How Everyday Products Lower Nitric Oxide and Impact Erection Quality

Do you know there are three things that you are doing that will sabotage your erection?
Stop doing it or consider lessening it.
Let's dive into this.
I'm Dr Anne Truong.
I'm a sexual health specialist.
I've treated over 7000 men with ED.
What's the first one?
The one that you use every day, that you don't even know about it, that is really maybe killing your So number two, is your everyday toothpaste.
The toothpaste that you use every day, if it has fluoride in it, it is gonna decrease your nitric oxide content.
Again, fluoride does the same thing that the mouthwash does.
The fluoride toothpaste does the same thing as the mouthwash, is that it kills the bacteria in your mouth.
And you guys know we need bacteria in our body in order for us to digest our food, for us to make necessary vitamins in our body.
So therefore, when you use fluoride toothpaste, you're gonna decrease your nitric oxide erection.
First thing is fluoride mouthwash.
Mouthwash content, which then decrease blood flow, which is not good for the erection.
Then what the heck is number four?
Well, number four, that's what I'm using too.
I have, and my husband, have an ulcer, so we have to take a medicine, like an antacid medicine here, which is omeprazole.
Which decreases the production of the acid in our stomach, so that way it doesn't irritate the ulcer.
But when you decrease the acid in your stomach, you make less nitric oxide, because you need acid in your stomach to convert it to nitric oxide.
And when I'm gonna be finished with this in about a that has fluoride in it, what it does is that, when it has few weeks, and then I'll stop taking it and start replenishing my nitric oxide.
So let's say you go, well, I need that medicine.
I have an ulcer.
I have reflux.
Well, oftentimes if you have an ulcer or reflux, then it's because of stress, or it's also diet related as well.
So you're like, Okay, Dr Anne, all right, I heard you talked about not taking fluoride mouthwash.
You can get a non-fluoride mouthwash.
You can check the link down here below, the products I recommend that doesn't have any fluoride mouthwash, and you can get that on Amazon.
And then, number two, you can buy non-fluoride toothpaste as well.
I myself use non fluoride toothpaste.
Check the link down below.
I use that fluoride in your mouthwash, it kills the bacteria in your every day as well as non fluoride mouthwash.
Then you say, well, I need my antacid medicine, or else I'm not gonna feel good.
Whereas there are things that you can do to help heal those symptoms or either reflux or ulcer, is to be on a Mediterranean diet.
Mediterranean diet is a diet that focuses on more vegetables and lean meat, and when you eat vegetables and lean meat, it will actually decrease the acid production in your stomach, so that way you're not getting that reflux.
And so that will kind of help with the acidity.
And Mediterranean diet, it focuses on fruit as well, which then is less irritating on the stomach lining.
And Mediterranean diet mouth, which you need, because the bacteria in your mouth will is also anti inflammatory, so it helps with healing as well.
And inflammation just not good for your healing and not good for your blood flow as well too.
So it's also good for increasing blood flow.

Along with the Mediterranean diet, you can also add intermittent fasting.
Intermittent fasting means that you just stop eating for certain length of hours at a time.
Most of the time, we recommend 12 hours, meaning if you stop eating after 8pm and start eating at 8am when you wake up, what happened if you don't eat at night, then your stomach not bloodstream.
And nitric oxide help open up blood vessels for gonna have any food in it, and it's gonna stop secreting acid, so it will help with the reflux symptoms at night as well too.
You could certainly drink water, just no food.
Try to work up to 16 hours.
But also, when you do intermittent fasting, will also give your body the opportunity to kind of clean up the dead cells in the body and to heal and replenish yourself again.
Another thing you can do is that all of this, you know, the reason why you can use mouthwash, or the fluoride mouthwash, or the fluoride toothpaste, or the antacids such as omeprazole, Pepcid, Zantac and Nexium, is that it decreases nitric oxide.
Well, you can kind of go around that by taking nitric oxide supplements, like the one that we recommend here.

So you can actually take nitric oxide supplements.
It's two a days I recommend, which then will increase your nitric oxide in the body.
In the next episode, we're going to talk about how you can measure your nitric oxide content as well.
So you can supplement at this but also in your diet, along with the Mediterranean diet, the vegetables that you eat, such as beet, such as spinach and lettuce and cabbage, all those are very good in nitric oxide as well.
Fruits, like watermelons are good in nitric oxide, which where you need it the most, in your penis to help you with your is great.
So you can add that in your diet, take the supplement, decrease the use of fluoride mouthwash, decrease use of fluoride toothpaste, and by that time, you probably don't need the antacid anymore, and therefore you can get off of this and then enjoy the benefit of taking one less medicine like myself.
So just three things that you are doing probably every day, that you are not even aware that you're sabotaging and kind of killing your erection.
But guys, if you have ED, you need everything in your favor to make sure that you're not sabotaging your erection.
That you want to do everything you can to improve your erection.
So most of the time it's doing simple things, erection.
But if you use the mouthwash here, that will like I just mentioned, at this time.
And combine that with sleep, seven hours sleep at night, and doing the breathing exercise.

And just know there are simple things that you can do in everyday life that will go a long way towards getting your sex life back again.
