Episode Transcript
We are live.
It is 204 Central Standard Time in the United States.
804 BST, right?
In the UK.
Yeah.
So Nomad Tech Project with Sam and Joe.
Hey.
Coming to you live this 18th day of May, 2025.
And how the hell are you, Joe?
You're looking good.
Get the hair.
Not as.
Not as done today.
It's kind of just.
Yeah, it's just a bear.
Relaxed, easy.
Sunday.
Oh, yeah.
You know, you don't have to look.
Oh.
You don't have to work, you know, on the hair every day.
Sometimes you can take a break.
That's it.
That's it, mate.
I figured you made it.
Did you run out of, like, product or whatever, or you just.
No, no.
So we did plan to go to the oo today, but Lawrence hurt her foot, sadly, which is really frustrating for her because she's running a lot at the moment.
So we ended up staying in for most of the day.
I took Saoirse out to the park and cost her earlier, which was nice.
Your Costas, you get a little, you know.
Yeah, whatever it is.
Chocolate baby chino.
She has.
I want to say a puppuccino, but I know that's.
That's for the dog, so a little baby chino?
Yeah, a little poppuccino?
Yeah, if you like.
Yeah.
So it's like.
Is it like hot chocolate?
Is that what that is?
Yeah, you have to ask for chocolate baby chin, otherwise they'll give you milk.
The baby chino is just heated milk, but, yeah, chocolate baby chino.
Okay.
And she had a cheese and bean toasty as well.
She liked that.
So.
Okay, so what.
What is that?
Is it like on bread, like a cheese and on toast?
Is that what that is?
No, it's like a toasty.
So that's like a toasted sandwich.
Oh, okay.
Yeah.
All right.
I had a nacho chili cheese and chicken one.
Would you.
What'd you call it?
A nacho.
Nacho.
Chili cheese and chicken nacho.
Okay, Nacho.
Or what you call it nacho?
Nah, it's.
Instead of nah, it's nah, nah.
Nacho.
Yeah, it's probably just my accent.
I don't know.
Yeah, that's fine.
I don't know.
Maybe that's.
Is everybody in the UK call it nacho?
I probably do.
I don't know.
It's probably a British thing.
Who knows?
Guys say word, we say words weird.
You guys say some words weird.
At least it's not weird.
And then some things we say.
Some of the things we say.
I'm like, don't make me a lot of sense.
Yeah, Weird world we're living.
I like your Atari shirt, mate.
Oh, yeah.
I.
For I.
It was buried in my.
I have a T shirt drawer.
And when I.
And I have a chest of drawers, there's like two large drawers and then too small and then really two smaller ones.
And so like the third, George, is the kind of a larger one.
It's just nothing but T shirts.
That entire drawer is T shirt drawer.
Gets a little contested around here because I have way too many T shirts.
I have a.
I definitely have a problem.
So I have a collection and I've been very good.
So it got to a point where I had so many that it was like for everyone.
I would get.
I had to get rid of two because it was bad.
It was bad.
I mean, I.
I mean that Dredger is stocked.
It's four wide.
Thrift shopping.
Oh, what?
What?
What?
Yeah, I like the first.
Yeah, I.
Sometimes I do.
And there we have a Goodwill.
And when I used to work in industrial work, I used to work in a rail yard unloading rail cars.
I would go to the Goodwill because they would have like, they would have racks of T shirts like all the way across the store, like in the middle section.
And they were like two or three dollars a piece.
And they were really kind of cool because they were like obscure donated things.
So one was.
I found one time was a.
Some family reunion.
It was a family reunion T shirt, but it was a family I didn't know.
So I had like.
It was like the Miller family and it was like purple and it had a bunch of names on it.
I just bought it because I was like, people like, oh, do you have a family here?
It's like, I'm not even.
I don't know who these people are.
So I bought a random other family's family reunion T shirt.
So good.
But it was two bucks.
Like, because that way I figure if I got it like ripped or if it got stained or got damaged or whatever, like, what do I care?
It's not like one of these kind of nice, you know, shirt.
You spend maybe 20, 30 bucks on.
A good looking family.
I don't know.
They had no pictures.
It was just names of people.
And it had the date on.
It was.
Oh yeah.
It was just.
It was literally a shirt and it said the Miller family reunion.
And then it had names and a.
Like a picture.
It was like a tree in the middle.
And then it had just names around.
It had a date.
It was.
I don't Remember the date.
Search on that tree and see if you can find.
Probably, I don't know.
But anyway, so.
And then they had one.
They used to have Blockbusters here.
So I found a Blockbuster T shirt and it was from I guess one of the employees because it was like what the employees used to wear.
And so I bought that one tonight.
I'd love a Blockbuster song, dude.
And I.
It was yellow, it was cool.
So I, I picked that one up.
There was just.
And there was so such an eclectic version and like selection of shirts.
And then I found out.
Busters, man.
Yeah.
And then they had a.
What did they have?
They used to have a concert back here in St.
Louis.
And I.
I can't.
I'm drawing the blank on the name of it.
A point fest.
It was a point fest.
It was like bands and would show up and it was, it was a con.
It was a concert.
It was so new.
It had the folds like in the shirt.
It was hanging on a rack and it was like, I know at the concert I was probably a 35 shirt.
They were selling for like $3.
It's ridiculous price, isn't it?
Yeah.
So what I used to do is I used to buy a bunch of those kind of shirts.
So then anything was.
And then there was another one was Rhode Island Inner Mural Lacrosse.
I.
I didn't even know that was a thing.
So yeah, it was pretty cool.
So talking about purchases from a thrift shop, I might as well tell you my ones when I was a kid, right?
I got a Mighty Ducks shirt.
Like a proper hockey shirt.
Right.
My mum got me.
I loved that thing.
I wore that all the time.
The people in the UK even know what that.
Like, would they know if it wasn't.
Let's say I get you a different logo for a different team.
Like, let's say I got a St.
Louis Blues.
Like the shirt.
Would people know that's American ice hockey or would they be like.
That is like, would they recognize ice hockey shirt?
Yeah, I think so.
Okay.
I just don't know if it's because I don't think, dude, a lot of British people, other than you know, they may wear the shirt.
You know, I know you have the arsenal, like, you know, the top.
Like, you know, the top, not the whole kit.
Right.
Because you don't be a full kit wanker.
But you know, I mean, do, do they wear a lot of sports related stuff?
I don't see when I see pictures of the UK people aren't really wearing just out and about like, that's the NHL.
There wasn't really good NHL game though that got quite popular.
That's called NHL.
Yeah, that's.
That's isoc.
