Episode Transcript
[SPEAKER_01]: M.S.W.
[SPEAKER_01]: Media.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hello.
[SPEAKER_00]: Hello.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm Dr.
Carlton, the gay male clinic trained board certified gastroenterologist or butt-stuff doctor.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm Dan Jelo, a gay guy who has done stuff like lots of stuff.
[SPEAKER_03]: This is, but honestly, the podcast about sex, socializing, love, and butt-stuff.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hello booty gang, welcome back to another episode of But Honestly, this week we have a booty gang member who has some questions about HPV.
[SPEAKER_03]: A literal butt munch that wants to know the real risk and how to talk to their doctor about their eating habits.
[SPEAKER_03]: Another someone who just wants to relax after his evening release.
[SPEAKER_03]: Plus, we have a refresher email from someone in their mid sixties that is ready to take on some rear visitors.
[SPEAKER_04]: But first, this is your reminder that, but honestly, is an eighteen and over podcast for adult listeners.
[SPEAKER_04]: Now let's talk like a couple of adults and open chat.
[SPEAKER_04]: You went out.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I did.
[SPEAKER_03]: You feel at first of all, you feeling better.
[SPEAKER_04]: You were sick as a dog feeling better.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like, [SPEAKER_04]: I think I'm there, okay?
[SPEAKER_04]: Except for when I, as you notice, I was trimming my beard the other day, and I just wasn't even paying attention because I was just tired.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then it was like, oh, there's no coming back from this.
[SPEAKER_04]: And now I'm back to mustache status for the week.
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, yeah, it'll come back.
[SPEAKER_04]: But I think it's just my exhaustion lately has just been like, oh, if I'm not like putting a hundred percent in it, then all of a sudden something goes bad.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so that's kind of where I've been.
[SPEAKER_04]: But I've realized that I need to start taking more breaks.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, not bounce from get the gig.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, for me, like even though I probably could do my own hair, my own beard, on my own, I just have this thing about going to the barber shop.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's something about the barber's chair that is comforting to me, and it's kind of nice to be taking care of, after taking care of everybody else for so long.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's a nice routine to have.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: I go to this here.
[SPEAKER_03]: I go to this Iraqi barber shop in Oklahoma.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's called Kings Cuts.
[SPEAKER_03]: And they are so good.
[SPEAKER_03]: They do really, really strong work, especially on Beards, because you know, a lot of Malaysian men have.
[SPEAKER_04]: You just want to hop around with man to touch you for an hour.
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe.
[SPEAKER_03]: But it's gotten to be such that I treat them so well, because I pay them [SPEAKER_03]: very nicely.
[SPEAKER_03]: Double or triple what they asked, just because I'm a, I want good service.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I also want to be able to pick up my phone and say, I'm coming in in for ten minutes.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, so I, you know, I feel like I've been accepted into the family.
[SPEAKER_03]: Like every time I come in lightly, they've been like feeding me and you know, it's been great.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: So they do everything.
[SPEAKER_03]: They like they like wax your nose hair and your ear hair and you know, being in fifty-three-year-old man, things are starting to grow out from all kinds of weird places.
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's kind of cool.
[SPEAKER_03]: You did try one of these.
[SPEAKER_04]: I've never done like do they do like to shave on the head like do they shave your head or if you heard.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's the minus clipper, but they could they could do the shade if you wanted it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I've never done that actually.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they [SPEAKER_03]: And then they trim up my beard really nicely because they have a lot of experience with beers, which I like.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then also they even die at for me because otherwise my beard will be gray as fuck.
[SPEAKER_03]: So just to keep a little more youthful appearance, I do die at some of my original hair color, even though it does get a little bit dark sometimes.
[SPEAKER_04]: There's something I just want to tell all of our listeners.
[SPEAKER_04]: So like if you guys do the dress for a men thing, if you guys are dying your beards, like there is no judgment, if you want to just stay gray, but if you want to go a little, you know, you want to have the youthful appearance.
[SPEAKER_04]: Never go for the jet black.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's going to be always way too dark.
[SPEAKER_04]: I myself even use light brown.
[SPEAKER_04]: I just need a little bit of like a hmm.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know what they also have these like almost like mascara pins out now from just from in that you can actually just brush through spots that have I use that when we did our photo shoot yeah and the thing is is it leaves a stiff it looks good for pictures but it's not something that I would do on a regular occasion if I was going out plus I'm just always afraid to that like it's on your beard it's a little bit messy with my drink and then I was like [SPEAKER_04]: like, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_03]: Like, like, proud stuff on the side of your mouth, you know?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm like bleeding, like, like, brown, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: All of a sudden, it's like, what's wrong with your face?
[SPEAKER_04]: Why are you dripping like that?
[SPEAKER_04]: It looked like Rudy Giuliani, you know?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I just don't want that appearance.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm careful.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I would just rather just like, either [SPEAKER_04]: semi-permed diet or, you know, yeah, not for sure at all.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I did after being I haven't gone out since I've been home and I finally went out last night to this thing called back here, which is a bear night at a [SPEAKER_03]: Not a club, but a local bar.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it was packed in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: There were so many bears in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: It was wall to wall.
[SPEAKER_03]: There was a fair amount of back here because a lot of those guys were like muscle bears who were on [SPEAKER_03]: A lot of steroids too and they just were just they're just hairy everywhere.
[SPEAKER_04]: So there's now sprouting here like guys that were tweaks before just sprouting here everywhere.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, I earned my back here.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, like I got mine through her editorie not because I did any injections just because this is what the like the lot that life gave me.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I went in my cowboy, my cowboy hat, my boots and my Texas longhorn belt.
[SPEAKER_03]: And not like the University of Texas, but so longhorn belt.
[SPEAKER_03]: And little chain and then my harness that's the western one that I'm a rado makes it so cute.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I walked in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: And of course, the first two or three people that I talked to, like, cornered me about medical stuff.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I was like, I am not here to talk about this.
[SPEAKER_03]: Almost talking about how they wanted to, they were upset because they wanted to pay electronically through my office for some credit card charge they got.
[SPEAKER_03]: And they, we don't have the portal that they like for that.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, listen, I'm out on a, a concertity night.
[SPEAKER_03]: The last thing I want to do is talk about [SPEAKER_03]: business shit, you know.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like send this as an email.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: How about how are you?
[SPEAKER_03]: It's nice to see you, you know.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, any of that, but these talking to you about like, hey, I try to pay you.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, but you don't handle the payments in that sense.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I have some, you know, some really friendly people that I met there that I've known for a while and they were introducing me to a lot of people.
[SPEAKER_03]: And one of the people they introduced me to was a patient actually and he kind of listened to me because yeah, I know you and a professional capacity.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: You guys like bend over, let me think.
[SPEAKER_03]: But then he's like, is this awkward for you?
[SPEAKER_03]: Is this, do you want me to not be around you?
[SPEAKER_03]: Do you not want me to interact with you?
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm like, dude, we're out and about on a bar night.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're not fucking, we're just talking like friends.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's, it's, it's absolutely, it's your whole, not mine.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're just, you're talking, you know?
[SPEAKER_03]: But, you know, lots of people, lots of kind of, that's a cruising as far as looking, but not a lot of stuff going on.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, apparently though.
[SPEAKER_04]: Uh-huh.
[SPEAKER_04]: At the last cruising or whatever the thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
[SPEAKER_04]: I guess it got really rowdy.
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't, I've never been to cruise there.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I don't know what it's like.
[SPEAKER_04]: I have an either.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so do we mention the bar's name?
[SPEAKER_04]: I hope we did it.
[SPEAKER_04]: We did.
[SPEAKER_04]: Um, no.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Good.
[SPEAKER_04]: Good.
[SPEAKER_04]: So we can just talk about this freely.
[SPEAKER_04]: So allegedly, um, people were just like, [SPEAKER_04]: Wow, wow in in the middle in the middle of like the audio and like in the corner of the patio apparently like they turned the lights down low.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it is it is called cruise.
