[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Jamie See Show, a soft place to land for visionaries, the feelers, the heart led leaders, rewriting the rules of business.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Jamie See author, educator, and eight figure founder whose work blends nervous system science subconscious rewiring and story driven strategy.

[SPEAKER_01]: If you know that your work is meant to reach more people, if you crave a business that feels as good in your body as it looks on paper, you are in the right place.

[SPEAKER_01]: Here we go way beyond formulas and we go into the felt.

[SPEAKER_01]: This is business.

[SPEAKER_01]: Reimagined through softness, strategy, and soul.

[SPEAKER_01]: Let's begin.

[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome to the Jamie C show.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so excited that you're here.

[SPEAKER_02]: Today we have an incredible conversation with my co-coach, Bridget Arnet.

[SPEAKER_02]: We're talking about all things priming the subconscious, neuroscience magic to help you elevate to the next level of your life.

[SPEAKER_02]: Bridget and I are gonna be sharing three actionable steps that we find are the most important to take when you're starting your journey using the subconscious to create your dream life.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, bridge, I want to be able to rapidly change the way that someone is able to create their next level using all the subconscious neuroscience vibes everything that they need to be focusing on to be able to elevate to the version of themselves that they want to become next level vibes the wealthiest version the happiest version.

[SPEAKER_02]: I personally feel like the first thing we should start with is the RAS.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_02]: You vibe with that?

[SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, let's vibe.

[SPEAKER_02]: RAS, particular activating system.

[SPEAKER_02]: The way I like to explain is kind of like the middle man between your conscious and your unconscious.

[SPEAKER_02]: So all of your desires kind of like making up a 5% of everything that you want your life to be, all the things that you want in desire, and then in the 95% is everything kind of living unconsciously.

[SPEAKER_02]: And the RAS, the particular activating system, is like, hey.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm the communicator.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm the thing that holds all this information and then brings things up to your awareness based off of what you are focusing on, what you find of importance and to also validate your current belief system.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, exactly.

[SPEAKER_02]: So when we're thinking about like the particular activating system, when you think about it, what do you feel like is the most important thing when it comes to kind of creating and optimizing that for having it.

[SPEAKER_02]: witnesses see everything that this person wants in desires.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's one of the most important aspects, especially when you're first starting on this journey, is to realize that there are limitless possibilities available to us at all times.

[SPEAKER_00]: And this is what people are talking about when they say, you know, the quantum nature of things is that we have access to everything that our heart desires.

[SPEAKER_00]: And why the particular act of being system is so important is because it's essentially like a pair of glasses [SPEAKER_00]: through these filters that you developed in early childhood that we're pretty much just placed there by the experiences you had by the people who raised you by the life that you had in those early times, which most of us don't even consciously remember.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're playing out this [SPEAKER_00]: changing the way that we view the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so with RIS does, is it's selectively editing out the bits of data and the bits of information that's getting into your conscious awareness, and you may very well have an opportunity that is everything you've ever wanted.

[SPEAKER_00]: But your particular activity system is filtering that like a little pop-up locker, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: Like the the opportunities trying to come at you and it's like, no, that doesn't fit my narrative.

[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't fit my story.

[SPEAKER_00]: That doesn't fit the way I was raised and it just blocks it, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And so you're you're sitting there like, oh, these opportunities don't exist.

[SPEAKER_00]: But really they do.

[SPEAKER_00]: They're always there.

[SPEAKER_00]: And when you start to intentionally shift the lenses and you put on a new pair of glasses, you put on a new filter and all the sudden it's like, wow.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's so much here, and it's magic.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think the easiest way to think about the reticular activating system and its power is we've ever had the opportunity of saying, okay, I'm going to go get a new car.

[SPEAKER_02]: So you go online and you're like, I'm going to get a Jeep, okay?

[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going to go online and you're going to go look at all the colors and all the models and then you know how they have like the digital one where you can like actually do the whole mock up of it, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: You can pick out the inside, you can pick out the outside, okay?

