For the past 17 years, Jay has specialized in case management, including his current role as a Project Manager for System Care Management in San Diego, supporting five hospitals.  Jay has also held leadership roles in several committees, including the California Hospital Association’s Case Management Committee.  Additionally, he’s the President-Elect for the Philippine Nurses Association of San Diego. We talked about health insurance and how to navigate it.
