Episode Transcript

[SPEAKER_00]: Your attack, let's make some happen.

[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know how to tell someone about us?

[SPEAKER_00]: Is that time of the fuckers?

[SPEAKER_00]: He's making us run out of us.

[SPEAKER_00]: All praises, all burners, all praises.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hand down, nigga, the game is all changes.

[SPEAKER_00]: Anything drop a cop in all blazers.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's a dick, you pussy, y'all neighbors.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ever been left speechless by the ridiculousness of modern dating, or maybe a more old school.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like seriously, what were we thinking with those pickup lines in the nineties?

[SPEAKER_02]: This is I'll explain all this later.

[SPEAKER_02]: The podcast where we dissect the crazy world of relationships from dating app disasters to in-line interventions will cover it all.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now some of our takes might be a little hot, but hey, that's what you get when you press play and tune in.

[SPEAKER_02]: We'll explain the logic behind it all.

[SPEAKER_02]: Eventually, anyway, let's dive in.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yo, what's good people?

[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to another episode of I'll explain all this later.

[SPEAKER_01]: As you can clearly tell, this is not smashed.

[SPEAKER_01]: I am not smashed.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm your gracious host today, Styles.

[SPEAKER_01]: Smash, cold out.

[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, he's getting a little PTO action going on.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, there are a couple of things he had to deal with.

[SPEAKER_01]: Do me the keys.

[SPEAKER_01]: I graciously accept it.

[SPEAKER_01]: And here we are.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it's starting to seem like gracious is my buzzword of the pod today.

[SPEAKER_01]: I promise you it won't be.

[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, you all know that Smash loves talking about relationships.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know when he could talk about that shit all day long.

[SPEAKER_01]: But the question is, should you take advice from him?

[SPEAKER_01]: That's it to be in and of itself.

[SPEAKER_01]: So today, we're going to talk about relationships cheating and the one thing making it messier in twenty twenty five.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's right, people.

[SPEAKER_01]: AI, artificial intelligence.

[SPEAKER_01]: And here's how this ride goes.

[SPEAKER_01]: Part one, we go in depth about AI, exposing cheetahs and flipping relationships upside down.

[SPEAKER_01]: Part two, we talk about the fix.

[SPEAKER_01]: How do we actually navigate without losing our minds or our partners?

[SPEAKER_01]: More so our partner's dead on mine because you know half of us are a little bit touched already and then in the end I'm gonna slide y'all into one of my joints the poor report to bring it home.

[SPEAKER_01]: I got permission to do that by the way Yeah, I was like, listen I'm coming up.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna fill in for you, but I need to plug this real quick pause and your man was like, I called God doing y'all good.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's go [SPEAKER_01]: All right, check it out.

[SPEAKER_01]: Before we get into fixing anything, we got to break the mess down that went in right now.

[SPEAKER_01]: And trust me, is messy.

[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so boom, cheating used to be a lot more simple back in the day, or you needed was a burn of foam, a bad excuse, or a half way believable story.

[SPEAKER_01]: And if you messed up, you said that was my cousin, an open stop.

[SPEAKER_01]: You and I both know that bullshit.

[SPEAKER_01]: You could never say, I mean, if you're a person of color, you already know that you could never say that that was my cousin.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it would never stay.

[SPEAKER_01]: Because then that would make the person that you're with, the accomplice.

[SPEAKER_01]: And more often than not, we're not even filling that person in with regards to what's going on.

[SPEAKER_01]: So they're in the dark.

[SPEAKER_01]: So that that shit.

[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, forget I even said that.

[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, so let's fast forward to twenty twenty-five.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like playing basketball full-core with no sucks, so you're doing everything by yourself.

[SPEAKER_01]: Screen shots, shared locations, TikTok snitches, Venmo requests the whole internet is on defense against you.

[SPEAKER_01]: You already know what it is, right?

[SPEAKER_01]: And here's a side note.

[SPEAKER_01]: Back then, you had to dodge one, nosy friend.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now you got to dodge an entire algorithm that doesn't sleep.

[SPEAKER_01]: and as before A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: even showed up.

[SPEAKER_01]: So let's go over group of things that A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: is doing.

[SPEAKER_01]: A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: the Snitch.

[SPEAKER_01]: Apps that analyze your text to many late nights, which you're doing, it's flagging at.

[SPEAKER_01]: A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: the amplifier.

[SPEAKER_01]: Once the drama leaks, it doesn't stay small.

[SPEAKER_01]: AI to detective.

