Episode Transcript

[SPEAKER_00]: To whoever this may impact, sometimes our lives have to be completely shaken up, changed, and rearranged to relocate as we were really meant to be.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes, change feels like loss, transformation is scary, and sometimes, to discover the best versions of ourselves, we must let go of absolutely everything that's holding us down.

[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to our mystery, your new safe space.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to form a part of your healing journey.

[SPEAKER_00]: We all go through tough times.

[SPEAKER_00]: Moments when it feels like our world is closing in.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like our problems are way too big to handle.

[SPEAKER_00]: Well, like we've been stuck in a cycle of frustration.

[SPEAKER_00]: Fear or doubt, for way too long.

[SPEAKER_00]: With what if I told you that those moments as intense as they are, don't define your whole life, that there's so much more to your existence?

[SPEAKER_00]: and the challenges that you face today.

[SPEAKER_00]: Life can be hard, whether it's a personal struggle, a healthy issue, a setback in your career, or the weight of an ongoing hardship.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is okay to feel like the world is heavy on your shoulders.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes, if you're in a tunnel with no light at the end, but in those moments, I want you to pause and remember.

[SPEAKER_00]: That tunnel is just a small part of a much bigger picture.

[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine your life as a book, the chapter is here and right now, maybe difficult ones.

[SPEAKER_00]: Chapters filled with pain, frustration, confusion, or loss.

[SPEAKER_00]: But think about how many pages are left in that book, and not just pages, entire chapters, full of hope, joy, growth, and transformation.

[SPEAKER_00]: When you're caught up in our rough chapter, [SPEAKER_00]: It's easy to forget that the story is far from over, life is dynamic, it's ever changing, and while the pain that you're feeling is real, it doesn't erase the beauty and potential that still lies ahead.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the moment in the stress of now that we forget to zoom out and see the bigger picture.

[SPEAKER_00]: Think about the last time something unexpected brought you joy.

[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it was his small moments in conversation with a friend, or simply a [SPEAKER_00]: Those moments are all part of a bigger picture.

[SPEAKER_00]: They serve as a reminder that life is a tapestry of experiences, and not just defined by the tough patches that we go through.

[SPEAKER_00]: Everything is temporary.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hard times do not last forever.

[SPEAKER_00]: The pain, the frustration, the uncertainty.

[SPEAKER_00]: They're part of the process.

[SPEAKER_00]: A cycle that will eventually shift when you're in the storm.

[SPEAKER_00]: It might seem like it will never end.

[SPEAKER_00]: But storms always pass and when they do you look around and see the things that are still there for you waiting to be discovered Give yourself grace understand that you're human and it's okay to not have everything figured out right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: You don't have to be perfect [SPEAKER_00]: you don't have to have it all figured out, and you don't have to have all of the answers.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is okay to feel the weight of what you're going through.

[SPEAKER_00]: But also, don't let it convince you that that is all there is.

[SPEAKER_00]: Shept your perspective.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying ignore all of your feelings or pretend that everything is fine when it's not.

[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe try to gently challenge the belief that this current moment is your whole reality and ask yourself, what is live trying to teach me right now?

[SPEAKER_00]: How can I grow through this, and while part of me is being stranding right now, and where you say might not even see me.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes, the most difficult times in life, are also the times that bring up the most growth.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like planting a seed in the dirt.

[SPEAKER_00]: It has to break through the soil, push through the darkness before it can reach the light, and though that process can be difficult, it's necessary for something beautiful to emerge.

[SPEAKER_00]: Life is about contrast.

[SPEAKER_00]: Without the lows, we wouldn't fully appreciate the highs.

[SPEAKER_00]: Without the challenges, we wouldn't recognize the blessings.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's the tension between these opposites that sharp our journey.

[SPEAKER_00]: Your current struggle, as hard as it is, is just one part of a bigger story.

[SPEAKER_00]: You're not alone in your struggles.

[SPEAKER_00]: Every person you meet is going through something.

[SPEAKER_00]: Even if it's not visible to the surface.

[SPEAKER_00]: We all have our battles or challenges or moments of doubt be kind to yourself and to others too We never know what someone else is going through that empathy is what makes us all stronger life is more than the circumstances that you're facing right now It's a relationship that you've formed that passions that you will discover that places you'll visit [SPEAKER_00]: and the lessons you'll learn along the way.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's the moments of quiet peace, the laughter, the adventures, the breakthroughs, and those things are still coming for you.

[SPEAKER_00]: Whatever you're going through, it's not the end of the story.

[SPEAKER_00]: You're in the middle of a chapter, and the best parts are yet to come.

[SPEAKER_00]: Take a deep breath, life is so much more, than whatever it is that you're going through right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's easier said than believed.

[SPEAKER_00]: When you're in the midst of hardship, the world feels small and narrow, your shows can become the lens through which you see everything.

[SPEAKER_00]: making it hard to imagine a different reality, but the reality is, the difficulties we face are often just a single chapter in the much larger story of our lives.

[SPEAKER_00]: And while those chapters are intense, they don't last forever.

[SPEAKER_00]: Have you ever noticed how in moments of great pain?

[SPEAKER_00]: It feels like we forget everything else that is good or possible in life.

[SPEAKER_00]: It says if the pain becomes the only thing that we can focus on.

