Episode Transcript
[SPEAKER_01]: What kind of everyone to SI media with?
[SPEAKER_01]: You may train if thank you so much for listening.
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to do a all not all.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be a half train of thoughts and smell bag edition of the pod this week.
[SPEAKER_01]: We got South for the full pod.
[SPEAKER_01]: No, no other guests.
[SPEAKER_01]: We have phenomenal guests lined up after this week, but with the summer winding down, football almost here, if you're good, let me get a mail bag.
[SPEAKER_01]: in here before we get to the football season.
[SPEAKER_01]: So we're going to do some training thoughts.
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll do a mail bag.
[SPEAKER_01]: Before we get to it, just a quick reminder if you missed any recent episodes, go into the archives, check them out.
[SPEAKER_01]: Mike Golig Jr.
[SPEAKER_01]: who's now a college football analyst for TNT was on last week, Cody Rhodes, John O'Ran, Katie Nolan, Peter Schreger, all recent guests right here in SI Media, it's Jimmy Traina.
[SPEAKER_01]: So make sure you give those a listen, subscribe to the pod and rate and review.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's get to this week's episode.
[SPEAKER_01]: We got South for the full edition.
[SPEAKER_01]: South, how are you?
[SPEAKER_00]: Great.
[SPEAKER_00]: You ever think I'm just hearing you say the gas that you had and then thinking forward.
[SPEAKER_00]: I know the stress is you out, but if you do fifty two roughly podcast a year, that's at least you would think what?
[SPEAKER_00]: Fifty get forty five guests.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lot of freaking guess to book for one year, let alone however many years you've been doing this.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you're telling me.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's for me out.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like, I don't like the idea of doing that, but then they cancel on you the day before.
[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry, shouldn't have brought that up.
[SPEAKER_00]: But you know what I mean, like just, I know what you mean.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, just a thought of, you know, a most podcast, most, or guest based.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: And that is difficult to do to be able to book if you think it about forty, even if it's forty, forty guy per year.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lot.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, thank god footballs here.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's all I got to say.
[SPEAKER_01]: A lot of football guests coming up.
[SPEAKER_01]: Speaking of football, let me start with this.
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to answer a bunch of questions that people send in, but I got to start with this.
[SPEAKER_01]: This is not my usual streaming complaint.
[SPEAKER_01]: This is not about streaming per se, but I do have a little bit of a complaint I got to start with.
[SPEAKER_01]: I am so overwhelmed by the amount of shows that keep coming, like, docu-series that keep coming out.
[SPEAKER_01]: And the last week, just in the last week, there's this eight part Cowboy series on Netflix that came out.
[SPEAKER_01]: There's a series on ESPN I believe about the chiefs and last year trying to get when it's another Super Bowl.
[SPEAKER_01]: Amazon, I don't even know if people know this.
[SPEAKER_01]: They have a series about the jets from last year.
[SPEAKER_01]: Why I don't understand when they would.
[SPEAKER_01]: And they all get like, I, how am I supposed to watch it?
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm supposed to watch sports.
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do all this.
[SPEAKER_00]: I had no idea about two of those three, which is like now, now you got me going.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then it's not just keeping track with them.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's where do you watch each one of them?
[SPEAKER_00]: It's too much, man.
[SPEAKER_00]: It really is like the bubbles got a burst here soon.
[SPEAKER_01]: In fairness to you.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I, [SPEAKER_01]: I knew about, I didn't know the jets had a docu series on Amazon Prime.
[SPEAKER_01]: The only reason I knew is because of what I do, because I'm in the sports media business, I'm on the mailing list for Amazon.
[SPEAKER_01]: So they mail me everything that is coming out.
[SPEAKER_01]: I knew it's out now.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, okay.
[SPEAKER_01]: I knew about the chiefs.
[SPEAKER_01]: I knew about the Cowboys.
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't know the jets.
[SPEAKER_01]: It just feels like it's you know three and and you know if you want to add in hard knocks into the mix.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's four things like four football series going on.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like and I want to watch games.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's a lot.
[SPEAKER_01]: But I will say this.
[SPEAKER_01]: Everyone who has watched the Cowboys things is it's a must watch.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah views for that have been tremendous.
[SPEAKER_00]: Have you tried any of them?
[SPEAKER_01]: No, I will watch the Cowboys hopefully at some point.
[SPEAKER_00]: Sounds like it was the most appealing hard knocks.
[SPEAKER_00]: I watched the first episode started to watch the second and I got bored with it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I might have won't go back to it.
[SPEAKER_00]: But I don't know.
[SPEAKER_00]: And then the chiefs one, I watched the third episode.
[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing else because somebody texted me that I was in it.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I was like, oh, let me go see you there.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, film me in.
[SPEAKER_00]: There was, I guess there was some clip that they took that we were ripping the cheese for and they put that in the dock.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's me saying like, problem with the cheeses, I just don't think they're that good.
[SPEAKER_00]: Meanwhile, they cut it up to make it look worse than it actually was, but yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, yeah, somebody text me, I was like, I am.
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, gotta go watch this.
[SPEAKER_01]: Is your face on camera?
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, audio.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, episode three.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to watch it as soon as we're done.
[SPEAKER_00]: Can't wait.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's like it's quick, but it's like, uh, it's maybe ten minutes in.