[SPEAKER_01]: It connects GPS data, timestamps, and conversations like CSI with Wi-Fi.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, Alibar already cracked.

[SPEAKER_01]: See.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: I got a lot to say about that, but I'm gonna save it for now.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's move on.

[SPEAKER_01]: AI, the chaos agent.

[SPEAKER_01]: Deepfakes, fake screenshots, AI clone voice notes.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?

[SPEAKER_01]: You could tell whether it's an AI voice right now.

[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think that they're that good right now because it has like this little, I can't describe it, but it has like this little, um, like telephonic ending to it.

[SPEAKER_01]: So when, you know, when they're talking, even when they have like the baby AI, as if you're all familiar, [SPEAKER_01]: You could tell that that's AI.

[SPEAKER_01]: If you close your eyes, you're not looking at the meme or the video, you could tell it's fucking AI.

[SPEAKER_01]: Right?

[SPEAKER_01]: So, anyway, back to it.

[SPEAKER_01]: You could be guilty of something you didn't even say.

[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine arguing with a video of yourself that isn't real.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's coming to that people.

[SPEAKER_01]: AR, the accomplice, and let's be fair, some false afflibrary.

[SPEAKER_01]: Using AR to cover up, auto delete messages, generate and fake conversations, create and whole alibi's out of thin air.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now, I will tell you this, I did go through a situation [SPEAKER_01]: with a stalker of swords and you know those just not knowing how to be side pieces years ago years ago I'm trying to put the pieces together for those that know me anyway um and this person would send my girlfriend at the time shit like screenshots of conversations now this is before a year [SPEAKER_01]: You know, so this was all like, I don't want to say it was Photoshop because of the cheaper version of it, but still believable nonetheless.

[SPEAKER_01]: Fast forward to twenty twenty five, my hands are being a lot of trouble.

[SPEAKER_01]: Like I couldn't dig myself out of, you know, fake shit.

[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, so now we're in this new world where AI could be your best investigator or your best liar.

[SPEAKER_01]: And this right here, this is where I'll explain all of this later, because if I'm going to talk about the mess, I got to talk about the fix.

[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, so now we know the problem.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's talk about the fakes.

[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, how do we help it so that every relationship doesn't turn into an AI-generated core case?

[SPEAKER_01]: Because honestly, truly, that's what it's coming to.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now I'm about to say some really controversial shit, but rock would be for two seconds.

[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the truth.

[SPEAKER_01]: The fix isn't about fighting Neon, because you can't beat it.

[SPEAKER_01]: The fix is about building trust and accountability so you're not worried about it in the first place.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now, that's a load to bear, pulls.

[SPEAKER_01]: If you're solid, you don't have to worry about screenshots, algorithms, or AI detectives.

[SPEAKER_01]: Loyalty don't need a VPN.

[SPEAKER_01]: But if you're sloppy, AI's gonna expose you.

[SPEAKER_01]: Fast a lot in with better graphics.

[SPEAKER_01]: So the real fix is simple.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't do what you don't want exposed.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't say what you don't want clipped.

[SPEAKER_01]: And most importantly, don't live a double life unless you wanted to go public.

[SPEAKER_01]: And for couples, AR could actually be useful if you use it right, right?

[SPEAKER_01]: So walk with me.

[SPEAKER_01]: She and calendars AI generated data ideas even use it to settle dumb arguments like where we're gonna eat.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's bullshit.

[SPEAKER_01]: But I mean, it could work.

[SPEAKER_01]: Depending, I guess.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now let me put this in perspective.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now let me put this in perspective with something personal like this podcast hustle.

[SPEAKER_01]: Is that the story right here?

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm literally recording it the day before I'm supposed to turn it in.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm a one-man band.

[SPEAKER_01]: No interns, no team just mean this mic and a dead line breathing down my neck.

[SPEAKER_01]: Real shit.

[SPEAKER_01]: And here's where AI helps me.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's the intern that I refuse to pay.

[SPEAKER_01]: It cuts out the dead air in my podcast the same way it cuts out the lies in your relationship.

[SPEAKER_01]: So all about how we use it.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm gonna keep it all the way on it with you.

[SPEAKER_01]: This was like a two-man episode because I want to talk to the people.

[SPEAKER_01]: To be honest with you, this is where Smash would have stepped in with one of those fantastic two-be stories and told us about, you know, how AI took over his entire house and it was a smart home.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it would clone him and do a whole bunch of other fantastic shit.

[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't have those stories, but I want to talk about it.

