[SPEAKER_01]: Like the leaves falling in autumn allows for new growth in the spring, you too can let go of the old to make room for something new.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of negativity, let go of tension.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of expectations and comparisons.
[SPEAKER_01]: This will make room for positivity, ease, contentment and freedom.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can regain confidence, increase self-esteem, build acceptance and unconditional self-love, trust yourself, trust that your body knows what you need to heal.
[SPEAKER_01]: trust that you have all the answers.
[SPEAKER_01]: And trust that all you need is within yourself right now.
[SPEAKER_01]: Allow this deep sleep hypnosis practice to guide you into this trust so you can begin healing as you sleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for joining me here at the mindful movement.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Sarah Raymond.
[SPEAKER_01]: I invite you to make yourself comfortable.
[SPEAKER_01]: Prepare your environment so you can sleep for the night.
[SPEAKER_01]: Take a full and deep breath in and as you breathe out, close your eyes.
[SPEAKER_01]: and signal to your body that it's time to rest.
[SPEAKER_01]: To begin the practice of letting go, I invite you to start with your breath.
[SPEAKER_01]: Letting go of what you do not need after utilizing the oxygen from your inhale.
[SPEAKER_01]: Your breath is automatic and you can trust that your body knows what you need.
[SPEAKER_01]: Begin to bring some intention to your breath with an extended exhale, begin to slow your breath down, invite your breath to be long in length.
[SPEAKER_01]: low in location in your body, encourage your breath to be as quiet as you can, and as slow as possible.
[SPEAKER_01]: long, low, quiet, and slow.
[SPEAKER_01]: Encourage a long letting go with each exhale.
[SPEAKER_01]: As you breathe out, say in your mind, letting go, letting go, letting go.
[SPEAKER_01]: release any effort and focus associated with your breath now, become aware of your inner physical experience, just as it is, as you sense your body, [SPEAKER_01]: Let go of labels.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of expectations of what you think you may find.
[SPEAKER_01]: Notice with acceptance.
[SPEAKER_01]: can give you ease and freedom.
[SPEAKER_01]: Scan your body for any areas of tension, accept your experience as is.
[SPEAKER_01]: and then allow your attention to welcome a softening.
[SPEAKER_01]: Allow your focus to invite a sense of ease to move throughout your body.
[SPEAKER_01]: Know that acceptance is not about giving up, or never seeking growth.
[SPEAKER_01]: Acceptance lets go of additional unnecessary suffering.
[SPEAKER_01]: Acceptance allows you to let go of judgment.
[SPEAKER_01]: healing, growth, and transformation can only come from a place of compassion and non-judgment.
[SPEAKER_01]: as you observe your body, soften, and release any areas you are able.
[SPEAKER_01]: Invite in the feeling of peace, as you begin to tune out the whole world around you, [SPEAKER_01]: with my voice as a soothing guide to help you sleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: In a moment, I will guide you to slowly scan your entire body, starting from the top of [SPEAKER_01]: going all the way through your body to your feet.
[SPEAKER_01]: As I say each part of your body, notice what is present with acceptance so that you can invite relaxation to that body part.
[SPEAKER_01]: Encourage your body to be completely supported by the surface below you.
[SPEAKER_01]: So, there is no need to hold on.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can simply let go into sleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: Allow your mind to let go of any conscious listening.
[SPEAKER_01]: Bring your attention to the top of your head.
[SPEAKER_01]: Notice the sensations here, and then relax.
[SPEAKER_01]: release any facial expressions.
[SPEAKER_01]: Allow your cheeks to soften.
[SPEAKER_01]: Unclench your jaw.
[SPEAKER_01]: with compassion for yourself, become aware of your neck, and throat.
[SPEAKER_01]: With the acceptance of your present moment experience, relax completely.
[SPEAKER_01]: as you accept yourself, just as you are.
[SPEAKER_01]: You allow each muscle to relax in progression.
[SPEAKER_01]: And this invites a deeper sense of relaxation to the parts of your body that came before [SPEAKER_01]: In your body's skin, continue to notice, accept and relax, as you invite a sense of peace [SPEAKER_01]: Perhaps you may begin to feel a comfortable heaviness, moving to your ribs, abdomen, and back now.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of any gripping in your hips as they completely relax.
