacking team?

[SPEAKER_10]: Now, me and Yakjak are gonna attack you.

[SPEAKER_10]: Well, then it's war.

[SPEAKER_02]: I could be the storyteller sitting over here.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'll just all record it for, um, good truth.

[SPEAKER_02]: I need you to man.

[SPEAKER_03]: The fuckin' can't think of the word.

[SPEAKER_03]: Ahhhh.

[SPEAKER_03]: Ballystraids, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_03]: Ballystraids, that is the exact word.

[SPEAKER_03]: Man, Ballystraids, good truth.

[SPEAKER_06]: And he goes, no they're not.

[SPEAKER_06]: I left those ones over there and he looks back in the corner and there's like these crappy white ones over there and he looks back in the cheats that are currently like a cinch mess and they're all like fine piping and boss and like right in the middle of it it says like 5,000 thread count like moon Egyptian cotton or something.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh crap.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, what game do you want to play?

[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, maybe we could do a crab walking race.

[SPEAKER_03]: Do you want to challenge us to a race?

[SPEAKER_02]: We could walk like crabs.

[SPEAKER_02]: We could scurry.

[SPEAKER_02]: We could scurry that way.

[SPEAKER_02]: We could scurry away from the fire and the mess.

[SPEAKER_02]: So that if you see what comes back, maybe she doesn't think that I did it?

[SPEAKER_10]: I'm telling you, Zabe, you did it.

[SPEAKER_02]: Richard's gonna do a whoopsie at a soon the worst I think.

[SPEAKER_10]: Ah.

[SPEAKER_10]: But we were on different teams in the war.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, but we're all on the same team of fun.

[SPEAKER_03]: Now, Gertrude's on your team.

[SPEAKER_03]: All right?

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my God.

[SPEAKER_03]: Now we've got to watch it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Now we've got to watch it.

[SPEAKER_10]: on your teammate.

[SPEAKER_10]: So we tell you, is anybody yet?

[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, you acted it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you acted it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.

[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_10]: And you acted it.

[SPEAKER_03]: We'll be gone.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's fine.

[SPEAKER_03]: You can blame the homies when they're not there.

[SPEAKER_03]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're just there.

[UNKNOWN]: You're just there.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's a good, yeah, yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: Salah's gonna do, oh we'll see coming up to Gertrude.

[SPEAKER_06]: Um, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

[SPEAKER_06]: And just be like, trust me, you say it doesn't, you say it, but it doesn't care.

[SPEAKER_06]: She doesn't think about any of us, so this will be fine.

[SPEAKER_06]: Don't worry.

[SPEAKER_02]: So you think of us should even care about me?

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, [SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna do a bingo to take my time and get it right.

[SPEAKER_06]: And I'm just going to kind of lean down to Gerture and be like, Gerture listen.

[SPEAKER_04]: Mmm.

[SPEAKER_06]: You don't gotta worry about anything, okay?

[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gerture's, you say it was a little, you know, prickly on the outside, but I promise she's a warm, marshmallow deep down inside, but deep, deep, like really deep down inside.

[SPEAKER_02]: As you keep saying, deep, Gerture just slowly sinking.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just left a floor.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just shaking.

[SPEAKER_02]: Just sinking to the floor [SPEAKER_02]: slowly assuming crab block position.

[SPEAKER_02]: It goes.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, go, and then just go down the hallway.

[SPEAKER_08]: Full crab.

[SPEAKER_02]: Full crab.

[SPEAKER_02]: You're cheating.

[SPEAKER_08]: And like gets into full crab.

[SPEAKER_08]: Like puts their hands like down their pants, but like the right arm goes to the legs.

[SPEAKER_08]: They're like, they're left.

[SPEAKER_08]: Hands short leg and then the right.

[SPEAKER_08]: You know what I'm talking about here.

[SPEAKER_04]: You'll be that.

[SPEAKER_08]: You're painting real pictures.

[SPEAKER_08]: And then start scottling poorly.

[SPEAKER_08]: And yet, yet, yet, yet, yet follows.

[SPEAKER_02]: I heard no ready set.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's really, this is really Gertchurch drag to escape.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sounds just like running, regular set.

[SPEAKER_06]: No Gertchurch, come back.

[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't quite do that right.

[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, there was some devil on you.

[SPEAKER_04]: Sure.

[SPEAKER_06]: And Haken, you can take a token for a grab walking race.

[SPEAKER_08]: I think it takes a little little toky toky toky.

