Ep 8: Into the Hole
Episode Transcript
[SPEAKER_12]: This is a gutter production.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I wake my...
That penis up in its name is Greg and it looks so small.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's really dead, it ain't moving.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, what's going on?
[SPEAKER_02]: And I said, Greg, Greg, Greg, Greg, Greg.
[SPEAKER_06]: What's going on in the world today?
[SPEAKER_06]: I'd rather be dead than to my heart away.
[SPEAKER_06]: We got first ones of them.
[SPEAKER_06]: Father, Father, and nobody's home.
[SPEAKER_06]: Hey, what's going on?
[SPEAKER_06]: What's going on?
[SPEAKER_11]: Did you just hijack the song with another Haywood's going on song?
[SPEAKER_02]: There was no, there was no references to getting small penis in that song.
[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm gotten three points.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, boom, here we are.
[SPEAKER_03]: It is evening moonlight, starlight, shining down, Douglas firs, rising high up around us.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a little chilly, but there's a big fire in a little brick fire, or it's a decently sized fire pit.
[SPEAKER_03]: A little circular brick fire pit fires coming up, and we see three figures lit in the flames.
[SPEAKER_03]: We've got scratch.
[SPEAKER_03]: we've got honor and we got violet and we have serious matters of foot so it's very quiet little wind blowing through the trees ominous coal fire and I leave it to the cast you guys mind if I take a look at that uh [SPEAKER_02]: That picture again, just one more time.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, no problem.
[SPEAKER_02]: So we got.
[SPEAKER_08]: Don't click that link.
[SPEAKER_08]: Just don't press anything.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not gonna press anything on your phone.
[SPEAKER_11]: Don't in, make sure not to reenable the Wi-Fi or the data that we turned off.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not gonna, I wouldn't even know how to do that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: I got the camera up.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how to this off a here fucking phone.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, we got locked out.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're gonna need your password.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, hold on.
[SPEAKER_08]: Give me that.
[SPEAKER_11]: It might just keep happening because if you're comfortable, can you just tell him your password?
[SPEAKER_11]: Because we think we might need to get rid of our phones.
[SPEAKER_11]: You've got a big, what is that?
[SPEAKER_11]: What kind of phone is that?
[SPEAKER_11]: Scritch.
[SPEAKER_11]: This thing?
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_11]: Well, let me just get off the outer box.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what other boxes but oh that's the brand yeah here's the thing I don't know that I can get rid of my phone they know where I am they're never gonna stop knowing where I am it's not I'm not I can't just be on the run from well how do you know that they know where you are [SPEAKER_08]: in black fork there's you know it's really hard to get a signal out here in general there have been things like this that have happened in the past there's there's always somebody watching I know that there is always someone around [SPEAKER_08]: And whether we see them or don't see them, I know I sound super paranoid.
[SPEAKER_08]: But I could swear I've been followed.
[SPEAKER_08]: I've been messaged.
[SPEAKER_08]: They've been tested.
[SPEAKER_08]: They've been in my car.
[SPEAKER_08]: They've moved things around.
[SPEAKER_08]: I have had the fear of God put into me in many ways.
[SPEAKER_11]: Look, I'm not talking about people watching us or anything.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm saying we need to get rid of the phones because they're absolutely tracking our GPS and our location based on your SIM card.
[SPEAKER_11]: They know every cell tower that it connects to.
[SPEAKER_11]: They know that we're here right now.
[SPEAKER_11]: They honestly, they probably know [SPEAKER_11]: that I'm with you as well.
[SPEAKER_11]: If I'm in that photo and these are the kind of fucking big shots that we think they are, they have the access to the fucking deep state facial tracking shit that the government doesn't want you to know.
[SPEAKER_11]: Absolutely exists.
[SPEAKER_11]: And they know who I am.
[SPEAKER_11]: They probably know who my family is.
[SPEAKER_11]: They're probably cooking up something to [SPEAKER_11]: highest to the explosion, and they're absolutely tracking both of our phones.
[SPEAKER_11]: So I think the first thing is, we take contacts, we take important things, we get some burner phones, we at least separate ourselves from these.
[SPEAKER_08]: We can try burner phones.
[SPEAKER_08]: The thing is that I don't, I am indebted to this company.
[SPEAKER_08]: I have to work for them.
[SPEAKER_08]: I can't stop.
[SPEAKER_08]: This is why I was headed out the door because I don't want you, either of you, to be implicated in this danger.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think we already are violent.