[SPEAKER_00]: Something like that, but I'm in there yet.
[SPEAKER_01]: So the chiefs one is on ESPN.
[SPEAKER_01]: So speaking of ESPN, let me get to this.
[SPEAKER_01]: They had an event on Tuesday because they're launching their direct to consumer product on Thursday.
[SPEAKER_01]: So let me just give a little information here for people because I know you're going to want to know this too.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you are like me and you're old and out of touch and you still have cable and you're still showing out your money for cable, which I do, I advise and fire us for instance.
[SPEAKER_01]: You will have access to everything on the ESPN app on the Directed Consumer app.
[SPEAKER_01]: Anything that's on there.
[SPEAKER_01]: So for instance, oh, I don't want to get into friends.
[SPEAKER_01]: But once you have the ESPN app, which I guess most of us do, you log in with your cable provider.
[SPEAKER_01]: And this goes if you have many of the cable providers.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like YouTube TV in my case.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if they have the deal.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're working on getting distribution deals with everybody.
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_00]: The reason I ask is because I have ESPN.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, no, then you're fine.
[SPEAKER_01]: Then I think you should be fine.
[SPEAKER_01]: Then you should be fine.
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you have YouTube TV, ESPN's part of it, when you go to their app and you log in, then you get everything that's on the direct to consumer.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_00]: I like that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Um, what should be the WWE paper views, whatever special shows they have on the ESPN streaming thing, all that.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like the rich eyes and show, for instance, is only going to be on that app.
[SPEAKER_01]: So then you can get access to it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if Rich was performing that show on my living room.
[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't be watching it.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, there's no need for that.
[SPEAKER_00]: He just had a nice week back.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's my name.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's great.
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, let's not do that.
[SPEAKER_01]: Um, [SPEAKER_01]: So here's what I want to tell people that I learned at this event.
[SPEAKER_01]: One of the things they're going to have, which we've talked about this so many times, I'm so happy for it, is they were going to have multi-view.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, a couple of things.
[SPEAKER_01]: They ESPN will give you options for multi-view.
[SPEAKER_01]: However, [SPEAKER_01]: If you have an Apple TV device, I'm not talking about Apple TV, the TV subscription.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm talking about the Apple TV device that black square thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: You will be able to control your multi-view.
[SPEAKER_01]: So why I love this is if you are a complete degenerate gambler like myself and you bet five thousand college football games on Saturday, you can have the ESPN game in one quadrant [SPEAKER_01]: with the ESPN-II game in another quadrant.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you want to take something from ESPN plus that's a Ohio Bobcats against Miami of Ohio, you could put that in the other quadrant and you want to put the ACC network in the other quadrant and you can control it.
[SPEAKER_01]: And this goes for all of the ESPN networks.
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you want to have like Sports Center one day in a quadrant and a tennis match that's on ESPN-II and [SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, you can only do it with all of the ESPN channels.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: But I think that if you're a college basketball or college football fan with this thousands of games every Saturday, it's huge.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I love Apple TV.
[SPEAKER_00]: I've been using it forever.
[SPEAKER_00]: I think this is just a new way of TV.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like I would hope that YouTube TV or whatever cable provider or streaming service allows you to do that moving forward.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like that should be the way you should be able to always have a quadrant and watch whatever four channels you want at once.
[SPEAKER_01]: I agree, I agree.
[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully we'll get the, you know, they have this deal, ESP, you know, what ESPN's looking to do with this app more than anything is they basically want to have, they want the sports fan to go to that app to watch all sports, even the ones that are covering, they're not airing.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's why they have this partnership now with Fox, the Fox app, which is called Fox One, I think.
[SPEAKER_01]: So now that Fox will be [SPEAKER_01]: You can watch stuff from Fox on that app.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's trying to make it a hub for everything.
[SPEAKER_01]: Hopefully you'll be able to multi view everything that that should be the goal.
[SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, so I wanted to get that out there.
[SPEAKER_01]: And again, so if you and if you don't have the cable subscription, like I said, I have files, sell city as YouTube TV.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say you have none of that.
[SPEAKER_01]: You're a true cord cutter.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's thirty dollars a month for the ESPN app.
[SPEAKER_01]: And you get everything on all of the whole ESPN.
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, right there channels.
[SPEAKER_01]: Have you looked, are you going to bet any NFL overrunters?
[SPEAKER_00]: probably not, but I'm in the process.
[SPEAKER_00]: I just got back from, you know, Sunday, it was where I bought the magazines at Barnes & Noble.
[SPEAKER_00]: Love doing it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Got my fantasy magazines, the NFL.
[SPEAKER_00]: I actually bought college football preview.
[SPEAKER_00]: I know you don't need them.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm old school.
[SPEAKER_00]: I love that SI.
[SPEAKER_00]: NFL preview is always one of my favorite issues, so I'll do a little research and maybe that wouldn't entice me to do the over-onders, but I don't know because I don't love the bang for the buck, you know, if the weight all year long, right?
[SPEAKER_00]: I get that.
[SPEAKER_00]: I get that.
[SPEAKER_01]: I get that.
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you're jetting giants just because the locals I need to have interest, but [SPEAKER_01]: I should let me get this straight.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's gonna be clear after I just talk about how I'm old and how to touch.
