Episode Transcript
Part two of a blockbuster interview just aired.
It's with Dylan Borland on Jeremy Corbel and George Knapp's podcast.
Dylan's a decorated Air Force intelligence analyst and he testified under oath to Congress.
It's just an amazing, far reaching interview.
I think it outlines everything we've thought.
It just adds another credible whistleblower to the long line of credible whistleblowers that we have alleging that the government released elements of the US government knows the truth about UAPs, and they have reverse engineered technology, they have legacy programs, and in this interview, Dylan Borland outlines that it's all real, and he gives names and backs it up.
So it's really amazing.
I recommend you watch both parts links here in the description, but I will give a summary in my reaction to this just amazing interview and testimony.
Thanks for being here.

So, a decorated Air Force intelligence analyst still in Borland testified under oath about reverse engineering programs.
He says the Pentagon, through aerow classified his testimony.
Soon after leaving BAE in twenty eighteen.
He also alleges that his brake lines were cut quick background.
Borland is a USAFF imagery analyst, so he has a top secret Special Compartmentalized Information or TSSCI clearance, and he's testified to Congress, the Senate, Arrow, and the Intelligence Community Inspector General.
Per his testimony, Arrow classified everything he disclosed, and in this interview, he also says that two of his drawings were immediately placed into special access programs, and he says those two drawings prove that we're not alone.
From twenty ten to twenty thirteen, Borland served in the usaff's geospatial intelligence supporting special operations.
He said he provided support to the search and rescue teams that actually captured Bin Laden.
He's trained across multiple imagery systems and was in the drone program, so he knows about star technology, radar, he dealt with ships.
I think he knows everything there is to know about imagery analysis.
After the military, he worked at BAE Systems on multi agency SAP efforts, he says, and briefed senior leadership.
He later says, you can tell from my resume who I worked for, because he's not going to say it, and I think it really seriously implicates the CIA as the agency that he worked for.
This multi agency SAP.
So important was the human cost.
So units evolved in the drone program have seen elevated mental health risks with multiple suicides among personnel.
So we're going to handle those parts of the story with care and respect.
In the interview, he goes into a lot more detail on the craft that he saw at Langley, and this is what he testified under oath to Congress.
So this is in the summer of twenty twelve, around one point thirty am.
He's basically taking a smoke break, about to walk back to work and he sees an orb or would look like initially he thought was a balloon.
He's basically a white light come out of the NASA hangar at Langley Air Force Base.
So he sees his bright white light then cross the fight line towards him, comes straight towards him, and then materializes, he says materializes or he doesn't know what happened, but the white light basically turned into one hundred and fifty foot equilateral triangle, he said, one hundred to one hundred and fifty foot, he said, he's a car guy.
It had a black metallic flake finish, and there was four lights, so one in each corner and one in the center.
The one in the center was two to three times larger than the other lights, and he said, most interestingly, around the whole craft was like a yellow gold transparent glow.
It looked like a lava lamp.
He said, some sort of electrostatic plasma, and that washed over the entire surface of the craft.
So he said, it's just sitting there one hundred feet away fromhim, one hundred feet up.
He's watching it three or four minutes.
His phone will not work.
He's trying to get his phone to work, and then his phone actually overheats.
Then he said, the center light, the larger center light, flashed kind of like it was glitching out, two to three times, and then the craft immediately shot straight up, no sound, twenty to thirty thousand feet in the air, he basically said, at commercial airline altitudes.
And that's when he immediately he felt like this static electricity all along his skin, his hair, and he immediately smelt and he immediately smelled thunderstorm ozone scent.
He said, it looked like a star tried.
He took a photo of it actually, and ended up deleting the photo, he says, stupidly.
And then he watched it head exactly due east over the Atlantic Ocean, and his reaction was, Okay, I guess this is real too.
And his reaction was, oh, I guess this is real too, because he had already been inside the programs really by accident.
So working at BAE from twenty fifteen to twenty eighteen, that's when he worked for that multi agency SAP contractor, was sixteen hour shifts, and that's where he meets colleagues tied to legacy programs whose careers were also crushed, and they're in limbo, so some of them reported home break ins and computers seized.