[SPEAKER_08]: If I leave then you're not, I can, you know, at least protect you in that way.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm not a, I'm not about to let you go walk out there and face whatever grizzly fate is waiting for you.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, that's just not how utter roles.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, and we've already been through so much.
[SPEAKER_02]: We blew a horn.
[SPEAKER_02]: We flew into the sky.
[SPEAKER_02]: I got, look at me.
[SPEAKER_02]: I look like I'm ten years younger right now.
[SPEAKER_11]: He's jumping.
[SPEAKER_11]: He bounced.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm a bad person, you guys.
[SPEAKER_08]: I am not a good person.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, well, you're going to stop that right now because that's not really helpful.
[SPEAKER_02]: Even if it was true.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, but you can speak on it.
[SPEAKER_11]: Why do you think that?
[SPEAKER_11]: Why do you think I mean?
[SPEAKER_08]: Because I've done terrible things.
[SPEAKER_08]: And I've done terrible things that I've had to do.
[SPEAKER_08]: And some that I didn't.
[SPEAKER_08]: And they know about them.
[SPEAKER_08]: And [SPEAKER_08]: If I stop doing what they want, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_08]: I am worse than death, I imagine.
[SPEAKER_08]: I just, I am terrified to risk that.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't, I think the, I don't, I don't see a way out of it.
[SPEAKER_11]: The terrible things are you talking about like murder?
[SPEAKER_08]: just terrible things.
[SPEAKER_02]: It is so wild how much like boaty you sound.
[SPEAKER_11]: Just minutes after, well, you know, a handful of minutes with still.
[SPEAKER_11]: After that photo was taken, I killed a guy who was hired by this company.
[SPEAKER_11]: We have all, I, otter, I don't know your history, but like, I think we're all in this in one way or another.
[SPEAKER_11]: I understand in the pursuit of like a normal everyday life, feeling as if this company has you raked over the goals for whatever is in your past, that feels like the chains that they have you in, but at this point, [SPEAKER_11]: You know, we've taken something of theirs.
[SPEAKER_11]: They have probably already tied us to this explosion and want to pin it on us if nothing else.
[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think there's any coming back from this normally.
[SPEAKER_11]: I think right now, honestly, the warp here together is probably the safest place.
[SPEAKER_11]: It does.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it does present certain opportunities.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's a freedom to the warp.
[SPEAKER_02]: Look at all these people that live in Blackfork.
[SPEAKER_02]: If it wasn't a place where you could find a life, these people would have left.
[SPEAKER_02]: But there's opportunity here, and we can figure out how to solve this problem, Violet.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like, we don't have to just let you go die.
[SPEAKER_02]: We can go fake your death.
[SPEAKER_02]: We can take your phone and ship it off halfway across the world.
[SPEAKER_02]: Let them follow it to who knows where.
[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm.
[SPEAKER_02]: We can all get really just dramatic makeovers.
[SPEAKER_02]: Amy does hair.
[SPEAKER_02]: Jasper does makeup.
[SPEAKER_02]: We basically have two of the queer eye for the straight guy type dudes in the crap yard right now.
[SPEAKER_11]: Now I do have a history with prosthetics.
[SPEAKER_11]: I haven't mentioned that and hasn't come up in my backstory, but yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And I know how to dance.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I just, I really don't want to be responsible for anything bad happening to either of you.
[SPEAKER_08]: I want you to know that right now and in choosing to stay with me or asking me to stay, I just want you to know the risk that you put upon yourself.
[SPEAKER_08]: And I'm so, and I'm...
That's it.
[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, okay.
[SPEAKER_11]: Here we go.
[SPEAKER_11]: Ask me right now if I want to go or stay or want you to go or say, ask me if I want to be separated from this group for my safety right now.
[SPEAKER_11]: Give me the choice.
[SPEAKER_11]: And then anything that happens after this choice is made is on me.
[SPEAKER_11]: Or is on each of us who has made the choice.
[SPEAKER_11]: You cannot carry the weight of my decision once I make it.
[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, so ask me.
[SPEAKER_08]: to you want to stay or go.
[SPEAKER_11]: I scratch Kelly and I stand up and I said that allowed us.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we can see.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I just want to stand and he's cutting quite a figure.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm liking this scratch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Thank you, my God.
[SPEAKER_11]: I scratch Kelly do solemnly swear that heller high water [SPEAKER_11]: I'm with you guys, and whoever else comes along for the ride.