[SPEAKER_01]: You got in your car.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: drove to Barnes and Noble.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: But magazines that were printed six months ago.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: And we'll use that to do your NFL research.
[SPEAKER_00]: At least the base of it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I like the recap of who went where, who's coaching offensive line.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, you know, all those different things.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_01]: To hunt these magazines now like eight dollars each.
[SPEAKER_00]: They're pretty expensive.
[SPEAKER_01]: How many did you buy?
[SPEAKER_00]: They were half off.
[SPEAKER_00]: A buy one, get one half off.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I bought, yeah, I bought five, I think.
[SPEAKER_01]: Barnes and Noble come in through for you.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to make more fun of you for that.
[SPEAKER_01]: I just, I don't have it at me right now.
[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing I wanted to say is before we get to, we're going to answer a bunch of questions here.
[SPEAKER_01]: I do have to say I'm not proud of this confession, but [SPEAKER_01]: You know, I read, I read, I read, what's the word?
[SPEAKER_01]: I re-triggered the Fandel account because of, I felt pre-season.
[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, what it's appalling is, I can't help but dip into the baseball majoring.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, God.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I, I, there's, I don't think there's anything on the first of the face of the earth.
[SPEAKER_01]: I love any hate at the same exact time, more than betting baseball.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you're a sucker for that.
[SPEAKER_00]: I tried to stay away as much as I can.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to give you one story.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes Saturday night or Saturday Saturday for the whole day and night.
[SPEAKER_01]: I bet a five team parlay.
[SPEAKER_01]: The parlay plays, it pays plus twelve hundred.
[SPEAKER_01]: So ten to win one twenty twenty to win two forty.
[SPEAKER_01]: I did twenty to win two forty five leg baseball parlay.
[SPEAKER_01]: Cubs.
[SPEAKER_01]: They went three one.
[SPEAKER_01]: Nice and easy.
[SPEAKER_01]: Blue Jays.
[SPEAKER_01]: They went fourteen to blow out.
[SPEAKER_01]: Feels good.
[SPEAKER_01]: The Astros had no business winning.
[SPEAKER_01]: They come back.
[SPEAKER_01]: They went five, four, and twelve.
[SPEAKER_01]: Royals.
[SPEAKER_01]: Easy six to win.
[SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_01]: You're cruising now.
[SPEAKER_01]: I need the diamond backs of Arizona against the Rockies, the worst demon baseball or second one over the whites.
[SPEAKER_01]: I need the diamond backs to win.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I complete the parlay.
[SPEAKER_01]: The Arizona Diamondbacks were up seven, two.
[SPEAKER_01]: After the top of the seventh.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, they lost the rocky score two on the bottom of the seventh, six in the eighth and they lose ten seven.
[SPEAKER_00]: That should be assigned to end at all.
[SPEAKER_00]: What I don't.
[SPEAKER_01]: What I don't like about it is the drag out.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like I bet the game's like one force like I did it as an all day thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: the drag out to then get kicked squarely in the testicles.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's a bad one.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's time.
[SPEAKER_01]: Here's why it's bad.
[SPEAKER_01]: That happened Saturday and I'm still it's still in my brain on Wednesday.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's how it's bad.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, but I do love betting baseball.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's my favorite time of the year.
[SPEAKER_01]: The NFL season is almost here in fantasy football is in full swing.
[SPEAKER_01]: This season Yahoo Fantasy is taking it up a notch and giving you a fantasy football experience like never before.
[SPEAKER_01]: This year I'm playing on Yahoo Fantasy and you should, too, whether you're a first timer or a veteran making your millionth league.
[SPEAKER_01]: What I love about Yahoo Fantasy is the easy to use interface, simple, straightforward, and very, very quick with the scoring all important things when you play fantasy football.
[SPEAKER_01]: Celebrate twenty-eight years of fantasy football greatness.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yahoo Fantasy is dropping twenty-eight big new features over twenty-eight days throughout August.
[SPEAKER_01]: To kick it off, they just drop Yahoo Fantasy Giateen Leaks, a killer new way to play fantasy football on Yahoo, where the lowest scoring team gets eliminated each week until there's one team left standing.
[SPEAKER_01]: With the season around the corner, now is the time to get your league together and give this new mode a try.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're more into the classics, you can still play in head-to-head private leagues or join a public league.
[SPEAKER_01]: Stay tuned for more killer announcements and start playing Yahoo Fantasy football now at YahooFantasy.com slash SI media.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's YahooFantasy.com slash SI media.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's transition now.
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll answer some questions here that came in via Twitter and Instagram and do a little Malbegg here before we close out this edition.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm Silver's'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'll start with this.
[SPEAKER_01]: If it ever happened, which I don't think it well, but if it did, the social media backlash would be completely insane, because we see it now at Dora's Burke, that there's a male cheerleader on the Vikings, people are flipping out.
[SPEAKER_01]: And anything's going to get social media backlash when it's something like that, and they'll say, you know, it's woke or whatever, but that's so that's a given.
[SPEAKER_01]: I just don't think [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think you'll never, you'll never ever see a woman as an NFL analyst.
[SPEAKER_01]: Solo, maybe as part of a three person booth, you'll see it.
[SPEAKER_01]: Maybe.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I would say to that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I don't know what a backlash still happens for everything nowadays no matter what.
