Do you ever find yourself acting slightly out of alignment with who you really are?
Maybe you believe something or stand for something that's very important to you, but every now and then you don't act in congruency with whatever that thing is.
Adam here and in this hypnosis session, you're going to hear the hypnosis created for a client that was a coach that stood for something very empowering and that is living the life that you deserve.
Being visible, being authentic.
However, in a challenge that they had offered their audience, they didn't feel that they were walking their talk.
They were slightly out of frequency, out of alignment, and that can lead to some people perceiving that incongruency, and they didn't really want that.
So in this hypnosis session, what you're going to hear is an element of regression back to a time where they really did live and exude that frequency.
It has a metaphor of an old fashioned radio transmitter.
You know the kind of radio devices where you turn the dial to find the frequency?
Now, why that Metahor works is that with a radio station, if you're slightly out of frequency, you don't ick U the radio station.
You just hear crackles or white noise.
But if you make a tiny adjustment, suddenly you can get very good sound quality.
And that's how it was with this particular client.
They weren't 1,000,000 miles away from their frequency, they were just slightly out of tune.
So using that frequency metaphor is really important for this particular client.
But then what were they going to do about it?
And the key to doing something about it once you reconnect with that congruent authentic alignment and frequency, is to act in such a way that the people around you would notice that, particularly if it's something that affects other people.
And they had a very clear idea of what they would do, and that was being more visible.
They had an idea of filming and recording a particular video, a live video that they would share with their audience that would demonstrate that they were back in that frequency.
So there's quite a bit going on in this now.
It's unlikely that if you're listening to this, that you're a coach and you have a big offer that you're offering to your audience.
It is possible, however, that you stand for something or believe in something and you're not 100% walking your talk right now.
And I want you to think of what area of your life would that be and what would a tiny frequency shift mean in terms of how you would then realign and connect without frequency.
And by thinking about that before the hypnosis even starts, what we're doing is we're priming the very neural pathways to enable you to tap into the very resources necessary to make that shift really and feel that shift within you.
Now, this session was created for an individual client and therefore some of the suggestions are very, very specific and tailored to the client that I was working with.

But you might get some value from this session, even though it was created for someone else.
So I would encourage you to find a quiet, comfortable place, the kind of place where you're not going to get interrupted or distracted, to relax and really enjoy this session.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in, breathe in a feeling of pure resourcefulness.
And as you exhale, just get a sense of release, of releasing tension, releasing stress, releasing any feelings of going through the motions.
And as you breathe in, breathe in deeper than you normally would.
And as you exhale, exhale for longer, enabling that outward breath to continue long after it normally would.
And in doing so, you fully awaken your diaphragm, breathing from deep in the belly.
And the deeper you breathe, the more relaxed you feel.
And the more relaxed you feel, the deeper you breathe.
As you breathe in and breathe out, I want you to imagine the most beautiful or spectacular place you've ever been.
Somewhere in nature.
The kind of place where when you were in that place, your frequency was fully aligned to your identity.
Keep your physical body where where it is and just float back to that place, that memory where you felt really aligned.
Perhaps you can imagine the temperature, the humidity, any sounds as you breathe in and breathe out.
Just feel your body releasing, letting go.
And I want you to get a sense that in this frequency, there is nothing you have to do, only things you get to do.
Because that fuck yes life is not about logistics.
It's not about chores, it's not about duties and responsibilities.
It's about alignment.
Fully stepping into a version of you that you chose, you manifested, you embody.
I want you to get a sense that every now and then something becomes misaligned.
Happens all the time.
Could be like an old radio set to a frequency and all it would take is for someone to knock that old radio and the frequency can change by a tiny amount and that perfect pure signal becomes crackly.
But all it would take is to slightly adjust the dial and the frequency.
It becomes optimal once more.
As you imagine being there fully in your frequency, I want you to get a sense that this is what it feels like when you're fully aligned.
And what if?
What if that dial got knocked, and ever so slightly, your frequency changed, Not by much, but enough for you to notice, and maybe others to notice too.
I want you to imagine there, outside in nature, seeing something reflective.
Maybe a mirror, maybe a pool of water.
And as you stare into that reflective surface, I want you to see yourself on the back of a motorbike travelling around Bali.
As you see yourself, you can tell that version of you embodies the essence, that anything is possible.
Maybe you see yourself with headphones on, listening to music, cruising through the streets, seeing people walking around rice fields.
See yourself fully aligned, fully congruent.
See yourself feeling free, but more importantly being free.
And then imagine jumping into that reflective surface and no longer seeing yourself on the bike, but feel how you would feel on the bike.
Relive that moment and you can distort time.
You can speed it up or slow it down.
You can dial up the colours, you can turn up the volume of that song that you remember, and you can search your body for that feeling that anything is possible.
