Scrubbing In with Beca Tilly and Tanya rad and iHeartRadio and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.
Speaker 2Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in.
It's till in.
Speaker 3Yeah, in the scrubbing.
Speaker 2Impact, I was gonna try to harmonize, but I didn't have the full thing.
I didn't have a full thing.
I didn't know what Tony register you're going in.
Speaker 3Well, I just let me know and I'll give you that.
Speaker 2We'll practice.
Speaker 3How you doing, dude, I'm good.
Speaker 2How are you doing?
Speaker 3Super?
Appreciate you doing this early?
Spoiler alert, We are recording this today's episode early because I'm going to be in Mexico City for a wedding.
So fun, so fun.
Speaker 2We do what we do.
We do what we can to help each other out.
Speaker 3We do what we do, and we do it well, happily, happily.
Yeah, I appreciate you.
Speaker 2Happy to be here.
We're in the we're actually in the podcast room.
We're not in our normal studio, and typically Easton's just like in the corner doing the sound.
He doesn't talk because he doesn't have a mic, and Mark's just nowhere to be found.
But we got the full gang in this in the podcast room today.
Speaker 1This is a first, is that all four of us have been in here doing a show, all four microphone exclusive.
Speaker 3It's very weird that it's so dark in here and yet the lights are so bright.
Is that for a reason, it was.
Speaker 1Just what we had it last night.
Speaker 3I can turn more lights on, I.
Speaker 1Could turn these down.
Speaker 3No, I found that maybe it's better to have it dark with these lights on.
Speaker 1I'm not a lighting guy.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2I found that a lot of people want all the over, they want all the lights off in the room except for these like.
Speaker 3Oh, it gives you a glow, love a glow, loves loves glovelow.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Well, we're here in the podcast room, and you know, it's interesting because there's fresh things on my mind that we talked about in the last podcast, like what well, because we were talking about the Dancing with the Stars cast, and it's very high on my mind right now because I feel like it's potentially and this could just be these are people relevant in my everyday scrolling in life.
So I find it to be like a very stacked cast this year.
Speaker 3I think it is maybe your your algorithm, because I've heard many people disappointed in the.
Speaker 2Lineup really who are these people?
Speaker 3People not in pop culture, so they're like, who are these people?
Speaker 2That's yeah, So like, if you're not a scroll, if you're not chronically online, you might not know who these people are exactly.
But also there's some iconic people in there that every one knows well Elaine from Parent Trap.
Who is Meredith Blake?
Oh right, right right, I'm obsessed with it.
I hope she's I don't know her dancing ability, but I hope she's great.
You have to know alex Earl, even if you're not I scroll.
Speaker 3Majority of people know Alex Earl.
I think she's like the one that people.
Speaker 2Know Robert Irwin.
Everyone knows that Irwin's his sister.
One.
You don't know who Robert is.
Speaker 3I don't.
That's Whinny's partner.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he's cute, but no, I would I wouldn't know him.
Speaker 2And then people when I posted about people were so excited about the secret.
Speaker 3Yeah, but again a lot of people that don't watch that show.
Speaker 2Well I don't either, But I know who they are.
Are these people in the age range of our life?
Are they old.
Speaker 3Elders age range of Dancing with the Stars?
I feel like is Is it not like fifty plus?
Speaker 1I would say that's.
Speaker 2Accurate, not anymore.
I think Joey gras Adod I think he brought I think last season brought a youthful viewership to it, and I think this season's really going to bring youthful to Pang.
We got Daniel Fischer, which I said was a rumor.
Speaker 1I think that's the point.
Speaker 3Was still a little skewing a little older.
Speaker 2Those then those people will know who Topanga.
Speaker 3Correct, They knew who Tipango was.
Speaker 2I feel like they did a great job catering to all generations.
Speaker 3I feel like they did a great job of catering.
Speaker 2To me, to my like it.
Speaker 3I like the cast too, like I know more people than I've ever known Briar, like Lauren Haddigy from Fifth Harmony, Jordan Child's child, Child Child's who else was on there that I know?