[SPEAKER_00]: So like to me, it should just be your qualified do it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I do think that a lot of things are being [SPEAKER_00]: You know, overly done, or maybe a big deal of, but that's because of the way things work forever.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say a female empire.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't know about some rookie empire, but if it's female empire, it's a big deal because the first one ever.
[SPEAKER_00]: So, I don't know that.
[SPEAKER_01]: To me, let's, I'll give you, I, a full-blown hypothetical.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say some, let's say CBS added mean of kinds, even though sure she's being.
[SPEAKER_01]: So the Kevin Harlan Trent Green booth.
[SPEAKER_01]: Have the country's going to say, oh, woke, die.
[SPEAKER_01]: So the country's over.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what to do.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like that's the way it is now, unfortunately.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's horrific.
[SPEAKER_01]: Everybody hates everybody.
[SPEAKER_01]: Diamond, die hard.
[SPEAKER_01]: At Diamond, does the UFC paramount deal push MMA further into the mainstream?
[SPEAKER_01]: Actually, I think the opposite, I think it pushes it further out of the mainstream because now they don't have any affiliation with the SPN.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're a sports league and you're not affiliated with ESPN, they automatically cover you less.
[SPEAKER_01]: And being on paramount plus is not, that's like the opposite of mainstream.
[SPEAKER_01]: So, no, I don't think it comes close to pushing it into the mainstream.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm not a UFC guy, but common sense would say when you disassociate with ESPN, especially the NFL could leave ESPN and have nothing to do with it and it'd be great.
[SPEAKER_00]: It wouldn't matter, but especially any kind of fringe thing or a niche thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right, hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
[SPEAKER_01]: Mr.
Ryan Cox, appropriate last name for this question, I guess.
[SPEAKER_01]: Is this it for Howard Stern and Sirius XM?
[SPEAKER_01]: Like every day, every day people keep asking me this because that one fake report.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think, I said this on Twitter, I think of the day.
[SPEAKER_01]: I say, eighty percent chance Howard recites, twenty percent chance he retires.
[SPEAKER_01]: A couple of things that people need to keep in mind.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think we discussed this maybe.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's contracts up at the end of the year.
[SPEAKER_01]: He always makes the announcement in December right before they go in the Christmas break.
[SPEAKER_01]: We probably have to wait till then, although what's interesting is he returns from his summer break that they have to labor day September second and on his channel on serious exam, they've been teasing this whole thing about is he canceled is this and they put out a great thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: There was a great meme.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to explain it properly, but I love JD Harmire on the Howard Stern Show so much.
[SPEAKER_01]: And it was a meme of like, it's like a couple laying in bed and like one person sleeping in the other person's like stressed out.
[SPEAKER_01]: And it said like, what will JD do and Howard retires?
[SPEAKER_01]: And like the Stern Show is like reposting that.
[SPEAKER_01]: So it makes me think he's coming back.
[SPEAKER_01]: The things to keep in mind is longtime agent as anyone who [SPEAKER_01]: knows how it knows.
[SPEAKER_01]: Don't buckle.
[SPEAKER_01]: He passed away last year.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know if that changes anything with the negotiations.
[SPEAKER_01]: And he's got a great gig.
[SPEAKER_01]: He's off for the summer.
[SPEAKER_01]: He does three days a week.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't see why he'd give that up.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I think he comes back.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, here's the bottom line.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's one hundred percent not canceled.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like that is the most ridiculous thing ever.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's not canceled.
[SPEAKER_00]: They may not want to pay him what he's going to want to work anymore.
[SPEAKER_00]: That may happen.
[SPEAKER_00]: He may just want to be known with it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_00]: He's not canceled.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like come on.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Web under scroll to what type of animal would you have to see in your yard to make you call nine one one.
[SPEAKER_00]: What somebody just called not one for something ridiculous.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they didn't get paid out for that burger.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it made me look good.
[SPEAKER_00]: I thought, at least I'm calling with some, you know, rep time to my backyard.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, that person's just crazy.
[SPEAKER_01]: You're a big scary cat.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, big difference.
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, but big I'm not crazy.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm trying to follow the rules here.
[SPEAKER_00]: I got snake back there.
[SPEAKER_00]: I had the, you know, the smell of the skunk.
[SPEAKER_00]: I got a cool nine.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, one.
[SPEAKER_00]: Somebody's calling.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm a one because the bro was one, fourteen straight.
[SPEAKER_00]: And he didn't get his hamburger that he was offered.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's what he heard.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think you're way more racked out than him.
[SPEAKER_01]: He wants to know where his burger is.
[SPEAKER_01]: I would call nine one one.
[SPEAKER_01]: If there was an animal in my backyard bigger than me.
[SPEAKER_01]: Not that like I'm taking down an animal smaller than me, but like, okay, what animals can you get in your backyard?
[SPEAKER_01]: Cat dog.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, let's say you had, I know it's not realistic where we live.
[SPEAKER_00]: Let's say you had an alligator in your backyard.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I live on Long Island, but.
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, what if you had an alligator in your backyard?
[SPEAKER_01]: If I didn't alligator, I mean, I locked the door.
[SPEAKER_00]: What would you do if you saw us?
[SPEAKER_00]: Curiously, if you saw a skunk in your backyard.
