As global education systems strive to close gaps in access, quality, and inclusion, the 3rd Kazan International Forum of Ministers of Education has emerged as a major platform uniting countries around a shared vision: building a fairer, more cooperative global education landscape.

Hosted in Kazan, the capital of Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan, the 2025 Kazan Forum brought together ministers, lawmakers, and education experts from across the world under the theme “Shaping the Future.” The forum focused on fostering mutual understanding, exploring joint strategies for digital transformation, teacher training, curriculum development, and creating inclusive environments for learners across all contexts.