This is that multi SAP agency, says, you can tell by my resume who it is, and they briefed the Central Intelligence Director.
Likely this is a CIA run SAP for the Global War on Terror.
He talks about a really interesting part where he's chatting about Bob Blazar to someone and then a computer pop up appears on his screen and it says, you're not supposed to be talking about this.
I mean, that is super creepy and from what people told him, he concluded crash recovery and reverse engineering operations exist.
There are technology integration efforts, and he says cryptically, the key, the most important thing, the most important technology for the planet is not actually the craft itself.
Jeremy Corbel says, it's the power source, and then Dylan Borland says, well, you can infer whatever you want.
So is it the power source or is it something else?
I don't know, what do you guys think?
Let me know if you watch the interview, which I recommend you do.
Another interesting point is that he noticed arguments from classified chat rooms and the exact same wording would immediately show up within a day twenty four to forty eight hours, he said on Twitter, it would immediately appear on X So, like we always thought, seems like there are Intel agents, whether paid or not, it really remains to be seen.
But they are messing with us in the public space, just as we all suspected, right, meaning those bots are yeah, Intel bots.
If you watch Dylan's testimony to Congress, then you could see the retaliation is just terrible and real.
So seven months into BAE, his clearance was just administratively invoked basically just disappeared.
And JPASS is the database of everyone's classification, so if you're in JPASS, then you're good to go.
Right, Well, he was just removed from JPASS, he says, he effectively vanishes from the systems and can't take other intelligence community roles.
In May twenty eighteen, it's reinstated just long enough for him to actually sign his exit paperwork, and then miraculously, when he goes to get his job a new job, it's a race again and they say, yeah, you'll probably never get it back.
Then.
Probably the worst case where you're like, okay, this must have really changed his mind on this whole thing is summer twenty eighteen.
Now he alleges, Okay, there's no proof, there's no evidence of this.
I'm sure we'll get comments related to that.
But he says his brake lines were actually cut.
So he goes out.
He's at night out, he says, with his coworkers.
His brakes fail on the way home and his car is totaled.
George Napp even says, yeah, you said come give me a breathalyzer.
I'm open to it.
And Dylan he alleges, now again, there's no written record of this he can't find.
It is that the lead investigator actually came to his house and said, I'm not charging you because your brake lines were cut, and he warned him that someone was actually trying to kill him.
He says he can't find or obtain the official report.
Later, he also describes what he calls psychological warfare, so records labeling him delusional.
He had to actually go into a weekly aversive testing where he's hooked up to a polygraph machine and they show him terrible images along with images of butterflies, and he has to count backwards by sevens and if he gets it wrong, then they blare an airhorn at him, some sort of psychological torture.
Essentially, he says they put him on meds that ended up producing a compulsion toward suicide.
So he woke up just having a need like thirst or hunger to kill himself.
Imagine that.
And he actually had his doctor resigned in protest, his psychiatrist saying that what they were doing to him was wrong.
He needed to just survive and it was terrible what they were doing to him, and that doctor again he alleges resigned in protest.
Also interesting is he did everything by the book like you're supposed to do, and he was just hammered for it.
So in March twenty twenty three, he testifies in detail to Senate and House staff.
He talks about the Langley siding.
He also talks about cross recovery and reverse engineering.
He says the locations where you can go to find it, and he gives a two word program name, and that's when he says a staffer's stunned reaction suggests they already knew about it.
They already knew about the program.
Then in late March twenty twenty three, he met with Aero.
So there he meets with a DoD officer and an FBI agent.
He said he does withhold certain details to protect people, and says Ero then classified everything he disclosed, so all of a sudden, he said, they labeled it top secret no FOREM, meaning that no non American can ever see it, and now it's top secret information.
This is the information he's bringing about NHI craft.
He says.
Two of those photographs were then immediately put into a special access program, and those are the two photos that prove that this is non human intelligence.
Basically, it proves that it's all real, And in the interview he uses a bigfoot analogy, saying that if he saw a bigfoot in a US Air Force uniform, they would classify that and tell him to never speak about it again.
So he uses that as his example.
So does that mean he saw an alien in a USAF uniform?
