Brooks Jennings and his family reside in West Goshen Township, a suburb of Philadelphia named one of America’s top ten places to live. Brooks is the unofficial mayor of his street, always throwing parties and looking out for everyone’s interests. When his aging next door neighbor’s daughter, Shannon, and her husband Clayton Carter move in with him, Brooks extends his traditional hospitality. But Clayton’s idea of what makes a good neighbor is at odds with others in the neighborhood and quickly leads to conflict with Brooks. The once peaceful street turns into a warzone, and the battle only ends when bullets fly and blood is shed.