A mom, Dylan Dylann, Yes, correct.
Speaker 2Fans, all generations, all sexualities, everyone loves him.
Speaker 3What you know, I'm just playing devil Devil's attorney over here.
Speaker 2Devil's attorney, Yeah, she says, yeah.
Speaker 3So I'm just saying, well, I think, but you can't.
You can't please everybody if you try to please everybody.
You're just gonna get a pie, you know.
Speaker 2Well, anyways a pie.
And if you are, if you're not playing Devil's Attorney.
Who are you excited to watch?
Speaker 3Dylan?
Just Dylan, Dylan, And uh who's Mark Ballas's partner one of the Mormon wives.
Speaker 2Yeah, Whitney.
Speaker 3Yeah, I'm excited.
I like him, and obviously I love Alex Earl and that about sums it up for my uh my faves.
Speaker 2I'm very excited.
Well, Dylan Epron's partner Daniella posted he only follows one person on I think it was TikTok or Instagram Mountain, know which one.
And she's the only person he's following.
Who Dylan's partner Daniella.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, she's only following one person.
Speaker 2He's only following one person.
It's her.
Speaker 3Oh wow.
I also forgot Riley Arnold's partner.
Speaker 2He looks like he can dance too.
Speaker 3I don't know, I don't I've only I've interviewed them before, but I've never seen him there, yeah, in a ballroom.
But I love him, so I'm like rooting for them too.
Speaker 2I just feel like it's gonna be a good season.
I'm excited.
Everyone's been wanting Pasha, who is danielle officials partner, to have a good partner, so everyone's really excited about her.
Speaker 3Could she dance Easton?
Speaker 2Do we know any of Do she have a dance background?
Speaker 1No?
Speaker 3Oh, but she's been working hard let me tell you on dancing.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah she was.
I was just talking to her earlier today about how much training she's doing.
Wow, yeah, it's a lot.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2I also feel like there's certain people where you go, if they just have the right teacher, I think they'll be great.
Speaker 3And she don't think anybody could teach me how to dance.
Speaker 2Do you know what I would give to watch you on dance?
Speaker 3I literally don't think the world's best teacher.
Speaker 2I missed you on the Bachelor, but this is still we could just don't get you on Dancing with the Stars.
Speaker 3It feels like not my playground.
But when you can even learn a TikTok dance.
Speaker 2You can, you just don't care.
You would care about this because even though you're not competitive, I think it would kick in and I think you would care to learn.
Speaker 3But I just don't think I have rhythm, and I think you rhythm more.
Speaker 2Rhythm than you give yourself pretiform I do.
And I think if someone like Mark.
Speaker 3Ballas well Mark ballas I mean, I think.
Speaker 2If he got his hands on you respectfully, respectfully, Yeah, I think he could really make some some good content for us with you.
Speaker 3From your lips to God's ears.
Speaker 2Yeah.
How's the free bleeding that's on the rundown?
That wastle.
Speaker 3Speaking of pause on you?
Speaker 2Yeah?
Speaker 3Yeah, so I I keep saying free bleeding, but I am using a.
Speaker 2Pad, right, so you're not.
Speaker 3Actually I'm not actually free bleeding, but I'm enjoying the transition, all right.
Yeah?
Speaker 2Nice, that's good.
Speaker 3Yeah.
If we're not evolving, what are we doing in our lives?
You know what I mean?
Speaker 2M hm?
Speaker 3You know what I realized today though, So I had to go to three different courthouses to change my name, which is the dedication.
Speaker 2I just like forget it at this point.
Speaker 3I literally texted Robbie this morning.
I was trying trying to find parking downtown and I was like, Tiana, Roddy saw you.
Speaker 2He sounds really good because I was.
Speaker 3Driving for twenty minutes trying to find yeah, and parking, like the parking structure around the courthouse.
Anyway, I digress.
I was waiting in line at the Nice Courthouse and I was like six in line, and I was like waiting and I'm like just watching everybody in front of me get into a fight with the poor person that's like at the front of the thing.
