Home.

Speaker 1

We're going to talk about a lot of stuff.

We talk about, Oh, do you have, by the way, bell, do you have an FSA or an HSA account?

If you have one of those, you'll know what I'm talking about.

And by the end of the year, you got to use your money through your insurance company for your medical stuff.

We've got something here at the gun show that you can use your HSA account on.

You can swipe your little credit card or whatever.

But if you get over here, So the gun show is happening today and tomorrow today until five o'clock over at the Sandy Expo Center and tomorrow until three pm.

So adust your time wisely till three pm tomorrow.

Speaker 2

And let's see.

Speaker 1

So in fact, I was talking with Tracy and Cassidy with Crossroads and you know, Bill, it was something that was interesting.

They had a big box store coming into the gun show, you know, an FFL of some kind and buying like almost ten thousand dollars worth of guns legally.

You know.

Speaker 3

Yeah, that's a very interesting.

I won't say which big you can't say which big box.

We know who it is, but it's no one we're associated with it.

Speaker 1

But anyway, but but I mean, and then they're going to take them back and mark them up two.

Speaker 2

Hundred bucks and sell them in the store and sell them in the store.

Speaker 1

So yeah, you can definitely find deals at the gun I found h I found seven point six two by twenty five Mili machine gun AMMO Russian Russian AMMO in brass cases.

Speaker 2

Though.

I found that for a really good I got.

Speaker 1

My cult Yeah, my cult ar nine mil ar magazine.

Speaker 2

Now that was interesting how they did that.

Speaker 3

He just kind of brought it up, pulled it out, handed it to your Brents, like going with the crap's going on here?

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, that was Oh yeah, we got to talk about bread.

Oh rent over at flash my Brass.

That's a deal that we're going to have to talk about when that comes up, you definitely want to stay tuned for that and maybe start heading down here so you get here before five o'clock over at the Expo Center.

Speaker 2

I want to talk about that.

Speaker 1

I want to talk about red states versus Blue states on crime that's been that's been in the news a little bit.

Speaker 3

Well, there's talk a little bit.

It's kind of interesting how they've been saying it red states, blue states.

It's been kind of like, Okay, you might be a red state or a blue state, but they don't want to tell you the color of the city of that major city.

Speaker 2

Oh see, now you went there.

Okay, Well I'm.

Speaker 1

We're going to talk about blaming it on the state now.

Yeah, we're also going to talk about talk about school shooters.

I was interviewed yes I think it was yesterday.

What's today, Saturday?

Yeah, I was interviewed yesterday on another news outlet and they asked my opinions on the school shooters and and they asked my thoughts on what do you think what RK and Donald Trump have said that transgender folks shouldn't be allowed to buy guns or have guns.

And we'll talk about that with some interesting information.

Speaker 2

And here's the thing, folks.

Speaker 1

When you hear all this kind of stuff back and forth and you hear something that, oh my gosh, that sounds terrible, what do you do?

Well, you start talking about it to your friends, and eventually the truth is going to come out.

So I don't care what they say.

I've always said I don't care what the media says about me as long as they spell my name right.

Speaker 2

And that's a hard thing for them to do.

Yeah, all right, So.

Speaker 1

We then talk about that, I'll go over a gRPC which is coming up this month and the end of this month, and instead I got here.

Speaker 2

I had something else.

Speaker 1

So anyways, oh uh, yeah, make make yourself down, get yourself down here at the crossroads of the West gun show.

Speaker 4

Uh.

Speaker 1

Free parking as always, uh and lots of parking, plenty of parking and uh.

And then maybe after the gun show go uh go go grab dinner somewhere across the street.

Oh, I've got to be tomorrow.

I'm going to the I volunteer at the Greek Festival every year.

So yeah, at the Greek Festival something they asked me, Clark, why do you you're not Greek?

Why do you why do you volunteer at the Greek festival And it's as well we hate the same people.

So anyway, so.

Speaker 2

If you know our Meetians and Greeks and that, you'll know you know what I'm talking about.