American Ice Sock.
Yeah, that's a professional.
There were some great games out EA Sports made before that was quite popular.
So I think knowledge got better for the full generation at least.
Well, I will.
I will tell you if anybody who's watching is.
Is in the UK and wants to see like right now the NHL playoffs are going to Stanley cup playoffs.
And so if you want to see.
To me, I understand that.
I know I'm talking to a lot of people who are in the uk.
So then this is a hot take.
I get it.
But I would argue that pound for pound, the most exciting sport to watch at a specific time would be NHL, like American NHL playoff time.
The games are incredibly intense, like because they're eliminations, right.
There's game best of seven.
Like last night, you know last night the Winnipeg jets were playing and that's obviously not an Americans Canadian team.
They were playing the Dallas Stars.
It was not even game seven, it was game six.
So you know, if, if the jets would have won, it would have been game seven.
Right.
One of their major players name is Mark Scheifele.
This is the team that just beat the Blues.
Well, the Blues just lost to him.
They didn't.
Anyway, so Mark Scheifele's last night was the game 6.
His dad died that morning.
Oh man.
And he played last night and scored a goal and they wound up losing 2:1 in overtime to.
And not only lose the game, but they're out of the playoffs.
Right.
They're done.
So not only did his dad die that morning, he still played, scored a goal and he still went up losing.
And then what they do in the NHL, which I think is something cool in sport, is when the, when the Sears is over, the teams go center ice and they shake hands like across, you know, like that.
That's the only sport that does that.
And, and you.
And they were all giving them hugs because they, the other team, the Dallas Stars, knew that his dad had died.
They.
Everybody knew that.
Yeah.
And so it was.
It's really touching.
So NHL hockey also just generally as a sport, you, you.
It's one of those things where you and I know in football, you know, you're watching teams like especially two really good clubs playing, you always got to pay attention.
But they're so spread out and the plays kind of can develop slowly, you know, as balls are being passed around.
But in NHL hockey, the ice is so small.
It's 200 by 85ft.
It's very small, five players on each side.
There's constantly something, people getting run into, people are passing the park, people shooting the park, people are digging.
There's always something going on.
And, and then.
So I tell them.
I, I think a lot of British people would really.
I understand baseball.
Slow American football is a little, you kind of got to know the rules and there's action, but there's break, you know, huddle.
A lot of breaks.
Right.
In NHL.
And that's why I think, I think for people who really are into like cricket or people who are into EPL or premier leadership football in the uk, I think hockey would be the sport that they would gravitate to more than any.
Just, just for the sheer fact of, of the action, the fact that it's constantly, it's fast paced and it's constantly moving kind of thing.
Yeah, I, I don't really, I never got into boxing.
I, I mean, it's okay.
I mean, when, I guess when Mike Tyson was, was when I was a kid, I kind of sort of watched it, but, and I, I did tell you that I did watch the Jake Paul Mike Tyson thing and you know what I got a kick out of was the, all the undercards, like the two women that fought.
I thought that was the best.
No, awesome.
That was the, the best fight of all of them.
And then there was another one with the two Hispanic guys were fighting.
I thought the undercards were way more interesting to watch as far as women's.
Boxing has really got really good, actually.
Yeah, I know UFC is kind of popular too, so.
Yeah, I don't know.
I, I just was like, I, I thought the undercards, the Jake Paul Mike Tysonite was a joke.
That was just ridiculous.
I, but the undercards were really pretty entertaining.
I actually, and then of course, I couldn't watch, I couldn't watch the Mike Tyson fight because by that time Netflix and servers had crashed.
So, I mean, we weren't able to watch.
Watch it.
Yeah, I've managed to catch it, but.
Yeah, it wasn't, but yeah, it was pretty good.
I mean, I, yeah.
So I just think now, right now is a good time if you're a, if you're American.
Oh, if you're a British person, you want to check out NHL, they stream on YouTube or you listen, watch some hockey.
If somebody could explain the rules to you.
It's pretty fun.
Yeah.
You guys.
Yeah, I think, I think you get a kick out of it.
So I enjoyed the games, that's for sure.
So, but anyway, so enough non tech related stuff.
So we were on with the phonies yesterday, the bunch of phonies.
And it's always, it's always a great time and I know probably most people who are listening to this or in the stream now would probably, you know, caught that yesterday or listened to it later.
So we did talk about Moto, obviously and you know, those kind of things.
And what's funny is that right before the show started I was watching a video and Adam Matlock, his wife, I know she has a Tesla and she does videos and stuff.
I forgot her name, so I apologize if I don't know it.
He was showing her, hey, if you had two phones to choose from if you were going to switch from iPhone to Android.
He gave her a Moto Razor Ultra and he gave her an S25 Edge.
She was explaining how she would pick the S25 Edge only because of it's too small in her pocket and she had a razor back in the day.
Old razor, you know, back.
But it's, it's funny how I think some people, we, we kind of assume that on the, you know, for iPhone, right.
The flip will be the form factor.
Right.
They'll probably do a flip probably before a fold.
How.
I don't know if it's going to land with everybody.
And then just listening to her just kind of can describe why I was like, okay, that kind of makes some sense.
I don't know.
I, I just, I don't.
Yeah, flips aren't for everyone though.
It's.
That's for sure because people are hesitant with.
Yeah.
The durability issue.
But yeah, I mean, I don't know.
I mean I, I've not touched flips yet myself and I was even reluctant with folds, weren't I?
For quite a while until I got that V3 and really enjoyed it.
Yeah, but you're not using it.
But you're not using a foldable now.
So it's, it's not.
No.
Well, that's because I'll switch up, mate, on that.
I'm going to switch ups.
Probably I might switch up tomorrow because I managed to.
To.
There was one thing stopping me.
Right.
This will make you laugh.
So there's a game, football manager, right, 24 and I'm.
I've got Bath City in 2038, 2039 maybe now actually.
And I couldn't get the data off the phone because it's a Netflix game now and you have to export it.
The save file and import it and it wouldn't import on my other honor.
I don't know why, but could you.
Put it like a.
Could you and like export it and put it like onto your computer?
At least they have the file.
I've put it onto this for now.
The ThinkPad.
The Think Phone.
Yeah, yeah, the Think phone.
I mean, so what do you think?
I mean is that the newer one?
So it's not the old, that's the newer.
It's the 25.
Yeah.
So it's the size of.
It's beautiful.
Look how small it is.
Yeah, it's what, six really nice size.
6.5, maybe 6.3.
I don't know.
Yeah, I think 6.4 even.
I think it reminds me very much of a beefed up Pixel 5.