[SPEAKER_00]: Nothing?
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, no, because I, no, a skunk, I would expect is gonna just walk away at some point.
[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
[SPEAKER_01]: In alligator, I would definitely Google what to do if there's an alligator in there.
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_01]: They, like a big, like a bear, like a bear, like a bear like the sopranos?
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I might call my one.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I mean, I'd hope.
[SPEAKER_01]: I wouldn't cry like AJ.
[SPEAKER_00]: But I, I, I, I would.
[SPEAKER_00]: I saw you on my, so I don't know what if you saw it, like if I was going to throw out the garbage and I saw bear there, what do you, like, what do you do?
[SPEAKER_01]: You run into the house.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I guess you're not supposed to run.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't feel that animal.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, I can't deal with animals.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like me.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's what I'm calling people who maybe can help me try to figure it out.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
[SPEAKER_01]: With ESPN direct to consumer option rolling out this week, why aren't they promoting this more?
[SPEAKER_01]: Unless I am missing something, I haven't seen any selling the new product and telling people how to enroll.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's not really, I mean, [SPEAKER_01]: You know if they tell people how to enroll, you just sign up like you would sign up for anything else.
[SPEAKER_01]: You pay a fee and you log in, you give them a username and a password.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think in terms of promotion, I think you'll see it start because it launches Thursday.
[SPEAKER_01]: And they're still working out a lot of things.
[SPEAKER_01]: That this event on Tuesday was very clear.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're working on distribution deals, they're working with stuff with the NFL.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're working on a lot of stuff.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's far when it launches Thursday.
[SPEAKER_01]: It doesn't seem like it's even going to be fifty percent of what it is.
[SPEAKER_01]: So that may be why they are [SPEAKER_01]: Um, not going full blown.
[SPEAKER_01]: I, this is another question about it.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll be hood.
[SPEAKER_01]: If he has been a successful and getting customers with cable and streaming bundles, access to their full app, could they low key help themselves there, too?
[SPEAKER_01]: People would see the value in staying with cable as a sports fan.
[SPEAKER_01]: Wait, I think it's a good thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I think [SPEAKER_01]: ESPN would be fine with that, like for instance, that I had this conversation with Neil Best of News Day at this event.
[SPEAKER_01]: I have cable, I pay for cable.
[SPEAKER_01]: Because I pay for cable, I will have access to everything on the ESPN app.
[SPEAKER_01]: So what is the impetus for me to cut the cord?
[SPEAKER_00]: There isn't.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I saw something, I think it was more chance we did, because somebody was asking that question like, oh, well, what if nobody buys the consumer app and just stays with cable?
[SPEAKER_00]: And he tweeted, they would love that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm curious, like ESPN, because they get a fee from the cable companies for every subscriber they have.
[SPEAKER_00]: So they don't care because they want to bottom line entice the consumer to want the product one way or another either you pay the thirty bucks or you have cable which they're getting paid for anyway.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I also think what they're trying to do is they're trying to play both sides of the fence in a good way.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't mean it's usually that that's Logan as a negative connotation.
[SPEAKER_01]: But they want the older person who like me keep cable fine.
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll get your money every month from Verizon files for this subscriber free.
[SPEAKER_01]: And they know that nobody under whatever it is now, forty a thirty five has cable.
[SPEAKER_01]: the directed consumer is for all the people under whatever it is, thirty thirty five forty and they still make money from the old folks like me who won't give up cable right so they can you know they can basically like I said if you if I just had to ask you though from consumer to consumer what do you think to that again what do I think what do you think the better bargain is [SPEAKER_01]: I think cable is the better if you watch a lot of TV cables the better bargain because I get I have like five hundred channels right as opposed to thirty bucks for one I know you're getting a lot but again as I've always said I don't want to get into again okay it's thirty dollars for your skin but you still need to have something for fox you still need something for you know you still need all the CBS you still need something for NBC yeah [SPEAKER_01]: So if you're a sports fan, you can't get away with just one.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's the issue.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're not a sports fan, you can easily cut the court.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're a sports fan, you're actually an idiot if you don't cut the court.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're not a sports fan, you really need everything for.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, it's the sports fans who get screwed.
[SPEAKER_01]: This question could be more for you, but I'll tackle it too.
[SPEAKER_01]: At Jeremy Kasperson, in what week do the WFAN callers start demanding?
[SPEAKER_01]: They bench Russell Wilson for Jackson Dart.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, they should do it before this season.
[SPEAKER_01]: There is ab, in my opinion, there is zero reason.
[SPEAKER_01]: zero reason for the giants to start Russell Wilson.
[SPEAKER_01]: The only reason you can give me is, oh, that Jackson Dart learned on the sidelines for a couple of weeks, but to me, Jackson Dart should be starting week one.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, but you're saying that probably because you're not a huge fan of Russell Wilson at this point, and there's no point to play him.
[SPEAKER_00]: And because the potential of Jackson Dart is more appealing, wherever.
[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, fine.
[SPEAKER_00]: I would push back and say, first of all, the colors already are going there.
[SPEAKER_00]: You could start to sense it.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, Dable was asked about that after preseason two, preseason game two.
[SPEAKER_00]: Remember, Jackson Dort has done nothing yet.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying he's not going to be good.
[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea.