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's what I would expect to happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: Have a close check and everything like that.
[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, hope you would hope that would happen.
[SPEAKER_04]: But you just never know because like [SPEAKER_04]: You know, there's other bars who say that they're doing this kind of a night.
[SPEAKER_04]: And because of the fear, you know, being in trouble, you know, with that, they normally let people do all that, you know?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, trying to be vague.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to be vague.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it was, it was a lot of fun.
[SPEAKER_03]: It wasn't very active, like the other kind of, the other other party you described, which was leading for, I think.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but you, but you, I got out of it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's what I was telling you earlier is like, every time I go to a bear event in an enclosed space, it just smells like farts.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: So guys, we need to do our due diligence and let's just all start thinking about the meals that we can do.
[SPEAKER_03]: Or just the room, you know, go, there's a corner patio.
[SPEAKER_03]: Go out there and fart.
[SPEAKER_03]: Please fart before you walk in.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm not picking on all bears or anything.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just saying that like it seems like whenever I go to these bear nights, it gets because hey boys like the eat.
[SPEAKER_04]: I guess so.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Go take a ship before you come like this.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like release that methane elsewhere, but like the party supposed to be like cute and hot.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: I understand like if you have like a nature calls and you got an issue and you know you're out and about, but like going to the bar is not the place to go and take a rowdy dump.
[SPEAKER_04]: It is not the place to go and just be farting amongst the group.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was floor fighters really dragged me crazy.
[SPEAKER_04]: Just cropped us on the dance floor.
[SPEAKER_04]: Just like, do you smell that?
[SPEAKER_04]: I can't dance anymore.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I don't want to do it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: That was kind of me.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, between by the time I kind of really got settled in there, a lot of people were on their six or seven string probably.
[SPEAKER_03]: And we're like completely wasted.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, come and have it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, come and have it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, come and have it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a hug.
[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a hug.
[SPEAKER_03]: I love you so much.
[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a hug.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: I love you too.
[SPEAKER_04]: So yesterday, I ended up, um, we went to film out SD or film festival that happens here in San Diego.
[SPEAKER_04]: And, um, there is this thing lately when I am around older gentlemen, [SPEAKER_04]: And there is a difference between having like a masculine musky, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like aura.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then just smelling like old clothes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Not even be out, but just like old wet clothes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, like, did you find this in a basement and put this jacket on?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, like, and that was kind of like the vibe.
[SPEAKER_04]: I kept getting like, and it was just because there's a [SPEAKER_04]: people who go to film festivals, there's an older crowd and then there's also the young e artsy crowd.
[SPEAKER_04]: The older men know and it's just like, come on man, just because you're getting older doesn't need to make you smell like you're dying.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like come get out of this.
[SPEAKER_04]: So what was funny though is I have this new face because I took off my beard and I had a hat on and with my glasses.
[SPEAKER_04]: I moved in through incognito people didn't realize it was me until they actually like really looked at me like oh my god it's you and like reaction like three or four times this night so it is kind of nice to move through the world a little bit anonymous so yeah for sure yeah um how was the [SPEAKER_03]: Film Festival, did you get to see anything?
[SPEAKER_04]: We did.
[SPEAKER_04]: We watched a couple movies.
[SPEAKER_04]: We saw the Russell Tovie new independent film that's called Playing Clothes.
[SPEAKER_04]: Very interesting.
[SPEAKER_04]: So spoiler for people, if you guys are going to see this movie, I think it's very, very worth seeing its gay.
[SPEAKER_04]: And they do this film testable every year, you know, and so we go and we've actually become a sponsor of the event.
[SPEAKER_04]: So we, uh, we sponsor one of the filming, you know, a couple of the movies.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's where the thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: But [SPEAKER_04]: You know, we don't have like the same kind of remember like in like the nineties and early two thousand's when like trick and the broken hearts clove and yeah just there were like gay movies and there was camp and like all that kind of thing that you just you know everybody saw that it was kind of like monoculture for gay people kissing Jessica Stein you know those kind of movies yeah yeah the uh [SPEAKER_03]: probably three star movies, but everybody saw him because it was gay and that's all we had.
[SPEAKER_04]: But you loved him because it was what we had, you know, and then there wasn't.
[SPEAKER_04]: So this one was called plain clothes.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was it took place in the nineties.
[SPEAKER_04]: And what it is is this and it really did.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was perfect for this for our TV show for our podcast just by way of what it's about.
[SPEAKER_04]: So what it is is this police officer.
[SPEAKER_04]: is an undercover cop.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's cute, young, has a young boy as she kind of a face.
[SPEAKER_04]: And they are in trapping gay men in a mall, basically, in cruising spots.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, wow.
[SPEAKER_04]: They are, he is, you know, making eyes at a guy, the guy sees him.
[SPEAKER_04]: He does the little nod.
[SPEAKER_04]: Everything is without words.
[SPEAKER_04]: They go to the restroom.
[SPEAKER_04]: The other guy is, you know, grabbing this crotch and playing this belt buckle.
[SPEAKER_04]: He steps into a stall.
[SPEAKER_04]: He exposes himself to the police officer in the police officer doesn't say anything the whole time doesn't do any propositioning sees the guy's dick walks out.
[SPEAKER_04]: And the other, you know, walks out in the half.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then the guy goes to follow him.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then there's a police officer who picks him up right then.
[SPEAKER_04]: But it puts him in cuffs.
[SPEAKER_04]: So that's kind of what this guy's M.O.
[SPEAKER_04]: is.
[SPEAKER_04]: This is what he is.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's an undercover cop who is just always doing sting operations on gay men.
[SPEAKER_04]: And it's just the whole gay panic of like the nineties of, you know, people were, you know, learning how to just say something that we have now using the bathrooms and yeah, in that you're being indecent in the bathroom and that's how it leads to other worst things.
[SPEAKER_04]: When it really was just mostly closeted men and men who were either gay and there's nowhere else to enact these kind of things, but you have a moment they go into a [SPEAKER_04]: quiet bathroom.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then the story kind of unfolds is that he has an envelope.
[SPEAKER_04]: He was like a letter that he's been carrying with him.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's inside of his pocket.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then they kind of do some time jumping here and there.
[SPEAKER_04]: And you find out that one day he's trying to entrap the sky and it ends up being Russell Toby's character who is a family man who's at the mall, cute daddy.
[SPEAKER_04]: They make eyes and when he goes into the stall, there's a different kind of a connection.
[SPEAKER_04]: He ends up going into the stall with the man.
[SPEAKER_04]: He doesn't stay outside.
[SPEAKER_04]: He closes the door.
[SPEAKER_04]: They have a brief interaction.
[SPEAKER_04]: He leaves.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then when the other cop goes to like, you know, should I pick that guy up?
[SPEAKER_04]: He's like, nope, don't pick him up.
[SPEAKER_04]: Don't pick him up.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's all good.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then it leads to like, okay, they see each other another time.
[SPEAKER_04]: And he falls in love with this guy that he was the cruising, trying to say, wow.
[SPEAKER_04]: So the loudest officer falls in love with them.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then we get into this whole story of his, the police officers home life.
[SPEAKER_04]: and his father that his past away his father had the same name as him.
[SPEAKER_04]: They're but Gus and Gus Jr.
[SPEAKER_04]: blah and and then the uncle who has a gay son kicks out the gay son.
[SPEAKER_04]: So you're seeing kind of like in it.
[SPEAKER_04]: I think it's kind of set like in a Boston kind of a thing uncle.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you can you can kind of see why he why he's in the closet.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and then you really like he has a girlfriend and then the girlfriend and him have broken up and she knows that he likes guys and she's like it's so the story is it's a pretty incredible story if you guys see it playing close.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not going to give you guys away the rest of the thing, but the whole.