[SPEAKER_00]: The only thing that feels real, whether you're going through a personal loss, it healthy challenge, or a difficult relationship, those moments can't consume us.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's human nature to be focused on what hurts, what's wrong.

[SPEAKER_00]: But here's where I want to challenge that mindset.

[SPEAKER_00]: What if, in those tough moments, we post, not to ignore our pain, but to remind ourselves of the bigger picture.

[SPEAKER_00]: What if we remembered that the chapter we're in right now isn't the entire book.

[SPEAKER_00]: What if we could look ahead and see the full arc of our journey, knowing that each moment we're facing is a part of a much larger story.

[SPEAKER_00]: Think of the way nature works, season shift, winter is cold, dark and barren, but it eventually gives us way to spring, renewal growth and beauty.

[SPEAKER_00]: Our lives go through seasons two, sometimes we find ourselves in a season that feels unyielding.

[SPEAKER_00]: It feels like the cold and dark those will never end, but even at those seasons, there are seats being planted being the surface, preparing us for the growth that is yet to come.

[SPEAKER_00]: Every difficult experience you face carries a lesson.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes it's just hard to see it in the moment.

[SPEAKER_00]: Especially when you're deep in the struggle.

[SPEAKER_00]: But if you take a step back, you'll realize that the challenges that you face are shaping us into the person that you're truly meant to be.

[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe he's teaching you patience, resilience, or humility.

[SPEAKER_00]: Perhaps it's revealing strength that you didn't know that you had or showing you what really matters in life.

[SPEAKER_00]: These lessons often come in waste that we don't expect.

[SPEAKER_00]: In some times, and the most painful of circumstances, but they are the things that build us, mold us, and prepare us for what is to come.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is important to acknowledge, though, that growth isn't always linear.

[SPEAKER_00]: Life is in a simplest, awkward climb, where every struggle automatically leads to something better.

[SPEAKER_00]: There are bumps along the way, setbacks, and unexpected turns, and that's okay.

[SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean you're feeling.

[SPEAKER_00]: It means you're human, and you're navigating complexities of life.

[SPEAKER_00]: in your own unique way.

[SPEAKER_00]: You are not defined by your circumstances.

[SPEAKER_00]: Your identity isn't wrapped up in what you're going through right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: We are more than your struggles, your mistakes, or your fears.

[SPEAKER_00]: And there is so much more to life and there is so much more to who you are and so much more to what you can become.

[SPEAKER_00]: You are not just a hardship you face, you're the person who will rise above it, the person who will grow, learn, and move forward.

[SPEAKER_00]: And in the process, remember that you are allowed to grieve, to feel pain, and to be frustrated.

[SPEAKER_00]: But at the same time, you are allowed to hope, to dream, and to imagine better these ahead, both are true, and holding space for both as part of the human experience.

[SPEAKER_00]: one of the most painful things that you can do when you're in a top season is to actively seek out moments of beauty, no matter how small they may seem, maybe it's the sound of your favorite song, the warmth of the sun in your face or the simple act of sharing a laugh with someone that you really care about.

[SPEAKER_00]: these little moments are more than just distractions from your struggle.

[SPEAKER_00]: They are reminders that life is still happening, that the world is still full of possibility.

[SPEAKER_00]: Even in the darkest times, they're still light.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's still moments that remind us of the good, of the love and over the hope that exists.

[SPEAKER_00]: Even if it feels hard to reach.

[SPEAKER_00]: The more that you seek out these moments, the more that you start to see how they end up creating a patchwork of joy, beauty, and hope that helps you get through even the toughest times, soon out, it's easy to become myopic, focusing so deeply on what's right in front of us, but what happens when you look back on the entire scope of your life, all those past challenges you've overcome, all of the things that you've learned.

[SPEAKER_00]: And all of the ways that you've grown, they form the foundation of who you are today, and that, too, is part of the bigger picture.

[SPEAKER_00]: And when you think about the future, it's full of so much potential.

[SPEAKER_00]: You might not know what's coming, but the beauty of life is that there's always room for new chapters.

[SPEAKER_00]: No experiences, and new opportunities to evolve, just because you're going through a tough time right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: Doesn't mean that that is what the journey will end.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's just one chapter in a much larger story, one that's still being written, when you're going through something difficult.

[SPEAKER_00]: You can't always see what's waiting for you on the other side, but trust me, it's there.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's the new opportunities, the fresh perspectives, the healing that will come, even if that healing feels far away right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: Trust that it is a part of the process.

[SPEAKER_00]: You will come out of the stronger, wiser, and more capable of handling whatever life throws your way.

[SPEAKER_00]: you are never alone in this journey.

[SPEAKER_00]: There are people around you, friends, family and even strangers who are facing their own challenges.

[SPEAKER_00]: The shared experience of human being, of struggle and growing, is something that connects us all.

[SPEAKER_00]: And in that shared humanity, there is strength we can learn on each other, lean on each other, share our stories, and remind one another that there is so much more and we are so much more than our hardships.

[SPEAKER_00]: Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and remind yourself that life is so much more than whatever it is that you're going through right now.

[SPEAKER_00]: The chapters of your life are vast, and the story isn't over yet, whatever you're facing right now, it's just one part of your beautiful complex and over-evolving journey that is your life.