And I'm watching this everybody just like have really zero patients and just being like it's just snippy, snippy.
Everybody's being so snippy.
And I get up there and this guy is so sweet to me.
I'm missing a couple things in my paperwork.
He like points them out, He like lets me step to the side to finish feeling it out.
He's like basically like holding my hand through this whole process.
And he was so lovely and so patient and so kind, and I was so said.
I didn't get his name.
I was leaving and I was like driving away, and I was like, shoot, I wanted to like call the court and tell his boss how wonderful he was because everybody was just so snippy and he was just so kind, and I never got his name.
And so this is my reminder to always get people's names, and to always call their bosses and tell them what a great job they did.
Yes, I feel like it would have made his day to like.
Speaker 1Know that, sure, or yelp Google reviews.
Speaker 3Yeah but the blue Okay, so shout out to the man in the blue long sleeve sweater in Room one O two at the Stanley Moss Courthouse in downtown Los Angeles in the blue line, thank you.
Speaker 2Or you can just go on your podcast and the shout out, Yeah, he knows you know who you are, you know who you.
Speaker 3Definitely a p one scrubber.
Speaker 2Yeah.
It is a nice reminder of just like letting be kind.
Everyone's everyone, what's everyone's going through a battle?
You know nothing about?
Speaker 3What's everybody's fighting silent battle?
Sure, you know nothing about something.
Speaker 2Like that, basically the same, but thank you for adding something to it.
It's true though, like you know, the courthouse in the DMV armed places where you're likely stoked to be.
No one's excited.
It's very hot here in Los Angeles, which I think is hot everywhere, and people are just a little bit more snippety.
Yes, And it's a reminder of just slowing down, soaking in the moments of getting to change your name or whatever it may be.
Speaker 3Whatever it may be, you know, like we all getting lights stand in line.
Speaker 2And light stand in light while you're standing in light.
Well, I'm happy you had a good experience, But I do think it's a good reminder of like taking time to compliment someone when they're in those positions, or just look them in the eye to me, like the color of their blue shirt.
Speaker 3Literally, yeah, and just give the process.
And he made it like it seem so easy.
He was like, this is the newspaper you're gonna call.
I was like, I love.
Speaker 2You a newspaper.
Speaker 3Yeah, you have to publish your name in a newspaper for a month.
Oh my god, it's hid it so is like it's so archaic.
I'm like, what am I doing at the publish it in a newspaper for a month.
Speaker 1So people could object?
Speaker 3Yes, literally in case I'm like a murderer.
Joke, because then I'll probably have to appear my hearing, which I do not want to do.
Speaker 2I asked Tanya today, I saw this video.
I mean Easton, I can barely see because the lights are just like a figure.
And she was talking about how her therapist told her, I don't know what she just like write down things that she has boundaries with that like she's never put down on paper something like that like that.
But she was talking about how she grew up in a family where they teased a lot, and how she noticed when her partner would tease her and then their friends this personal TikTok, and then this their friends would start to they felt entire like, they felt inclined that they could tease her.
And she was like, it was fine when my partner was teasing me because we have that banter.
But when I became like the butt of the joke with the friends, I was like, you don't have permission to tease me.
So I texted Donya because sometimes I'm like I can't.
I've never asked her if she likes being teased, so I was like, do you like being teased?
And did you think I meant sexually?
Speaker 1Yes?
Speaker 3I fell you were coming to what happened.
Speaker 2I didn't at first.
I was like, I sent you came out of the because I sent it right when I watched the TikTok, and I didn't think of I didn't think of another way of it being interpreted.
Speaker 1So I was like, what they say when you answer the phone and the scream movies hello, do you like yeah.
Speaker 2Yeah, that's creepy.
Speaker 3I was like, come again, or is there more to this question?
Speaker 1Yes, she goes, I was.
Speaker 2And so I'm asking this like genuine like really trying to make sure that I'm like trying to understand Tanya.
No, like if I ever take it too far, you know.
So I go, do you like being teased?
