We now start a mini-series of four episodes dealing with mid-air collisions. And to help us understand where, why and what can be done about it, we have Al joining us for the next four episodes. Not only is Al a current B777 Captain and CRM instructor, previous to being a pilot he was an Air Traffic Controller. Al also runs series 4, "There I was with AL" here on the The Fearless Flyer podcast.
In this episode we look at some mid-air collisions that occurred very early on in the aviation industry.