[SPEAKER_02]: So obviously, you're like, I'm going to get red Jeep.

[SPEAKER_02]: Red Wrangler, Top Down, Tantere, or the whole thing, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: Like cool, got it.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you're doing all this research, you're looking at it, you're looking at it, and then all of a sudden, you're like, okay, I'm going to go to work, I'm going to go to work, not in your Jeep, obviously, because it's just what you've been focusing on.

[SPEAKER_02]: And all of a sudden, you're second traffic, and what do you see everywhere?

[SPEAKER_02]: Red Jeeps, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: Literally everywhere.

[SPEAKER_02]: Literally everywhere, you're like, have these always been here?

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, why?

[SPEAKER_02]: Why are they everywhere now?

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's because the particular activating system said, oh, look at all of the focus on this one thing.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now let's make sure that out of the 11 million bits of data that this person is processing per second, that we always bring up to the awareness, what we find of importance based off of what you're focusing on, all of those things.

[SPEAKER_02]: So, which is why it's so important to be able to get really, really clear [SPEAKER_02]: on what you desire your life to be.

[SPEAKER_02]: Because a lot of times, and you're just like, I just want to feel better.

[SPEAKER_02]: I just want to, you know?

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's so vague that it's really hard for the brain or a reticular activating system to be able to bring things up to your awareness so that you can take action on it.

[SPEAKER_02]: So in terms of now that we have a really clear understanding of what it is, [SPEAKER_02]: I think I'd like to lean into the lens of like, okay, now this person's going to get really, really clear on what they desire, what they want, then they're going to be able to start seeing more of it, but I want to talk about like the really cool ways that you can kind of like bypass the conscious and speak to the subconscious to kind of imprint the subconscious to find more of it.

[SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, I can actually change the way I feel, I can change the way I think I can change the way I do things.

[SPEAKER_02]: So what do you feel would be like the best way to be able to have somebody start seeing more of what they desire certain times of day, certain things that they can do to really prime the particular activating system to speak to this subconscious.

[SPEAKER_00]: You know, traditionally speaking, you're always going to be more receptive and able to access the subconscious in the time just when you wake up in the morning and just as you're drifting off to sleep, it's kind of that dream lake theta wave state brain wave state and it's been shown that you are able to sort of bypass the conscious mind and drop right into the subconscious mind so.

[SPEAKER_00]: Something that I like to do is I like to be really intentional in that time just before you drift off to sleep and first thing in the morning and that is either a time to be intentionally speaking in your mind right like running an imaginative play of oh this is what I would like to have this is what I would like to experience this is something I'm working towards putting yourself in the driver seat of the experience that you're going to have.

[SPEAKER_00]: And not, let's say, you know, scrolling and just absorbing all of this random information where it's, you're not really in control of what's getting in there, whether first thing in the morning or first thing in the, or last thing in the evening.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I think the other thing is that the mind really subconscious mind specifically really loves images.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's not so much primed for, [SPEAKER_00]: verbal language, it does much better with visual images, and so I like to really play out like a movie in my head.

[SPEAKER_00]: Jamie, you're phenomenal at this.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is one of your superpowers, as you can really see that image that visual like a movie.

[SPEAKER_00]: And if you can't see it, it's okay, not everybody can see the visual image, but you can feel it.

[SPEAKER_02]: I can't, it's a very much a body-based thing, but I can see it somewhere in my imagination somewhere.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's just not a clear picture.

[SPEAKER_02]: In terms of the way that a lot of times when people can close their eyes like my sister is able to close her eyes and quite literally see like it's daytime.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's time to look like a movie.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's insane.

[SPEAKER_00]: I can see a movie right now while we're talking.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I think this is such a great conversation because so many people are like, what if I can't visualize?

[SPEAKER_02]: What I'm like, I can't.

[SPEAKER_02]: But I see it with my mind's eye, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: And there is this clear thing.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's really interesting because sometimes when you get so tapped in, something will drop in and you're like, oh, okay, I'm just gonna keep that.