That's how it feels to me a little bit.
Yeah.
I really like it.
It's nice.
I haven't used it much yet though, so I can't really comment too much, but I think all around.
Yeah, a decent device.
Yeah, It's.
It says 450.
Well, yes.
It's not expensive.
Yeah.
And guess what you get in the box?
Headphones.
Oh, this is.
Yeah, it's storage is 8, 88 gigs of RAM.
256 gig storage.
Carbon black.
So it looks like the one you get five years software update support.
Okay.
That's.
That's Android updates.
Oh, security patches.
You get.
You get five years of patches too.
Okay.
Yeah, I, I saw the reviews for the, the older Think phone.
I thought it looked pretty clean.
I like, I liked it.
I was like, okay, yeah, this, this looks pretty good.
Now of course it's only in the UK because it's.
The price it's giving me is 4, 49 pounds.
So clearly this is the UK.
This is the UK version.
But I think it actually came out last year maybe.
Yeah.
Even that's the 25.
I think it came out last year, I think.
Yeah.
There was, there was a.
There was a Think phone that came out last year.
Yeah, I'm sure it's this one.
It wasn't the Original 1.
Was 1 before the year before, wasn't it?
I don't know.
I lose track, man.
Yeah.
Sucks.
So, no.
So why.
Why did you get the Think phone?
Is it just because it was.
No, no.
When we went to Moto.
Yeah.
You know.
You know, we all took devices back with us.
Oh, I did not know that.
No.
So Max got the Edge 60 Pro.
Okay.
To play with.
Manos has got the Edge 60 and Dan had the Razor.
Razor 60 Ultra yeah, I mean I said I'll take whatever.
And like Wilkin only got this out because he felt bad that one of us wouldn't take a device back.
But I'm pretty happy with, to play with this bit.
It's been, it's been fun.
Really fun.
Yeah.
I mean, so, yeah, the only, I guess the only thing is it's, you know, it's probably not great photography wise.
So for, for.
No, it's not a photography centric phone.
The main lens is, is decent enough.
There's a few shots I've done with the ultra wide and there's some serious fringing, but that's when you oom in and have a look.
Right.
So at face value, people probably look at the image and go, oh, that's nice.
I'll share a load.
At some point I need to take it out and take some more images.
Really?
Because I've only taken a few on that day.
Because we've only got these for a month, I think between us.
So yeah, I should.
Did you see my unboxing of it?
I did.
That's pretty cool.
Like, like I, I saw the, the Think phone, I guess the year ago or a year and a half ago one.
I was like, man, for 300 bucks, that's probably a pretty good phone.
I mean you don't have to worry about putting a case on it looks pretty durable.
It's, it's, it's security focused.
So that's kind of cool.
It really struck me the first one because Wilkin was quite impressed with my memory of it because I only saw it once.
Right.
And what I really liked about it, and I wish this one had it, there's a red accent on the original Think Phones button and I loved it.
Yeah.
I was gonna say I thought it was a little, little.
Yeah, a little bit of.
A little, little touches like that are kind of nice.
And that's very faint foam, right.
Because you get little red in the eye for think, didn't you?
You're right.
And then also too is, I think, you know, it goes to the.
There's the think pad, right.
That we're supposed to be the, the laptop.
So you get the little notch in the middle that you can control with, can't you?
Yeah, little.
The little old little inside keyboard.
Nub.
Yeah, the nub.
Yeah.
Was that the official name?
I don't know what it is.
I don't know.
That's what I would, that's what I would call it.
Nothing's great if you're typing and you just want to move slightly.
That's better than moving right back, isn't it?
Yeah, it's funny.
So you go to Razer Edge, Moto G, Moto E and the Think Phone, they listed as the business phone.
Yeah, that's how they.
I did a little thing on LinkedIn about it because I thought, you know what, it's a business focused device.
I'm going to post something on there about why it's good.
Yeah.
Now the fight.
The fact is that most businesses are using iPhone.
But that's okay.
But yeah, it looks like.
And I don't think it's a bad deal.
I mean for 500, 450, that seems.
If you're a small business, right.
And you're buying three or four phones for your colleagues.
Right.
You own a business but you're only a small business.
A more budget focused device.
That's pretty secure.
Yeah, this is a good device for that.
Well, I think it's, what it cracks me up is the fact that you're, you're going to get security OS updates for a while, you know, and you're going to get, you know, security patches for like anywhere from three to five years.
And I agree with Dan from yesterday, I think, I think for the most part, I think that's what people are going to need.
Yeah.
Like unless you're really sideloading a lot of apps or really dueling a lot of dodgy stuff on your Android device, I don't really think it's okay if you're, if your software, if your security patches are behind six months or a year, if it's out of support, I think you can still use it.
Now you can always, you know, if, if you have the ability to.
Right.
You can always just, you know, root your phone and then throw a lineage or, or an OS on there and get some support.
Support.
But I don't know, I just, I don't think people, I mean it's great to have seven years of software support.
You know, same thing on the Samsung devices.
But I don't know if anybody's keeping a phone seven years anymore.
I don't know people.
I don't think that the.
Oh, I don't think that the, the chipset is going to hold up.
The.
Definitely the battery one.
Because you think seven years of charging, that battery is going to be destroyed.
And if, unless you've got a Samsung or a Google shop in your town, which I don't have either.
Right.
Getting your battery replacement, you're going to take it to one of those little, little third Party, little local places that we have.
And maybe they can do a Samsung, but they're not gonna do like a Oneplus or a Moto.
And they might mess your screen up or do mess something up.
Right.
And then that's the other thing, too.
So it's like one of those things where.
And then yesterday, I mean, like I said, it really bummed me out.
I really hated dropping this phone.
It drives me crazy.
But the problem is, I think if I would have had.
I think if I would have had.
Because it dented, like, if you can look and you can't see it, but it, like, dented the actual frame on both sides.
There's a pretty good little dent in the frame.
Yeah, you can see it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But look at it.
Did it on the other side, too.
It's like.
See how it kind of really.
It's focused now.
Yeah, yeah.
See how it dented both sides?
It was.
It was like.
It went like.
It had to go like this.
Right.
But what was weird was I'm wondering if it had a.
It must have been as well.
So it's got a bit more.
Yeah, because I think it.
I think.
Well, because the one side is.
Is.
It's dented.
This one is dented pretty good.
Yeah, that's the.
That's the initial impact.
Right.
It was this.
This corner.
The screen is hit as.
More.
Yeah.
But the screen is like.
It's shattered.
I mean.
Yeah.
Kind of like.
It's worse on the other side, though.
Right.
So the initial hit.