[SPEAKER_04]: premise though of like he's a police officer, who's gay, who isn't trapping other gay men, and how does that wear on his psyche and his anxiety levels in just, yeah, oh, like he's he's [SPEAKER_04]: You know, putting away his brethren in such instances.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, pretty good movie and then the other one that we saw was a local local filmmakers and I don't remember their names right now and I apologize, but it's called the orchestra.
[SPEAKER_04]: So in this one was like a small it was like the preamble movie kind of like a quick like five minute, you know, sure.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so this one, I'm gonna give away a little bit of the ending, but just because I wanna know your thoughts about this Dr.
Carlton.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so the premise of this one was, it starts off this kid, hot guy, goes to a glory hole.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so at the very, very beginning, you just see him like put himself through the glory hole, you see his butt as it like the camera circles around, you see the chest of the other guy, you know, given him the blow job, you don't see his dick or anything at that.
[SPEAKER_04]: But you do see Dix later.
[SPEAKER_04]: that happened.
[SPEAKER_04]: So then he, that same kid, you kind of see him and he is just kind of moving through life and just kind of bored, you know, cruising, he goes and he hooks up with, he goes on a date.
[SPEAKER_04]: The guy never shows up.
[SPEAKER_04]: He, you know, goes out with his mom, you know, he's like in Palm Springs, like, you know, anti shopping.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's got this whole life thing going.
[SPEAKER_04]: And yeah, while he does is that you kind of see him and he cruises like he goes to the bathroom at this one place and another guy walks in and they both kind of like look at each other.
[SPEAKER_04]: Then later, you know, he hooks up with somebody on like a grinder sniffy type app and it's like an anonymous thing that they're going to meet like outdoors and so guy meets he blows them keeps on going.
[SPEAKER_04]: So this is like he has all these points in where he's [SPEAKER_04]: kind of being sexual and out there.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, we're gonna take a quick break.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're gonna come back and I'm gonna tell you guys the rest of what I'm talking about.
[SPEAKER_04]: And we're back.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so I'm telling you everybody about this movie orchestra.
[SPEAKER_04]: So what ends up happening is you see this guy moving through his life.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, then eventually he is in the gym and he's taking a shower.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm giving away the movie, but that's okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a five minute one.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's a five minute one.
[SPEAKER_04]: So he's taking his shower in the gym and you see everything you see is yeah, like it.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's one of those kind of game movies.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, this other really cute guy walks in.
[SPEAKER_04]: and they're both kind of having the shower flirt that you do when you're cruising in a shower that you're looking at the person they're looking at you will bomb an eventually they connect and they have their hook up and when they do the kid is now you're seeing like his thoughts and like at that moment he's thinking this guy's really cute maybe we could be something and you see him like the two of them sitting on their couch now then two of them having dinner blah blah blah blah [SPEAKER_04]: Well, he leaves a shower.
[SPEAKER_04]: They both leave their inside of the locker room.
[SPEAKER_04]: As they're going to leave, the guy walks up to him and says, you know, hey, that was a lot of fun.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, it was fun.
[SPEAKER_04]: Would you ever want to go and have a drink sometime?
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, great.
[SPEAKER_04]: So then they go and they have a drink.
[SPEAKER_04]: And the orchestra kind of comes in with all these different things where it's always music that plays, that he when he thinks about the great things that are happening.
[SPEAKER_04]: Now here's the thing where I want to know what your thoughts are.
[SPEAKER_04]: So they go in and they flip into one year into the relationship.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: So now we speed ahead.
[SPEAKER_04]: The two guys are out.
[SPEAKER_04]: They've had this beautiful idea relationship.
[SPEAKER_04]: They're both very cute.
[SPEAKER_04]: They're sitting having a beautiful picnic.
[SPEAKER_04]: And I'm so glad that you came into my life and bubble a lot.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then all of a sudden, you see things from the other guy's point of view, the guy who our main character has been dating, and you see the orchestration of how he made this relationship happen.
[SPEAKER_04]: From the very first time that he saw him, he knew he wanted to be with him.
[SPEAKER_04]: He was the guy on the other side of the very first glory hole.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: And when he saw the kid come in, he saw the kid's face, thought he was cute, gave the kid a blow job.
[SPEAKER_04]: The guy goes to leave and he takes his air tag and puts it in the kid's bag.
[SPEAKER_04]: So this way, he knows where he is.
[SPEAKER_04]: So he's been following this kid to the antique shop at this mom to all these different places.
[SPEAKER_04]: So then this way, he can find out all the things that this guy likes.
[SPEAKER_04]: He's the guy who he blows in the middle of a field and never knew it.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like when he goes in that cruising thing, so this guy has been kind of following him all along.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh wow.
[SPEAKER_04]: And has orchestrated this relationship and now they have a beautiful relationship, but it was all because founded on this weird stalker lie.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's going to have to keep that close to his vaster.
[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to lose that relationship really quick.
[SPEAKER_04]: The thing is, there's one hand on the Disney, the Disney fight eyes of like, would you feel [SPEAKER_04]: Flattered because somebody liked you this much.
[SPEAKER_04]: They put this much work into orchestrating a relationship with you and then by that end then when you see them and then you're a wonderful partner and you're everything that person wanted.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, and then on the other side is like, this guy's a freak.
[SPEAKER_04]: He put an air tag in his stuff, the first sexual thing, and then followed him around and found out all the other things that the guys loved.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so this way, he can make sure that he emphasizes that.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it was just like, this is this is the same guy is probably going to put an air tag in his and his boyfriend's gym bag swing.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's exactly where he is wherever he goes.
[SPEAKER_04]: All of that.
[SPEAKER_04]: But the thing was is you heard the crowd literally go.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, when the air tag went into his bag when they rewound, all the way back into the, and he just heard the whole crowd groan.
[SPEAKER_04]: And it was like, the whole thing just took a total, like, turn because you have a, like, hot boys.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was a great was really, really well done.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm happy that it was so well done.
[SPEAKER_03]: It was a local production.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's awesome.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, because it was like it was at the, it was at the one of the food Mart's here.
[SPEAKER_04]: They used Club San Diego for the, for when they filmed the two guys and the showers and all that.
[SPEAKER_04]: That was in that that was there.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like they used a bunch of local place like the uptown.
[SPEAKER_04]: They used local places in it, but it was really, really well done.
[SPEAKER_04]: So if you guys see the orchestra, it's a gay film.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's a short look for it.
[SPEAKER_04]: pay for it, support, you know, games, game filmmakers, but it was a really, really well done thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I gave away a lot of it here.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to give away the whole entire concept, but it was great.
[SPEAKER_04]: So, but yeah, and then they came home and I watched Dexter and then that also has a whole thing with [SPEAKER_04]: air tags and people follow me each other right now.
[SPEAKER_04]: That was like, look, it was like, oh, this is like my whole theme tonight is stocking.
[SPEAKER_04]: So sure, there was that.
[SPEAKER_04]: Anyways, tell everybody, Dr.
Carlton, where you are going to be in the next couple of months, so they can stay planning their travel.
[SPEAKER_03]: So next three months, I'll be at the Rose Bowl in Dallas and on October, sixteen through the nineteen teaching, fisting safety technique and anatomy with regerevents.com.
[SPEAKER_03]: uh, rigger.com uh, uh, the guys over at rigger really put together an awesome weekend.
[SPEAKER_03]: Not only is it fun, um, sexy guys from all over the country, um, who are knowledgeable and playful, um, but it's also a chance to get some real hands hands on, you know, literally and learning experience.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's a really good way.
[SPEAKER_03]: And, you know, we have people who have a lot of experience, so if you're not [SPEAKER_03]: If you're new to this and you want to make sure you don't get hurt, so a way to a good way to go and learn.
[SPEAKER_03]: Before that, next month in Fort Lauderdale, September.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's the nineteenth through the twenty first.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to be at the Wilton and E.