And you can amplify that that even more is possible.
I want you to get a feeling that if anything is possible, then challenges become opportunities to prove to yourself that anything is possible.
Just imagine riding that bike and just find an old cinema there in Bali.
Imagine that no one's there, it's just you.
Imagine walking into that place, seeing the screen, finding a comfy chair, and just observe what you would consider your current situation, where you are ever so slightly out of alignment.
I want you to replay the last few weeks.
I want you to observe the clues that you weren't quite walking your talk, you weren't fully embodying your message.
The congruency was slightly off.
And I want you to look for the clues because the clues is the wisdom to facilitate future changes.
Maybe you were doing things because you felt you had to.
Maybe you were doing things because it was on a schedule.
It didn't feel inspired, impromptu, just channelled.
And as you see yourself over those few weeks, I want you to split the screen on one side, see how you were, and on the other how you would be if you were fully aligned, embodied the message fully in your frequency.
And by camp comparing one with the other, you get to identify the distinctions, subtle differences, the frequency of posting content, the tonality, your facial expressions, the body language, the intensity, subtle differences.
But over 3 or 4 weeks, that sends a message to your audience as to whether you're in your frequency or not, if you're being fully visible or not.
And knowing what you now know, you know that not being fully aligned can cost you not only in new clients and revenue flowing towards you from abundance, but also when people don't fully walk their talk.
It can create a feeling of dissonance, of dissatisfaction as you look on one side of the screen when you're not fully aligned.
If your unconscious comes to the conclusion that living that way will cost you financially and emotionally, let me know by nodding your head.
Shrink that down to a dot and expand the other version of you that, if you did the same thing, fully aligned would be more profitable but also more emotionally fulfilling.
If your subconscious mind agrees, let me know by nodding your head.
I want you to rewind it to the beginning, step into that and feel what it would feel like if for the last three 4-5 weeks you were living that way and in your imagination.
You can speed up time.
A day can be a few seconds, almost like a montage in a movie.
Imagine if you would have done it fully aligned, fully in your frequency, fully embodying your message.
What would that have felt like and how would anyone else know?
Intensity, tonality, authenticity.
So will there feel it, connect to it, and when you feel fully in that new frequency once more, where anything is possible, where you're truly living your message, let me know about nodding your head.
Jump out of the screen, find yourself back in that chair and this time imagine seeing you exactly where you are now and what you could do but don't have to do in the next 24 hours.
That would let yourself know and your audience know that you are back in your frequency, that you are vulnerable, authentic, real.
You are living the life that you chose.
Maybe imagine yourself recording a video, sharing it, audio messages.
Maybe you're sharing something accountable, vulnerable, real.
And maybe you end with something that demonstrates you are being accountable.
A change in price, a change to the offer, Something that holds you to account but also creates value for someone out there.
And there is someone out there that isn't even close to living in their frequency, still holding back from being fully visible, still not being fully authentic.
And I want you to come to the conclusion that when you leave your message, you become compelling to those people that need to believe.
And there is no better way to believe than seeing someone else already living in that way.
And if you could imagine that version of you in the near future doing something that is irrefutable evidence to you, you are back in your frequency, back in alignment, and you can see it like you know what's going to happen.
Let me know.
But nodding your head and then step into the screen once more.
Feel that energy and feel what it would feel like to share that message, but from a first person perspective.
Perhaps imagine staring into a camera and delivering it.
Not scripted, not auto queue.
From your soul, from your heart, from your life.
Embodying that message.
Being vulnerable because it's true.
Not a game of manipulation.
It feels authentic and real because it is.
And then imagine taking the perception and the position of someone, then watching that message and you in your alignment frequency and feeling like anything is possible is contagious.
And imagine you're someone out there that needs to hear that message, and you are impacted by it, you are influenced by it, and you are inspired to take action by it.
And if your unconscious feels that this is possible, perhaps even probable.
But also that if you don't do anything new and nothing changes.
So if your unconscious is ready to fully embody who you naturally are at your core, fully authentic, vulnerable and real and ready to do what's necessary to show the world that you are back in your frequency, then let me know.
By nodding your head.
That's it.
And you leave the screen and then leave the cinema and find yourself back on that bike.
And then imagine going backwards in reverse, like Alice through the looking glass when she left the looking glass.
Back to that place in nature, feeling fully aligned in your frequency with a sense of new wisdom and accountability that will influence your future decisions as to what it takes to fully to commit to something that you really want to do.
And then float back from that place to your present.
Taking all these changes with you, having been on a journey in your imagination, A journey of thoughts within thoughts, ideas within ideas, and dreams within dreams.
And as you float back to your present, take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your nose.
Just wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, connect and calibrate into the here and the now as I
now count from 1now count from 1:00 to 10:00 to awaken you.