[SPEAKER_02]: It literally happened before we even started recording today.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, that's a, I think that's a future image.

[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, hey, hi, there it is.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I love that and I think that being able to have those visual images on the background of your phone.

[SPEAKER_02]: On the pop of reminders on your phone, this could be, even closing your eyes and using movie music.

[SPEAKER_02]: I always love that and that's my favorite, using movie music.

[SPEAKER_02]: to kind of imagine yourself as the main character and it builds and it builds and it builds and it's like this person going through all this hardship and then all of a sudden you're like, yes, and then you're like reaching the thing when the music builds, it's you reaching it.

[SPEAKER_02]: That one brings up so much emotion in the body, which is part of, [SPEAKER_02]: actually bringing it into life is like pairing that emotion with the visual.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think the heightened emotion.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if you're trying to rewire the neuro pathways and you're trying to really get it in there.

[SPEAKER_00]: One of the ways to increase that is to add the heightened emotion.

[SPEAKER_00]: And music is a great way to really bring your feelings on the journey with you.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's so inspirational.

[SPEAKER_00]: And next thing you know, you have this like swelling in your chest [SPEAKER_02]: And I think it's really, really important that we also discuss a lot of times when people are like, but I don't know how to feel the feels.

[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't know how to feel the feelings.

[SPEAKER_02]: What would your suggestion be in terms, it's probably, it's probably layered from that sense.

[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of like angles that we could take, but I think for somebody who has maybe difficulty feeling the swell of gratitude, how to kind of walk through that process.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, well, gratitude is really expressed.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's a hard space emotion, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a supercharger for your manifestations.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's a supercharger for feeling things that are in alignment, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, so if you're feeling the sensation of gratitude, it's something that you know you love and appreciate.

[SPEAKER_00]: And that's going to bring more of that.

[SPEAKER_00]: But it also is an indicator that like, oh, this is something that's really important to me.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I would say if it's kind of feels out of touch to step into that gratitude and that, [SPEAKER_00]: that actual physical sensation.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like find it where you already have it.

[SPEAKER_00]: We've all felt it at some point.

[SPEAKER_00]: It might feel like relief at first, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: Like it might feel like, oh, I'm so thirsty and I got this glass of water and now my thirst has been quenched and there's that like relief, but then it kind of shifts into gratitude.

[SPEAKER_00]: If it's not a full on like, oh, I'm so grateful, start with those types of things.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then you kind of grow the sensation from there.

[SPEAKER_00]: But [SPEAKER_00]: If you're wanting to really tap into your creative powers, feeling the emotions that you are desiring to feel on the other side of the things that we're intentionally creating is one of the biggest ways to do that because now you're bringing on board all of these other sensations as well.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not just like thinking about it, it's you're recruiting your whole, it's a full body experience, full body experience.

[SPEAKER_02]: And that's honestly when you're experiencing anything, it's through all of the senses.

[SPEAKER_02]: Right, so when you are imagining using your mind, right, to be able to call in the the next level, the the thing that you desire, right, don't just use your brain, you have to it has to be felt throughout the body.

[SPEAKER_02]: Because a lot of times when we're using just the mind in itself, I mean, it's it's the nervous system and the brain are absolutely, you know, in communication all the time.

[SPEAKER_02]: So the felt sense in the body is going to bring up to the awareness of the thing that you're calling in that this is safe, this is welcome.

[SPEAKER_02]: Let's have more of this.

[SPEAKER_02]: Otherwise, if you've gone too far past, like this is the thing that I want, and maybe it's like hitting up against the believability factor of, I don't really know if I can even believe that, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: We want to find what we call the sweetest guy.

[SPEAKER_02]: This sweetest.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is just essentially the space where the brain believes and the body believes in what you essentially are calling in.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so I think one more talking about the reticular activating system being able to be very, very intentional about what you're taking in because the subconscious is literally taking all of your beliefs, your ideas, the things that you say to it, everything that even even when you're like joking around about something, it's taking everything in as truth.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I find that there's just a general sense of awareness [SPEAKER_02]: that needs to happen when you are elevating the mind to the next level.

