[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm going to break it down, explain my method to the madness and why I put all these items perfectly curated for you under each of these lists.

[SPEAKER_00]: We have gifts for him, it gives for her, it gives for her under $100, it gives for the wellness lover, it gives for the tech lover, it gives for the home lover, it gives for the parents, the jewelry lover, the in-laws, and my dream, which list if you will.

[SPEAKER_00]: So we're going to get into it.

[SPEAKER_00]: But I just want to give a little recap of everything that has gone on in the past week while being here in Cape Town and I had a day in London and also discuss my current paves because you guys know.

[SPEAKER_00]: I love that.

[SPEAKER_00]: It may be a current pave can be a gift idea for you.

[SPEAKER_00]: We went to London on our way to Cape Town.

[SPEAKER_00]: We had a nice 13 hour live in London and it was so nice to get to be in Soho and Marlbone and get to see [SPEAKER_00]: My favorite coffee shops and stores and everything and catch up with some friends, but the day was really nice and I love London during the holiday season.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is truly so beautiful and magical and if you ever have the opportunity to go, I highly highly recommend that you take it.

[SPEAKER_00]: Since being in Cape Town, the weather has been a whirlwind of emotions.

[SPEAKER_00]: We have had some very [SPEAKER_00]: We went to the vineyards.

[SPEAKER_00]: We did a whole peninsula tour.

[SPEAKER_00]: We went to the most western, most south western point of Africa, which previously used to be called the Cape of Death.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think I could be about doing that.

[SPEAKER_00]: But we got to see a lot of incredible things, a lot of history, a lot of sightseeing, and we also had a few beach days.

[SPEAKER_00]: We went to Clipton and I can't remember the other beach that we went to, but both very beautiful.

[SPEAKER_00]: All the beaches here are stunning.

[SPEAKER_00]: We've had a lot of food, a lot of steak.

[SPEAKER_00]: Pasta, we went to a really good Italian restaurant in Lyon.

[SPEAKER_00]: Really really good.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was in green point.

[SPEAKER_00]: I've spent a lot of time by the V&A Waterfront.

[SPEAKER_00]: We went to a market today and I've taken quite a few classes at a Plotty Studio that I found called Scalped.

[SPEAKER_00]: Scalped Pilates.

[SPEAKER_00]: I really liked the reformer classes.

[SPEAKER_00]: It did not love the mat sculpt.

[SPEAKER_00]: It was a bit too hectic and all over the place for me, but still good work out and on the less super aesthetic work out studio.

[SPEAKER_00]: Very L.A.

Miami.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you will, they have all the balla accessories, like the angle weights, the hand weights, the mats.

[SPEAKER_00]: You name it, they have it.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's very, very cute and there's a little coffee shop.

[SPEAKER_00]: And they're the coffee has been really good here.

[SPEAKER_00]: What else?

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, it's been like very nice family time.

[SPEAKER_00]: My cousin came and joined us.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited to go to the Game Park and then to go to Platte and be with the rest of my family.

[SPEAKER_00]: Blow of things, then this leg of the trip, but I'm excited nonetheless, and I can't believe it's already been a week of this journey.

[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously number one on my list here is the aura ring.

[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like everyone and their mother.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is incredible, and I also have the MX Keys keyboard, and I have the one that's made for a Mac.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just so just make sure you know what kind of computer they have, and iPad Pro.

[SPEAKER_00]: is something you can't ever go wrong with for someone who loves tech.

[SPEAKER_00]: You can even get all the accessories that go with it if you have the budget, or if they have an iPad, you could get accessories for the iPad, like the laptop, not the laptop, the keyboard case, a pencil, a baby, a screen protector, whatever it is.

[SPEAKER_00]: I absolutely love my Kindle if you know.

[SPEAKER_00]: They love reading and they're always on the go.

[SPEAKER_00]: A Kindle is such a great gift.

[SPEAKER_00]: I have the Amazon Kindle Paper White, the 7-inch, the newest version, and I absolutely love it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And you could also get a case for it.

[SPEAKER_00]: Or if they already have a Kindle, you could get fun Kindle accessories for their Kindle.

[SPEAKER_00]: The Bose Ultra Open earbuds are really great for someone who is commuting and wants something at nice and small and allows you to still hear the outside worlds.

[SPEAKER_00]: This is really niche, but you could get really nice steak knives or a knife set, something aesthetic.