[SPEAKER_00]: We'll find out.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm intrigued just like everybody else.
[SPEAKER_00]: But their plan is to develop him.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: That to me is the way that if I were running an organization, I would never, especially in New York, take a rookie quarterback and throw him to the wall.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's just me.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I would.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but the jets are the jets are one of the most embarrassing franchises in history's sports.
[SPEAKER_01]: They don't know what they're doing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: To me, I, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: But this has nothing to do with giants.
[SPEAKER_01]: What this has to do with, I would always no matter what my team is, start the rookie, let them learn that way.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's my philosophy.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're going to go to Eggman did it, he went one, fifteen.
[SPEAKER_01]: You go through the growing pains.
[SPEAKER_01]: To me, that's the best way to learn.
[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, that's just the difference in philosophy.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, exactly.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I also do think it depends on the player.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't think there's a key point.
[SPEAKER_00]: I also don't think there's any point for the giants who I believe the giants think they're better than they are.
[SPEAKER_00]: And they think the defense plus Russell Wilson could help them win eight nine games.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, best case friend scenario for the giants with Russell Wilson is what?
[SPEAKER_00]: Are they really going to win eight nine games?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, that's that's it.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's another factor in this if they if they have like a of a four win season they're gonna they're all gonna get fired the GM and the coach so if they can win eight or nine games they can save their jobs and they're probably thinking Russell Wilson can help them do that potentially and that to me would be the wrong reason to do it so in that scenario then I would maybe consider stars in the rookie quarterback right [SPEAKER_01]: Alright, quick shout out to one of my favorite things in my closet right now, cozy earth.
[SPEAKER_01]: First off, their bamboo joggers are ridiculous.
[SPEAKER_01]: These are hands down, the softest pants I own.
[SPEAKER_01]: Like unbelievably soft, beyond comfortable.
[SPEAKER_01]: I wear them if I'm working from home, running errands or just lounging on the couch, watching some games.
[SPEAKER_01]: They somehow feel cozy without being too warm and they actually look good enough to leave the house in, which is rare for joggers.
[SPEAKER_01]: In addition, cozy earth has the best pajama pant I've ever worn in my life.
[SPEAKER_01]: I cannot tell you how light and comfortable [SPEAKER_01]: It is the perfect pajama pan for sleeping.
[SPEAKER_01]: Best one I've ever worn.
[SPEAKER_01]: I even told everyone, cozy earth makes the best pajama pan.
[SPEAKER_01]: No lie.
[SPEAKER_01]: I have been wearing them every day since I got them except for the one time I had to wash them.
[SPEAKER_01]: I cannot stress it enough.
[SPEAKER_01]: The pajama pan for cozy earth is phenomenal.
[SPEAKER_01]: happy to tell everyone I stand by that product, one hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_01]: Go to cozierth.com and use my code SI Media for forty percent off the best pants, joggers, shirts, everything.
[SPEAKER_01]: And if you get a post purchase survey, tell them you heard about cozierth right here.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, Bronx Matthew.
[SPEAKER_01]: Before I read this question, I should mention this because I forgot to mention it earlier.
[SPEAKER_01]: There's a report that MLB's TV future is going to get settled via, oh God.
[SPEAKER_01]: Can I just tell you, I just got a phone call.
[SPEAKER_01]: spam it went to the voicemail.
[SPEAKER_01]: This call is to authorize the payment of fourteen nine four one thousand four and a nine dollars for the recent order of an apple MacBook Pro on your Amazon account.
[SPEAKER_01]: You got to love the space scam these days.
[SPEAKER_00]: Um good thing.
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's sent to your father.
[SPEAKER_00]: He'd be freaking out about.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, he would have paid he would have paid the bill.
[SPEAKER_01]: He would have given them the credit card number.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's what he would have done.
[SPEAKER_01]: Um [SPEAKER_01]: So it looks like baseball's gonna make a deal with NBC for something I baseball in the wildcard games.
[SPEAKER_01]: He just pans it out.
[SPEAKER_01]: Netflix is going to have home in Derby.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care about that.
[SPEAKER_01]: And ESPN is going to be out of airing baseball currently, but they're going to supposedly buy MLB TV.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've had so many people ask me if you need to pay the subscription to MLB TV and then pay the twenty-nine ninety-nine for the ESPN app.
[SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea how it's going to work.
[SPEAKER_01]: It deals not even officially yet.
[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't have an answer.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know anything about it.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's not official.
[SPEAKER_01]: We don't know what's going to happen.
[SPEAKER_01]: But this person here at Bronx, Matthew, sends an question.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm intrigued slash frightened by MLB.tv, possibly going to ESPN.
[SPEAKER_01]: How do they screw it up?
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, what a stupid, stupid thing to say.
[SPEAKER_01]: I would like to, what is he, tell me what sport ESPN is there, or what product they've had that they've screwed up?
[SPEAKER_01]: Tell me, tell me, Monday, I football, what's the problem?
[SPEAKER_01]: The NBA, what's the problem?
[SPEAKER_01]: What, the tennis golf, [SPEAKER_01]: Well, what are they screwing up with, how would the ESPN screw, like they're going to buy MLB TV and screw it up?
[SPEAKER_01]: People say they were going to mess up McAfee, they left McAfee alone.
[SPEAKER_01]: It's just such a stupid question.