[SPEAKER_00]: One of the things that's really powerful about that is you can change it in real time, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So we talk a lot about how these programs are set before we really had any conscious awareness and what's super cool about learning these things and applying these tools is you can actually [SPEAKER_00]: Take your particular activity system, which is working to maintain a program that was placed there in childhood without your conscious awareness and you can take it and you can program it to work for you.

[SPEAKER_00]: So once you begin to have this this conscious awareness of like, hey, this is what I really desire and this is what I want you to look for.

[SPEAKER_00]: This is what I want to be open and available for.

[SPEAKER_00]: And this is how I want to feel, and this is what I want to experience, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And you take those windows, you know, first thing in the morning, last thing in the evening, and every time you, every chance you get in between, to have this self-awareness to notice like, oh, I'm doing that thing where I'm just kind of living on autopilot of an old program, and I want to do something different, and you catch it right in the moment like you just said, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like you have the awareness to say, oh, [SPEAKER_00]: I just said something that isn't quite the person that I'm embodying.

[SPEAKER_00]: Let me just snatch it back and rewrite it in real time.

[SPEAKER_00]: And every time you do that, you're rewriting the programming.

[SPEAKER_00]: Right, and you can talk about this from a neuroscience lens where you're actually rewiring.

[SPEAKER_00]: those neural pathways, we see it where it's like a path in the forest, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So we have these really well worn paths and you're just naturally going to walk the way that you've always been.

[SPEAKER_00]: You're just going to go that way because this is how the neural layer.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, predictable, which the brain loves, just loves all of that, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So we're just walking down this path kind of on autopilot.

[SPEAKER_00]: And when you start to intentionally change things into, you know, this is what I desire, this is what I want to have.

[SPEAKER_00]: You're going to have to go down to different paths.

[SPEAKER_00]: You got to chop down some trees, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's helpful.

[SPEAKER_00]: You might have to get scuffed up a long way a little bit.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and it's effortful, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So now we'll send you're going down this sideways and you're chopping down trees, but eventually that new path gets cleared and eventually that becomes your new autopilot and it's super worth, [SPEAKER_02]: I think from a lens to you of just the unconscious lens, like so many people are walking around unconscious, responding to old programs.

[SPEAKER_02]: I would just say reacting, like just, [SPEAKER_02]: So reaction all the time and a response to the way that we're seeing the world, the way that we're seeing things.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's so interesting because when you become aware of the fact that like, oh, no, I'm the, oh, hold on, I'm the main character.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: What, what the hell script am I following?

[SPEAKER_02]: Who wrote this script?

[SPEAKER_02]: Snap me.

[SPEAKER_02]: So then you go ahead and you're like, okay, I guess.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now I'm going to walk around and just be very aware and it's a really interesting thing because once you are out of the unconscious and then you're aware and you're walking around and you're like, whoa, this is a brand new way of seeing life a brand new way of seeing myself.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean, I do this all the time where I'm like, oh, no, hold on, let me change that word.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, hold on all the time.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's in real lifetime and it's so interesting because when you practice on old thought pop it.

[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, thank you.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: No, that's old.

[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.

[SPEAKER_02]: What would I like to do instead?

[SPEAKER_02]: How would I like to respond instead?

[SPEAKER_02]: Then when you have the awareness, then all of a sudden it's not looping in the body anymore.

[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, oh, I can choose this instead and then be able to move forward and respond from that space.

[SPEAKER_02]: I want to talk about the lens of when somebody is going through choosing neuroscience, neuroplasticity, the particular activating system, you know, there's such a connection to the generative that I want to kind of talk about, can you speak on the generative of like some people actually hear the voice and some people don't, where's that voice coming from?

[SPEAKER_02]: I'd love for you to kind of dive into that.

[SPEAKER_00]: We huge mega huge fan of Internet of Work.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you do nothing else, but shift your Internet in narrative towards compassion and loving kindness, like it would change your entire life.