Speaker 1

So anyway, all right, Bill, what have you you've got?

Speaker 3

Well, we've were deep into the hunting season.

Now we're archery sities and it's on the way back.

Today's the last day I believe on some uh spike units and actually I think it was yesterday, and now we've got some open ball hunts.

But literally, get up in the mountains.

The colors are changing.

Speaker 2

Its a lot cooler, beautiful temperature, and I just love this time of the year.

It's gonna be awesome.

But yeah, get over and check out.

Speaker 3

Utah hunting REGs if you've got any questions on what areas are being closed.

Also be aware of the fire restrictions that are still going on throughout the state.

And you know, of course, if we always say if you're going out target shooting, just take a shovel, take some extra water or something like that.

Just be a little extra prepared while you sit in your rifles.

And you don't want to be that person.

Yeah, you don't want to be that person.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 3

So but yeah, we've got a lot going on and we're going to talk about also the Utah Safe Outlet.

Yeah, Dave Utah Safe Outlet, he's here at the show, and boy he's got some great deals on safes.

Speaker 2

And I was talking to him.

Remember that Fort Knox Safe Fight.

Speaker 3

It's just a little portable it was uh oh yeah that the smaller Yeah it was smaller star disc you know, second blim is what they called it.

Speaker 2

And yeah, he's got a feel so small over there.

Speaker 3

Yeah he does, and really good pricing, save some good money and check out Dave Jenkson Jenkins at Utah Safe Outlet.

Speaker 2

Well we'll cover that later in the show as well too.

Speaker 1

So yeah, so you know, I I was gonna I was gonna mention so uh so I'll just talk briefly and before we go to break on medicup, Medica up.

Speaker 2

Ken Matthews, he is the guy.

Speaker 1

He does everything in communications, He does medical He jumped out of helicopters and to you know, to save people purpose, on purpose.

I think I don't think it was you know, like a two hundred feet up, but I mean still, he would go to those places and uh he does the stop the bleep everything.

But so so if you need a first aid kid, anything from one that'll fit in your back pocket to one that you have to up the haul out of the back of your truck.

Uh, he has it there, the actual stuff used in the field.

Speaker 2

But this is all brand new.

Speaker 1

Anyway, and he can, uh, he can walk you through exactly what you need.

But the neat thing about it is And I walked by his booth today and I guess I'd never noticed that you can use your F s A or h s A money, your little credit card that you get that some of you get with your insurance company.

And I think, I want to say, I think you have to use it by the end of the year or something like that.

And I remember Casey Jane and I we were we were going through this one website.

We had like all the free money to use.

I don't know, and uh, and I'm buying the stupidest stuff because I didn't know what to get, you know, and we had to use it or lose it.

Hey, get over to medic up here.

They're they're going to be here.

They're going to be here tomorrow too.

I'm assuming till three.

Speaker 3

Class and it's always good to have a first aid kit in the back of your vehicle or or in your home.

Speaker 1

Yeah, and you might have to to listen to this website on the on the play again on the podcast.

But medic up m E d I c U p SO medic up dot wis site w I X s I t E dot com slash medic up.

I know that's a lot, so just listen to it on the podcast.

But anyways, you can go there and buy stuff, but better come over to the show and use your h your same money, all right, Bill when we come back on Gun Radio, Utah, lots more to come, so stay tuned.

Speaker 2

Business.

Speaker 3

I still think Sandy Xpo, but we're down here at the Mountain America Credit Union Expo Center and you can find it just right off State Street and about ninety four hundred south.

Speaker 2

Hey, we've got a great deal.

I don't know if you guys notice.

If you're in the know, you're in the know.

But make sure when you.

Speaker 3

Check out Flash my Brass get signed up for their alerts.

You missed out on a great event last night that they had hosting a bike night last night at their facility.

Free food, Ammo giveaways raffles and food trucks and everything.

Speaker 2

But they've got a great deal on Ammo.