And then she goes, is there something more coming?
And I was like, I want to answer that, I know, I said.
She goes, I don't get it.
I said, do you get upset when I tease you?
And she goes, oh no, but and then I was confused.
But then I go, oh, did she think that was like a sexual firtatious thing?
I didn't, Just like, you tell me enough that I don't even have to ask questions about those things.
I don't ever need to ask you questions like that, just in my like right, just off the random, off the cuff.
Speaker 3Yeah, yeah, because I tell you enough.
Speaker 2Yes, yeah, you sure enough.
Speaker 3Yeah you're welcome.
Speaker 2So but you you don't mind being teased?
Speaker 3I don't mind being teased.
Speaker 2Enough platonically, platonically or sexually, whichever you choose.
All right, great, good to know, Robbie.
There you go.
Football season has begun it has, which means fantasy football.
And this is a fascinating thing to me because it's kind of like the golf thing that people have with their husbands, which Robbie isn't a golfer, right, so you don't have you don't have the golf wife thing, no, but you do have the fantasy football league.
Speaker 3I just like enjoy being with my husband, Like, I just enjoy being with him, and I don't like anything that pulls his attention away from me, and this fantasy thing really does that.
Speaker 2But it seems like it's not just you, like you obviously love being with him and love his affectionate attention, but like this seems like.
Speaker 3It's like a universal thing.
R.
Yeah, that's what I'm I feel very less alone since people have been reaching out.
But what happens?
Speaker 2Like where do they go?
Because aren't they just watching the game and keeping up with their players?
Speaker 3Yeah, it's just it's like, okay, So it's funny because that's what I thought to him, like, oh, they just like watch their football.
It's like whatever.
They just get very into their their phone, like they're very distracted.
Like when the games are on, it's just like nobody's home, you know what I mean.
So it's like that, it's like he could.
You might physically be in the house, but mentally he's not home.
Speaker 1Okay, if you're a fan of one team, like I am with Green Bay, I watched the Green Bay game.
I don't need to watch the other games.
Speaker 3Yeah, he's watching a million games.
Speaker 1You have players every on every team, Yeah, every.
Speaker 3Team Monday, Thursday, Sunday, every game.
Speaker 1You're watching because you have a vested financial interest in the result of every game.
Speaker 2But can't you just watch the highlights because like whether you're watching it live or not doesn't switch up correct whether your team player does good.
Speaker 1Right, No, you could.
You could just watch the highlights.
You could just check the score on Tuesday morning and see how your team did.
But that's not typically how people do.
Speaker 2Because they're like it's active.
Speaker 3Yeah, yeah, like you're like the coach, like you got to see how your players are playing.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's kind of fun, like if you had a love Island of fantasy like you do.
However, yeah, I get it.
You get the hype of like keeping up in the moment.
Speaker 3I do.
I do.
Speaker 2It's just like when you're not involved, it's like a no.
Speaker 3Go yeah, it's just like whatever.
Speaker 2But it's like this is stupid.
Speaker 3But what's really funny is he was they did their fantasy draft last night, and like Robbie just posted like a video of like all them in the room or whatever, and like all the other wives were like dming him saying please tell it?
Speaker 2Did Jay?
Speaker 3The kids miss His wives are like like dming him is And I was like, okay, I feel.
Speaker 2That's what that's what I saw.
And I was like, oh, this isn't just Tanya, right, this is an experience for most women dealing with.
Speaker 3This and every so the last couple of morning notes I've been writing him, I'm like, I love you, I MISU see you in February.
Speaker 2When your name gets changed.
Perfect for us.
Speaker 1What's the name of this team?
No, because a lot of guys give their teams clever names.
Speaker 3Oh yeah, let me ask him.
Speaker 2Actually, how do you know how they chose who went first?
In their dream?
Speaker 3You do like an auction, so like it's like fake money, but they like they all have like a certain amount and then like you like you pay for certain players, all right, but who goes first?
Speaker 2Because I saw a thing of like people racing in the sand to see who went first, which felt like a big toda.