[SPEAKER_00]: Absolutely, 1,000.

[SPEAKER_00]: As far as where it comes from, most people think it's their own voice.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's not.

[SPEAKER_00]: and it's probably not.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's probably just this like mouthpiece to the programming that we received in childhood, like we talked all the time about the subconscious mind, the filters, the programs they get put in there, you know, from the ages of 0 to 7, sometimes up to 12, they're saying now.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then that kind of gets set like this hardware, like this software system, and you are just running on these autopilot and just [SPEAKER_00]: self perpetuating these same things kind of over and over until you make a choice to become aware, bring it up into your conscious awareness and like, uh, uh, I want to be different.

[SPEAKER_00]: I want to choose different, which is what we talk about constantly because it's so empowering and it'll change your entire life.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think one of the key aspects of that is recognizing that this voice that's going on in your head.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's trying to keep you in the familiar zone and it's trying to really maintain that known comfort even if it's uncomfortable even if you don't want to be there anymore.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you don't want to be there anymore, it's sole purpose is to kind of keep you in this box that you developed in childhood, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And it might not feel uncomfortable, it might not feel [SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's everybody has their own experience, but on some level, that's basically what that voice is doing.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so if you step too far out of line, it's going to get louder, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to be a small tension symptoms.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, all of our clients who are expanding and growing.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's usually like a round week six, which I found is the voice gets real loud.

[SPEAKER_02]: All of a sudden it's like, boom, and I'm like, it's not real.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is when we need to be able to use the awareness piece of common the body down, nervous system regulation, and speak to that voice.

[SPEAKER_02]: A lot of times I used to speak to the voice like it was my daughter, and because I love when [SPEAKER_02]: And I didn't have the awareness of understanding internet of work.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was so highly critical of myself.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was always getting to a place in my brain where, who do you think you are?

[SPEAKER_02]: You're not this enough.

[SPEAKER_02]: You're not that enough, like all the fear loops, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: And then when I started to become, [SPEAKER_02]: cognizant of the fact that, like, hey, this doesn't feel supportive anymore.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to change my inner narrative.

[SPEAKER_02]: Then I think at that point, I really didn't have a way to talk to myself that way.

[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't feel, it felt uncomfortable at first.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I was like, I'm going to talk to my inner voice, like, it's, like, it's my baby.

[SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, beautiful.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's a great place to start.

[SPEAKER_00]: So a lot of times most people in that I've come across have a critical inner monologue or critical Internet of because it's like I said this mouthpiece of like let's keep you in the familiar zone.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you step out of that and you're intentionally growing your intentionally expanding, it has something to say about that because it no longer feels safe in this next level of expansion because you're becoming different and different means unknown, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So now all of a sudden it's like, oh, [SPEAKER_00]: you know.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're scared, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: So it'll start wasting.

[SPEAKER_00]: It'll start wasting these fears or these things that it knows will get you to take that step back and go back into that familiar zone.

[SPEAKER_00]: And one of the things that we do is we consciously work with that inner voice and that [SPEAKER_00]: I hear you.

[SPEAKER_00]: I see you.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not okay with you being disrespectful.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not okay with you being unkind.

[SPEAKER_00]: I really need you.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you still have something to say, that's fine, but I need you to at least do it with loving kindness.

[SPEAKER_00]: Right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And that's something in real time.

[SPEAKER_00]: When it comes up, you take the time out.

[SPEAKER_00]: You pause and you have that conversation with yourself because it's really not your voice.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's really just this mouthpiece for the brain.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I love love love the idea of, you know, using that love for your child as a conduit.

[SPEAKER_00]: to tap into the love of self because a lot of people have a hard time going from this really harsh inner critic into like, oh, I'm just supposed to like love myself and speak kindly to myself.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I know you and I both used the love of our children to step baby steps into this like loving, compassionate [SPEAKER_00]: in her monologue, and to take that one step further, you know, when you're able to create that safe space inside your own mind, inside your own part in your mind your body, that safety allows you to take action and to move and to be step out of that box, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And you sincerely, but surely start to change the way that you're living your life because you have a capacity [SPEAKER_02]: had an upbringing where it wasn't a safe environment.