Speaker 3

They're actually here at this show and you can pick up Ammo for next and I won't say next to nothing, but it is.

Speaker 2

It is pretty cheap.

Speaker 3

You can get a thousand rounds of forty Smith and Wesson for two nineteen.

You've got let's say, I'm just looking at the list here shotgun twelve gage estate double up buck two hundred and fifty round case for one hundred and sixty nine bucks.

And of course there's always nine millimeters.

Who can't go wrong with nine millimere three hundred round can for seventy nine bucks for Blazer, a well known name, Blazer Ammo for seventy nine bucks.

Speaker 1

Yeah you got You got to say the big thing, Well, I think.

Speaker 3

I was gonna think okay, I was going to tease you with it.

But for our listeners of Gun Radio Utah, if you ever wanted to try out a force reset trigger on your ar, you.

Speaker 1

Know what Casey calls them, what Casey Jane calls them, because it's FRTs And she kept hearing me refer to the FRT in FRT, FRT he says, what is this fart thing you're t.

Speaker 2

And I'm like, Case, I can't say that on the radio in trouble.

Speaker 3

Well, we can't say the name the brand is.

It's a very reputable name.

Oh yes, it's the name of the Forta.

It's actually called a super safety and you can pick one up for two twenty five.

They're giving a twenty dollars twenty bucks off twenty bucks off if you come down here and for two twenty five.

It's actually two twenty nine, sorry to twenty nine.

That is an excellent price on a force reset trigger.

Yeah, down here, we've been playing with ours, and I'll tell you I'm happy happy you have.

Speaker 1

Okay, So you know what I like about that?

Because you can buy these things online.

They're more expensive online, but there's everybody just making one.

Speaker 2

But this one's a really good one.

It's all set up.

Speaker 1

You don't have to do any modification to it or anything like that.

At most you might have to put an H two buffer in or something like that, but not always.

Speaker 2

Anyway, these are for your ar fifteens.

Speaker 1

And so what's great about it is, you know, back when the big main company was selling FRTs, uh huh.

And you had to buy them online because they didn't have any are you driving your motorcycle inside?

Speaker 2

The sounds like it anyway, I had to look.

Speaker 1

So so you.

Speaker 2

Had to buy them online.

Speaker 1

And then when the Feds came and said you can't have these anymore, well, what did they do?

They went back and looked to see who bought them online, because there was a record of that, and there was a record of you know, and if they really wanted to get down to it, there's a record.

I'd be looking on the website, ordering it using your credit card, having a ship to you.

And then you know, they apparently they were showing up at people's homes picking these things up.

Speaker 2

Well they're legal now, they're legal.

Speaker 1

They're federally legal, and unless they I don't know, unless some state you.

Speaker 2

Know, has a while they're doing that.

Speaker 1

So but you can come over here, pay cash for it, and you know, your trade your benjamins and that's about it.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 3

So yeah, and for two, like I say, for two twenty nine, that's a great deal.

And I mean some of these we've seen some of these sell as high as seven hundred all five.

Speaker 2

Bucks, and so that is awesome.

What is what are you thinking?

Kids checking in his firearms.

Speaker 1

There's there's a kid in his hat and his red scarf and he is and he's got a looks like a like a single action revolver with an orange tip on it, and he is.

Speaker 2

Checking that in.

Speaker 1

His little sister is there watching him and his mom and dad.

That's pretty cool.

That's that's a classic picture picture of that bell.

Anyway, because we are here at the crossroads of the West gun Show, I'm until five o'clock today and three o'clock tomorrow.

While I'm on this, I do want to mention Gun Rights Policy Conference sign up.

Go to s AF dot org slash g r p C.

That's SAF Second Amendment Foundation dot org slash g r PC.

Sign up and get your name on the list to attend the Gun Rights Policy Conference.

It's their fortieth annual and it's being held this year right here in Salt Lake City at the Marriott September twenty sixth, twenty seventh, and twenty eighth.

