Bizarre CBS Townhall EXPOSED: Candace Owens vs Erika Kirk Showdown Incoming
Episode Transcript
Believe that Tyler Robinson murdered your husband.
Yes, I do.
Why do you think it is so hard for so many people to believe that reality.
Speaker 2Because it's too simple.
Again, everyone always has to think there's more to the story.
Well sometimes there's not.
Speaker 3Yes I do.
I can't even do this.
I can't keep it together.
Oh man, Welcome to lver Lockdown's Clint Russell.
I really don't want to make this show dedicated to Erica Kirk.
I do not, and I intend not to.
So I am imploring her to get someone else that's a representative of TPUSA to continue to make these tour stops because she's not doing a good job at it.
And it's not me that feels this way.
The entire internet feels this way.
So don't shoot the messenger.
Speaker 4People don't understand how hard it is to be a professional widow.
Speaker 5You don't understand how strenuous the tour schedule is.
Speaker 2And I need everyone to know how.
Speaker 6Sad I am.
I'm so sad all the time.
Speaker 1You know.
Speaker 3I miss the little things, So many things.
Speaker 4About Charlie and we're little that I miss.
But the thing I miss the most of all is when you come home on a Friday night Shabbat Shalom.
Speaker 2Israel Daddy's home, and he put his phone and his keys in the junk dword.
Speaker 7It would just be all aus, just be all as can I have a moment just by myself so that I.
Speaker 4Can understand that you're good.
Speaker 3Thank you.
Speaker 4Okay, okay, yeah, okay, okay, it's game time.
You've got this, You've got the grief, You've got righteous anger, and God will take care of all of those who oppose you.
And it's for the kids, it's for Charlie, it's for the ability to be able to grieve in private.
We want privacy.
And some people grieve differently.
Some go on book tours and some stay home.
Speaker 3And you might be thinking to yourself, it's a little harsh, but what are you supposed to do with something like this?
Speaker 2But we serve adjust God, and I rest easy in knowing that he's sovereign, but he's just, and so let the Lord handle that.
Speaker 3He's sovereign, but he's just, so let the Lord handle that.
It's like, I mean, there's just no there's no two ways about this.
This is a disaster.
TPUSA is in shambles.
I'm sorry you thought that you would put her in there.
The widow now becomes the CEO, and therefore you can no longer question our organization.
You can't look into our financials, you can't ask any additional questions about the assassination of former CEO.
You can't ask anything more because a widow is now the top dog.
And then she gets out there and she does sit like that, And what are we supposed to do with it?
Are we really supposed to just go?
Speaker 7Okay?
Speaker 3I guess there's nothing to see here.
She did say one thing that was true, though, Yeah, people are looking for fast answers and this is too simple.
Tyler Robinson just some random leftists that pulled this off then got away with it, but also turned himself in, but then has not pled yet.
By the way, I got to correct the record, I said that he pled not guilty.
I was wrong.
I was reading up on it.
I said, did Tyler Robinson plead guilty?
And I said no, So I took that as not guilty.
I was wrong.
He had the opportunity to plead.
He has not made his plea yet, so he could have pled guilty.
He has not done so, as but given that he's headed towards a trial, it does seem as if he intends to plead not guilty.
So, just to circle back to her original point that it's just too simple, Well, the reason that we feel that it's too simple is because every other political assassination basically American history, has been far more complex.
It is always portrayed initially as a loan gunman.
That is what it is all like.
Uniformly and lately, or at least over the past sixty years, it has oftentimes been in a crowd and from a distance, so you cannot decipher who actually fired the shot.
This happened with RFK when he's in that I mean, there's ton I don't even know how many people, one hundred people around obviously JFK, there's hundreds of people there.
Martin Luther King Junior shot from a distance.
This is actually a perfect tie in as to why I doubt this story so much.
Speaker 5And over ten years I went at this, and I would talk to James off and on during those ten years, and he would ask me to represent him on appeal because he was trying to court the post conviction relief he had pled guilty in nineteen sixty nine on March tenth.
On March thirteenth, he filed for a new trial three days later.
The reason he pled guilty was there whole series of reasons in terms of his relationship with Percy Foreman lawyer, but the most important one he always said to me was a Percy said to him, Ultimately, I'm not a well man.