[SPEAKER_02]: Love was not shown and they don't have a child.

[SPEAKER_02]: How would we walk them through being able to hold compassion when that might feel unfamiliar?

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and this comes up a lot, honestly, everybody has had some experience of feeling something that they love.

[SPEAKER_00]: Usually I'll say, do you have a pet?

[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have a pet?

[SPEAKER_00]: You love very, very much pets, or a great example of just this unconditional love, or the heart space is just wide open because we're not protecting ourselves from them.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if you've ever felt the love of a pet, you can use that as a sort of bridge.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like a stepping stone into what it feels like to come from compassion and love.

[SPEAKER_00]: Or, you know, even just appreciating resources, like appreciating if you have love of your morning cup of coffee.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what does that feel like?

[SPEAKER_00]: And what's the energetic difference between being in that love and that feeling of expressing caring and kindness?

[SPEAKER_00]: And what does that feel like in the body versus [SPEAKER_00]: the contraction and the fear of having this sort of harsh critical energy that's coming up.

[SPEAKER_00]: So just starting to gauge the difference of the two different feelings and getting used to what that feels like in the body and when you create compassion and you create the space, you feel it differently in here, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be more of [SPEAKER_00]: relaxing.

[SPEAKER_00]: The shoulders are going to drop down.

[SPEAKER_00]: The heart space is going to open up versus when we're in the critical inner narrative.

[SPEAKER_00]: There's a lot of protecting breathing.

[SPEAKER_00]: A lot of breathing, a lot of protecting, a lot of this kind of energy.

[SPEAKER_00]: Really feeling it in the body.

[SPEAKER_00]: And finding it wherever you can find it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then using that as a bridge to move forward.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I think there's a lot of times too when when you're new to this work, Internet of Work, becoming aware, I don't want to generalize for everybody, but I would say for some people it's very exciting because there's like a receptivity of readiness of like, I'm ready to change.

[SPEAKER_02]: I feel so good about it.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be uncomfortable and that's fine and like it's okay and let's go, I'm ready to rock right like there's this openness right and then there's some people and there's no right or wrong no good or bad one is just all neutral right there's not a space of like this is the better place to be but I would say that there are some people who are going to experience it's going to feel so foreign and so uncomfortable to speak kindly to yourself.

[SPEAKER_02]: when that's never been the baseline.

[SPEAKER_02]: But that's not an indication that is wrong.

[SPEAKER_02]: If anything, it's gonna feel uncomfortable until it doesn't.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so you keep doing it more.

[SPEAKER_02]: Like when you are, let's just say when you're walking and let's just say you've been like, sedentary, all of your life, and all of a sudden you start walking.

[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, a little lot of breath, and then eventually you get up every day, you start walking more and more.

[SPEAKER_02]: And all of a sudden you look forward to every single day and it's easy and now you're like walking around the neighborhood then you're walking for miles.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then you're like, let's go for a 10 mile walk, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: It's just easy, you're building the endurance [SPEAKER_02]: have that space because eventually guess what it becomes your autopilot like every day my brain is like no it's okay you're doing so great I love you you're so no seriously I believe in you you're okay everything is fine it's okay if you don't figure it out it's okay if you make a mistake it's okay if it's not here right now everything's alright [SPEAKER_02]: And that's now my baseline.

[SPEAKER_02]: And if you were to ever hear my inner narrative, it is a vast difference.

[SPEAKER_02]: So speaking from personal rewiring experience, is very worth it.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's the biggest thing you could ever hear.

[SPEAKER_02]: Much better place to be in my brain than it is.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I mean even people noticed immediately when I started being kinder to myself, the energy in my body I felt so safe and so grounded, all of a sudden people were like, [SPEAKER_02]: She's like different, like, no, just not so cruel to myself.