[SPEAKER_11]: Until the day we fucking feel safe again, and I take a handful of sand, and I throw it in the fire, and I think it's gonna do the, are you afraid of the dark thing where it flares up, but it's just regular sand and dirt, and it just kind of puts the fire partly out.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh!
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, it did do that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh my god.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, there's some aluminum shavings.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [SPEAKER_02]: I am not going to let anything happen to either of you, or the Crapyard DBA Scrapyard.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm taking some sand, and I'm saying that come Hell or High Water.
[SPEAKER_02]: You are on the same team as Otter, you both.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we're going to find out what happened to Boatie.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to bring him back, and if these WCL losers want to say otherwise, well, I'm going to spin their eye right before I stab him in the gut, and he throws the sand and it goes [SPEAKER_10]: Oh my god, it's black powder.
[SPEAKER_11]: Why is that buy an open fire otter?
[SPEAKER_11]: Jesus.
[SPEAKER_11]: I meant to put this gunpowder in a box.
[SPEAKER_02]: I just it's salt Peter.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's aging salt Peter from the [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if that's a historical necronism.
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry if the listeners got that.
[SPEAKER_02]: I say to Jasper who's standing behind a garbage pale.
[SPEAKER_02]: I say, get back inside Jasper.
[SPEAKER_02]: So violet.
[SPEAKER_11]: The point is [SPEAKER_11]: We've now each made the decision that we're in this for the long haul.
[SPEAKER_11]: So I understand feeling bad about the situation we're in.
[SPEAKER_11]: I feel bad about it too.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm scared to spark.
[SPEAKER_11]: I know I'm pretending to keep it together, but I barely am.
[SPEAKER_11]: But it's my decision to stay.
[SPEAKER_11]: It's otters decision to continue to help us.
[SPEAKER_11]: So whatever happens, don't carry that weight.
[SPEAKER_11]: And you can tell me you told me so if it all goes to help.
[SPEAKER_08]: In that moment, Violet hears, one to two voices.
[SPEAKER_02]: What's up?
[SPEAKER_08]: You guys?
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're kind of busy.
[SPEAKER_08]: We're...
If these guys die, you can't let them in, okay?
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I think the alternative is much worse.
[SPEAKER_02]: What?
[SPEAKER_11]: I think they go right to hell if we don't let them in.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh god.
[SPEAKER_11]: We've never really mentioned it because we don't want to bum you out but like all the voices in your little like mind palace like if we go up to the windows and like put our ears against the glass you can't see anything out them they're completely black but you can hear whales of pain and horror.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I actually did go the basement recently because I was looking for the breaker and I found this big kind of like [SPEAKER_02]: Yawning mouth that just goes down and down, down, down.
[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, don't go down there.
[SPEAKER_08]: Don't go down there.
[SPEAKER_08]: That sounds horrible.
[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I guess if they died, then do let them in.
[SPEAKER_08]: Let them write in.
[SPEAKER_11]: Well, we'll keep them in the foyer and we'll check with you, okay?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_11]: We'll do like a quick check-in.
[SPEAKER_11]: We'll be like, hey, dude, do you know these guys?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, don't double, don't double kill them, you know?
[SPEAKER_08]: You want them to go down the mouth?
[SPEAKER_08]: No, no, no.
[SPEAKER_08]: Definitely never down the mouth.
[SPEAKER_11]: Don't double kill him if we can help it But if they say any of the kind of shit that those guys in the masks that you brought here of you They were saying we might have to double kill them.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't seem like those kind of guys.
[SPEAKER_11]: Hey, we've been watching.
[SPEAKER_11]: They seem like good guys.
[SPEAKER_11]: They're good guys.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're good guys [SPEAKER_02]: Violet, do you mind if we get back to our game of Twilight Imperium that we just started?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll see you guys later.
[SPEAKER_02]: Violet.
[SPEAKER_08]: And Violet in that moment, which was, again, just a blink of an eye, has picked up a handful of sand and looks at both otter and scratch.
[SPEAKER_08]: And in all the things that she can't say, she throws that into the fire.
[SPEAKER_11]: and that one does completely extinguish the fire.
[SPEAKER_11]: That flaring up.
[SPEAKER_02]: I've got an idea.
[SPEAKER_02]: And Otter looks, if there was a flame, his smile would look extra devilish.
[SPEAKER_02]: Or enough embers to give the effect.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and Otter gets his face real close to the embers.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's really selling.
[SPEAKER_02]: It burns off his other eyebrows.
[SPEAKER_08]: Step one, I click the link.
[SPEAKER_08]: No!
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Stockton to the phone.