Speaker 1By the way, it occurred to me recently that we never did the Tan Rebecca foot race.
Speaker 3Speaking of racing, Oh, we did at my wedding.
Speaker 2Yeah, we did in the sand.
Speaker 3Yeah, who do you think, Becca?
Yeah?
Speaker 1But remember there was a day we were in the studio and I said, let's go down right now and do it down here, and You're like, no, no, no, no, we gotta do it right.
We got to get like a right track.
Speaker 2I still would like to know the track.
But here's the thing.
We already discussed that in a sprint I would win, but in a long distance Tany would win because my.
Speaker 3Endurance is stronger, but my speed is slower.
Speaker 2But the craziest thing was that Jojo and I raced and I didn't know.
I've never raised her, I didn't know her background.
She is so freakishly fast.
She dusted me.
She was a track she ran track was this.
Speaker 1Barefoot on the sand.
Speaker 2She was shockingly fast.
Almost beat Robbie, which he would hate to hear, but she did.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2It's tough, tough on these streets.
Speaker 3I just lost all of them, Like I was just oh my god, what are you talk fine?
Speaker 1I don't.
Speaker 3I think I might have speed.
I'm fine.
The slow turtle gets the worm, isn't that it?
Speaker 2I don't slow turtles the Yeah that is?
That is?
Yeah, that's real.
Speaker 3Thank you.
Speaker 2Are you caught up on the summary turns?
Pretty?
Oh?
Speaker 3Their team name is the Bumblebees?
That or No, I don't think that it chose the most childish name possible years ago.
Speaker 2Oh, it's just always been.
Speaker 3Always the Bumblebees.
Yeah.
Speaker 2Are you caught up on summary turns?
Speaker 3For one of the new one that just came out last night?
Speaker 2Yeah?
Speaker 3No, okay, did you watch it?
Speaker 2Yeah?
Speaker 3So I just haven't watched the one from last night.
Speaker 2Oh, but I had that.
Speaker 3It was like filler and stupid.
Speaker 2So annoying.
Yeah, just worth nothing to me.
Speaker 3Let's skip it.
Speaker 2Well, no, I think it's worth I mean, I think it's worth just putting it on and watching it.
But you don't have to like really pay attention.
Speaker 3But what's the point.
Speaker 2I don't know.
Maybe there was something in there that everybody that.
Speaker 3I talked to you said it was stupid, boring.
Speaker 1I've heard the most recent episode is particularly unsatisfying.
Speaker 3It was I don't want to do anything that unsatisfies.
Speaker 1Me Tanya twenty twenty five.
Right there.
Speaker 3If it doesn't bring me satisfaction, it's not happening.
Speaker 2Wow.
Yeah, I kind of elimon made a lot of things, well like what I don't know, like going to the courthouse.
Speaker 3Yeah, but it's ultimately going to give me the satisfaction that I meant.
Speaker 2Yeah, at the end of the day, it's satisfaction.
Okay, Well then that's fine.
So Travis went on his podcast, Yeah, and he talked about the proposal yea, which is so funny because you would think that Taylor, what we've known about Taylor was like everything's private, Like you're scared, like you don't want to talk about anything that could be what she wants to keep private.
Yeah, And obviously I'm sure they have discussions of like what are you going to say about the proposal on the podcast, but he it was really cute because he was saying that he it's so fun getting to call her his fiance.
I'm not kidding once a day more so at night, Haley, you will go I just loved proposing to you.
I love that.
I like keep replaying it in my head and I last night she was talking about it a lot, and then Tanya sends us our happy anniversary poem for our two months, which neither of us remembered.
Speaker 3By the way, it's crazy, it's.
Speaker 2For you, it said, happy two months of being engaged by fiance.
Queen's true love at last.
Do you know what it means to love with every piece of your heart?
And true love is really a work of art.
So happy two months of engagement.
Bliss sending you both a very big kiss.
Speaker 1Wow.
Speaker 3Yeah that's effort, thank you.
Speaker 1Yeah, that's really good.