[SPEAKER_01]: Well, they're going to mess it up.
[SPEAKER_00]: I guess I guess my fear as somebody like my favorite thing in the world in baseball season is that MLB app.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is perfect.
[SPEAKER_00]: You could have multi screens.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's an easy toggle between them to make one screen bigger.
[SPEAKER_00]: It gets a volume.
[SPEAKER_00]: And you could go back.
[SPEAKER_00]: We want you could pick the broadcast.
[SPEAKER_00]: It is as good an app.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's the best app for sports that I have ever used.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_00]: If there's any [SPEAKER_00]: issue with that.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like we had some fears about one Sunday take it was leaving, you know, direct TV, even though we didn't love direct TV, but like we want things certain ways, if there is any kind of intrusion on that beautiful person.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but what, but some say, why would he just pin do that?
[SPEAKER_01]: Like where is ESPN's history of taking something that everyone loved and screwing it up?
[SPEAKER_00]: Something that I baseball.
[SPEAKER_00]: Did they screw it up?
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it used to be great with them and then I feel like it's not the same anymore, but I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: But what did they do to make that?
[SPEAKER_01]: Isn't it not great now because it's just access to games all the time?
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if I love the broadcast, but yeah, listen that's different.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you say you don't like the broadcast booth, that's that's screwing up something I face.
[SPEAKER_00]: I got you.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's being fans, so I'm not like I don't have any major issues.
[SPEAKER_00]: I just know that it's perfected with MLB.tv.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's always they keep the same app.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm good.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't care who owns it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Really, just keep it the same.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me ask, these are a couple of Instagram questions that came in.
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll do a couple of these and then we'll get it going on to score Dennis Ho.
[SPEAKER_01]: What was the pinnacle of hard knocks type content?
[SPEAKER_01]: Will it ever get better?
[SPEAKER_01]: And won't get better?
[SPEAKER_01]: Hard knocks is done.
[SPEAKER_01]: Social media killed hard knocks.
[SPEAKER_01]: The pinnacle.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, to me it was good, even a few years ago they had that season with the Browns.
[SPEAKER_01]: with that offensive line coach was historical about how much he hates stretching and they didn't stretch when they stormed Normandy.
[SPEAKER_01]: And there was, um, called Nassip, given the financial advice, I think that was like the last great season.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't, I feel like it's been some seasons very good.
[SPEAKER_00]: Some bad.
[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it just run its course.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_00]: I want to watch it this year.
[SPEAKER_00]: I wanted to get into it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Who was last year?
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, last year I watched it all with the bears.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I go back to the Ravens, the Dave Campo Cowboys.
[SPEAKER_00]: I even love the Rex Ryan Jets.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, there was a lot of to me really strong seasons.
[SPEAKER_00]: Like, Aaron Rogers, Jets too recently.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'll say this.
[SPEAKER_01]: There was very early on, very early on.
[SPEAKER_01]: They did a season with the Cowboys.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: It might have been the Parcel season.
[SPEAKER_01]: And their quarterback was Chad Hutchinson.
[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if anyone remembers him.
[SPEAKER_01]: And there was a scene where Chad Hutchinson and one of his teammates were in a bar, singing, every rose has its door and by poison, one of the greatest songs of all time.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've looked for that clip for years and I can't find anywhere.
[SPEAKER_01]: If anyone finds it, I will Venmo you ten dollars, I promise.
[SPEAKER_01]: While he thinks, with Greg Olson teaming with Mike Tureko on Madden commentary, is the fix-in to replace Collinsworth.
[SPEAKER_01]: What happens in a mad and video game has nothing to do with anything in real life and comes with just last year resigning with the old NBC so.
[SPEAKER_01]: That's a bad one.
[SPEAKER_01]: Who's old compared with this year?
[SPEAKER_00]: Joe Davis and there what number two.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, okay.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let's see.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, let's get sell on this one.
[SPEAKER_01]: Thoughts on possible baseball realignment and the positive never negative effects on regional TV.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm torn on this.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to answer it from a fan standpoint, because from a broadcaster who does radio and TV in New York about both the Metin Yankees, I think it will add intrigue and drama on a more regular basis if you have the Metin Yanks and the same division and we'll play more often.
[SPEAKER_00]: Finn's point of view.
[SPEAKER_00]: I think it might be too much.
[SPEAKER_00]: If you have a division with the Philly's Red Sox Mess Yankees, which is a loaded division, and I hate to say like it's not fair, it's not fair, it's sports, but it's not right.
[SPEAKER_00]: You can't have a shitty division with teams that don't spend and then one loaded division with four.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I think it's way way too early.
[SPEAKER_00]: We don't even know what it would look like.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm intrigued by the possibilities though.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_01]: Usually I hate any kind of change and I don't like breaking away from tradition, especially in baseball, but I feel like we can't all rant and label the time about how baseball has these problems and they need to get younger or need to keep up with the other sports and be more exciting and then get made when they change some things around.
[SPEAKER_01]: This is obviously very radical.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think interlead killed a lot of excitement in terms of like it used to be a big deal when you had interlead.
[SPEAKER_01]: Now nobody cares because they have it all the time.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I get what the sport's doing.
[SPEAKER_01]: If you want more yet make Yankees, Met's games, Cubs, White Sox, Dodgers, you want more rivalry games because it means better ratings and more people in the seats.