[SPEAKER_02]: I am thinking about going on a little road trip with you guys.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to need some bigger weapons in this fight with WCL.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think we got to go see my buddy, Dorenda.
[SPEAKER_11]: Is she a weapon still in?
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm still.
[SPEAKER_02]: In a way.
[SPEAKER_02]: In a way.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, your pant likes on fire.
[SPEAKER_11]: You stopped in the numbers.
[SPEAKER_11]: You can't lie somewhere.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [SPEAKER_03]: It's a sound of a little green hatchback named booger starting up room lights on [SPEAKER_10]: See, folks?
[SPEAKER_03]: Right in the way to be able to work alive and down dirt roads, run through dark night and owl hoots in the distance.
[SPEAKER_03]: Whoa!
[SPEAKER_03]: The wind is blowing through trees and we're rushing for rushing through the woods.
[SPEAKER_03]: Logan is beautiful green.
[SPEAKER_03]: Pretty dirty vehicle right now is his blasting blasting out of the way from the craft yard towards Blackfork proper.
[SPEAKER_07]: I'm feeling down.
[SPEAKER_07]: And days and night, I read the message, I walk alone.
[SPEAKER_03]: Location!
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to Dorendas.
[SPEAKER_03]: Who is Dorendas?
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we're going to meet Dorendas.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to find out.
[SPEAKER_09]: We're going to sit and sit down, and shut your mouth.
[SPEAKER_03]: Moonlight and starlight is lighting our way along with the bed lamps, shooting through the darkness.
[SPEAKER_03]: Midnight, darkness, cold cold very killin' about forty forty-two degrees.
[SPEAKER_03]: Please, the boy, chillin'.
[SPEAKER_03]: Good wind though.
[SPEAKER_03]: Ocean breeze.
[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, we're moving into town.
[SPEAKER_03]: We see all those Victorian spires rising.
[SPEAKER_03]: We see who's getting around right now.
[SPEAKER_03]: We see the cat sort of like scuttling out of the way here and there.
[SPEAKER_03]: We can hear ocean lapping in the distance.
[SPEAKER_03]: They see a few lights from boats out in the harbor.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're taking a left going down past the cones, which we saw just earlier today.
[SPEAKER_03]: And only kitty cats gathered around the cones just a little bit further.
[SPEAKER_03]: We come to [SPEAKER_03]: a great stone building standing in Paris and imposing right in front of this choppy ocean dim warm light shines from inside and we are here at the Black Fork Library [SPEAKER_03]: Everyone pops out of booger and starts walking up the steps towards towards the library.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter says, oh shit, I forgot my overdue copy of the secret meant to return that.
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's after hours, so I think you're gonna be okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe they don't find you if you're after hours.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's just on an honor system, but I, you know, I pride myself on my honor.
[SPEAKER_02]: So you'll get it back.
[SPEAKER_08]: You get it back.
[SPEAKER_08]: They're there.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're there.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're there.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're there.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're not.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're both out of him.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is not what I tried to manifest in the secret.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, he's walking back towards the car.
[SPEAKER_02]: We got to go back.
[SPEAKER_11]: We got to go back to the.
[SPEAKER_11]: Where will be back again here?
[SPEAKER_11]: How about this?
[SPEAKER_11]: How about the you can blame it on us?
[SPEAKER_10]: You can say you wanted to grab it.
[SPEAKER_02]: But we're just not going to bring up the secret.
[SPEAKER_02]: It'll be our little secret.
[SPEAKER_03]: Otter?
[SPEAKER_03]: The door to the library opens.
[SPEAKER_03]: You see a forty something woman with long sharp features sort of like a crane.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's quite thin.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's got large round spectacles and a dirty blonde gray undercut hairdo and she's got on the shave side of her head.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can see faint.
[SPEAKER_03]: Circular scars on the skin right at the top of the skull.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's standing there.
[SPEAKER_03]: The door open.
[SPEAKER_03]: Looking down.
[SPEAKER_12]: I thought I heard your voice outside.
[SPEAKER_02]: Durinda, a sight for sore eyes.
[SPEAKER_02]: How you maintain such a lovely appearance must be a secret.
[SPEAKER_02]: And it's overdue.
[SPEAKER_02]: That I've been here.
[SPEAKER_02]: So let's book it inside.
[SPEAKER_02]: And we've got a lot to talk about.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're out of friends.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is French.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is Violet.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey.
[SPEAKER_02]: They're travelers.
[SPEAKER_02]: Friends of Bodies, and that's another thing.
