Comedian, low-down musician, and part-time sculptor Asha Ward joins Devon on the pod this week to break down some of her favorite Kodak Black lyrics, pitch some new ideas for Love Island, and explain why making music feels embarrassing.

Asha Ward is a New York-based comedian and writer. In 2022, she became youngest-ever writer on the staff of Saturday Night Live.

Asha began her career after college as a receptionist by day and a stand-up comedian by night, landing her SNL writing gig soon-after. In 2023, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series. In that same year, Asha was featured by the Just For Laughs comedy festival as one of their "New Faces of Comedy".
