I wanted to take a short moment to come on here and thank you all so much just for the best 2025.

I've loved growing Liverby Well with you all this year and it's meant so much that you spend a small amount of time that you have of your free time each week with me.

That is definitely not going unnoticed and I am in love with the community that we're building online.

We have grown, we have experimented, we have learned a hell of a lot, but it has honestly become one of my most meaningful parts of my work building this community here with you.

You guys are amazing in every aspect and as I said, I'm so grateful that you 2 spend your limited time with me every week.

We have so much more to come for you guys in 2026.

I cannot wait to share it all.

We're going to kick off with a solo episode from me on the 7th of Jan and I hope I do you justice.

It's only taken me three years to get there, but we've got so many more new additions coming and I can't wait to share them with you all.

I hope you take some time for yourself over this Christmas period today.

There is no point releasing anything else than sending you love and happiness and joy on a special time when most of us are off work.

If you're not off work, you guys are keeping the world moving and thank you for all the work that you do.

I want you to know that I appreciate you all and thanks to every single guest that's come on to live.

I'll be with this year.

I have had so many of my own superheroes and people that I've admired.

So it's been a big year for me.

And until next week when you were going to get a special mash up of all of the big episodes that we've done this year, condensing to takeaways that can make you think and reflect before the end of the year.

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you personally and I can't wait to start 2026 with you all.