I'm not going to be able to give your best defense.
So what you really should do is plead guilty, and then you get a new lawyer and you can overturn the plea.
That's what you should do.
And Jason, I don't have any money to get a new lawyer, and I don't have confidence I can do overturn such a guilty process.
First he said, don't worry about it.
I'll give you five hundred dollars.
We'll take care of your lawyer.
I'll give Jerry Brother five hundred dollars.
You can go out and hire a lawyer.
And he put it in writing.
Would you believe he wrote this letter?
Person wrote this letter on his notepaper, and the letter said he was giving this five hundred dollars to Jerry Ray on the condition that James caused no trouble at the guilty plea hearing.
He put this, he put this in writing copy of the letter.
So so James well and truly stitched up.
And he played on the tenth and then on the and he did cause a little bit of trouble at the guilty plea hearing after the one point said what are you talking about?
And he said, they talk about their not being a conspiracy, and I'm convinced there was a conspira.
I'm not going to agree.
And Foreman said, you weren't asking a question about that.
Change sit out.
Speaker 3So he got a sentence of ninety nine years.
Speaker 5He filed for a new trial on the thirteenth of March.
That petition was being considered by Judge Preston Battle.
On the thirty first of March, he was found dead in his office of a heart attack, with his head on the petition.
So there were two people.
When a judge dies on the Tennessee law slight slight nuances, but when any judge dies, and as an application for a new trial under Tennessee lord automatically is granted.
There were two people who had filed those motions before Judge Battle.
One of them got a trial and one of them didn't imagine which one didn't of course.
Speaker 3Did you hear what he just said?
James Rolray basically was duped into pleading guilty, and then when he's asking for another trial, the judge who is supposed to be making decision on his request dies.
But there's two pending requests.
One of them gets granted, the other one doesn't.
James Earlray's doesn't get granted.
And the other reason that this ties in perfectly is that James Earlray was also accused or Martin Luther King Junior was hit with a thirty odd six.
Now it's a little bit different because my understanding is that Martin Luther King Junior was hitting his jaw, so it would be a different dynamic.
But it should also be added that despite being hitt in his jaw, there was an exit wound.
So the Charlie Kirk story with thirty odd six is a narrative that we are all justifiably struggling to accept.
And to that end, I have an incredible show coming up middle of this week.
I'm going to have on Justin from Phoenix Ammunition, who has been beefing with my homie Ian Carroll.
He is going to be debating on my show against doctor Chris Martinson, who is one of the top opponents to the existing FED narrative about the thirty odd six.
I think it's going to be I'm going to demand that it be a respectful conversation and we hopefully get better clarity on this.
Phoenix Ammunition obviously is an ammunition production company.
They produce ammunition, So I think it's going to be a really interesting conversation.
So I hope you guys tune into that.
But the weirdness with the Erica Kirk CBS town hall doesn't stop there.
It's just getting started.
Speaker 2Charlie always would say very clearly jew hate was brain Rod.
You would always say it.
We've been to Israel twice together, and to be able to walk in the place where our Lord walked and see the Bible come to life in technicolor, how could you hate that place?
How could you hate the Jewish people.
Speaker 3I don't think that there's any anti Zionist out there that's actually saying you must hate Jerusalem.
That's not the argument.
We're not saying that you have to hate the land mass of Israel.
Definitely not the argument.
The issue is that the war in Gaza has been an atrocity of the highest order, and that there's too much influence of the government of Israel over American politics.
And might I add it's very convenient that Barry Weis, whose entire life appears to be dedicated to the Pro Israel cause, was the one who's asking you these questions, and yet she left out the part about your husband, the tragically deceased Charlie Kirk, who forty eight hours prior to his murder said that we're living up to all the standard stereotypes his Jewish donors and that he had no choice but to leave the Pro is Real cause forty eight hours before he caught a bullet.
So how did that question not get asked?
How are you going to be asking her questions about you know, anti Semitism and blah blah blah, but you don't ask about the communications when it comes to Charlie Kirk's private messages, which we now know factually happen, You're not going to ask anything about that.
Really, Oh but it gets so much weirder.
Ladies and gentlemen, strap your butts to your chairs.
Yeah, guess who asked her a question?