The screen didn't.
Wasn't so bad.
Well, I don't.
I think.
I think the screen broke on the first one because both sides have spidering.
Yeah.
That are coming out from the impact point.
But what I'm saying is.
I'm wondering, though, is if this.
If.
If this would have been a metal frame.
Would have had.
Would 1.
I probably would have had a case on it.
And I never.
And honestly, I even know Moto phone I've ever had.
I've had a case.
I mean, it's like.
I mean, I guess I should have probably gotten one, because if I did, I still have his phone.
But then it's like I can click another one for.
I'm gonna do something interesting with their builds.
It's like a little cushioning layout.
Because, see, on.
On my other one.
See, I did the same thing with my razor.
You can't kind of see it.
Yeah.
But it's.
It's.
It's just this back corner, and it kind of broke on the Back.
But the rest of the phone is fine and the front screen is fine and the actual interior screen is perfectly fine.
So.
Yeah, I don't know.
Oh, well, yes, honor devices, they have like a little cushioning.
So in theory it'll absorb some of the impact on the corners.
This is caseless.
It's supposed to.
I mean, I'm not going to test it because I have to give this phone back.
Right?
Yeah, but I mean.
And again, I just.
Like I said, I'm wondering if it would have had a, like a, like aluminum or it would have had a titanium frame.
I'm wondering if it would have absorbed.
Because I think that's what caused the.
The screen to crack because it inc.
When it hit the ground, the plastic just didn't absorb it.
And it's.
I've never seen a phone crack on both corners like that before on one job.
It's really weird how it fell.
It must have really bounced like to.
It might have.
Like I said, I was just, I was out, I was barbecuing.
I was trying to put it in my pocket and I just, I missed the pocket and it went right down my leg and went.
And I heard it hit, you know, hit the ground.
So it came.
It fell from about pocket level, maybe thigh level.
And yeah, it just, it just.
When I picked it up, I flipped it over.
I was like, oh, yeah, that takes toast.
Yeah.
So.
Yeah, not really.
I mean, because like I said, if I really wanted to get a.
Yeah.
I was gonna say, thankfully you didn't pay too much for it, did you, mate?
So.
No, I mean, well, I bought it.
Not.
It makes it much nicer, but.
Well, it makes it not as, as like hard to deal with.
Like, you know, if I would have done that to my.
My pick shattered, I would have been pissed because that's.
Yeah, but that's, that's what's kind of nice about when you buy phones like that.
You know, funny enough, you don't really damage device as well.
So my On a tab.
I didn't realize.
Okay.
And I think I know when it happened.
It dropped from the side.
I didn't, I didn't look at it, but there's a, a hairline crack going from one side right to the other.
Oh, man.
And obviously I got it free as gift with purchase.
So like.
Right.
Still.
Still frustrated, man?
No, no.
I was gonna do like a short or something like showcasing the, the ecosystem, like showing that you can control the phone.
But yeah, it's not going to look good with a big crack on It.
Well, yeah.
You.
Yeah, I would do that.
No, not a good idea.
Oh, well.
Yeah.
I mean, and it's.
It's one of those things where.
And then, you know, I, I.
Oh, I wanted to ask about, you know, the OnePlus, the 13T.
So what's.
What are you thinking about that?
Like, I, I know that I don't know if that's gonna have a global release.
It probably won't.
I haven't seen.
What's into it is that there's a Pro version.
13T.
Pro.
No, no, no.
I don't think there is.
I mean, it's funny is I didn't.
I thought.
My bad.
I thought we were.
I thought we were done with the.
I thought we were done with it.
The whole T series phones.
So it's interesting that they've got this 13T.
No, it's just a 13T that's, you know, it's got an 8 elite.
It looks like a.
Looks like a pixel fold as fake.
Yeah, I mean, it's just, it's a pixel full, but it's kind of turned a little bit.
But it's, it's interesting because this is not coming to the US obviously.
This is, this is clearly a now.
I mean, if you really wanted to, you can go to, what, Giz top or whatever.
Yeah.
And you could probably pick it up.
The problem is you're running into that same boat that you're running into with any phone you import that has a global rom.
Right.
It's like, okay, well, I could get it.
But is it gonna work?
And if you have.
And if you have a.
So smaller.
You know, if you have at T.
6.3-inch dude.
Screen.
Oh, my God, I want this so bad.
The Xiaomi Mija Pulse water Gun.
Dude, have you seen this thing?
Dude, no.
Check this out on the screen.
Show it on screen.
Actually, I'm sure.
Yeah.
Let me present because I was looking for the stats.
Yeah.
Check this, check this out.
Look at that.
That looks very futuristic.
Yeah, it looks like they've taken a Google controller, recycled the materials.
Suck it up in there.
Fifteen seconds later you come out there and, dude, I would totally get one of these.
That would be awesome.
Here's the.
Specs.
Has some.
Apparently you buy it and some Chinese chick comes over and she shoots it at you.
I don't know.
No, it says, let's see, you have, you have some lighting effects.
That's cool.
It shoots in flashes with the shooting, I guess.
Right.
Three firing modes you can choose from.
Shoot it.
Continue shooting.
So I I would assume continuous shooting means automatic, right?
Single shooting means semi automatic.
And then I don't know what charge shooting is.
Water is a maximum of 25 water bombs at a range of 7 to 9.
High definition display.
Where's the display?
I don't see it.
Is it on the side or on the.
Oh, it's probably right up here.
It's probably up.
Yeah.
Dude, I would, I would rock the out of this thing.
How cool would that be if he went to like a pool or like a, like a float trip or a camera?
You have one of these things, dude, that would be badass because you know, no Americans got this goddamn thing because they don't even know John me makes a water gun.
They make everything there, man.
I know, it's crazy.
So anyway, I was curious.
On the OnePlus, do they have the 13?
Yeah, they do.
So it's 549 and you can get it as giz top.
And you have some color options.
You got the black, white, you get pink.
Okay.
Yeah.
Is that.
That's got to be one of the cheapest.
Yeah, 550.
Well I mean that's for eight Elite devices, right?
I would, I would say so probably.
Well, yeah, I think so because.
Let's see.
And this is the 12 gig elite device.
I know.
Here's.
Well you know, here's the funny thing for.
So for 12 gig 256 it's 5 49.
But for 50 bucks more you get 4 gig of ram and another and double the storage for another 50 bucks.
That's worth it.
Dude.
I would just get that if you're already in.
And what's with terabyte?
Oh that.
No, sorry dude.
Yes.
600 bucks and you get the white.
One or that's 100 pound off at the moment.
You see that?
