Any good Midwesterner knows that this is just the beginning of the corn on the cob season here in the US. While you can get corn in June or July, it’s really not best until August and September. That’s when the sweet corn is at its peak and its lowest price. But that hasn’t stopped two restaurant chains from featuring summer dishes with little corn cobettes.
