So for today's video, I want to do something a little bit different.

I know a lot of you guys like the hair pampering, lice checks, scalp analysis, like videos and I love them too.

But I thought that I could maybe pamper you in a different way with like doing your makeup, but with A twist, with A twist, like there's a twist.

I thought that I could do your makeup with something different.

I will show you in a minute.

So we're just going to go ahead and do your makeup and just do some pampering and things like that.

Let me first put some lotion on because I don't like, you know, dealing with you and my hands are ashy and crusty and things like that, you know, So let me put some lotion on 1st and then we'll really get started.

OK, so let me do that.

I hope that you have been well.

I hope that your September has been going well.

Yes, I hope that you're having fun.

I hope that whenever you are in the world that the weather is getting cooler.

I hope that, you know fall fives and fall time is starting wherever you are.

I live in California, so it's going to be a little warm until October ish maybe.

But anyway, we're going to go ahead and get started.

So like I said, I'm going to be doing your makeup with something a little bit different.

It's a little bit, just a little bit, just a little bit, a little bit different.

I will not be using makeup.

I won't be using real makeup or wooden makeup, plain makeup, anything like that.

I am going to be doing your makeup with colored pencils.

Yes, I'm going to be doing your makeup with colored pencils, colored pencils, finally colored.

Oh my gosh.

I thought that this would be a fun way, uh, tell me something different, uh, other than like hair type things and scalp things, umm, but also still pampering you and give me personal attention.

But I also thought it would be different to do your makeup with something other than like wooden makeup, fake makeup or real makeup.

So I was like, oh, why not?

We're going to go ahead and get started.

We're going to start with your foundation.

Obviously we're going to start with your foundation.

Let me get a good color here.

I think that this would be a great color right here.

That's a great color to start.

So I'm going to take this color pencil in the color.

It does not tell me what color it is, but it's not the brown variety.

And I'm just going to start coloring in your foundation.

This shade is so pretty on you when you like.

OK, OK, your foundation is done.

Next, I think I want to do your let me look here.

Give me a moment because I have a certain way I want to do your makeup.

So after your foundation, I want to do your blush.

So I have a bunch of colors for your blush.

I mean, I have pinks, I have Reds, all kinds of color for blush.

I even have some Browns, you know.

So what color are you thinking?

You want to go traditional pink?

OK, so I have different colored pinks here and I want to know which shade pink you like best and I want to do here.

Yes, I think it's like a pinkish red.

You could do it yourself.

Oh my gosh, amazing work.

I'm just going to come in.

I think the craziness.

Oh, this is beautiful on you and the way it comes like on your brows are shaped.

So again, like with blush, I have so many colors you can choose from for your eyeshadow.

And I was thinking because we're in September and fall is starting, I was wondering if you could like, be an even darker neutral color maybe.

Yeah, like something neutral, something something darker.

You had to like, say hi fall, right.

So what shade or what color are you thinking like that?

OK, so like a a really pretty, like maybe deep red or purple.

So I have a very, very deep purple that almost looks black.

I have that.

I have a purple that's like almost like a purplish red family.

So that kind of mixes in that purple red that you're looking for next.

I have like this color here.

It's like a red, but it's not like fully red.

It's like a dark red.

I have that I'll show you these closer up and then lastly, let me look here.

It's like a brown with a little bit of purple in it.

This is the order of encouragement, worthy WOE as I like to call it for short.

Today's order of encouragement is again another short but sweet and simple verse from the Bible.

Again, I understand that this is not for everyone.

The days of Bible verse is coming from Matthew chapter 5, verse 7.

And we know that the first about 12 verses of chapter 5 are the beatitudes or as my pastor at my church call it, the beautiful attitudes.

And so we're going to look at one of these beautiful attitudes or the beatitudes, which is verse 7 of chapter 5 in Matthew.

I'm reading from the King James Version, OK, And it says blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

Read that one more time.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

This is a very short, sweet and simple verse, but it's a very powerful one because it's so important for us to remember that we're not perfect.

We mess up every single day.

We don't make the best choices.

We don't we don't do the right thing all the time.

And so we always oftentimes ask God for his mercy and patience and forgiveness.

But when some one might transgress against us or do something against us that's not not so nice.

We tend to not have mercy.

You know, we tend to not extend mercy to someone, you know, especially when someone is wrong does or say something bad about us or whatever it may be.

We oftentimes feel justified in our hurt and be like, oh, I'm not going to give mercy for that person.

They were totally mean to me.

So why they're going through something like they put me through the ringer.

So why should I have mercy?

And you know, things like that.

But that's not what we are called to do.

You know, we are to be merciful for God is merciful to us.

And so if you show mercy, you will receive mercy back from God and from other people that you might have heard.

It's it's really easy for us to forget that that we have done some things to some people and.

You know what if someone didn't forgive us for something that we did or didn't give us mercy when we didn't deserve it, but they decided to give us mercy.

Most importantly, God, we have done a lot of things against him and what if he decided, oh I don't want to give you mercy, we will be up the Creek.

OK?

Like, to say the very least, we would not be OK.

So it's always important for us to humble ourselves and step outside of our emotions and think and say, you know what?

This person or these things have happened to me and I'm going to show mercy.

I'm going to show mercy because I need mercy.

You know, we all need mercy.

So to show that mercy, to extend that mercy, God will be merciful to us and others will be merciful back to you.

So that was one of the beautiful attitudes or beatitudes from Matthew 5 from Jesus sermon on the mound.

I really love this verse because like I said, it reminds me to humble myself.

I have to remember, you know, you know, I don't always smell like roses, OK?

You know, I don't always do things right and I need God's mercy.

And if I have dressed get grace up against someone else, I would only hope that they would give mercy unto me.

And I want to give that mercy see back.

So that was just one of the beautiful, beautiful attitudes, the attitudes I want to share with you guys.

Remember to be kind and show love and patience not only to yourself, but to others around you and to strangers as well.

Please go out there and practice mercy for you will obtain mercy in the long run.
