Speaker 1

Let's sit down the locker room talk with the starting quarterback of the Broncos Bow Knicks Boats Stave Logan.

Congratulations you guys on the number one seed.

I know there's plenty of work to be done and you get a week off, but but you got to soap this in a little bit in the next twenty four hours or so, right for sure, Yeah, you don't win the number one seed off.

Speaker 2

It is my first time, obviously, and it's an important thing and it was the next thing on our list, so you know, I don't want to take it for granted.

Speaker 3

But got a lot of work to be done.

Speaker 1

But you know that's a tomorrow's problem.

Speaker 3

And today we're you know, first place right now.

Speaker 1

When you when you go into this game, I know that the Chargers rested some and yet there were plenty of guys playing on both sides of the ball with a very good team.

This team had been a good team the last couple of years, especially on the defensive side of the football.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I mean it was they had three key guys out, but you know the rest there were their players and then the guys that you know would go in every once in a while.

Speaker 1

So you know, for us.

Speaker 2

It was like playing their their defense, and uh, you know, there's still a really good defense even when some of.

Speaker 1

Those guys don't play.

So they gave us fits all day.

Speaker 2

They I think they changed up some things for future opponents to have to study.

Speaker 4

But I think they sort of went into it knowing they.

Speaker 1

Were gonna throw the kitchen sink atus and that's what they did.

Last thought.

You know, you've got this weekend off.

There's plenty of action to watch.

I mean, some really good matchups.

I would say this is about as balanced in both conferences about his balance as I can remember in a long time.

In terms of the playoff picture.

Speaker 4

Yeah, it's balanced, and it's a it's an open playoffs, so you know that's why you go and compete and play the game.

Speaker 1

Okay, both, congratulations, we'll talk to you soon.

Thank you so much.

You bet that's bo Nicks in the locker room.

Speaker 3

One of those wire to wire wins.

Defense was so important on this one.

Tell me about that pick six.

Speaker 4

The last time that Broncos had one was yours last year.

Speaker 1

It's crazy.

Speaker 2

We we ran that a deech.

Speaker 1

To that Zach.

Speaker 2

There's Zach play called a mass perfect and in practice.

I messed that play up and I remember we had to do it over correct me and it popped up again.

Uh he made it throw, he tipped it.

I was just right there by the ball.

You know, I just ran it in for the touchdown.

I got a few blockers from my teammates and.

Speaker 1

Uh, we just made play it.

Speaker 4

It's kind of the Jay Kwon McMillan show.

You were there.

Speaker 3

It seemed like on every single play you had the pressures and we almost had another one there with at the end, Coach.

Speaker 4

Of talked about turnovers.

Speaker 3

You still had the four sacks, but turnovers were huge, and uh Savion Jones had one too.

Speaker 4

How did that happen today?

And that's gonna have to happen in the postseason.

Speaker 2

It's just something we've been talking about.

We haven't had many turnovers this year, and uh we we wanted to put an emphasis on it in practice, and UH, guys had it.

Speaker 1

On their mind today.

You know Min's I just got.

Speaker 2

The tip pass and Benito he got the strip sack, and guys who running the ball and we made plays.

Speaker 4

But hopefully we can do that throughout the playoffs.

Speaker 3

All right, last question, it's your fourth year and you get the number one seed in the AFC, which means you.

Speaker 4

Get the buy Everything has to go through gender and the AFC.

How does that feel?

Oh, it feels great.

Speaker 3

Man.

Speaker 2

It's something that we've been talking about.

First winning division, we got that, and then winning that one seed.

Man, it's a blessing and it just shows all the work we put in.

I love this team we just got.

We're not done yet.

Speaker 1

We got so many more goals to do.

Speaker 4

Like you said, we we're here for the playoffs.