Wilton Manor's Eagle in Fort Lauderdale judging Mr.
Leather STP, which is Sir Tom Productions.
[SPEAKER_03]: Not still in Temple Pilots.
[SPEAKER_03]: Not still in Temple Pilots.
[SPEAKER_03]: Not still in Temple Pilots.
[SPEAKER_03]: Sir Tom Productions.
[SPEAKER_03]: It is a Sir Tom Productions is that poor company.
[SPEAKER_03]: So they do have sections of this contest or a little bit more [SPEAKER_03]: than your standard leather contest, so that should be interesting.
[SPEAKER_04]: With this in your hole.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then finally, I just got contacted from San Antonio to come in November to Woodlawn.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think that Woodlawn Aids Foundation to talk about game and sexual health in San Antonio.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I've never been in San Antonio, so I'm really, really psyched about that one.
[SPEAKER_04]: Fabulous so so and this week you guys here in San Diego we have Slutter cam August thirty if get your tickets right now online because every ticket that you guys purchase online is a entry into a contest for a two hundred dollar nasty big gift certificate so that's pretty cool [SPEAKER_04]: Um, that we have just for getting it to get to go.
[SPEAKER_04]: We will always have tickets at the door.
[SPEAKER_04]: We've strawberry corncakes who's going to be up there doing the wet underwork contest with me.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're giving away a harness from Mama Rado.
[SPEAKER_04]: We have a hundred dollars cash and then another hundred dollars a beefy boy gets to get.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's like four hundred dollars worth of cash and prizes.
[SPEAKER_04]: So that's going to be August, thirty.
[SPEAKER_04]: If get your tickets to dose associated.com and then also you guys.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm in a contest, okay?
[SPEAKER_04]: So gun oil called and they were doing a bear contest called the big cake energy.
[SPEAKER_04]: And this is with an in accordance with a bear world magazine and also beefy boy underwear, which is also when a response is over at Slutter Camp, but beefy boy underwear, which I just got a juxtap from.
[SPEAKER_04]: They just sent me a juxtap.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I'll be modeling that probably this weekend at the contest.
[SPEAKER_04]: But so this gun oil, they have a contest.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's gun oil.netify.app.
[SPEAKER_04]: If you guys go to that website, you can only vote once per email.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's not like I'm going to be asking you guys to vote every day for me.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, just you need to vote once.
[SPEAKER_04]: But if you have more than one email, I would happily take your votes.
[SPEAKER_04]: I was number six last week.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure where I stack up this week.
[SPEAKER_04]: There's probably an email out right now.
[SPEAKER_04]: But it was number six out of all the guys that are on there and I do not have like an only fans or just for fans and all the other ones are content creators in that way.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm pretty proud of myself for kind of getting there.
[SPEAKER_03]: What if one of our listeners actually sent me a message yesterday about how he's trying to spread the word to get you more votes.
[SPEAKER_03]: So that's yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I saw it in somebody also.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, they sent that over.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I really, really appreciate that if you guys do want to support in that way.
[SPEAKER_04]: It is just the winner gets an all expense paid trip for two to like Port of Airda, which I've actually never been to.
[SPEAKER_04]: So that would be fun.
[SPEAKER_04]: And but the other thing though, is everybody who enters the contest, you're also entered into a contest for like five hundred dollars worth of swag from my gun oil and the other content producers on this.
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, I worked with gun oil for a long time and they're very generous about sending me giant vats of silicon based loot, which is expensive as fuck.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I really love the guys that were gun oil.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, so it's something it was nice.
[SPEAKER_04]: They were really, really kind when they asked me to do this and I decided to go in and if you guys go to that gumoil.netify.app, you guys can vote for Dan's little.
[SPEAKER_04]: You all will see a picture of me presenting my whole ass out there.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, there's, there's butt pictures.
[SPEAKER_04]: And your whole ass or your asshole.
[SPEAKER_04]: Kind of both the people.
[SPEAKER_04]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_04]: The picture that they did is not leaving much to the imagination.
[SPEAKER_04]: And also if you guys click on that, too, is there's also a link to my alt x account.
[SPEAKER_04]: So there's all kinds of extra-dange-look content that you guys get there for free just for voting.
[SPEAKER_04]: Actually, you guys vote for me.
[SPEAKER_04]: Because I think it would be pretty, it would be a gag if I actually won this.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so let's take one more quick break, even though it's maybe a minute, but let's show him a second of the quick break, bring him back with your butt dials and booty goals.
[SPEAKER_04]: Welcome back.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're back with your butt dials and booty calls.
[SPEAKER_04]: You guys can reach us quite a few ways via email, but honestly pod at GMO.com.
[SPEAKER_04]: Text or leave.
[SPEAKER_04]: So voicemail at six one two eight eight eight eleven oh three, which is easy to remember, because it's six one.
[SPEAKER_04]: B U T T.
It's the word but right in the middle.
[SPEAKER_04]: Six one but eleven oh three.
[SPEAKER_04]: There you guys can head us up with your medical insight question, socializing, snafu, sex stories, or if you just have something on your mind, we're recently in your ass.
[SPEAKER_04]: Just remember, it can and will be used for pod flotter.
[SPEAKER_03]: And as always, this is where I remind you that this podcast is not replaced with a PCP for having a medical emergency call, and I'm going to go to the emergency room.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so the first one, it was a one sentence email, but we've been in this game for a year.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: And I think it's time for a little refresher.
[SPEAKER_04]: The subject, sixty three with a morning rule.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I'm sixty three and I haven't had anal for five years.
[SPEAKER_04]: How should I start getting myself ready to have visitors?
[SPEAKER_01]: Not the cobwebs out that bitch.
[SPEAKER_01]: Start small.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, um, I think, you know, this could be, this could be looked at in a couple of ways.
[SPEAKER_03]: One is how do you like prep get ready and the other one is how do you have your train, your whole train a little bit before you start or how do I change general callers at my about saying your house.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's right, wipe your mirror down.
[SPEAKER_04]: But all your valuables away.
[SPEAKER_04]: and clean your fucking toilet okay like clean your toilet people will judge you if you have a dirty toilet so make sure that your bathrooms yeah so I think I think [SPEAKER_03]: If you're new to anal sex or you haven't had it in a long time, I think exploring yourself first is really important.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you know what to expect and what's back there and you can start with your fingers.
[SPEAKER_03]: But you know, using a toy like a dildo kind of start small and kind of work your way up a little bit is a great way to teach yourself how to [SPEAKER_03]: open up and kind of know it to expect when you actually get fucked by a dick.
[SPEAKER_03]: Am I any of Lube?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Lube is key for anal sex that prefer silicone lube because it's slippery or it sends to protect a mucosa internally a little bit better.
[SPEAKER_03]: You don't have to reapply it as often.
[SPEAKER_04]: But their silicone loops aren't going to be really something that you always want to use with a toy.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, yeah, more in the water-based loop for toys.
[SPEAKER_03]: Water-based for toys, but when it comes to actual anal sex with the penis, I think the silicone and support superior.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but yeah, the silicone loops can tear up some of the some toys depending on what they're made out of.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's important for you to keep your toy safe by using a water base loop.
[SPEAKER_04]: Gun oil also has a hybrid loop, which is actually my favorite from them.
[SPEAKER_04]: Um, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_04]: Have you used that yet?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, right.
[SPEAKER_04]: The hybrid.
[SPEAKER_04]: I like it more than the silicone.
[SPEAKER_04]: I like it more than the water base because it's like it's a perfect middle spot.
[SPEAKER_04]: And then it comes right back to life with some a little bit of spit.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, explore yourself with toys.
[SPEAKER_03]: In my Instagram, I have the bottoming tips for bottoms.
[SPEAKER_03]: One of the first things I always say is, prepare yourself properly.
[SPEAKER_03]: Don't overdo, don't make sure that you don't put too much water up in there because if you do that, it could flood out during play or make things messier.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, you remember the rectum is just the last six to eight inches of your GI tract, so you really only need to clean out that little bit.