Speaker 3And she gets one of those every day.
Speaker 2Robert Gadigar No, not, I know.
Speaker 3I know my stepson a poem a day every day with us the other step so he opted out.
Speaker 2Of unsubscribed unsubscribed.
Speaker 3Which is fine practicing.
Speaker 2Will I like it?
He like, said the boundary.
He's like, listen, I love you, but you don't have to do all that.
Speaker 3Well, No, I wasn't doing them every day.
At one point I was doing them like sporadically.
And then the younger one asked me for one every day, and I was like, okay, And then I asked the other one if he wanted one, and he said, I'm good.
Speaker 1So in the morning he wakes up to one when with his breakfast Yeah it's written out.
Speaker 3Yeah wow, but that one with you guys, I mean I whoop them out like I whoop them out like this now.
Speaker 1Yeah, the rag family goes through a lot of post it notes, a lot of station.
Speaker 2Paper, a lot of pre prorection, a lot of trees getting usage.
Speaker 3Well, you know a lot of people use email now, so those people are saving and I am using.
Speaker 1How about a dry erase for each day his poet?
Speaker 2Oh that's not a oh, but then he can't keep them.
Speaker 3Keep them?
Speaker 2But what if you take picture?
Speaker 3It's pretty sweet.
I know I'm gonna get a box because there's so many.
That's like a little rock that he like puts them on like or like to put, you know, like on top of them.
Speaker 2I know that's emotional.
Speaker 3I know he probably goes be prepared one day for those to just go in the trash.
Speaker 2Dang, he's setting you up for that disappointment already.
Speaker 3Yeah.
I said, it's fine, I'm ready for it.
I will fish them out of the trash, keep them in a box, and save them for.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 3Yeah yeah something like that.
Speaker 2Wow, that's cute.
Speaker 3Thanks sweet?
Do you save that poem?
Are you going to save your inniversary poems I send you.
Speaker 2Well, they're in our text threat, so yes forever.
Speaker 3Dang.
Speaker 2Yeah.
But it was funny because we were both laying on the counch and we were like, oh, happy two months of being engaged.
Thanks Tanya.
Speaker 3By the way, I put in my calendar of my phone every month of your engagement to remember to wish them a happy anniversary.
And I don't know if you knew this, but I just had like a crazy like crash out of my phone like two weeks ago.
I lost like a bunch of contacts and like it didn't sync with my calendar, so I lost all those calendars and this one I just remembered off.
Speaker 2That's amazing.
Speaker 3Then last night I went in and put the rest of them in for the rest of the year.
Wow, that we're covered.
Speaker 2I literally couldn't sleep last night because I started thinking.
I was like, you're wedding daydreaming, no about proposing to Haley.
Like I started like thinking.
Speaker 3About it, and I was like, have we gotten No.
Speaker 2I was just thinking about Like I was just thinking about like what I would say, And I was just like laying there awake, listening to her snore.
Speaker 3Do we know when we're going to do that.
Speaker 2No, no plans, no plans.
Speaker 3Do you need any help getting the ball rolling?
Speaker 2No help getting the ball rolling?
But could use maybe help with some logistics eventually.
But I'll keep you posted on a post it note.
Speaker 1Is the monthly text until they get married?
They're going to get that?
Speaker 2No, it's just five the end of this year.
Speaker 3Yeah, got it?
Speaker 1Okay, and then when they do get married, I'm guessing they'll get monthly wedding anniversary text.
Speaker 3We'll see for the first year, we'll see, all right.
Speaker 2We'll see what she does with that.
We'll see what she does with that.
There's been some new couples spotted that we kind of briefly talked about, but some shocking ones in my opinion, like who well, let me tell you when we come back.
All right, So some new couples.
Oh, first of all, Justin Bieber's releasing Swag too.
Speaker 3Cannot wait.
I love Swag one.
Speaker 2Yeah, there were some really good songs.
I'm excited to see what he's cooked up for us too on this next one.
Speaker 3Have you spent any time with the Sabrina Carpenter album?