[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm like, what?

[SPEAKER_08]: I'm like, what are you talking about?

[SPEAKER_08]: I'm just talking.

[SPEAKER_08]: I think it takes a toky toky toky.

[SPEAKER_08]: That's just a toky.

[SPEAKER_08]: Just a toky.

[SPEAKER_06]: You look over toky.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'll just hands you a free roll.

[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_08]: We're hitting the ganja.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I take a toky.

[SPEAKER_08]: And I hit 13.

[SPEAKER_06]: And as Haked hits 13 tokens, tell us how Haked starts to calm down.

[SPEAKER_06]: And then Gertrude, a year-of-the-one who gets to bring the chapters of the clothes at any point you desire.

[SPEAKER_08]: Well, yuck, yuck, hands Haked are split.

[SPEAKER_08]: As a hated begins to do this crab race thing, and yet yet follows, they like fall and just kind of like stumble and lay on the ground.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's like yuck yuck yuck, like licks their little face, and the begins to say it gets up and goes.

[SPEAKER_10]: Guys, can we play Demon Ball now?

[SPEAKER_08]: But in a tone that's like clearly little sleepy and cranky.

[SPEAKER_08]: And they don't, they, they are saying this because it's what they want, but they want to take a little nappy.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, why we, why we, why we, why are we going out in the, in the laundry room and maybe we can, like, I don't know, roll the ball around the floor a little bit.

[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, he could, looks at her shooting goes.

[UNKNOWN]: We've actually involved in the laundry room.

[SPEAKER_02]: Kind of.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think Richard's going to lead Hay Kid and Yuck Yuck.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you're like, why are you going to sit over in that pile of sweatshirts over there?

[SPEAKER_10]: Uh, Hay Kid goes, okay.

[SPEAKER_10]: Can I have some of you Zabes favorite sheets?

[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm pretty sure you're running most of those.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, it's just a fragment of the left of the left of the left.

[SPEAKER_08]: He could grab some little fragment and then lays on it with the ball.

[SPEAKER_08]: Just like throwing the ball on the air up and down.

[SPEAKER_06]: Real Steve McQueen and the cooler.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, exactly that.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then I think yeah, Gertrude's going to sort of like snow over herself into a pile of laundry as well.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's like close to, but not immediately next to Haked of being like, I feel pretty good here.

[SPEAKER_08]: Haked, uh, takes the cooked sheet and kind of like scooshes next to Gertrude and goes, can I weigh with you?

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, yeah, that sounds like it's a plan.

[SPEAKER_08]: and he could like lays down next to Gertrude and like takes this bird sheet and like puts it over themselves, looks like Gertrude, and then like kind of switches it onto Gertrude too, so you can have some end-goes.

[SPEAKER_10]: You're a lot of fun Gertrude, and I, I like you.

[SPEAKER_10]: I think we all like you, including your Zeba, and I'll tell you Zeba that you're the best one.

[SPEAKER_10]: It's out.

[SPEAKER_10]: What?

[SPEAKER_03]: What?

[SPEAKER_11]: Those frog ears are real, sense of it.

[SPEAKER_11]: Cool, the frog says it's just good hearing.

[SPEAKER_03]: Meanwhile, Parisians now are having that moment of like, we live here, but, oh, right, we also work here, and they're just now just cleaning.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: Just kind of like, we look at it at each other, like every four or five minutes as we're cleaning, and we both have like tired face, and then we kind of like look and, you know, reminisce on the games together, and just kind of silently and just kind of go.

[SPEAKER_06]: Right?

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is a Gertrugia fully, it was like, well, you guys are the adults.

[SPEAKER_02]: You can clean this up.

[SPEAKER_06]: And as Gertrude and Haked are stuggling together on top of the wash machine, the last thing we see is kind of like the lights begin to fade.

[SPEAKER_06]: As you guys fall off into an app and into Dreamland before you're really awakened from moment by Sal, open and door going, oh, sorry.

[SPEAKER_06]: Just excuse me.

[SPEAKER_06]: And he opens the dryer and tosses all the sheets in and closes that.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sorry.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sorry.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sorry.

[SPEAKER_06]: All right.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'll do this later.

[SPEAKER_06]: And Sal closes the door and our chapter ends.

[SPEAKER_06]: And that is all for chapter five, another rainy day.

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh.

[SPEAKER_09]: You saved us.

[SPEAKER_03]: We're back.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's time for you to get up in this end.