Yeah, it's 549.
So next one, right?
Yeah, that's right.
699 usually.
So there's obviously some kind of introductory.
Yeah.
599.
Is this pre order?
No, I think you can buy now.
It must be some introductory offer because that would normally be 699.
That, that skew.
Well, I don't know.
I don't see it, but I don't see a purchase.
It says add to cart.
Let's see.
See there because it check out.
I don't have an account.
I don't want to check out as a guest.
Yeah, well, I'm not doing it.
Okay, so you can do it.
Yeah, you can buy it now.
There you go.
So yeah, Check it out.
It's pretty cool.
I mean it's a nice cream 128 Elite.
Get decent cameras.
You gotta have.
You're gonna have 16 gig 512 storage, 80 watts supercharging.
Look at the battery capacity.
Wonderful software as well.6260.
That's crazy.
Crazy talk.
That's a good value device, that.
Are you seriously.
Absolutely.
I mean just a battery alone is pretty, pretty minor.
It seems a bit too, too good to be true though.
What's 62, 60 on the, on the, on the amperage and then it's like 80.
I don't know.
I mean it's not camera focused obviously.
And that's where maybe the.
Let me see.
Oh no, here we go.
Let's see.
Oh, so cameras, 50 megapixel, Sony Lyt 700 IMX 606 OIS and a 50 megapixel with the 2oX2 optical oom.
So you only have two cameras, right?
So you have no wide.
You have no wide angle.
Right.
So it looks like you have a oom.
US optical.
That'd be my preference.
Them too, yeah.
So wait a minute, so you got.
It's a 6.3-inch screen.
So it's not a massive phone.
No.
And you've got 6,000 milliamp battery in there.
This thing's gonna be a battery beast as well.
6260.
The only thing that if you would have had a set, if you had a Snapdragon, a 7 Elite or a 7 Gen processor, you probably get three days out of that phone.
Even with, even with the Elite 6260.
And you get 80 watts and you get 80 watt Super Vuke or Super Warp or whatever the hell they call it.
Supervooc.
That's the thing, right?
So even if you don't get two days, you're going to top it up in no time anyway.
Yeah, you're gonna top it up in what, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and you're going to be good for the rest of your day.
This is a very intriguing device.
Yeah, I mean of course it probably won't come to us, but that's okay because we have the 13R.
What's the build?
You know, he's talking about the, the frame being metal.
Let me.
Hold on.
This has got to be.
There's got to be something that's.
Let me see.
Because I pulled it up on GSM arena.
So here.
Yeah, I had it a minute ago.
Let's have a look.
Hold on a second.
Here we go.
There's Got to be something, right?
Let's something's.
I guess you're waiting for the what's wrong.
Yeah, I mean, I mean not what's wrong, but to make it that price.
It's a really good.
Okay, here's what we got.
Right.
So let me see.
Aluminum alloy frame.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, metal frame, IP65, which is good enough.
Yeah.
LTPD 8.1k gold ATR 10 plus at 1600 nits.
Okay.
1216.
So 18460 ppi crystal shield glass.
Is it?
Yeah, because it says OS platform.
You've got oxygen OS and color OS.
It does come in both, so.
Right.
Yep.
830 no card slot.
UFS 4.0.
Pretty cool.
Here's your cameras.
Right.
You got a wide.
Oh yeah, well 24 millimeter wide.
Yeah.
Telephoto.
And then you have 4K 60.
1080p 40.
240fps video is 1080p at 30fps.
Really?
This could be the best value phone in 2025, mate.
So you don't have.
It does not shoot 4K video.
Okay, that's not terrible for the price point.
Okay, that's okay.
Okay.
No, that's only the selfie though, mate.
Yep, we got.
Yep.
Bluetooth 5.
4.
So it's not a content creator's phone.
Unless you USB type 2O.
And yeah, you got 80 wired.
30 wired PPS 18 watt power delivery, quick charge 5 fingerprint scanner.
Yeah.
6,260 milliamps.
Honestly that's probably.
And one of the best value phones.
Yeah, I mean it's going to come down to, you know, will it work in your region?
I mean obviously it'll probably work in the UK on any of those bands.
But you have to look at the bands and see what's going because they offer.
Here's the 5G bands.
So let me see here.
What would be at T's at T5G band.
Have to look at this.
I don't really care about the 5G bands.
Let's see what we got here.
So at and T is N260.
N5.
N77.
Okay.
It won't be great in the UK.
Oh yeah, no, it's going to be.
It will be not entirely the case.
European or North American launch isn't happening.
So this, this one says it is a Chinese edition with color OS.
So it, it has N5.
Okay.
So that's on AT&T and 77.
AT&T and 260.
Oh, doesn't have the N260 band.
That doesn't have millimeter wave so it has low band and sub six.
Okay.
Who cares?
Doesn't matter.
It won't be grace in the uk.
I don't care anymore.
No joking.
All right.
Yeah.
Oh man, I know.
Understand it's a pretty good deal.
I'm not too bad.
Yeah, it looks like a really interesting device.
Will not be released in the UK or other global markets.
So why yes, GSM arena list the international.
Because.
Well I, I think, man, I don't know why they list that because it clearly, I guess they're saying if it did it would have oxygen os15 if it was international.
But it clearly does not look like.
Yeah, it doesn't look like it's coming to the US I just thought it was interesting because you know.
Yeah, OnePlus and you, you know I think the 13R for, for folks that are, are looking for a pretty good device.
I think the 13R is pretty good, you know, not, not great.
Look up the Honor 400 Pro though.
That's coming out on the 22nd.
What is the 400 Pro?
400 Pro.
Yeah, have a look at, look at, look at that because that's going to be pretty good value as well, mate.
It's got the, it's not got the eight elite though.
It's got the HM3.
Okay.
Last year's flagship which is a very capable chipset.
So.
All right, here we go.
All right.
Honor 400 rumored status 8.1 millimeters, 205 grams.
A little heavy.
IP 6869.
Okay.
6.7.
Density is a little down.
Android 15.
8 gen 3.
Okay.
So last year's processor and last year's GPU.
Okay.
Not, not terrible.
Let's see.
Up to 512.
Up to 512.
So yeah, main camera, 200 megapixel OIS telephoto and an ultra wide LED flash.
Videos 4K 21080P with OIS selfie, 50 megapixel.
Okay.
And it feet.
Main camera does video at 4K and the front does 4K.
Okay.
Yeah.
It's got IP 68 and 69.
Fingerprint under display, optical.
Okay.
100 wires, 200 megapixel, 80 watt wireless.
Yeah, I'm sure.
Yeah.