Speaker 2Actually, do you know what I realized?
I did listen to the whole album, and I went back and listened to House part tour and I really liked it.
And you know what it reminded me of was Jessica Simpson's public affair just kind of like discoy like, kind of just fun.
Speaker 3Pop's public for the Stoup.
Speaker 2Affair when they're on the roller rink.
Speaker 3I don't remember it.
Speaker 2Your homework tonight is to go and watch that music video.
Okay, I feel like you would be such a Jessica Simpsons stand.
Speaker 3I was, so I'm surprised I missed that one.
Speaker 2That's interesting.
Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun.
Speaker 3People really hate this.
Speaker 1I'm pretty down on it myself.
Oh really, why don't we hate him?
I feel like we hate him.
Speaker 3I feel like we universally like got over it because she now has her masters and all is right in the world.
Speaker 1But is any kind of weasley in the first place for taking them away from her to begin with?
So, and also it.
Speaker 2Doesn't chates his wife.
Speaker 1Yeah, I think there's.
Speaker 3Weasel, weasel energy energy.
Speaker 2From Scooter braw So I'm geting weasel.
Speaker 3It's I feel like we are speaking out of allegations that I may not be true, because who was I talking to about the Master's thing.
I was talking to somebody that knew what they were talking about.
Mark.
Maybe you could do a little search here.
But there's something where I feel like the scooter thing, I don't know, he wasn't so to.
I don't know.
I can't speak on it because I don't really know.
Speaker 2I mean, I don't know this is all just a leged but I didn't I felt like there was things about him that was weasel central.
Speaker 1I could be wrong.
I looked it up.
There is no evidence he cheated on his wife, so we all owe him an apology.
Speaker 2Yeah, sorry, sorry if it's false.
I never want to accuse someone of doing such damage if it's not true.
Speaker 3Exactly, thank you.
Speaker 2But I always felt like there was a reason aside from the tailor masters that.
Speaker 3Yeah, okay, that's what I actually Yeah, I have come around on the scooter brawn thing, and we're.
Speaker 1Fine with Sydney, right.
The jeans thing was a little weird.
Yeah, that was a little controversial.

I'm very excited about this one personally, this.
Speaker 3One's not my favorite.
Tell me why, because Harry is my boyfriend.
Speaker 2He's not he's not.
Speaker 1Unfortunately that Robbie would not like you saying that he's not.
Speaker 3M guys, it's a joke, Like.

Speaker 3I would do.
I love Harry Styles.
I love Harry Styles.
Speaker 2Relax, you're changing your name.
Okay there, I'm going to end on this.
What oh wait, Actually, I would like to talk about the best time of the day to have sex depends on your age.
Did you know that no, have you done your research?
Tell me, well, so, in your twenties, hormones are at their peak, so mornings are ideal.
Your body naturally wakes up ready to go.
Do you identify with that?
Speaker 3I identify with that now in my thirties.
Speaker 2Oh interesting.
We'll think of your thirties as your era for embracing scheduled sex.
According to the sexpert, the best time is whenever you have time, because small kids in job stress can get in the way of this stage of life.
Mike says the hormonal shifts happen to thirty somethings can actually make your sex like deeper and more emotionally satisfying.
Speaker 1Mike is hormone health expert Mike coxus, that's a.
Speaker 2Great name for it to be a sexpert.
In your forties.
Routines may change again during this decade, and that means the return of spontaneity.
Morning sex might make a comeback, but long lunch breaks are a good option as well, or any stolen moments you have with your partner.
Menopause can affect hormones and arousal levels in your forties, but you're also more aware of what fulfilling sex means for you.
And you know how to ask for it.
Speaker 3Do you identify with this, I'm not in my forties, twenties, thirties.
Speaker 2Oh, I think I'm more in like the like spontaneity of it.
Uh.
Yeah, there's not scheduling because we don't have kit like, there's not that need.
Speaker 3Yeah, but I support it.
Yeah, I'm not getting scheduled.
I mean, I guess we kind of schedule.
Speaker 2In your fifties.