[SPEAKER_01]: I want to talk about how, you know, AI is possibly ruining or enhancing our lives or doing both at the same damn time.

[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, the fix isn't the run from AI.

[SPEAKER_01]: The fix is to build something solid enough so AI can't ruin it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Use the tool, don't let the tool use you.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that seems almost impossible.

[SPEAKER_01]: And this is where taking notes calls wrong, right?

[SPEAKER_01]: Cause it look good on paper.

[SPEAKER_01]: And then when I'm sitting in there, I don't know about all that.

[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, [SPEAKER_01]: Since we've been talking about AI relationships and accountability, I want to slide you into one of my own joints.

[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to brunch behavior at a poor poor.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Stiles.

[SPEAKER_01]: In today's poor, artificial intelligence, with a splash of receipts in the chaser of you thought you would slay.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let me break this down for you.

[SPEAKER_01]: The sip sermon.

[SPEAKER_01]: Back in the day, if you were cheating, you just had to worry about a misplaced page or decide peace calling the house after nine p.m.

[SPEAKER_01]: that was it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now, [SPEAKER_01]: You can't even leave an emoji on somebody's post without becoming a case study.

[SPEAKER_01]: And then AI showed up, like a nosey cousin nobody invited.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's gaining your text, flagging your emojis, building timelines like CSI or Wi-Fi.

[SPEAKER_01]: So I know you get a text.

[SPEAKER_01]: What you doing at two a.m.

[SPEAKER_01]: AI don't even need context for that.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's already labeled in its suspicious.

[SPEAKER_01]: Here's the truth.

[SPEAKER_01]: A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't lie, and A.I.

[SPEAKER_01]: Don't forget.

[SPEAKER_01]: But you, you're forgetting your alibi, past word, and who texted you last.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's how the gang got messy.

[SPEAKER_01]: Brunch behavior breakdown.

[SPEAKER_01]: So what does this look like at brunch?

[SPEAKER_01]: Simple.

[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody got receipts.

[SPEAKER_01]: Your girl ain't just sipping with molasses.

[SPEAKER_01]: She got AI in a pocket scanning your patterns like Spotify playlists.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it works both ways.

[SPEAKER_01]: The same AI that saves me three hours from editing.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's the same AI remixing your cheating scanning went to a TikTok soundtrack.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.

[SPEAKER_01]: Another side note.

[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine cheating in twenty twenty-five in your drama-gold viral before you even get home.

[SPEAKER_01]: You walk through the door and girl have already sort of re-makes wet capsules.

[SPEAKER_01]: Real shit.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's the crunch behavior that we're in now.

[SPEAKER_01]: Technology doesn't sit quietly.

[SPEAKER_01]: It spills.

[SPEAKER_01]: So what's to take away?

[SPEAKER_01]: AI didn't ruin your relationship.

[SPEAKER_01]: You did.

[SPEAKER_01]: AI just made the receipts a lot of fast and harder to ignore.

[SPEAKER_01]: At the end of the day, if your loyalty is solid, you don't gotta worry about the algorithm.

[SPEAKER_01]: But if you're sloppy, AI got the screenshots on day.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's the sip.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's the sermon.

[SPEAKER_01]: And if you fill in this flavor, grab the free pool of five drinks, five sermons, all vibes, or step it up and get the full brunch behavior summer pack, links in the description.

[SPEAKER_01]: Last I know.

[SPEAKER_01]: It might not be available by the time this drops.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I'm actually, anyway, it's too much information.

[SPEAKER_01]: Check the description if there's there, if it's not, check back later.

[SPEAKER_01]: And that right there was the poor report.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now before we close, let me say this, AI isn't going away.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's only gonna get smarter faster and no easier.

[SPEAKER_01]: But relationships, they've always been about the same thing, trust honesty and accountability.

[SPEAKER_01]: Tools change, but principles don't.

[SPEAKER_01]: A.O.

[SPEAKER_01]: Big salute to Samage, for letting me take over.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'll explain all this later.

[SPEAKER_01]: I definitely had fun with this one.

[SPEAKER_01]: Although I'm fucking exhausted.

[SPEAKER_01]: So here's the takeaway.

[SPEAKER_01]: Whether it's podcast, eye gigs, or side checks, AIs, and the mix.

[SPEAKER_01]: The question is, are you using it to make life better?

[SPEAKER_01]: Or is it using you to make your life messier?

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Styles, and this is I'll explain all this later.

[SPEAKER_01]: Until next time, peace.

[SPEAKER_02]: Thanks for listening to I'll explain all this later.