If you have the monor.
Oh wait a minute.
Did you see in a selfie camera?
It's got a depth camera as well.
2 megapixel depth.
Yeah, as well.
So I should have the good 3D face unlock with that and the, and the lunar gray.
I really like the look of the lunar gray.
Because they have a plastic frame.
That's the only thing.
That's the only thing for me.
Come on, man.
Yeah.
Although we keep saying about takeaway glass at the back.
Yeah.
Plastic frame.
Okay.
Yeah, I know, mate, I know.
That sucks.
Now announced rumor that's the only down thing for me.
I think the rest of it looks pretty solid.
It's got this, if this is the, the camera housing it.
That is definitely that.
That is Huawei.
That is a Huawei vibe there.
Well, yeah, they're not together and I realize they're not.
I, I, I, I don't care.
But it's kind of got, it's, it's kind of got, it's, it's got a, it's got this kind of vibe to it.
It's got that vibe.
It's got that vibe.
Yeah, the pur y.
Yeah.
It has similar design language.
Still the thing that really just drives me crazy.
Oh God.
I still my favorite.
One of my favorite OEMs of all time is the one.
Yeah, they've launched a new watch as well, haven't they?
Dude, I want, I want this thing so bad.
I can't believe it.
The pure ax the dude.
And I know Gigi's got it and I, I, I do.
I think that's just a.
Cool, it's cool how it folds.
It folds like it, it folds like a foldable but it's, it's almost like a flippable that doesn't go down, it goes this way but then opens up and you turn it and then you have your foldable.
Dude.
It's such a cool dude.
I just love the.
It's got the perfect form to closed basically, isn't it, Dude.
And this, this right here, look at that.
That is completely cool how it's got this tri color back.
Yeah, that is such a cool.
I like that red one, dude.
That red one's cool.
This, even the yellow one's kind of cool.
Yeah.
I wouldn't say no to this, man.
They Americ, dude.
These companies don't come out with anything cool.
Huawei always comes out with cool.
It drives me nuts.
Ah, mate.
It's all right.
Sometimes I do that in five years time.
Samsung, I'll never do that, dude.
Because the Americans don't obviously will.
Yeah, sure.
I don't know.
It's cool.
Who knows.
I really like Huawei's watches to be fair.
Yeah, they're very, very, very nice.
I think we've discussed that before.
Oh yeah.
Jimmy says that Jamie's got his own chip.
It makes Sense.
I mean, I think they're gonna do.
I'm gonna do that because of, you know, what's going on with TSMC and then Taiwan and then, and then down the tariffs and they see what Huawei's trying to do, which is basically kind of decouple themselves from, from the US and from Android in general.
I'm curious to see if Huawei's gonna go full on and say that.
Develop their own OS and everything.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think, I think Xiaomi would be the next one to do it.
I think they would probably do it next.
So they would have their own, you know, MIUI or whatever, whatever they use, they're going to develop their own.
So I don't think they're as big as Huawei, but I think they're definitely large companies, so they could probably develop their own thing and be pretty good.
Yeah, I think they can, they can do it probably.
Yeah.
I mean they've got a car for God's sake.
Right?
So if they got a car, they can probably make a phone.
You name it, they make it.
Yeah.
It looks like the tiles and windows are less.
Yeah, yeah.
I, I just like that, I just like the outside look.
I like the fact that it's not just the plain look.
It really.
They do such a good job with the aesthetics with the phones.
I think that's what I really kind of really enjoyed about using a wobby device is the hardware.
It just always felt elegant.
It just always felt like they, they really cared about it is what, what Apple does.
Right.
They realize it's, it's almost lifestyle or it's almost like a kind of like a luxury brand.
You know, they make Porsche or RS devices and stuff.
I don't know, just.
It seems like Huawei does a great job of not only the hardware, but also the software, but also how the phone looks and feels.
Right.
Wasn't always amazing, if I'm honest, but.
I had, I never had a problem with the Huawei software even when they were on the old, the old software wasn't, wasn't, wasn't site.
Well, what the was it before?
Emui.
Right.
I had no problem.
Yeah.
Emui.
No, again, I, I ran into problems more because I was running on American networks.
Right.
So I was running into those kind of problems, but I never had software glitches.
And that, that P30 Pro and the P30 I had were really, really good phones.
Even the Mate 30 I had.
Yeah.
Which didn't have.
I mean, I took it on a camping trip and as far as the camera, I mean they were using that, you know what the red, green, Was it red, green, blue, yellow.
They were using the four color.
They had the yellow.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Dude, I, I really, some of the, some of the shots I got of that Mate 30 Pro, he Really, oh, the Mate 30 I didn't have the Pro.
I had the Mate 30 were really, really kick ass.
They were really good.
I mean I, I like using it.
I mean and I would still have the P30 if Milo didn't, my dog didn't bite it and crack the screen.
I'm trying.
Definitely.
I mean there's a, there's a camera specific cam channel I watch called Camera Conspiracies.
Right.
And he had the P30 Pro and he doesn't want to switch to another phone because it had the highest frame rates video and no one does it as good.
So he hasn't swapped.
Yeah.
Because he loves that phone.
So that's a photographer that just shows you.
Yeah, I mean, yeah, it's a shame that we can't get the devices just because there's a lot of political stuff that goes on behind it.
It just really sucked.
Politics ruins most things.
And that's why on the show we don't talk about it.
No, we just move on.
So I don't know.
Anyway, it's not too bad, so we'll have to wait and see.
I, you know, obviously we got, you know, the, the iPhones are coming out in 17.
Have you seen some of the renders about, I guess the camera in the back, the camera housing change or whatever?
I'm curious why.
Yeah, why they would do it.
I mean there's a lot of pressure.
To change the aesthetic of it.
I don't know.
Yeah, but I mean, but why would you change it in that?
Why?
Okay, if there is pressure, then maybe so.
But why, why change it in that way?
It almost looks like Pixel esque.
Like why would you want to make it look more like copying them?
It's like they've almost thought, okay, we'll copy them.
Right, we'll copy them.
So it's really the same thing.
Because if they copied us and we copied them, it's really the same thing, right?
I'm like, yeah, not really.
I don't know.
I just, I, I see that.
I, I, I guess changing it just because it gives it a different, doesn't.
Look, it doesn't look as nice as the pixels done it though.
I don't think so either.
And I don't think it's, it's kind of worse.
It's like.
It's like you didn't change the back enough to make it stand out.
So it doesn't look uniquely iPhone, but it doesn't look as good as the pixel.
So you're kind of.
It may well look nicer when.
Once we actually.