You know, I guess we have heard of that before, right, We've heard of that in other claims, which would be amazing.
Right.
And then we get to probably his most disappointed part of the interview.
It wasn't even when his brake lines were cut that he seemed most disappointed and distraught.
It was really when he went to the Inspector General.
So the Intelligence Community Inspector General is supposed to be the person, right that you can go to when you have serious issues, whistleblower issues.
The whole point of an IG is to protect the person, and he says it was completely the opposite.
They determined he was credible but not urgent.
So this was on the advice from Congress and his attorney.
He went to the ICIG in August twenty twenty three, and he says it was a phishing expedition to really find out what he knows and silence him, and his request to testify under oath again was denied.
So the bottom line he took away was credible, not urgent, and that everything down to childhood stories was under executive review, meaning he could never talk about it.
The instruction, he recalls was disappear and do nothing.
Disappear and do nothing.
That's what the Inspector General told him, Just shut up and be quiet.
He later reports that in November twenty twenty four, during a polygraph for a new job, the polygraph tester asked him, is there any topic you don't want to discuss, and he said, specifically, I do not want to discuss my IG complaint.
And that is exactly what the tester asked him about while under the polygraph, And that wasn't even related to his role, right, It was supposed to be just about foreign intelligence, not about your Inspector general complaints.
So that seemed just so sketchy to me.
In the testimony to Congress, we heard about the triangle, right, but we didn't hear about the other two encounters, and so he gave three drawings actually to arrow one.
Like we mentioned, the Langley triangle remains unclassified, but in the interview He says that two other drawings he submitted to ARROW were immediately thrown into a SAP, and that those two drawings prove were not alone.
So even without the drawings being public, he argues, Erro's classification behavior is in itself a meaningful signal.
So again we have whistleblowers saying they have given clear evidence to ARROW that there is non human intelligence on the planet.
However you want to define that or describe it, and yet Ero keeps saying that they have no evidence of ETS or non human intelligence.
I mean, it's just ridiculous.
So Jeremy and Knapp now ask why go public?
He said he was married a month before whistleblowing.
He expects to never work in the IC again, he's pulled from his retirement funds, and he says his wife out earns him by forty thousand dollars, even though she has less degrees and less technical knowledge, So why do it?
And he says that people have actually died.
He believes that what he testified would change humanity's trajectory.
He points to technologies that could end resource wars and enable a real space economy, and he also warns about a looming catastrophic disclosure.
He says the truth is going to come out one way or another.
The question is will the government be behind it or ahead of the disclosure, and he says they will just look terrible behind.
I mean they're going to look terrible either way.
I think the government's belief is that the actual government will collapse if this information comes out.
I think that's why they will do anything at all means to protect it.
So George Nap then asks you what is it?
What does this all mean?
And Borland says that on definitions.
He notes Aerro's technical point.
Aero says there's no scientific proof of extraterrestrials in the strict sense, because you'd actually need a control group to make that case scientifically.
But his assessment is that this is multiple phenomenon, meaning it's very old.
It's echoed in what ancient culture is called gods, demons, angels, or gin he says.
He also says there's likely genuine et so not a one size all fits answer.
He also raises the influence question if someone can put the idea in your head, you built it, but the thought wasn't really yours, was it?
So he references atomic era archives that in his reading, suggest a long standing influence and not always necessarily to our benefit.
So he says, it's been here for maybe many thousands of years and has been influencing humanity.
Again, he says that speculation.
As far as disclosure, he argues, you can responsibly disclose everything up to the current capabilities line, so that means including crash recovery and reverse engineering programs, also international coordination akin to treaty frameworks.
But the immediate priority, he says, is you have to disclose the crimes.
So that's the assaults that have been done, the stalking, the brake cutting, medical manipulation, and driving people towards suicide, if not just killing them outright.
This would open the door to let mainstream scientists, theologians, and academia engage without career destruction, but it would also demand return to critical thinking.
So he says to other whistleblowers, I'm sorry for everyone who tried to do the right thing.
This country has done a crime against you.
I hope you find peace and can tell your story, and I think they will.
Right.
The truth is going to come out, sooner or later, we will know what's happening now in the decades ahead, and the question will be who actually lived honorably, Who can look back on their life and say, yeah, I did what was right.
