So when you saw me getting down on steveen ass and I hit him on the air, like yeah me give me that shit, I won't the old I was.

There, But I trained for that, and I'll have been looking at things like Bruce Lee doing you know longevity stuff.

I used to watch when Cap had great balance and he would take the one leg this thing he used to hold two point fifty two seventy three hundred pounds of one arm and put the So when you go through all that, those things step outside of basketball, but those things actually helped.

I remember working with Gianni's he told me that he started using some karate style stuff.

Tong Kwan does stuff for breathing exercises to help them in the game.

You know, you get in those moments poise, having a breath, p being cool, even killed that all that goes into it.

And don't nobody teach you that.

You got to actually go and try to actually chase that yourself, just to be better.

The two things that help me was I was doing some yoga, but then I got back into playing chess.

Oh yeah, that's just like I swear, I swear to it helps you on the court because it's like your thought process changed when you consistently playing chess and then you go on into sports.

I started seeing the game different, like I started seeing things before they happen, Like I swear, that's how my my my mental started coming.