Once it actually releases and.
But from what I've seen, it looks clunky, man.
It really does look clunky.
It just doesn't look great.
I mean, I'm not saying it looks.
I mean, I don't hate it.
I just don't love it.
It's just kind of like, you know.
I don't like the pixel.
It's kind of meh.
And the camera house, it looks like that.
Look, it's just been shoved on.
Right?
I know.
I just.
It just.
Camera housing, screen protectors.
Camera housing protectors.
And you stick them on.
It looks like that.
I don't know.
It just.
Yeah, I just.
It's.
I'm not a fan either.
I just don't know.
But we'll see how it goes.
I mean, I don't know if those are renders and that's what they're going to come up with, but who knows.
You know, Lou, unbox therapy, he had them dummy thinly.
Look, you know, the case makers in China have.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
Yeah.
So.
And I mean, he generally wouldn't make a video unless he was pretty confident that that was what it was going to be.
Right.
I agree.
So, yeah.
Oh, well.
How do you think iPhone users will take it, though?
Do you think they'll like it or.
I don't think they're gonna like it.
Yeah, I don't think they're.
I don't.
I don't think they're gonna like it, but it's not gonna stop them from buying a 17.
No, no, no.
And.
And that's.
And that's the problem is it's like really no matter.
Excuse me, what kind of design change they make or what kind of thing they go for, and I guess that's a good place to be.
Right?
Because you think about it, if you think about it, they have the luxury and they have the kind of like, have flexibility to come up something different, knowing that, okay, if.
Even if we.
We change the styling of the hardware and it doesn't look great, we're still going to sell millions of them.
Right?
Yeah, just, you know, I mean, so it gives them a little bit of, kind of the ability to kind of experiment with.
With those changes.
I think it looks.
I don't think it looks great, but at the end of the day, it's like, it doesn't look great.
But I feel like you should bring it up on the screen.
Let's have a look again.
I gotta, I gotta find it.
Let me see.
It's Fugly Drink they've looked at.
Everyone's having, like, big camera housings and.
They feel, oh, okay.
Tom's Guide.
Okay.
Tom's Guide's pretty reliable.
Let me check.
They need to compete on the housing being so big.
God, I just think it looks ridiculous.
But.
Hold on, give me.
I think I found it.
Hold on, give me one sec.
Here, share.
There we go.
Oh, yeah.
Like, I don't understand this.
Like, this.
I get.
This is okay.
This.
I, I.
Don'T get it.
I just don't know, man.
I just.
I don't why to have all this if you're gonna.
Why not put these here?
Like, make them horizontal?
Like, I.
What?
I.
I don't know.
I think I just.
This doesn't look too bad.
Like, this is okay, but this is, this is totally a, A rip off of the pixel.
That's the air, right?
It's just.
Yeah, that's the iPhone Air.
Yeah, that's the thing.
I don't know.
I just.
That one I kind of don't mind, but the others, I don't.
This one is okay because if you're a pixel person, you can kind of get down with this.
But this, like, these two.
Ugh.
Just.
What is this?
I get it.
But it's just ugly design.
It's no symmetry.
There's no.
I just, I just think they're.
Yeah, I just.
I mean, here's.
Now these look a little better.
Like, these.
No, it doesn't, Sam.
Well, I mean, it looks better.
I think it looks better than whatever.
It looks better than this other, like, this thing.
Yeah, that's because the colors, Right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, I just, I mean, if it looks, if it looks like this, this I can get down with.
Like, I'm okay with that.
Yeah, that doesn't look too bad.
That looks okay because the air looks symmetrical, right?
Like.
Yeah, that's horrible.
You can't tell.
There's wasted space.
That's not bad.
Like, I, I, I'm okay with this.
All glass and it's like, across the back and you got, you know, your housing here, and you got your.
I'm okay if they look like this because here's the thing.
Here's that look, right?
And here's a pixel.
No, it's not changing on My screen mate.
Oh, is it not?
Yeah.
Oh, because I'm.
I'm getting a new.
It's making.
Also stop sharing.
I forget what I do that presenting.
It doesn't.
So, okay, if it looks like this, like I'm.
I'm okay with this.
Like, I can get down with this.
But look down here.
Yeah, it looks like that.
Yeah, it's just like a.
If this is just a fatter, you know, this is better.
It's fatter than this, right?
Because then you got the pixel right, which you can't see because I'm not sharing.
God, this is so stupid.
I wish they would be up.
This is.
Wish this was better.
So, like, here's.
I mean, it's like that, you know, it looks.
It looks like this.
I mean, you know what I mean?
It's just.
It.
It looks like I'm.
Well, do they not sell the Pixel XL?
I don't like.
I like the look of the 9A either, to be honest.
Do you?
Not particularly, no.
I don't either, but it's.
It's whatever.
So I don't know.
It's just.
I don't know.
I go for it.
I.
I think.
I think if they.
If they make it look like.
If they make it look like that first render that I saw, I'm not feeling that.
However, if they make it like, I think if it looks like this, if it comes out, where's the render?
Oh, if it looks like that, I'm okay with this.
Yeah, but that's the air.
Only the rest of them don't look.
Yeah, I know, but if they make all these look like that, I'm okay with that.
I mean, although it looks like a Pixel 9 Pro XL, but, you know, it's whatever.
But I just find it funny how they're going back.
It won't look like that because that's.
The pro versions won't look like that.
I know.
Well, it.
Well, then.
Then sucks.
Yeah, but it's.
Yeah, it's okay.
I think it's ugly, mate.
Yeah, we're not iPhone users anyway, so we don't have to worry.
Right?
I'm not buying one.
I'm just saying though, if I were in the market for.
For doing that, I probably would get that.
I mean, I think it looks a lot better than that first one.
I just like.
Yeah, that other one just is yucky.
Yucky.
Interesting to see what Lauren thinks when she sees it.
My mom as well.
Yeah.
I have to see.
Well, I.
I liked what.
Like I was telling you before, I kind of like, what Adam was doing, right.
He just handed his phones.
The phones to his wife and, like, gets her opinion.
I might start trying to do that with, With.
With Becky and just kind of say, okay, look, if you were gonna switch Android, I know you're not going to.
I understand.
Just humor me.
Right?
But if you were going to, what would you do?
Would you do this?
Would you do this?
Would you do this?
And see what she says?
I know I'm there for, though it'd be the Pixel Pro.
Because it'd be.
Yeah, because form factor wise, it's pretty similar, and it's a basic ui, I think.
I think that's what should go for.
So you don't think if you gave her, like, an S25 Edge and a Pixel 9 Pro and a Honor and you're on her phone, you know, what do you think she's.