It's the only thing that we'll ever tell you to register for, but register at SAF dot org slash gRPC.

Speaker 2

Fantastic.

Speaker 1

I mean, it is the place if you ever want to be in the know or start your start your advocacy for Second Amendment and that type of thing you've got to get to the government policy cover.

Speaker 3

And also thank you for our volunteers that are signing up for this.

Greatly appreciate it.

We'll be reaching out to you.

We've got your information and if you would like to volunteer, just head on over to Utah Shooting Sportscouncil dot org send us an email.

We'll get you on the list and we'll coordinate with you what days and times you're available for us in that.

So greatly appreciate it.

And I am really right.

I hope that doesn't I hope.

Speaker 1

So by the way, I was going to mention that I got a new printer, and uh, oh, what is that.

You've got all sorts of stuff going on here, So Bill is uh Bill does three or four things during the show at the same time he conducts business right here and all that kind of thing.

So anyways, so Bill, I I did get a you know, the three D printing is big.

You can three D print anything and uh a lesser known ability.

I was too D printing some some guns yesterday.

I got a new HP printer.

You can buy them right at you can buy them online, these two D printers.

And uh, I was, I was printing out some guns yesterday.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Speaker 1

She was looking at me sideways coming with that.

It was my birthday yesterday.

So yeah, and you know, I know a lot of people say you're going to celebrate all week.

No, it's pretty much all month.

It's all month.

It's it's my birthday.

And uh a special shout out to Bethany.

And she she had cookies delivered to the house.

Speaker 2

Oh, that's where those came from.

Yeah, that's what they It's from Bethany.

Yeah.

Speaker 1

And if you for those of you that don't know Bethany, the Bethany that I am talking about, if you ever watched an old it was the number one viral video ever at the time, and it was of a gal as somebody was breaking into her house.

She was home alone at night and somebody was breaking into her home and she, uh, she pulls, she gets on the phone with nine one one and she says, somebody's breaking into my house.

You know, get over there.

And the operator actually in the operator on the thing was Brandy Vega.

Brandy's a good friend of gun Radio Utah, and they and she says, Okay, hang tight, we'll be there in just a few minutes.

And she says Bethany says, I haven't got a few minutes as she reaches into her closet, and then the next scene you see is her letting loose of thirty rounds full atto literally and we really did live Ammo folatto ak forty seven through a plate glass French doors.

We really used real French door is in the in the filming of it as she obliterates the druder.

Speaker 2

Okay, here we go.

Speaker 3

We're gonna make him a real quick change here, okay because hopefully if we go off air for a moment, don't panic, da.

Speaker 1

This is now scary.

This is scaring.

Are we still good?

Then he gives us the thumbs up.

Speaker 2

Bill, I was panicking for him.

Speaker 1

Thank you so much for doing this mid stream.

So anyway, hey, Bill, so Blue states versus Red States, I think we've got so.

You know, somebody had said, you know, because Trump wants to go into you know, he did d C because that's a federal city.

And boy from all apparently he's cleaned that place up.

Speaker 2

You can walk around d C.

Speaker 1

And so now he says, what about Chicago.

Speaker 2

What about Well, I haven't looked at I haven't watched the news yet.

Has Chicago started yet, because they're staging there in Chicago, very in Illinois getting.

Speaker 3

Ready to deploy the troops.

So I wouldn't be a bit surprised this weekend they're going to be.

Speaker 1

Any very least because I realized that there may be some some some constitutional problems, but at the very least, if you stood outside all the federal buildings, you know, that would be enough downtown.

Speaker 2

But my point.

Speaker 1

And so they came back and they said hey, and and Trump said, hey, you know all you Democrat controlled you know, cities and this kind of stuff.

Well, people said, well, hey, if you look at the top twenty states that have the highest rate of crime and homicide, well they're all they're a or seventeen out of the twenty or something like that were Republican controlled states.

And I got looking, and you know, not sure enough, they were right.