Guess who Barry Weiss and CBS thought would be a good person to ask the widow of Charlie Kirk a question.
I bet if you don't already know this, you will not fucking believe who they brought in to ask this question.
Speaker 1The last person that Charlie ever spoke to was a Utah Valley student named Hunter Kozak.
He was asking Charlie a question that day when he was shot, and he's here tonight and he wants to ask you a question.
Speaker 3Either.
So, for those that are new here, not familiar with the conspiracy stories or theories or hypothesis about this entire tragedy, Hunter Kozak was actually basically it appears to be practicing his reaction that he then utilized immediately after the shooting.
And this is no exaggeration.
Hunter Kozak was the last person to ask Charlie Kirk a question.
He was also the very last human face Charlie Kirk ever looked at, because he was talking to him when he took that shot.
I mean, it's it is so beyond the pale to have Barry Weiss and whoever was the assument was her that made the decision to have Hunter Kozak ask that question is just like, I don't even have words for it.
It's so bizarre.
But then add to it that his actual question, which is super long winded and boring, her answer is a total word salad.
So I'm gonna spare you that.
But he basically asks her Donald Trump is responsible for a lot of violent rhetoric, and will you condemn him?
So Hunter Kozak, who's the last person who have ever spoken to her husband?
Who you have to assume this is the first time that Erica Kirk has ever seen this dude ever, and the first thing he asks or is to condemn the President of the United States, well, not even saying I'm sorry for your loss.
I mean, what is this?
That's a serious question.
What in God's name was this entire thing?
So, even setting aside the canned responses and the bizarre mannerisms and the obvious fact that she is performing as an actress throughout this entire thing, from the pregnant pauses to the mannerisms that are completely scripted, to the eye movements that are scripted, I mean, it's just there's just no sane, rational person who watched this and came to any other conclusion other than this is a performance from the CBS to her, to the audience, to the questions all the way down, a performance across the board, and a bad one.
And fortunately, because of the Internet and the popularization of independent media, which I consider myself part of, people have now grown accustomed to sincerity, authenticity, and there was none of that on offer.
And I think that's the biggest problem, not just with Erica Kirk or Barry Weiss or CBS News or any of the people that are asking the questions, but also the entire top brass TPUSA, which I would imagine not all of them are bad people, but it is obvious to me that they are not acting in good faith.
They are not acting in an honest fashion, an open and transparent fashion.
Contrary to the protestations of miss Erica Kirk, it is not, in fact what any of us witnessed that day.
And I might add the person who is now the top dog at CBS and who is asking Miss Kirk that question is Barry Weiss, who had this to say.
Speaker 1He was murdered three months ago.
If you go on the Internet, and frankly it is left beyond the Internet now into real life, and you talk to many seemingly sane people.
They do not believe that the twenty two year old named Tyler Robinson that has been arrested and charged with his murder is the actual murderer.
What matters is that, because she speaks about this in the interview, the brain rock that social media is allowing to spread, the way that it is detaching us from humanity, from our ability to talk to one another and our ability to discern the truth from just out and out lies, is something that is incredibly important as a theme, I think.
Speaker 3So there's two key takeaways from that very wise conversation.
One, she says with complete incredulity that there's all these people on the internet that don't believe that Tyler Robinson killed Charlie Kirk, as if the trial has already taken place and the evidence has presented, and that we all have actually seen definitive evidence that in act, Tyler Robinson not only was the killer but in fact acted alone.
None of that's transpired.
And yet this is such an outrage that there are people on the internet the doubt the official story before trial.
How dare they?
What has happened to us as a people that we believe in an aocent until proven guilty.
I can't believe what is wrong with us?
But then it gets way worse.
She migrates that conversation into brain rot and how basically the algorithms and the uncensored nature of the Internet is leading to the brain rot, which, obviously, if you're thinking logically, you conclude the next natural progression in that logic is to say, well, if it's the Internet and the algorithms that are leading to the brain rot, well, then the only way to remedy that is to modify the algorithm and probably censor people, right, yeah, exactly, which is always the push.
Always.
Speaker 8The FBI has identified a particularly concerning uptick and a radicalization of young people.
Radicalization of domestic harrist most often occurs online.
Social media and encryption have increases speed and accessibility of the violent extremist content.