Would she know?
Definitely wouldn't go for this.
This she'll find too big.
That's.
There's a reason why she goes for the Pro rather than promotional.
Yeah.
So she definitely wouldn't want this.
You know, it's funny.
You know what you might go for is the 13T.
Yeah, yeah, the 13T.
Yeah, that would work.
That would work.
Yeah.
If it came out in the uk.
Because I had to do.
Yeah, you have to get out your cheesy balls.
Cheesy balls.
That's right.
Choice.
Anyone listening is gonna be like, what?
Sam's getting out his cheesy balls.
Yeah.
And he's.
And this is his party trick.
He then puts them in his mouth.
That's ASMR for you.
Yeah, lovely.
Hey, it keeps you from getting cheesy fingers.
I want that.
Yeah, that's.
That's a good thing.
Yeah.
So wait a minute.
Do you get, like, cheesy dust in your beard, though?
Yeah, I don't know.
Yeah, I think so.
No, not really, because I, I, I'm very careful, like, not trying to, like, get, like, four or five of the cheese balls.
I want you to do.
I want you to build a machine, right?
You know, in the machines where like, a, A billiard ball drops and.
Yeah, yeah.
And then just, like, fire across the room, like.
And they hit off the wall.
Yeah, I got, I got, like, one of those.
Dude, we had, like, a domino thing, like.
Yeah, a bunch of stuff.
Like a little thing falls over, a.
Broom falls down, right.
And then all of a sudden, it just throws one.
Just one cheese ball and all.
Just for one cheese ball.
And I have to go, ah.
And have to, like, do it again.
Yeah, they wait like 65 seconds for the next one to come down.
Like, damn it.
Yeah, I need like rapid fire.
Yeah, I actually like them machine videos.
I don't know why.
Yeah, those.
Those are cool.
There's actually a game show where people make machines.
It's quite.
It's quite fun.
Well, that's cool.
Yeah.
So.
Well, like I said, I think we're gonna cut.
Let's cut the show short today because we don't have a whole lot going on.
I'm just.
No, we just waffle anyway.
Yeah, well, no, it's okay.
Like I said, we did talk about some stuff.
I just think it's interesting how, like the 13T, I think that would be really good for a global market.
I think.
I think that would be nice.
But I think when they figured with the 13R, I think I figured with the 13R, they're probably okay, so they just said screw it.
But I mean, it went global.
It wouldn't be as cheap as that.
I think that's because.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Probably launched it in the UK it'd be more.
And I think it's 6.99 or 749.
That's maybe not competitive.
Maybe.
I don't know.
And it would be better than that though, wouldn't it?
It would be probably so.
Well, we'll see.
Well, like I said, I think.
I think next Sunday, I believe, is we need to reach out.
I'm trying to see.
I have reached out to the captain.
We haven't had him on.
He went to Japan.
So I love, love to pick.
Yeah, yeah, I saw he.
It took.
Oh, of course, you know, he did.
And then, you know, we're gonna have Dan on today, but of course some family stuff came up, so he wasn't available.
So that happens.
I did reaction.
Reach out to Adam Dowd, see if he can get him.
He's a great guest.
Yeah, he'd be a great guest.
I haven't had to talk to admin in quite a while.
I know he's really super busy, so we'll see if we can get some other guests on.
But yeah, let's kind of go from there, mate.
So, yeah, it's good time.
So I think we're just gonna wait a couple more months and then we're gonna get into the swing of things with the phones and, you know, we'll.
And keep.
Make sure you check out screen on time.
Go.
Make sure you.
If you haven't subscribed to that, make sure you do subscribe.
He is posting content.

And so check that out.
So screen on time.
Go search on Instagram.
I don't think I have in the show notes.
I don't think I had in the show notes, but I will put it in there.
It's screen on time.
Ignore.
Yeah, go check that out.
Yeah, and we'll do all that and like I said, we'll come back next Sunday.
We'll hopefully have something more to talk about other than just.
I don't know, we might have a guest.
Maybe.
If we don't, it'll just be me and Joe.
That's okay?
Yeah, it's fine.
Yeah.
It's like hanging out, talking.
All right, man.
Rubbish.
Absolutely.
Arsenal finalized their second place position today.
Cool.
So.
So can they, can they, can they, can they win?
Are they just stuck?
No.
Liverpool won the league a few games.
Well if I'm honest, more than a few games ago really.
But we've secured Champions League football for next year, which is great.
Liverpool, really.
They're pretty.
Are they.
They're a big club, mate.
They're a very big club.
And Klopp left a decent squad and he's done well with it.
And so Salah happened to step up and.
Is that Mo Salah?
Yeah, Mo Salah.
He's had one.
Coming down the wing.
Yeah.
Solo.
Yeah, I know, I know.
I'm checking it out, man.
He's probably scouts us, man.
The Scouses again.
Best season he's ever had.
Like he's been putting silly numbers up.
Honestly.
Yeah, it looks like Liverpool's strong man.
That's pretty cool.
All right.
For all the Scouses out there, they're.
They're excited because they got.
Don't worry.
Arsenal will be back next season.
Absolutely.
I promise you.
Yeah.
Let's go Gunners.
That's right, man.
So we'll get it.
We'll get.
We'll get you some of that.
We'll.
We'll talk more epl.
We'll talk about some Premiership and that kind of stuff.
We'll talk about here again.
Check out the NHL playoffs.
We're down to the.
The finals, right.
So conference finals.
So you can still get some good games.
Check it out.
It's on YouTube.
Watch the videos.
Tell you man, if you're in the UK and you want some action packed stuff, I think NHL playoffs are disappointed.
Might hook you might.
You might get hooked.
Who knows?
All right, mate.
So for myself they do they actually.
Hook people, don't they?
They do with the stick.
Yeah, yeah, it's called hooking.
That's a pen.
That's, that's a good segue.
I like that, mate.
You just kind of worked, you kind of worked it in.
It was really good, mate.

So anyways, for anything else, Joe, before.
We close out, mate, Extreme Skins website seems to be down.
Okay, well don't check it out right now.
They might be down.
They might be doing some maintenance.
They're doing some passion.
Yeah, that's fine.
All right, so check them out.
Not right now, maybe later tonight or maybe tomorrow.
Oh, that's strange.
Or maybe Joe doesn't know how to use the website.
I don't know how that works.
Maybe I.
Who knows.
So for myself, for Joe Hickey, thank you so much for tuning in to the Nomad tech project with Sam and Joe.
We'll be back next Sunday the 25th.
Is it 20?
Yep, 25th.