The governors of those states and their legislatures for the most part, were predominantly Republican controlled.

Except that when you don't look at the whole state.

It's the state of Illinois.

If if you look at it geographically, is a is a fairly benign state.

It doesn't have crime any worse than any than Indiana or any other Midwest state.

Does It doesn't, It doesn't stand out.

But what happens Chicago, and not even all of Chicago, but but but the certain areas of.

Speaker 3

It, well we have it, we have it identified by zip code.

Yeah, we know exactly by zip code where to go.

Speaker 1

And and so what does stand out is, without exception, folks, without exception, all those states with the those twenty states that have the high crime, a high homicide, we're all Democrat controlled cities which were driving all of those those things.

Speaker 2

So and and.

Speaker 1

But if you listen to the news, you listen to the media, Oh no, they're all Republican controlled states.

Yeah, but the rest of the state is fine.

It's the city that's Democrat controlled.

And what are those things that they're doing.

Well, they're defunding the police, which means there's and when you say defunding the police, well they're just not they're literally less, you know, sometimes a third to forty percent less police officers on the streets, no bail required for some offenses, essentially catch and release, and then they never with a promise to come back and then they never come back and then no prosecution, that kind of stuff.

So I mean to look at.

Speaker 2

That, well, they are so obvious.

Well, and they've got their hands full.

Speaker 3

I was telling you a pre show about a video that I watched where they were walking around Chicago and these gang bangers, I mean, they're not pulling out pistols.

They're pulling out ar fifteen pistols out of their pants, and I'm like, going, holy wrap.

Speaker 2

And they weren't.

They weren't shy to show it.

I mean like, yep, that's how we walk around town.

Speaker 3

And I'm like, so, say, otherwise lawfully possessed business or at one point they were, but you know if the inception, yeah exactly.

But yeah, it's it's interesting, but a lot to talk about, and we've got a lot more to cover here on the show.

Stay tuned.

You're listening to a gun radio.

Speaker 2

U tap.

We're going to be right back after this message at a gun.

Speaker 1

To come right on with the opening and then you make all these weird hell guys like in the South so with a fishing pole.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I'd like to get him over here and interview.

Speaker 1

Look really, okay, maybe you could do that right as we go go online.

Speaker 2

You know that go on error.

You know that's the surprising.

Speaker 1

All right, So let me tell you, without any segue whatsoever, if you've got a gun that isn't everything you want it to be, if you scratched, if it needs to be recoded, sarah coated, if it needs to be threaded for a muscle, a muzzle device, or a fishing pole.

Speaker 2

Or yeah, okay, they could do it.

Speaker 1

Whatever it is that needs to happen to your gun, Get it over to gunsmith, a sportsman warehouse, the gunsmith at Sportsman's Warehouse sixteen thirty South fifty seventy West in Salt Lake City eight to one three zero four eighty seventy, or you can take it into any of the over one hundred and forty six Sportsmen's Warehouse locations.

They will get it to the gunsmith and take care of that for you.

Speaker 2

Bill.

School shooters.

Yeah, that's made the news again.

Well, I mean we're learning a lot of information.

Speaker 1

This this most recent school shooter.

I think their pronouns are wasn't were you see Now we're in trouble.

Now we're in trouble for that.

Yeah, we're in big trouble on that.

Speaker 4

So anyway, but there was some talk about some of these, especially the adolescents, the under eighteen year olds who have been school shooters over the last fifty two years.

Speaker 1

Over the last fifty two years, some people have done some documenting on this, and usually it takes a little while for this to come out, but without exception, all of the school shooters that have been under eighteen have been either on a psychotropic medication.

Speaker 2

Or had been on it and then abruptly left it.

Speaker 1

And so when I talked to my brother, he's a pharmacist, and he said, if you go off of those, you have to taper off of those things under a doctor's control.

And first the doctor's got to tell you if they were doing you some benefit, you need to keep taking them.

But they have some side effects and people go off of them.