[SPEAKER_03]: Unless you're going to go out and get plowed for like ten hours or something at a big party.
[SPEAKER_03]: So insert the water with whatever device you choose to use, release it and repeat until the water turns clear and there's no particles in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: The fiber supplements help tremendously by reducing your clean out time.
[SPEAKER_03]: I personally use pure for men.
[SPEAKER_03]: Other people use all the other stuff that's out there now, including metamuse, or peachy, and all those other things.
[SPEAKER_04]: But what's probably what's best for you, too, is like, you know, in a lot of its trial and error.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like, I used the pure for men.
[SPEAKER_04]: I do like that.
[SPEAKER_04]: But the thing is it can be a little bit more costly.
[SPEAKER_04]: I was using the silly and husk like capsules that you can just get from like Amazon or CVS to generic brand.
[SPEAKER_04]: But what I was finding with those is that they were often bloating me out.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so a lot of people complain about, yeah, for sure.
[SPEAKER_04]: But it really grown to appreciate the Metamusell gummies or the Benefiber gummies, those kind of things.
[SPEAKER_04]: And you take, like, I have found that my sweet spot is if I take two of those, like, a good hour before I'm actually getting heat, like my main meal of the day, like my dinner, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: I really do find that my process is so much easier to clean the next day.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure.
[SPEAKER_03]: So once you've done your clean out and you're, you know, opening your hole either during sex or or just before you can take a doldo and do a what I like to call as a dipstick test.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have a doldo that I really like that has a small head and it gets girthier as it goes down the shaft so as you push it in.
[SPEAKER_03]: It opens you up a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more until you get to the base of it.
[SPEAKER_03]: And when you slide that dildo out, if there's could presidue on there, you know, you have a little bit more work to do.
[SPEAKER_03]: And if it's clear, you're probably good to go.
[SPEAKER_04]: And also slide it out like on the hunting lives for you patron members.
[SPEAKER_04]: You hear that?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and also it's really good at helping release whatever water is up there too.
[SPEAKER_03]: So sometimes it can help you pull out.
[SPEAKER_03]: below a few battery.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And uh, start on top.
[SPEAKER_03]: I tell people, especially if you're going to take a big fat cock with a lot of girth to it, sit on it first, just slowly slide down on it and let your butt hold accommodate to the width of that dig.
[SPEAKER_04]: And you had, or I often think you've been like, um, more of a [SPEAKER_04]: Missionary position where you're looking at the person and you can kind of control a little bit more of how much is going in more so than doggy style because doggy style is a lot of times you're giving up a lot of control and you're you get a lot of trust yeah for sure breathing is important make sure that you're taking nice relaxation breath breathing.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, we're not breathing breathing breathing breathing is important.
[SPEAKER_03]: I like guys breathing is important.
[SPEAKER_03]: The breathing the breathing part comes later [SPEAKER_03]: So nice deep breaths, help relax your whole as well.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then push out a little bit as it goes in, that also helps you accommodate something going in your ass.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but all those things are on my Instagram at Dr.
Carlton on the on the bottoming tips page.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then my butt clock technique to help open up is also on there.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's where you actually stick your finger in either your bottom, so all your own hole is at the different clock positions and hold it firm pressure up against those areas to allow your hold open up and accept the dick.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so yeah, enjoy.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, after five years, um, it's been a while.
[SPEAKER_03]: So get in there and explore yourself.
[SPEAKER_03]: Make sure everything's good.
[SPEAKER_03]: Make sure you're comfortable.
[SPEAKER_04]: Um, and it's not really that much different than it was five years ago.
[SPEAKER_04]: Just a couple of the apps have been updated and, you know, you'll find the person who's into what you're into.
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, for sure.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, next one, subject, HPV question.
[SPEAKER_04]: Hello guys, I love your podcast.
[SPEAKER_04]: Sorry, but I have more than one question out of the HPV vaccine.
[SPEAKER_04]: I got my HPV vaccine in my late twenties and I got the updated one shortly after.
[SPEAKER_04]: I was already sexually active prior, too.
[SPEAKER_04]: Number one, is it odd that guys are still left out of testing?
[SPEAKER_04]: Years back when I got prep from a gay dog and I asked he said, well, if you were positive, what are you gonna do about it?
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm assuming that's why, but well, does it usually protect someone like me that does like sucking a bit, a big fairer dick?
[SPEAKER_04]: a fair bit of dick.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, number two, would it protect me against a high-risk strain?
[SPEAKER_04]: I likely encountered prior to being vaccinated assuming I cleared it.
[SPEAKER_04]: The guardous website, I believe, seems to make it sound like it wouldn't.
[SPEAKER_04]: But my PCP, not a gay doc, said it would.
[SPEAKER_04]: With COVID, they'd always say the vaccine doesn't protect against the strain you already have.
[SPEAKER_04]: Isn't this similar in this respect?
[SPEAKER_04]: And number three, I saw this doctor, I saw this doctor as one off.
[SPEAKER_04]: And he was talking about getting a booster, but my PCP said that she just attended a conference on HPV and it isn't necessary.
[SPEAKER_04]: I assume she's right.
[SPEAKER_01]: Thanks guys.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it comes to the HPV, just diagnosis overall.
[SPEAKER_03]: HPV is the most common STI in the world.
[SPEAKER_03]: Very, very common.
[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of times, we're exposed very, very young.
[SPEAKER_03]: Initially, the vaccine was only offered to young girls because of the links to cervical cancer.
[SPEAKER_03]: But over time, they realize, well, where do little girls get it from, they get it from little boys?
[SPEAKER_03]: So let's vaccinate the boys, too.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, and then the age kind of went up to twenty five, and then for the your ability to get it, and then now it's all way up to forty five on the, on the, on the, on the, on the Gardasil website, you can get it by paying out a pocket after forty five, but the thought is by forty five, you've probably been exposed already.
[SPEAKER_03]: But the thing about this vaccine is it covers the cancer causing subtypes of HPV.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you may have had HPV before, but didn't have one of these risky subtypes.
[SPEAKER_03]: And by getting the vaccine, you can prevent yourself from getting [SPEAKER_03]: a cancer causing strain of HPV.
[SPEAKER_03]: So definitely, I'm a huge proponent of the HPV vaccine.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm seeing in my practice now a lot of guys who have anal warts who have had some issues with that, including dysplasia or pre-cancer or even then leading onto cancer.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm really sensitive about that.
[SPEAKER_03]: And if anything you can do to prevent anal cancer is amazing, [SPEAKER_03]: Is it likely to help you if you get it when you're forty five?
[SPEAKER_03]: It depends on depends on who you are.
[SPEAKER_03]: You might might be a person who was in a monogamous relationship before and didn't have a lot of anal sex and or didn't have a lot of sex outside of that partners.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then now you suddenly are exposed to a lot more partners because you're out of that relationship.
[SPEAKER_03]: Those are people that, and a lot of people in the wake of prep in the last twelve years have had this reawakening of sexual liberation or they're not using condoms anymore.
[SPEAKER_03]: Definitely those are the people that I want to make sure are getting the HPV vaccine.
[SPEAKER_03]: And more than anything, the most important people to get the HPV vaccine are people who are HIV positive because the seventy-fold increased risk of anal cancer when you're HIV positive and you have HPV.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I think it's really, really, really critical.
[SPEAKER_03]: Now, one of your, on your first question that you said, is it odd that guys are still left out of testing?
[SPEAKER_03]: There's actually a swab that can be done called an anal pap smear.
[SPEAKER_03]: And what that does is it, it's basically a large Q-tip, your doctor gets, sticks it in and swirls, and the anal canal to get cellular tissue, and then it's sent to a lab, just like a pap smear for a cervical pap smear for women, [SPEAKER_03]: to look for pre-cancerous cell changes.