Speaker 3And there you have it.
The FBI is angling for exactly those purposes.
How long do you think it'll be before it becomes basically a terroristic mindset?
To question the FBI or the official narrative when it comes to political assassinations in this country seems like we're basically already there.
If they're already putting together task force to deal with radicalization on the Internet.
Do you think that Candice Owen's audience isn't also already kind of in that camp of people that they feel maybe getting radicalized because they don't trust basically a charging sheet, which, by the way, you should, particularly when that same sheet charging paperwork is filled with holes as big as a thirty hot six wound, which is not what we saw in that day, I might add, which is probably one of the biggest holes in this entire story, which has led all of us who are thinking rationally to question this justifiably so.
But as I said, it's not as if my concerns about censorship are unfounded.
Is this has been talked about at nauseum, from Bibing that Yahoo to our political establishment.
They have been talking about it non stop ever since October seventh, ever since the war and guz It began.
They have been pushing for this.
And if you think that they're not going to use this as an opportunity to try and tighten the stranglehold on social media and modify the algorithms further, you're simply not thinking.
It's obviously where this is headed.
Speaker 9But gad, what do you do in the face of endless lies or nonsense.
Speaker 7I mean, do you just sit it out?
I answered it in two ways.
Speaker 10About a year and a half ago, I appeared on a British show hosted by a British psychiatrist who towards the end of the show asked me, of all your years as a professor of behavioral sciences and so on, what is the singular phenomenon that has most surprised you about the human condition?
And I'd never been asked that question before, so I had to pause that.
I thought, well, the inability to get people to change their opinions, irrespective of how much evidence you might show them once it is deeply anchored in that position.
As a matter of fact, oftentimes, the more evidence I show you that is contrary to your position, the more anchored and the more you believe in your position.
And so that's a very difficult reality to recognize when we are in the business of trying to defend truth.
Speaker 3So that's Dave via Fry and Gad said basically doing a panel on how to de radicalize Candis Owen's audience, which Hi, I'm one of them, by the way, I've had Dave Rubin on the show I've had Viva Fry on the show I've never had Gad said he has me blocked on X.
I think he's like just a massive fraud.
And just to prove out why I feel that way, is that when he's talking about the nature of the conspiracy mindset and that we're pattern recognition machines and how once we have a narrative that is basically founded on false premises, you can't break people from that.
The exact same lesson from what he's trying to describe as candas Owens and his audience or me and my audience, is that you basically cannot reach these people.
But the obvious parallel here is that it's the exact same phenomenon and the exact same challenge when it comes to a narrative that's been concocted by the state that may be flawed, that there's some cost fallacy that basically, once they're committed to this line of reasoning, it's very hard to get them to pursue other alternatives, as evidenced by the fact that they handed over the cell phone of the murder victim to his widow instead of running down all of the leads or going through all of the text messages to look through additional threats, things that would have possibly led them to someone other than Tyler Robinson or a collaborator along with Tyler Robinson.
There is value in what we are doing.
There is obvious, irrefutable value in what Candace Owens has been doing along with many other people on the Internet.
For these people to basically have a pow wow where they try and discuss how to get people to stop watching Candice Owns because she's such a fraud ought to rub you the wrong way.
These are not people interested in the truth whatsoever.
And as I said earlier, it's not just Mike Huckabee or our political class, or our media establishment, or Stop Anti Semitism dot org or any of these other groups that are all pushing this narrative of basically wanting censorship to stop conspiracy thinking and wrong think.
But it's also Vivin at Yahoo who had this to say just yesterday.
After the tragic attack on Bondi Beach in Australia.
Speaker 11About four months ago, I sent Prime Minister Albanize of Australia a letter in which I gave him warning that the Australian government's policy was promoting and encouraging anti Semitism in Australia.
I wrote, your call for a Palestinian state yours full fuel on the anti Semitic fire.
It rewards Camasterism, it emboldens those who menace Australian Jews and encourages the Jew hatred now stalk in your streets.
Anti Semitism is a cancer.
You took no action, You let the disease spread and the result is the horrific attacks on Jews we saw today.
Speaker 3So, in other words, basically because we didn't censor the internet like he asked four months ago, now a dozen people lost their life.
I mean, think about how unbelievably absurd that is.