[SPEAKER_01]: With love for all parts of you, allow your thighs to rest on the surface below you.
[SPEAKER_01]: Take another moment to notice any areas that may still be holding on to any lingering tension.
[SPEAKER_01]: After acknowledging and accepting your present experience, ask your body to let go.
[SPEAKER_01]: simply let go of the need to be in control and surrender to the support of the surface below you.
[SPEAKER_01]: Your body is safe and supported and knows what to do to relax.
[SPEAKER_01]: if you simply allow the tension to release.
[SPEAKER_01]: Bring your attention to your heart now.
[SPEAKER_01]: Feel the energy of love.
[SPEAKER_01]: Tell yourself, I am enough.
[SPEAKER_01]: I am worthy.
[SPEAKER_01]: I am deserving.
[SPEAKER_01]: I matter in this world.
[SPEAKER_01]: I am important.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now that your body is fully relaxed and your mind is calm and clear.
[SPEAKER_01]: You are ready to release any negative beliefs and make room for positivity, ease, and freedom.
[SPEAKER_01]: Since that my voice, my energy, [SPEAKER_01]: and the universal energy all around you are here to support you in letting go.
[SPEAKER_01]: With love and acceptance in your heart, it's time to let go of what is no longer serving you.
[SPEAKER_01]: perhaps you have some patterns and beliefs that did serve you at one time.
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe they motivated you and they pushed you to achieve.
[SPEAKER_01]: However, they are creating suffering now [SPEAKER_01]: Imagine now, permanently releasing, letting go of and freeing yourself from what you do not need.
[SPEAKER_01]: In your mind, visualize a fire in a safe place.
[SPEAKER_01]: Imagine placing a stick, representative of each negative belief you may have been carrying.
[SPEAKER_01]: Place it into the fire with gratitude.
[SPEAKER_01]: For how these aspects of yourself have served you, up to this point in your life.
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no need to name these specifically right now, simply let the negative energy go so that you can replace it with positive energy.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of judgment, let go of criticism, let go of comparisons, let go of expectations, [SPEAKER_01]: Release anything else you are ready to let go of.
[SPEAKER_01]: In order to fully love and accept yourself, you must let go of limiting beliefs and self defeating behaviors.
[SPEAKER_01]: let go of anything that no longer serves you on your journey to self-exceptance.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of all the behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you or are working against you.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of the need for perfection.
[SPEAKER_01]: To be human is to be imperfect.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of comparisons with past versions of yourself.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of negative self-talk.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let go of shame.
[SPEAKER_01]: And let go of unhealthy guilt.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let it all go.
[SPEAKER_01]: See all of this burning in the fire to be gone from your life forever.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let it all go.
[SPEAKER_01]: Allow a feeling of self-love, and ease, to move into the space you have created, with all that you have let go of.
[SPEAKER_01]: Drift deeper into relaxation now.
[SPEAKER_01]: As your mind and body have opened up to new ideas, you have cleared some obstacles and made room for your own ability for self-healing to happen.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can now look inward to your body and support yourself with love.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now with a sense of spaciousness and expansion, focus on what feels good.
[SPEAKER_01]: Notice where your physical body feels good.
[SPEAKER_01]: Be aware of your positive, energetic, and emotional state.
[SPEAKER_01]: Invite all the positive qualities within you, to expand outward into all parts of your body.
[SPEAKER_01]: Sense, supportive light energy, moving through your body, protecting you, [SPEAKER_01]: and healing you while you sleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: Sense the quality of love in your heart.
[SPEAKER_01]: Love for yourself and all your parts.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now you have prepared your mind and body for developing confidence, self-worth, and the success, contentment, and freedom.
[SPEAKER_01]: You desire all while you experience profoundly deep healing sleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: The sound of my voice and my energy will support your healing tonight, and long after the recording is over.
[SPEAKER_01]: You can drift to sleep when your mind and body are ready.
[SPEAKER_01]: Your mind is clear and your body is relaxed.
[SPEAKER_01]: You will continue to experience a peaceful and calm mind and body.
[SPEAKER_01]: Your body knows exactly what to do to relax.
[SPEAKER_01]: As you let go, my voice will gradually disappear, and you will be deeply asleep.
[SPEAKER_01]: When you wake many hours later, your body and mind [SPEAKER_01]: will continue to experience this amazingly peaceful and calm state.