But if they go off them quickly, it's really exacerbates the very negative and when I say negative, suicidal and even homicidal tendencies, And it literally is written in the product information on these things, Bill, it can be a.

Speaker 2

Way that they give them to these kids.

Speaker 1

Well, but I mean if it is, Hey, I'm no farmers, you know, I don't know, if it's therapeutic, it's therapeutic.

But then there should be some monitoring of this.

If because you look for patterns, you don't look for a one off.

And when you have over the last fifty two years, every single one of them a pattern, a commonalty, why aren't why aren't we absolutely looking at that and addressing it in that way as opposed to, oh, let's ban all the guns, let's ban all the ars, let's ban this and that.

So if they really want to fix this problem, where or at least, if you're not going to fix it, address the problem appropriately.

So I got interviewed and they said, well, and they wanted to know that the information.

Speaker 2

They said, how.

Speaker 1

Many of the school shooters Clark have had mental illness?

Speaker 2

Then can you tell us that?

And I just.

Speaker 1

Wasn't looking at them because it was on the phone, but I said, well all of them.

Speaker 2

They said, what do you mean.

I says every one of them had a mental illness.

Yeah, he says, what do you mean.

Speaker 1

I says, you're shooting kids in a school.

You tell me that's not mentally insane, you know, whether it be you know, chronic.

Speaker 2

Or or something to day.

I mean, yeah, And.

Speaker 1

So anyway, there's that now, but let'spect.

Speaker 2

What that being said, Well, I don't know.

Speaker 1

I mean, you know, they expect they give me a percentage, may all what twenty percent.

Speaker 2

But you know, but let's not address.

Speaker 1

Let let us address the fact that most people that have a mental malady, a mental illness to wonder here another are not criminals.

Speaker 2

In fact, are so much not criminals.

Speaker 1

They're more likely to be victims of a crime than they are to be committing a crime.

Speaker 2

But we do see that another subset.

Speaker 1

Are you know, are are affecting these school shootings and becoming one suicidal slash homicidal and sometimes unfortunately it's just the other way around.

They decide to commit suicide, but before they do that, they commit that homicide first.

Speaker 2

You know.

Speaker 3

It's not that any shooting is good, don't get me wrong on this thought process.

But I've heard more about mental illness out of this last shooting than ever combined with all the recent shootings that have happened over the last three years, because it's so there now.

Yeah, and they're actually talking about the individual and not the gun.

Speaker 2

Have you noticed that?

Speaker 1

Yeah, Well, I'm hoping so and so, you know, and so that in the same interview, and we realize how much people don't realize because I know the media had been talking about red flag laws with some of these school shooters, the adolescents and that.

And I said, you don't understand red flag laws or these basically, you know, the firearm confiscation laws.

We'll make any difference for an under eighteen year old because they cannot legally go buy a gun anyway, right, So a red flag law all day long isn't gonna do one thing.

So anyway, so we've got that, Oh, you know what I wanted to talk about in the time we got left for this one.

So we got some emails and some text messages, and they said, hey, Clark, what's the deal with Utah Shooting Sports Council.

Why didn't they tell us about the law that went into effect, you know, before it so we could fight it that increased the the BCI background check fee for when you purchase a firearm from seven dollars from fifty cents to twelve fifty.

And I said, that's a fair question, that's an absolutely fair question.

I said, we didn't talk about it, and I'll tell you this is embarrassing.

We didn't know and you know as a lobbyist, and Bill and I are both lobbyists up there.

We they typically know that if we find out about a bill and that we don't like, we're going to we're likely going to kill it.

I mean if or or modify it enough or make it as good as possible before we kill it.

Something like that.

Well, you know what, Uh, this one slipped by us.

And let me tell you how it slipped by us, because we do searches.

I mean, there's you know, a thousand different bills out there, and we'll do searches from everything from firearms to ammunition, to self defense to guns to you name it, and and and so we we.

Speaker 2

Do searches like that.