[SPEAKER_01]: So everything [SPEAKER_01]: Everything is about one thing usually, money.
[SPEAKER_01]: This will make them more money, so they'll probably do it.
[SPEAKER_00]: And travel, save on travel, with nobody gives a shit, like the fans, nobody could care less about the travel for, oh, poor you, you have to fly first class, you know, in a private plane for a few more hours than you normally come in.
[SPEAKER_01]: Aaron judges in on the L.I.
[SPEAKER_00]: double R going a game and yeah, yeah, he's not sitting in practice.
[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not sitting in traffic on the G.W.
[SPEAKER_00]: bridge.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, come on.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: For real, Rodney Campbell, what was your aversion to flying?
[SPEAKER_01]: The older I get, the worse my anxiety gets.
[SPEAKER_01]: And everyone is an animal and people don't know how to behave.
[SPEAKER_01]: And every day there's just videos of people [SPEAKER_01]: being terrorists on airplanes and it's horrible.
[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm not in the mood to deal with that.
[SPEAKER_01]: Last question, Noah Benjamin update from Sal on the snake.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm happy to report now we are probably what a month and a half out from that like it happened a while ago.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm happy to report that I have not seen that snake since I have not seen another snake since the disappointing part of this or maybe like the part that's sticking with me that's negative is that I still look for them.
[SPEAKER_00]: So when I'm out there now it's not like my mind is just a lot of moving around along happy in my backyard.
[SPEAKER_00]: I tread.
[SPEAKER_00]: I tread lightly when I'm in those rocks back there by some of the pool stuff.
[SPEAKER_00]: I'm looking for it.
[SPEAKER_00]: So that's the part like I don't know if I'll ever be completely free of being scarred from when I saw that damn thing.
[SPEAKER_01]: Little PTS day.
[SPEAKER_00]: Hundred percent.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: So someone sent me a tweet this evening.
[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's like has South called nine one one lately.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know when you guys want me to do what I supposed to do.
[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, make some people like, oh, just grip with your hands to get out of it.
[SPEAKER_00]: You're not a racist.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's ridiculous.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, one of you come over and do it.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so let's just say are you on vacation next week or you're here next week?
[SPEAKER_01]: What have we got?
[SPEAKER_00]: I am You mean as far as taping next week?
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm not going away anywhere.
[SPEAKER_00]: I might be able to do it Tuesday My wife's got a colonoscopy Tuesday.
[SPEAKER_00]: So it's not like it.
[SPEAKER_00]: It's not like it's a vacation day So I might be able to tape at some point Tuesday Wednesday.
[SPEAKER_00]: I definitely can't so [SPEAKER_01]: Now, for what I know, no more that gross drink you take a pill now to prep for it, I think.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_00]: I've never had one.
[SPEAKER_00]: Have you ever had one?
[SPEAKER_01]: No, and I don't want to.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just together.
[SPEAKER_00]: We're at the right.
[SPEAKER_00]: We're at the age now, forty five for whatever you're supposed to get it.
[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm probably going to have to at some point.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't want to, but she's going tomorrow.
[SPEAKER_00]: I don't all that, you know, after I don't know if it's a pill or drink, who knows?
[SPEAKER_01]: My cousin just had one last week.
[SPEAKER_01]: My cousin just had one last week and she was, she had to stop eating at like nine o'clock on nine o'clock in the morning.
[SPEAKER_00]: That's the same day.
[SPEAKER_01]: Nine o'clock.
[SPEAKER_01]: No.
[SPEAKER_01]: Nine o'clock in the morning on Tuesday.
[SPEAKER_01]: And Coney till she was done at like four o'clock on Wednesday.
[SPEAKER_01]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't do that.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, do you fucking mind?
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_01]: Terrifying.
[SPEAKER_01]: I thought you were going to say like nine o'clock in the next morning, like twenty-four o'clock.
[SPEAKER_01]: No, it wasn't like four o'clock.
[SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, so we'll, next week, we got to discuss maybe some NFL now we're getting to the, we're getting there.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, look, I got to read my magazine.
[SPEAKER_00]: And I'll get back to you.
[SPEAKER_01]: Let me know what was going on in April if you get a phone.
[SPEAKER_01]: They got, they got Anthony Richardson as the starting QB and cults.
[SPEAKER_01]: You got a how many fantasy leagues are you gonna be in this year?
[SPEAKER_00]: Probably one although this is the time of year wars like all now I'm getting it you to get back in and I don't know probably one.
[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, all right good for you.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, I'll see you next week.
[SPEAKER_00]: All right, calculator.
[SPEAKER_01]: All right, that wraps it up for this week's episode.
[SPEAKER_01]: Appreciate you listening.
[SPEAKER_01]: My thanks to Sal.
[SPEAKER_01]: Check out the archives if you missed any recent episodes.
[SPEAKER_01]: My goal is junior last week.
[SPEAKER_01]: We had Cody Rhodes, Peter Schreger, John O'Rank, Katie Nolan.
[SPEAKER_01]: So give those a listen, subscribe, rate, and review.
[SPEAKER_01]: Very much to subscribe.
[SPEAKER_01]: And that's it.
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see you next week.
[SPEAKER_01]: Stay safe and take care.