Sex of this stage is less about frequency and more about sensuality.
Oxytocin becomes more important than ever for intimacy.
Timing wise, mornings and midday are ideal when energy levels are high in desire.
Speaker 3Maybe Yeah, at the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is have sex.
Speaker 2I mean, I think it just I love these types of things because it's so just depends on who you are and like your partner and just everyone's different.
But I love reading these because I think it's fun.
I think it's interesting.
Do you know what I was sing about the other day, Like the desire to learn something new and having to keep that because I feel like with what I do for work and stuff, I don't really learn anything new.
Like I've taken a lot of information on my phone, but it's a thing that's of importance or like.
Speaker 3Do you want to go to a challenge?
Speaker 2Yeah?
I think I need to do something where I'm learning a new like craft or skill.
Speaker 3Okay, because well.
Speaker 2I'm going to tell you what got me thinking about this, But this is not what I want to do.
No, I'd love to that would be so I'd love to cook.
But what got me thinking about it was watching Alone and these survivalists and I'm like, how do they know how to do this?
Speaker 3Like they just I learned a lot from Survivor.
Speaker 2Yeah, so I'm but like learning the craft of survival is fascinating.
And then I was watching the guy build my deck the other day and I was thinking, man, how did he learn how?
Like how do you just learn how to do that?
Speaker 1It is kind of amazing.
Speaker 2It's amazing, and it feels so easy, like it's it's it's just like anything of like once you learn how to do it, it's easy because it's a practice and you practice and practice and practice and you challenge yourself.
But I was thinking, like I need to like get my brain learning something new, because the only thing I learned something new it was when I do my New York Times games at night.
Speaker 1By the way behind the pay wall, those bastards.
Oh they got me.
Speaker 2I signed out, you did I pay.
I've been paying because for.
Speaker 1A year you can get a dollar a month or so.
Refuse.
I draw the line because I forget after a year, and then it'll be fifty dollars.
Speaker 2An alarm.
Speaker 3I set an alarm for September twenty twenty six.
Speaker 2Maybe the new Domino game.
Speaker 1Though I tried, I'm too afraid to try it.
Speaker 2It's so funh yeah, it's great.
Any you need to start learning too.
You need to get on the New York Times games.
It's so fun.
Speaker 3I can't play all these games and meditate just.
Speaker 1One of me for playing the game.
See, maybe you should just play them instead of mocking others.
Speaker 2It really is so nice, and it would be such a lovely way for you and Robbie to connect after you watch Love Island.
Just like, get the brain going again, start her up, get the.
Speaker 3Turn her down, turn off.
Speaker 2Haley falls asleep nine times out of him while we're playing, so it might just llull you to sleep.
Speaker 3I guess she's like, yes too much, she's getting a little to sleep.
Speaker 2I do.
Speaker 3I have to turn my brain off.
I'm gonna start meditating.
That's my new pursuit.
Speaker 2Tell us more.
Speaker 3I promise Robbie had start meditating every day.
Speaker 2Oh yeah, Why did you have to make that promise?
Why I prompted that he requested it.
Speaker 3I've been a little tightly wound, held out.
Speaker 2The big guns.
Can you start meditating?
Speaker 3But he's not wrong, that's a thing.
Like I was like, he's not wrong at all, and I should be.
And so I'm gonna start like a minute and a half to two minutes a day.
Speaker 2It can't hurt.
Speaker 3It can't hurt.
Speaker 2It can only help correct.
So that's that's a good it's a good hobby for him to request from you.
Yeah, we are at the end of the show.
We gotta go, I implies, when you're having a blast, we will be back on Thursday with more content.
Speaker 3I don't know what we're gonna be back with on Thursday.
Speaker 2I just said I said we will be back with more riveting content.
Speaker 3It's going to be real.
Speaker 2Yeah, you have no idea, so you'll have to tune in to find out.
Speaker 3That's right.
Speaker 2But one thing about it, we love you so much.
Speaker 3We love you so much.
Speaker 2Hope you have a great week.