And by the way, what he was asking for censorship over is that basically the Prime Minister of Australia I think his name's Albanese, said that they supported it to state solution, that they supported statehood for the Palestinians.
And that was enough to say that you're basically supporting terrorists and that you're supporting appeasement, that a people on a land ought to have a nation if they want it.
Really, that's anti semitism.
That's weakness.
My goodness.
I got to make one more quick point because this is what Mike Huckabee, our ambassador at Israel, had to say.
Speaker 6Is Israel blackmailing the US government with the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Again, what a ridiculous kind of unfounded, unverified allegation.
It emanates from someone's imagination, but nobody's provided one shred of evidence to indicate that there's any truth to it.
Reckless allegations, whether it's against an individual are a country, are just that they're reckless and they're harmful.
Just like no one would want to have people say crazy things about them individually or their families.
People ought to push back when anyone, whether it's a podcast host or just somebody making a speech, gets up and says something as unfounded as that somehow Israel was behind Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 3Refresh your memory real quick, because maybe you didn't watch the episode I did last week.
But Mike Huckabee, the current ambassador at Israel under Donald Trump, he met in secret with Jonathan Pollard, who was a trader and spy against the United States at the end of the Cold War.
And by the way, once he served his sentence, and was released.
He went to Israel, which is not where he was born, but he obviously was spying on behalf of Israel, and he was flown there on the top donor to Donald Trump, the Atolssen's private jet.
Yeah, that's all true.
Was he fired for it?
Speaker 1No?
Speaker 3Was he punished for it.
No was he reprimanded for it.
No was he nothing Literally nothing happened to him.
He met in secret with a convicted spy and traded to the United States on behalf of Israel as the ambassador to Israel, and there was no punishment for doing so.
Think about how crazy it is.
And then, in the aftermath of that controversy, which was completely ignored by the corporate media, he has the audacity to say or come out and basically criticize podcasters like me because I think that Jeffrey Epstein may have been backed by Israeli intelligence.
Speaker 4Ooh ooh.
Speaker 3You know what I do in times like this, I let Owen Schroyer rant.
Speaker 9I was whipping votes in the back room, whipping votes for Israel, whipping votes to steal money from the American people and give it to foreign countries.
Fuck you, Mike Johnson, I'm sorry I can't do this.
Speaker 7I can't.
I can't.
I can't do this.
I can't.
Speaker 9There is nothing I can do to stop being a slave for Israel, no matter who I vote for.
And they brag about it, and they stand up there and they say, thank God, Israel one again, as Americans continue to suffer, as the American dream is dying, as the average American is in debt up to their neck, and then you have the nerve to go out here with a smile on your face and talk about how happy you are that Israel just got another seven hundred million dollars at.
Speaker 7Another twelve thousand pound bomb.
Speaker 9I will support a Marjorie Taylor green Row Comma ticket if it means getting a foreign scum out of our politics.
I don't care who it is.
I don't care if it's a Republican.
I don't care if it's a Democrat.
I don't care if it's somebody from the we wear a spaghetti hand on our head religion.
Speaker 7I don't give a damn anybody that's.
Speaker 9Gonna come in here and say, we just gave another billion dollars to foreign countries.
Speaker 7We're never doing that again.
That's who I'm.
Speaker 3Voting for preach, and yeah, I might add that, in fact, we are giving more billions of dollars to both Ukraine and Israel.
The sentence voting on it tomorrow, and it's almost certainly going to pass.
So yeah, well, your center of living continues to decline at an expeditious rate.
Well, the cost of living continues to explode out of control thanks to the printing press and inflation which we never ever talk about.
Well, we continue to ship billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars to foreign countries, on behalf of the military industrial complex, or on behalf of entities that own our politicians.
We cannot get any reprieve.
There is no pathway out of this.
You vote right, you vote left, you get the same exact phenomenon.
If you thought Donald Trump was going to be a change of pace, you were wrong.
You were led astray.
As I I was hopeful.
I was wrong.
I should not have been hopeful.
I thought that Trump might be ending the wars.
Instead, it looks as if we are on the precipice of blowing up Venezuela.
The war in Ukraine continues to rage on, and uh, yeah, we're going to be sending them more money, more money from Donald Trump, who said that he would have that war ended on day one of his presidency.