Speaker 1

We find out we look through all of the through all the bills to see if there's any especially from from the common folks that are from the regular folks, the that that are that are proffering these bills.

This one was a uh, this ability to change.

This was amended and without ever mentioning fees, without ever mentioning this kind of thing.

And then it was amended in administrative rules in this obscure code, without ever mentioning the the firearm purchase fees and that kind of stuff so obscure.

I it took me a while to find out where they got the authority from, but nobody mentioned it.

B or GPS usually tells us about this.

Yeah, so, folks, we're addressing it, and it's we are.

We're going to talk to our legislative friends up there and we're going to address it in either administrative rules, we're going to address it legislatively by rolling it back or you know what, bill.

We have toyed with this before, and I think maybe it's time we'll just get rid of that fee completely and use the free the free national check.

So if they want to play that game, if they wanted to do that, and that's fine, you know, we get our turn of bat now.

Speaker 2

Yeah, exactly they Which committee did they run that under?

Speaker 1

Do you know?

I have to I have to look because probably yeah, administrative rules, but.

Speaker 2

I don't under playground equipment or something.

I don't know.

Speaker 3

But anyway, Hey, when we come back, we got one last segment.

We always save the good stuff for the end.

Stick with us.

We'll be back here on Gun Radio Utah.

Stay tuned.

Speaker 1

We are live from the Crossroads of the West gun Show in Sandy, Utah, the Sandy Expo Center, the Mountain America Expo Center, whatever it is, ninety four southn.

Speaker 2

State Street.

Come on down there over five o'clock an hour, just over an hour.

Speaker 1

And three o'clock till three o'clock tomorrow, go buy your FRT and get twenty bucks off from flash my Brass over the Amo Place.

Speaker 2

Anyway.

They'll shout out to Randall, Doyle and Blake.

Speaker 1

They are working the booth here at for Utah Shooting Sports Council.

Go to Utah Shooting sportscancil dot org.

Sign up for our our alerts and that type of thing, and also sign up for gRPC to to help us out there.

They'll shout out to John Spangler too.

Yeah, so that was good to see him.

I haven't seen you while.

Yeah, he looks fantastic.

Just just not throw that out there, Uh, Bill, When I say children, small children, I just say children, what age do you think of?

Speaker 2

What?

What?

What if you would have had to.

Speaker 1

Pick an age range or something generally speaking, without getting technical.

Speaker 3

Children nine and under?

Okay, all right, I'm gonna give you that.

Yeah, because as a ten year old, I thought.

Speaker 1

So they're not driving, they're not.

They're not hunting.

They're not you know, they're children.

Okay, So how then how is it then that the mom's demand some action group or whatever.

There the other those other hand ringing bedwetters are are extending that number out and saying children, and then they got called on it.

So now they're saying children and adolescents, and I think they're gonna have to rEFInd it and say younger people too, because they're including.

Speaker 2

It out to twenty four.

Speaker 1

Years old in some cases and definitely out to twenty years old in most of their stuff.

And they're saying that children the number one cause of death among children in the United States is guns.

Speaker 2

All right.

So you know, doctor Lot, doctor Lot did a.

Speaker 1

It has done lots of research on this, and oddly enough, he didn't just take their word for it, so, you know what, to get that enough to get that statement that they make.

Speaker 2

They make this statement.

Speaker 1

That is supposed to tug at your heartstrings because you think of a little kid walking to school or something like that, and they're going to die by gun violence.

Speaker 2

All right.

Speaker 1

Well, the CDC says that between oh, by the way, they start at one years old and they go up to twenty and then sometime I'm twenty four.

They don't include zero to one.

No, I'm serious, because why don't they do that because it doesn't fit their narrative because it would completely blow from the zero to one.

Speaker 2

Many kids perish in that age range, and.

Speaker 1

It wouldn't fit their narrative, and they couldn't make that statement.

Well, they're still lying about it because from one to four, what's the number one cause of death bill?

Speaker 2

What do you think?

Oh?

I know it's drowning.

Speaker 1

You know it's drowning.