[SPEAKER_00]: Well, and sometimes you just have to fake it till you make it, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes it's just recognizing that if you have a specific goal that you're wanting to work towards, [SPEAKER_00]: constantly having this berating inner monologue or, you know, that unsafety every minute of every day that's not helping you move towards your goals.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if that's something that we want, if we want to be able to move forward, we start there and you just catch it in the moment and you say thanks but no thanks, what else can I choose?

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna choose another thought now and you just do that over and over and over and over until it like you said it becomes your new autopilot.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think something that's really important is talk about so we are just kind of like a recap of the things we talked about the particular activating system.

[SPEAKER_02]: Right, the middle man between the conscious and unconscious, read, read, cheap.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then we talked about being able to understand like the neuroplasticity aspect and how to really imprint the new desire in bypass the conscious, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: It's a kind of allow for the subconscious to be like, all right, I'm going on a hunt to find all the things.

[SPEAKER_02]: Now, I'm bringing it back to your awareness.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then we also talked about the internet.

[SPEAKER_02]: So one thing that I would really, really love to have a conversation about is it's a conversation [SPEAKER_02]: with our clients side of currency academy, which is they are consistently doing the work and rebuilding the relationship with wealth, rebuilding the relationship with abundance, rebuilding the relationship with themselves, creating this beautiful, inner dynamic of, I am safe, I'm grounded, nervous system, neuroplacist to you, the whole thing, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: But they live in an environment that matches more of the life that they had before.

[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe somebody who is not either willing to do the work, somebody who kind of brings them back into a safe place of feeling unsafe.

[SPEAKER_02]: What would you say are the necessary steps for somebody to take when they recognize that their environment is not supportive for this inner growth?

[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's just getting really rock solid in your own inner world right and this is a part of this process because eventually we start to outgrow the environment that we're in because that's a reflection of where we've been not where we're going.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so, at some point, we have to either get really good with our boundaries, get really good with our imagination, get really good with living in the inner world and holding that energy and until it starts to pop in 3D.

[SPEAKER_00]: But there are times where you have to make decisions, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, do I want to stay in the same or do I need to make some maybe some tough choices?

[SPEAKER_00]: and so to move myself in this direction of the desired.

[SPEAKER_00]: You know, there's always these younger parts of ourselves, the parts of ourselves who receive the programming from our loved ones or the people who raised us.

[SPEAKER_00]: We don't ever naturally want to evolve beyond that, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of this thing where we want to belong, our nervous systems are designed [SPEAKER_00]: hardwired to seek safety and community.

[SPEAKER_00]: We want to belong with our people.

[SPEAKER_00]: We don't want to other ourselves from our people who raised us.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so this is a challenge that comes up consistently is everybody gets to this point where it's like, you know, am I willing to do the work to choose a new path?

[SPEAKER_00]: And do it with love.

[SPEAKER_00]: Look at the lifestyle that I was raised with and say I love you so much I appreciate this so much and I'm also moving forward in this new direction and it stretches you and it stretches you in in ways that when you bring it to the conscious awareness You can look at it and be like, okay, I'm going to choose different.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to choose more I'm going to choose to expand and I know that this is sort of this low key trigger to my nervous system because I'm [SPEAKER_00]: stepping out of everything I've ever known and you know we have these emotional ties and these loyalty ties and everything that comes up and you have to consciously choose to step forward and what we've seen is a lot of times the people your loved ones or your people.

[SPEAKER_02]: they get really inspired by that you know it's true it's really really true and I think that there is there I've heard this actually a few times that people being afraid to become their wealthy yourself afraid to become this because what if I become a target what if my family disowns me what if my family no longer like loves me or expects me to do all these things for them and the truth is is like you don't know until you get there we can't paint the picture of the worst [SPEAKER_02]: And we also have to be in a space of it's worth it for me to be able to live the life that I want to live.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think that I've had to make a lot of those decisions.

[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I still make them every single day about who do I want in my space.

[SPEAKER_02]: Who do I feel safe with?