[SPEAKER_03]: And if those are seen, then you go on to have more high resolution anoscopy to look and see what's going on and to clear any lesions that might be present because the new study from the anchor group out of the US last this past year or a couple years ago showed that [SPEAKER_03]: There's a over-fifty percent reduction in anal cancer rates when you have these lesions taken care of during high-resolution A and Aoscopy.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's, it's a little bit binary then in the way that they're testing because they don't test guys.
[SPEAKER_04]: They don't have a way to like swab their dick, you know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like right do that.
[SPEAKER_04]: But so, so you should still be getting tested if you're having anal sex or people.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, but yeah, who's having anal sex.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, you can have an anal pap smear just to look for precancer cells and I recommend it at it probably age.
[SPEAKER_03]: At least by age forty for people who are younger or HIV negative and younger than that, probably thirty five if you're HIV positive.
[SPEAKER_03]: And get it, you know, for HIV positive folks get it done yearly.
[SPEAKER_03]: Starting at thirty five and then for everybody else, it's more, more shows as a baseline.
[SPEAKER_03]: So any time you, there's a lesion that goes straight to anoscopy, but if you don't really feel anything, even if you're not having any symptoms, it's important to get that anal pap smear.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have one guy that I did an anal pap smear on.
[SPEAKER_03]: to ten years ago, and he said, oh my god, and he had high grade displays.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, one step away from anal cancer, and he goes Carlton, I bought him the one time, thirty years ago, one time, and I have this anal anal lesion that's that close to cancer.
[SPEAKER_03]: He's like, what the fuck, you know, and then I told him it all takes us once.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's bad luck.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's not a lottery of the lottery of the, lottery of the Dix.
[SPEAKER_03]: And as far as the vaccine protecting you, it gets the highest strain that you'd already encountered and cleared.
[SPEAKER_03]: The assumption at that point is if you've encountered that particular variant and cleared it, you have antibodies to it.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't think that would be, I don't think that would be that much of an issue here.
[SPEAKER_03]: But again, there's tons of different, you know, the Goddess of Nine covers nine different variations of the virus.
[SPEAKER_03]: So the likelihood that you're, you know, it's always better to, instead of covering just one with the prior infection to cover all nine of them.
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, definitely get the vaccine if you can.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a life-saver.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have a lot of gay men now who are having anal pre-cancer issues that never really had it looked at properly.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're never got vaccinated because it wasn't available to us when we were younger.
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, you know, and did it now I'm paying out of fucking pocket for the last dose.
[SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, it's just crazy.
[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't worked.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have another friends who did that and it was about three hundred dollars out of pocket.
[SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm.
[SPEAKER_04]: This was this was like a good, you know, one hundred dollars that they made.
[SPEAKER_04]: What pay?
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, if you go to Vaughn, if you go to the grocery store supermarket and have a prescription for it and they they use that.
[SPEAKER_03]: That good RX card, you can get down to three hundred.
[SPEAKER_04]: Nice.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I wish I would have known that.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was a whole thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was our racket and I'm upset about it.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to take another quick break.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're going to come back.
[SPEAKER_04]: We have a couple more but dials for you guys.
[SPEAKER_04]: And we are back.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: This little piggy went to a judgy doctor.
[SPEAKER_04]: Hi, but honestly, gang.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm a new listener, and I've been following Dr.
Carlton since the M-Pox outbreak.
[SPEAKER_04]: Dr.
Carlton, you graciously receive some, let's just say, vivid picks in your DMs of some monkeypox bumps that I had at the time from that Pox bump, but they had the time.
[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you for the informing our community through it.
[SPEAKER_04]: My question is related to my favorite pastime.
[SPEAKER_04]: Good old fashioned butt munching.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm a mid-thirties boy next door type that has a piggy side.
[SPEAKER_04]: I enjoy eating out a musky hole, preferably after the gym.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's not lost on me that there's a bit of a risk in doing this, as there is likely some to be frank, quote unquote, blue particles in the mix.
[SPEAKER_04]: Knowing that a hole could be a tiny bit dirty is actually a turn on, hints to piggy aspects.
[SPEAKER_04]: What really is in the risk of rimming of a not unchoured hole?
[SPEAKER_04]: So what really is the risk of rimming an unchoured hole?
[SPEAKER_04]: My internet search results on the risks tend to be dramatic, and appear blown out of proportion, I mean, sex is, quote unquote, dirty in some way or another, right?
[SPEAKER_04]: I've always lived my life not being overly sanitized, meaning I more so believe in getting a reasonable amount of exposure to both healthy and harmful bacteria and to build up that immunity.
[SPEAKER_04]: My immune system is strong and I don't overall get sick often.
[SPEAKER_04]: Also, how do I approach this topic with my primary doctor about it without the shame of judges?
[SPEAKER_04]: A gay-friendly doctor or gay-friendly doctor is more equipped to answer this.
[SPEAKER_04]: For context, I live in the backwards forever a punchline state of Florida, and my current primary doctor was shook as when I mentioned I fuck without condoms and sometimes use poppers.
[SPEAKER_04]: We'd love your advice, XOXO, anonymous piggy.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, thank you for the question.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think that's really a great question that a lot of people really want to know about that don't really ask or talk about.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, you're not alone a lot of guys like a musky hole when they go down and and and he went out.
[SPEAKER_03]: It, that being said, it does have its own risk, like you said, there are potential particles down there.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a little dirty or it's a tendency for for you to be more at risk per infection.
[SPEAKER_03]: The big things that really cause rimming infections though are people who are thick with a bacteria and get eaten out and then don't tell [SPEAKER_03]: The person who's eating them out, that they're having issues with diarrhea.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, Jardia is one that's really common in our community.
[SPEAKER_03]: It causes diarrhea, bloating, and really, really bad gas.
[SPEAKER_03]: It'll knock you out of a room.
[SPEAKER_03]: Jardia is a very common infection in the community because of the cause of ramming, and it's easily treatable.
[SPEAKER_03]: The other ones are things like Chagella.
[SPEAKER_03]: Chagella's got more of a [SPEAKER_03]: a bit of attention here in the last couple years because of some resistant shagal strains, I think, in LA.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then, you know, you got your plain ol' ecoli stuff, you know, that the ecoli is abundant in the colon, and you can definitely be exposed to that.
[SPEAKER_03]: A showered clean haul is obviously the safest way to go, but like you said, [SPEAKER_03]: You know, life is not without risks.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a risk benefit risk benefit reward for you.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think having a conversation if possible with the person about whether or not they've been experiencing any diarrhea or bloating or.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's like bug issues.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think if you're going to do that, you know, and you must go, I mean, host your travel.
[SPEAKER_04]: Into.
[SPEAKER_04]: Have you even tick?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: I want to eat your asses, everything going okay back there.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so definitely a source of infection for our community, but I think it's usually going to be in people who already have symptoms that pass on infections.
[SPEAKER_03]: Now, I even had a, and this is, this is something we got to do better about it, sex parties.
[SPEAKER_03]: Cause if you're in a dark room at a sex party and somebody just shoved their dick up somebody's ass and they don't wipe it off well or clean it up good and then they come over and shove it down your throat.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's putting you at risk for whatever it was in that guy's ass.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: And that's kind of hard to know in those situations.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I think, I think if guys who are topping in those situations could, [SPEAKER_03]: Take a minute and just clean up a little bit in between pokes.
[SPEAKER_03]: That will be great.
[SPEAKER_01]: Just wipe your dick off.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Like what is that taste that guy's at?
[SPEAKER_04]: Like the thing that that meet all that story that she has.
[SPEAKER_04]: I always think of when I think of this.
[SPEAKER_04]: I mean, and then the last part here about talking to your doctor.
[SPEAKER_04]: So your doctor kind of gave you a little bit of a red flag there with a little bit of how they were a little bit judgy and not really up to date on some of the medical help that you are seeking out.