Who can look back with any sort of integrity and honor.
And the people that think they're protecting the nation by doing these terrible deeds to other citizens of the nation, the truth is you're not.
You're actually destroying the nation.
What do you think has been going on all the terrible things that have been happening in the US.
It's doing large part to lying, cheating and stealing, committing crimes against the populace.
It's just not going to stand.
It all comes from fear.
Fear that your adversaries could be on an even footing of knowledge with you.
If you're the greatest, why can't you outperform them with the same level of information.
Why do you have to cheat and steal and kill your own people to get ahead.
It's just cowardly.
So in the end, the truth is going to come out.
Whistleblowers like Dylan Borland are going to be the heroes.
That's just what's going to happen.
They know the truth.
Dylan's personal plan is to take a honeymoon and actually step back from the Internet.
He says he wants to disappear from the Internet.
He says what Congress can do is provide financial and legal protections for whistleblowers.
They already have models that work, like the sec style payouts for ten percent given to the whistleblowers for proven crimes.
The other thing is let the Department of Justice handle the prosecutions.
Stop letting the inspector generals and military systems handle these prosecutions that are obviously compromised.
So it's call to action is really to support whistleblowers.
We need to keep demanding hearings.
Dylan Born Borland is just the next step.
Right.
We also have Wiggans, New Satelli, David Grush, and there's many more on deck.
And the more people to come out, then the more people will come out.
Because this isn't just about UFOs, right, this is about constitutional rights.
This is about human rights, rights to humanity, not to the governments.
Right.
Who's really being oppressed here is the humans.
Humans are being repressed by who by larger systems, right, by agencies, central intelligence agencies, by large government entities are actually committing crimes keeping humanity in the dark.
They're keeping humans in the dark.
So this is about criminal accountability.
This is about rights to people at our level, right life, at the dimensional level of humans.
The rights should not be all for national security, for these nations and agencies to just do whatever they want and not follow the laws, not follow the rules of the land that were written into the constitution, created by who, by humans.
Yes, so we need to pull back to bring back accountability and get access to the technology that's obviously there that could transform the lives of humans.
You can't keep censoring physics.
We know it's being censored.
It's going to be obvious in a few years.
The question is how are you going to be remembered when it comes out.
Will you be remembered as the agency that lied and cheated, committed criminal acts against humans just to save your own lying skin, or will you be remembered as the heroes people who had the courage to actually stand on equal footing with our adversaries to give them the technology, to give them the knowledge that you've been keeping secret at terrible costs.
We'll see either way.
Thank you so much to Dylan Borland.
If he does watch this interview, I would say ten percent disability is a joke.
Man, please hire someone get help, because you should definitely have higher than ten percent disability from VA.
That's just ridiculous and that would definitely help you at least somehow with your finances and with your healthcare issues.
So please get it above ten percent.
That is just ridiculous.
And for all the other whistleblowers thinking to come out again, you guys are going to be the heroes in the future.
So we appreciate every one of you.
Guys.
Thank you so much for speaking out.
Thank you so much to Dylan and to Jeremy and George for doing such an amazing interview.

I have an amazing video coming out with Nasim Hiramine where we talk about the physics, which is obviously correct, and I think it underlies what they're hiding.
They're hiding the power source.
What is the power source?
We talk about that with my interview with Nasiem Harramine, and it's not just us that came to this conclusion.
Many other people have come to the same conclusion.
So I think it's pretty obvious what the power source is now how that actually works.
How do you technologically access it.
Yes, you can keep that classified, but keeping it classified that we're not alone in the universe and that somehow our physics cannot go faster than speed light, etc.
I think all of this is just ridiculous, and it's going to go down in history as a terrible crime against humanity.
That's what's going to happen.
And I've said it in the past.
I got very angry in the past and called them all liars, said some offensive things, and I'm sure that's gotten me censored on YouTube.
I bet if you are watching this video, I bet it was shared from someone else directly.
I bet it just and pop up on your feed, because I'm pretty sure I'm being censored on YouTube as well for saying offensive things against what I believe are crimes against humanity.
And so thanks for watching.
