An Indian Express investigation found a thriving shortcut ecosystem where fake addresses, forged eligibility certificates and paid local identities allow outstation players to enter teams overnight.

A one man proprietorship has evolved into a full legend parallel selection system operating in plain sight of the CAB and the BCCI.

Over three months, Indian Express sports journalist Lulait Kalidas examined two thousand player forms, visited listed addresses and interviewed players in officials.

Moving on to national news of the day, Speaking in the Loksabata Day, leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi accused the bj B and RSS of attempting to undermine the right to vote, calling it an anti National Act.

Compass TV footage showed firefighters using portable ladders to bring people down and carrying body bags out of the building as searchers continued.

In news from the United States, President Donald Trump suggested that he may impose new tariffs on certain agricultural imports, including Indian rice and Canadian fertilizers, indicating ongoing trade negotiations with both countries remain unresolved.

Speaking at a White House round table with Agricultural Secretary Brook Rawlins, farm state lawmakers, and farmers, Trump also unveiled a twelve billion dollar eight package for US crows.

Farmers said cheap imports were undercutting prices and hurting their competitiveness, accusing India and Highland of dumping rice porters said he would take care of the alleged dumping while talks on a broader trade deal continue.