[SPEAKER_04]: The fact that you know, you don't want to wear condoms because you want to save yourself with prep in that sort of a thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: So what is your thought about that Dr.
Carlton?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think being able to talk to your doctor about what's really happened in your life is important.
[SPEAKER_03]: I am a gay doctor who is used to this kind of conversation, and I had a guy come in who had had Jarria, he'd had Emma biases, and he'd had Shegella all in the last year.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I kind of went through it with him, like, well, what's going on when you know, why is this happening to you?
[SPEAKER_03]: What kind of situations are you putting yourself in?
[SPEAKER_03]: He basically eating, [SPEAKER_03]: Well, he was basically a lot of ass.
[SPEAKER_03]: He was basically telling me that he would go to these sex parties where somebody would have just fucked somebody and he would suck their dick right at right after that.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm like, well, that's where you're getting it.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's not necessarily from eating ass, but you could be sucking dick from somebody who's just been up somebody's ass and then it and it and clean it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think being able to talk to someone who understands your lifestyle a little bit better is great.
[SPEAKER_03]: They don't have to be gay, but they sure should be gay friendly.
[SPEAKER_03]: The gay and lesbian medical association has an LGBTQ plus healthcare directory online that you can check out.
[SPEAKER_03]: Again, let's be in medical associations at GLMA.org.
[SPEAKER_03]: See if there's a doctor in your area that seems to light up better there.
[SPEAKER_03]: Also, you can talk to your friends on Grindr's Scruff and in real life to see who they use for their medical care and who they're comfortable with.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you have to think.
[SPEAKER_04]: crowd source like I still like I don't use Facebook for a lot, but that's what I use crowd Facebook for is like crowdsourcing from people like San Diego friends.
[SPEAKER_04]: Do you have a gay therapist that you like San Diego friends?
[SPEAKER_04]: You have a gay, you know, trying to scare.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you know, the end or do you have a gay, you know, an LGBT friendly, you know, like ask your friends because if your friends are seeing somebody good, then that's where you want to try to get in.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so and then this way that somebody that's a little more versed and up to date on what what what we're doing.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I know that like my infectious disease doctor she is she's not queer, but she is very [SPEAKER_04]: young and up-to-date on what our needs are now.
[SPEAKER_04]: And when I ask her things, is that she'll either look for an answer, or she'll already know things because she has chosen to be a little bit more part of the queer uvra of information that is out there.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it doesn't need to be a gay doctor, but it could be needs to just be somebody who is open and who is ready to like help you out.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, Dr.
Carlton, we have one more question here for the day.
[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_01]: Should I open sleep?
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just looking up.
[SPEAKER_01]: Over.
[SPEAKER_00]: I got like that word.
[SPEAKER_01]: The complete works of an artist.
[SPEAKER_01]: Here you go.
[SPEAKER_01]: A body of work.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
[SPEAKER_03]: Cool.
[SPEAKER_03]: I like that.
[SPEAKER_03]: You work.
[SPEAKER_03]: Learn something new every day.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: Next subject here.
[SPEAKER_03]: Stroke and sleep.
[SPEAKER_03]: Do you want me to read this?
[SPEAKER_03]: You want me to read it?
[SPEAKER_03]: I can read it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Stroke and sleep.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hi there.
[SPEAKER_03]: Love your podcast.
[SPEAKER_03]: I often masturbate in bed at night and quite often just feel too lazy to get up and wash myself off right after.
[SPEAKER_03]: I say I will, and then I fall asleep.
[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes at least I'll wipe off the giz with my clothes, but I'm in my forties and until about a year ago, the majority of the time when I wake up, Alan Ida appears.
[SPEAKER_03]: The first time I saw an MP said, that's why this happened.
[SPEAKER_03]: I used the anti-fungal cream and it goes away every time the same day, but it usually comes back again when the same thing happens.
[SPEAKER_03]: Although there are times I get lucky, I didn't tell my actual doc what happened, but he said if you don't use the cream for like four weeks it can come back.
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe that's why because I'm not using it for long enough.
[SPEAKER_03]: It seems to be fine most always unless the same event happens.
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know why before I could just be lazy and fall asleep and not anymore.
[SPEAKER_03]: Help Dr.
Carlton.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so Balonitis first thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Information of the force given the head of the penis.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_03]: Information of the glance penis, which is the tip of your dick.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can be uncomfortable.
[SPEAKER_03]: But often very treatable and preventable.
[SPEAKER_03]: Most common causes are infections like fungal infections like he's mentioned the candidate east overgrowth can happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: And he uses an anti fungal cream and it goes away.
[SPEAKER_03]: Bacterial is usually from poor hygiene skin trauma or overgrowth in the normal for a you know, you got to watch that you especially uncut guys got to watch that dick, you know, well, let's get him back, watch it off.
[SPEAKER_03]: Let it dry.
[SPEAKER_03]: STIs can cause inflammation up there as well, including herpes, gonorrhea, and syphilis.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then in just harsh soaps and dermatitis from body wash as bubble baths, sensitive locians and latex allergies can happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: Um, smegma build up again, like we said earlier with, uh, with a foreskin, um, underlying medical conditions can make you more at risk for inflammation of the head of your penis through ballonitis.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's, uh, things like diabetes where you have a very high blood sugar, a promotes yeast and bacterial growth.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then also certain skin conditions like psoriasis, XMEN, like in plainison, like in sclerosis can happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's important if this is a recurrent issue to get that checked out by a dermatologist because some of those conditions can be precancerous.
[SPEAKER_03]: If I'm both, this is another cause and that's where you're forced into so tight that it traps moisture and other irritants in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of hard to pull back over the head of the penis that can lead to some inflammation of the head as well.
[SPEAKER_03]: So as far as prevention goes, good hygiene with washing daily with warm water of weight, harsh soaps, gently retracts for skin if circumcised, dry it well of weight irritants.
[SPEAKER_03]: If you're having unsafe sex and this is happening, sometimes condoms help reduce the risk.
[SPEAKER_03]: Controlling diabetes and keeping your blood sugar normal is important.
[SPEAKER_03]: And although you should clean, avoid overcleaning.
[SPEAKER_03]: Don't excessively scrub or use strong antiseptics because those can cause irritation as well.
[SPEAKER_01]: So, yeah, so I think what's happening is you're just [SPEAKER_03]: You're being messy.
[SPEAKER_04]: I have a couple of thoughts here too.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: So for this kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: So because I had a flare with Balonitis a few years ago and had a B on a, what's it called?
[SPEAKER_04]: They gave me like an ointment kind of thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was a dicholome something or something like that.
[SPEAKER_04]: I know it's over the DICL.
[SPEAKER_04]: But, um, [SPEAKER_04]: The thing was, that's the time as I was into using like a, almost like a like a flush like kind of a thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so there was a couple different like thoughts here into that and it was like, um, because with the whole ball and I just thing is that you know, the the skin around the head of your dick, you know, and that sort of thing around your chip is a little bit thinner.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so what's happening is in like in the friction, you're not realizing that you are causing a little bit of harm.
[SPEAKER_04]: And if you don't have enough lube, [SPEAKER_04]: that that can be right there is a reason that you're not cleaning your dick right off afterwards, too, is that you're not like, you know, being clean.
[SPEAKER_04]: But then the thought here, too, was are using spit to jerk off.
[SPEAKER_04]: So, you know, you can wipe it off, but your mouth is dirty.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, and so, and that's the thing is, is in that you're like leaving your saliva on your dick for the three out overnight.
[SPEAKER_03]: And so it increased dietary exposure.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, increased bacterial exposure, especially after doing some kind of friction on your dick, and you don't realize it, but you might have a little, you might have bruise yourself a little bit.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know what I mean?
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, cause a little bit of a, [SPEAKER_04]: of a rub burn situation that you don't feel but the thing is that's what's slaring up and that was kind of what was happening with me is that it was a little bit of that the friction and you know and just not cleaning right off immediately so maybe you need to keep a couple [SPEAKER_04]: very low pH baby wipes next to your bed.