[SPEAKER_02]: Who do I feel safe to expand with?

[SPEAKER_02]: Who do I feel safe with to share my ideas with?

[SPEAKER_02]: And...

[SPEAKER_02]: There's been a lot of times where I'm like, I just know that it's not worth it for me to get to the end of my life, knowing that I've sacrificed all of my hope, streams, ziors, and feeling good because I just wanted my family to accept me.

[SPEAKER_02]: Because the opposite happened, when I actually started to do that, they were proud.

[SPEAKER_02]: They were happy, they were excited.

[SPEAKER_02]: But the truth was, is even if I got the opposite, which sometimes I mean, I have in personal relationships with like friends and things like that, they were like the second I started to expand, [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't really have anybody except for my husband and a few family members and I had to kind of rebuild my friendships and honestly I would do it again and again and again and again and a hard be if this means that I get to have this brain and this this internal experience right because it feels so much better to live.

[SPEAKER_02]: my life knowing that I was honest with what I wanted to do.

[SPEAKER_02]: And sometimes there's a lot of, I mean, this could be a whole episode on this, but just like the grieving process of when you're stepping into a new lens on life, when you're stepping in your changing who you are, there is this kind of lens of like potential sadness or the letting go of the versions of you, you know, that maybe you held on to for a little bit too long.

[SPEAKER_02]: So, [SPEAKER_02]: Again, there is so much of the desire of having a easier life of having a better life of feeling good on the inside.

[SPEAKER_02]: You just want to sit back and say, [SPEAKER_02]: On a biological level, it's normal for me to want him along.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's normal for me to want to be needed and loved.

[SPEAKER_02]: But at the end of the day, that internal safety always has to come from you first.

[SPEAKER_02]: And the truth is, is that my family was actually really inspired.

[SPEAKER_02]: I would say my mom was so sweet.

[SPEAKER_02]: She went out and retired and then became an entrepreneur.

[SPEAKER_02]: After years and years and years of never owning [SPEAKER_02]: Here, and then did this and my dad's reading all these books in my, so it's just like incredible, you know, it's magic.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is the best thing in the world.

[SPEAKER_02]: It really, it really is.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I just want to recap.

[SPEAKER_02]: When you are going in in your changing the way that you're thinking, the way that you're believing, you're really desiring this next level.

[SPEAKER_02]: Please honor that because I just never feel like there is, we don't desire that just, it's not a fluke, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: There's a part of us that is ready for it.

[SPEAKER_02]: to really understand that what you focus on, all the time what you're consuming, what you're focusing on, your brain will bring up to your awareness.

[SPEAKER_02]: To see more of, right?

[SPEAKER_02]: So focus on what you want to see more of, use these prime times in the day to be able to bypass the conscious awareness.

[SPEAKER_02]: Inner narrative is going to be your number one thing also really really help for the nervous system regulation aspect when you have that Inner narrative that is speaking so kindly to you just really creates that sense of safety in the body and then, you know, recognizing that your external world, there is a likelihood of that changing Characters in your book might change when you read a new chapter, right, but you're going to meet new ones.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's okay to still have that sense of wanting to be long and to feel loved and to feel needed, but that has to come from the inside out.

[SPEAKER_02]: Anything else that you wanna share on their journey?

[SPEAKER_00]: I just think, I don't know, we could talk about this all day and I think it's so worth it.

[SPEAKER_00]: whatever it is that whatever desires you have in your heart and if you've come to this and you're here and you're watching this and we plan to the seed doing the work and showing up and re wiring the way that you see the world and the opportunities and just knowing that you can do this.

[SPEAKER_00]: You can shift, you can grow, you can expand, you can reach that next level [SPEAKER_00]: thousands.

[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like at this point, every single person that we've helped support on this journey has just had this like light and this spark and this joy and this life force that just comes online and it's just my favorite thing in the world.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if you have a hope, a wish, a dream, if you're out here chasing something, go for it.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're supporting you 110% and this is our favorite thing to do.