Well, last I checked, we're on day three hundred and something, So yeah, that was a lie.
So as long as our political establishment continues to lead us astray, as long as the media continues to lie to us, and as long as you'd continue to try and censor us those that do have the courage to tell the truth, we will not relent.
We will only get louder, we will only get angrier, and we will only get more vicious.
This is not a threat.
It's the natural occurrence of the spirit of human liberty that if you attempt to suppress it, it will only grow more powerful and more strong.
And it's coming for all of you.
But here's the thing that you forgot.
We're Americans.
We're built different on many nations, and many peoples throughout history have accepted their own enslavement, accepted their own disarmament, accepted their own censorship.
Americans, our heritage, our forefathers, decided to overthrow the largest and most successful empire in human history up until that point, the British.
So yeah, we still have that beating in our hearts, and regardless of what kind of labels you try and put against us, what kind of slurs you use, what kind of hate speech laws you pass, what kind of censorship you push, regardless of the spying apparatus that you try and utilize against us, we are not afraid to say these things because there's nothing wrong with what we have to say that we believe in sovereignty, peace, prosperity, sound money, gun rights, speech rights, basically everything enumerated in the Bill of Rights.
So if you have a problem with that, you're the terrorist, You're the radical, You're the one that should be on a fucking watch list.
And we will not go quietly.
By the way, Cannie Owns will be meeting with Erica Kirk sometime this and I hope to have a real breakdown for you tomorrow as to how that conversation wins or goes, or maybe Kennis Owns will do an episode on it.
I hope she will.
I really, from the bottom of my heart, I do not want to be dedicating this show to blasting her, like, assuming she's innocent, which I still lean in that direction.
You cannot feel good about talking any sort or being critical at all.
Of a widow, especially of such a horrific tragedy like what we saw.
So that is not my goal here.
I just want transparency, that's it.
That's the whole reason I'm covering this the way I am.
That's the whole reason that this requires me to talk about it.
And I hope that with that sit down with Candie Owns, it brings transparency, it brings some answers that make you know, heads or tails of this bullshit narrative that we've been force fed so far.
By the way, I just one more quick note before we get out of here.
First off, go to Aaron Water Designs.
That's E.
Speaker 2R I N.
Speaker 3And search for the new AFAFO shirts.
It's a America for fucking only, and we stand by that you can get shirts or hats.
I just use promo code lockdown on our website.
She's got lots of other stuff, so get your Christmas gifts there if you want to support an independent creator, but also the main man.
Baron Coleman got back to me on his stream last night and said he definitely wants to do my show, and God bless him for that.
He had this to say.
Speaker 12Baron watched a based video by Liberty Lockdown.
You should take up his invite to go on a spot been loving you're exposed to takes to keep going may I don't know how to.
Speaker 1Get in touch with him.
Speaker 7That's the problem.
Speaker 12I have no idea how to get in touch with him.
Speaker 7I would love to do.
Speaker 12I watched several videos after somebody mentioned a week or two ago that I should go on with him.
Someone mentioned, hey, you should go on with Liberty Lockdown.
I said, I don't know that I've ever heard of the guy.
I went and watched him, and I thought, how have I not heard of this guy?
The guy's dope.
I mean, he's great on air.
I would love to go on with him.
Flood his chat, give give him my email address.
But he's phenomenal.
I'd love to go on with that dude.

I emailed you seventy two hours ago, so then I emailed him a follow up last night.
Still haven't heard back.
So my guess is this Baron Coleman is crushing it so hard that he's probably just having his inbox so flooded that he's just not seeing my email or maybe it's in his spam or something.

So thank you guys so much.
I cannot even tell you how crazy it was to watch the numbers on the episode from Friday Night.
I've never had an episode do what that did.
I mean, I think we're looking at three quarters of a million views on that episode right now, about to hit eighty thousand subscribers on YouTube, when I was at thirty one thousand as of three months ago.
I'm like, I'm shell shocked.
Three quarters of a million people watched that episode.
That's more than like probably watch the town Hall on CBS.
I mean, certainly live.
Oh it's unbelievable.
So you guys are crushing it, man.
You guys are absolutely getting the word out there, letting people know what I'm doing over here.
So thank you for that.