[SPEAKER_04]: So you're cleaning off whatever you just had on there.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, or a come towel.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's just a dry towel.
[SPEAKER_04]: Something just keep it dry off.
[SPEAKER_04]: But he's saying that he's cleaning wipes off the jizz with his clothes sometimes.
[SPEAKER_04]: But I think that there's just I think that you're, you know, if your hands aren't completely clean, you could be doing, you know, acturia into the situation.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it sounds like he has an underlying infection that keeps coming back.
[SPEAKER_03]: And maybe if he did use that cream for a little bit longer, it would be harder to come back.
[SPEAKER_03]: Because you wiped out the base of it a little bit better.
[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe like your doctor said, maybe use it for a little longer than just that one day.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, use it for a couple of weeks and see how as if it goes away completely that way.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, absolutely.
[SPEAKER_04]: But I'm glad that you're getting your strokes in it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I know, right.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's important.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's important to come at least twenty one times a month.
[SPEAKER_03]: That helps reduce prostate cancer.
[SPEAKER_03]: Some forms of it anyway.
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, those loads come in babes.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but intended.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and every week, we like to leave you with a little fluff and love stuff.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're talking in the love language.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're just not just five languages, uh, love language is like acts of service, quality time, words of affirmation, physical touch, and receiving gifts, but anything that made you feel good and tingly this week.
[SPEAKER_03]: What is your love language this week?
[SPEAKER_03]: Dandelio.
[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, my love language this week.
[SPEAKER_04]: I didn't really think about this one today.
[SPEAKER_04]: So, what am I gonna go for here?
[SPEAKER_04]: Um, [SPEAKER_04]: Come back to me, do you have one?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think for me, it's one of my passions in life, even though I'm a gay man, I love college football.
[SPEAKER_03]: And college football season started yesterday.
[SPEAKER_03]: They just had a couple of games.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then this week, a few more, and then next Saturday, it's the full slate of college football.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I am one of those people who turns my husband into a college football leader.
[SPEAKER_03]: because I will sit on the couch and watch football from nine o'clock in the morning until midnight on Saturday because I'm so obsessed with it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I grew up in the south and the only thing we really had was college football.
[SPEAKER_03]: We didn't have a lot of pro sports.
[SPEAKER_03]: So all of our passion is built around.
[SPEAKER_03]: college athletics, I went to an SEC school, which is very competitive and NCAA sports.
[SPEAKER_03]: Although in the last couple years, I haven't won a national championship.
[SPEAKER_03]: We've won a ton of national championships over the last three decades.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's just my passion.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm excited about the [SPEAKER_03]: the pageantry and the drama and the fun of it all.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's also a time for me to be able to get out with my son and take into a game somewhere in the country.
[SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, really really looking forward to having sports back.
[SPEAKER_04]: I have the stupidest thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I got this like little dent on the back of my car from like closing my back hatch.
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't want to take it into like go get that fixed because you know they're going to charge me like an arm and a leg for it.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, like did some researching and there are these like take a dent out yourself kids.
[SPEAKER_03]: This is a little mad.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Some of them are magnets.
[SPEAKER_04]: Some of them you use like suit you use a glue gun and you put it on this little thing and you pull it off.
[SPEAKER_04]: Well, I got these little um suction cups.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so [SPEAKER_04]: I felt so cool like a couple hours ago because I was outside and I was like, okay, I gotta make this thing work because it finally came in.
[SPEAKER_04]: And I took the dent out myself.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, there you go.
[SPEAKER_04]: So there's my love language is that it was being very self-sufficient a little bit butch and now I own these little session cups.
[SPEAKER_04]: So if you ever have a little dent in your card, Dr.
Carlton, I gotta show.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, you know, I've learned a hard way.
[SPEAKER_03]: how bad an auto-mobile mechanics, like the auto-fix places can really rip you off.
[SPEAKER_03]: I had to turn in my Tesla before I, because I was not going to give Elon Musk any more money.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I was leasing a Tesla.
[SPEAKER_04]: So it's really kind of disappeared lately.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Which means something's going to happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: But about a year ago, I decided to give up my Tesla and I had [SPEAKER_03]: I had been at a parking lot at the gym and backed up in my rear view mirror on the passenger side was a little bit too close to the concrete pillar there and it popped off my [SPEAKER_03]: and broke my my the cover on my mirror not my mirror the mirror was fine but the cover on the mirror was gone and I was so lazy to get that thing taken care of it was offered like seven or eight months right and I took it I took it to because you have to have an official Tesla Tesla [SPEAKER_03]: certified company take care of the replacements.
[SPEAKER_03]: I took it to this company and they said this going to be thirteen hundred dollars to replace this.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I said, wow, that's a lot of money.
[SPEAKER_03]: And by the way, we don't do it because we lost our certificates.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you're going to have to find another place and I take another month or two.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, well, I have to turn this fucking thing in in like three weeks.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm screwed.
[SPEAKER_03]: So one of my friends.
[SPEAKER_03]: is a big car guy.
[SPEAKER_01]: And he says, oh, what's happening?
[SPEAKER_01]: And that told him he goes, hold on a second.
[SPEAKER_01]: He ordered me on eBay.
[SPEAKER_01]: The two parts that I needed.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: and sent me a YouTube video on how to replace the, so you did it.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I did it myself for thirty seven dollars.
[SPEAKER_04]: See, sometimes there's kind of things that you just, so like, not completely freak out and it was like, it was stupid too.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's like a part of my car that shouldn't have been.
[SPEAKER_04]: It was like on the bad hatch.
[SPEAKER_04]: I was closing it and I was full of costumes.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's my life.
[SPEAKER_04]: And like, yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: And it wouldn't close.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so I just kind of pushed it down a little bit harder and it made this like, [SPEAKER_04]: And it like the palm of my hand basically made, made dent into my back hatch.
[SPEAKER_04]: And it's like I'm paying too much for this car for it to look like this number one.
[SPEAKER_04]: Number two, it shouldn't have happened.
[SPEAKER_04]: And number three, if I would take this in somewhere, they would see me in my upcoming because I'm driving a luxury vehicle.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, they're going to charge me out the ass for it.
[SPEAKER_04]: So I just went and I got these little suction cups and you click it on there and it just popped up.
[SPEAKER_04]: And so that's awesome.
[SPEAKER_04]: I don't know why, but that's like it was a highlight of like my day, my week.
[SPEAKER_04]: So that's that.
[SPEAKER_03]: What other thing I want to bring up before we close out is that [SPEAKER_03]: In our last episode, we had someone who had sent me a DM about being just out of prison.
[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody else that was a friend of mine sent me that same DM and said, oh my god, sis, we have a similar, that's gonna go twins.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, basically we're asked to go twins.
[SPEAKER_03]: Let me tell you what's going on with the sky.
[SPEAKER_03]: And so he told me a little bit more about what's happening.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then he sent the guy [SPEAKER_03]: the post that I put on Instagram that has over sixty thousand views.
[SPEAKER_03]: And he's all excited and now he wants to be on the show so there's a distinct possibility that next week we're going to be talking to this guy about what it's like to be in prison.
[SPEAKER_03]: As a gay person and what sex is like in prison, but also the other human aspects of things, like what it felt like that he was going to have to go, how he prepared himself, how he survived inside, and how he got out, how he got out and what's he up to now.
[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, we all have that prison sex thing on our mind about what's it really like.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, fingers crossed.
[SPEAKER_03]: We were going to try to record with him tomorrow and disguise his voice, but that's a treat to look forward to the next couple of weeks we hope.
[SPEAKER_03]: Absolutely.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay, thank you guys so much.
[SPEAKER_04]: And thank you guys so much for tuning.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's a button honestly, but I'll or D.E.