Okay, one to four.

It's not gun violence?

Okay, no, it isn't.

From twelve to nineteen accidents and yes, gun accidents are included in there, but it's an exactly nighty number.

But accidents with ATV or falling or burns or poisonings or chokings or something like that, children and adolescents, and they include up to twenty four years old.

And the only way they can make the statement is when you get up to twenty four years old or firearms, and they're and you're led to believe that this is you know, a kid's walking to school and a drive by shooting comes by and kills them.

Speaker 2

Now, This is gang violence, folks.

Speaker 1

This sixteen to seventeen years old group, if you want to include the under eighteens, it's gang violence.

It's one gang member shooting another gang member.

It's not accidents or gun's going off on their own or anything like that.

And it's also suicide.

There's a suicide plays a big part in that.

And so, like I've said before, you can fix you know, you can address the drive by shooting the gang violence one way, but you don't address all that firearm deaths.

Speaker 2

The same way.

Speaker 1

Suicide is much different, and yes, absolutely needs to be addressed.

And you try shooting sports councils doing that?

Speaker 2

What do we got?

Bill?

Oh?

Really like that?

Like that?

Oh you're doing that?

I'm doing Bill.

Speaker 1

I can't understand some of your hand gestures because yeah, so any this one, so thank you that one.

I understand that one goes without saying all right, son.

So but Bill, a bigger thing is when you find this out, when you realize what they are doing, then you realize why they're doing it.

Speaker 2

They're lying.

Speaker 1

They're essentially lying to you.

Speaker 2

Why would they lie to you?

Speaker 3

Well, and is this the first time they've ever lied to us on any type of subject manner like this.

I mean, they want to lie, they want to scare us, they want to control us basically, and they just want us to live miserable lives that they're misliving.

Speaker 1

But they use these words the children seventeen years old, gang b gang banger.

Speaker 2

Yeah, that's a child apparently.

Speaker 1

I mean yeah, technically they're under eighteen, so they're not an adult.

And is everyone anyway, you get the idea, folks.

Speaker 2

So, yeah, so we've got.

Speaker 3

That challenge them when when you hear this information it's coming from you know, yeah, Thanksgiving, when it comes up your next Thanksgiving dinner, ask him, I mean, why are you getting this information?

I mean over John Lott Crime Research Website.

Speaker 1

Crime Research Prevention Center or Crime Research dot org, Crime research dot org.

Speaker 3

Over there, John's put out a ton of information on this and he can give you every statistic that you need to know of what's actually happening with gun violence in that and he does great work.

Throw him a couple of bucks over there as well, also hit to donate by Yeah, and because it's it's invaluable information and uh, you know midterms are coming up here shortly, so.

Speaker 1

So anyway, uh so to recap.

Go buy a gun safe at Utah Safe Outlet by AMMO and an f RT AT flash my brass and uh oh use your f S A and A A at medic up and acause there right here.

Go talk to Ken or Brad.

Brad's over there and Dune come down.

Speaker 2

Get you a firearm, I mean, get them before the big boxes.

Yeah, because you know, the pig box stores aren't like he's wheeling out.

I mean it's like hold it wagons wagons, and you.

Speaker 1

Know the pig box stores are not selling them for the same price they paid for them.

No, so yeah, And I didn't know if it was just a supply and demand thing that they just didn't have those, or go, well.

Speaker 3

No, that can't be the case.

It couldn't be the case to be tariffs.

I don't know, No, it can't.

It can't be the case.

I mean, we we got plenty of ammunition right now.

We got plenty of firearms, some of the best prices.

I was telling you, I saw some ars, I mean four point fifty you know, in that price range.

Speaker 2

I mean pistols.

I mean there's a good deal.

So hey, thanks for doingness on the gun radio.

You Tah and have a great weekend.

Speaker 3

Everyone takes someone actually, and when you do, usually clean up after yourselves, and hey, guess what we'll be back next to have

Speaker 2

A good one.