[SPEAKER_02]: Can we go inside?
[SPEAKER_02]: Come on in.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's sort of, is it sternness?
[SPEAKER_03]: Is it shyness?
[SPEAKER_03]: It's hard to read.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'll probably know.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's a little shy.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know, she's a little shy.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's hard to read bookish.
[SPEAKER_02]: But she's mugged and ready.
[SPEAKER_02]: Is it what?
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, it's something about books.
[SPEAKER_02]: I love the smell of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otters smelling the books with his fresh nostrils, and he's smelling Dorinda too.
[SPEAKER_02]: She's like, and she's got this lovely perfume on.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's like a little bit of, it's kind of like sweet flowers.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's sage or burnt.
[SPEAKER_02]: So nice, but that's not what Otter likes.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter likes what's underneath the perfume.
[SPEAKER_02]: The stench of Dorinda.
[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, shit!
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't I hide?
[SPEAKER_11]: What is in his head?
[SPEAKER_11]: Is it hard looking kind of like horny?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's like, there's like, hearts floating in this guy.
[SPEAKER_08]: Like, how do you get to know what's the least he does?
[SPEAKER_03]: You guys are walking into this, this large stone building now.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a front desk and the desk is sort of like draped with old reading fucking rocks, posters from the nineties and odds.
[SPEAKER_03]: Reading fucking rocks, program didn't really go that far.
[SPEAKER_08]: But she's got a bunch of reading fucking rocks and one of them is just some rocks with books Can we say that in the reading fucking rocks poster?
[SPEAKER_02]: It's Saddam Hussein holding a book This is part of the why the campaign didn't work out.
[SPEAKER_02]: I bought this before he went crazy In the sixties before like the CIA funded his whatever horrible shit [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, she's like, would you like a little a little tea perhaps a little tea?
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, that sounds great.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_08]: I would love it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Seems like we're not having sleepy time.
[SPEAKER_03]: No, not sleepy time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_03]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_11]: We're a wakety time.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's just to call it sleep.
[SPEAKER_11]: Do I have a mint?
[SPEAKER_11]: You're asking me.
[SPEAKER_11]: No, not a mint like a mint flavored tea.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm saying I don't play for tea.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm like on the rock without tea without caffeine.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, it is.
[SPEAKER_03]: We'd be flavored mint a little bit.
[SPEAKER_03]: I understand on my part.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm so sorry.
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I I've got really upset and I think you could tell.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a post well recently.
[SPEAKER_03]: She's giving a meaningful look at honor.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, so out or it looks back and he understands the meaning and she reaches over the Saddam Hussein reading his fucking cool poster and turns on the automatic kettle.
[SPEAKER_04]: Come, come, let's gather in the library.
[SPEAKER_03]: She will follow her large room, high ceilings.
[SPEAKER_03]: The moonlight is shining through sky, what do you call it?
[SPEAKER_03]: Skylights, what do you call this?
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the sort of glass atrium.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, beat.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the moon is shining down.
[SPEAKER_03]: Big, big old, big old wooden bookshelf books all over the fucking place.
[SPEAKER_03]: Just like some reading tables around sheets and sandwiches.
[SPEAKER_03]: Coming at this hour.
[SPEAKER_02]: Something must be a foot.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, Durinda.
[SPEAKER_02]: Where to begin?
[SPEAKER_02]: So, Bodhi.
[SPEAKER_03]: I saw him earlier today.
[SPEAKER_03]: He pushed me to the ground.
[SPEAKER_03]: He was new to completely wet dragging an axe.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so he was missing that vision or sight of Bodhi that you had was actually an improvement on what?
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, was prior to that, which was us just not knowing where he was.
[SPEAKER_02]: Where did you see him?
[SPEAKER_02]: Are you okay?
[SPEAKER_02]: I was upset.
[SPEAKER_03]: I was a little bruised on my thigh.
[SPEAKER_11]: Did he like respond to you like it would do you say?
[SPEAKER_03]: You said a body or clothes are gone.
[SPEAKER_03]: What's going on?
[SPEAKER_03]: What's going on?
[SPEAKER_03]: And he just, I was in his way.
[SPEAKER_03]: He just pushed me to the ground and kept walking.
[SPEAKER_03]: He was not himself.
[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm.
[SPEAKER_03]: No indeed he was not himself as he...
See on something heavy.
[SPEAKER_04]: Something heavier than...
The T's you requested a T.
T.
T.
T.
Sorry.
[SPEAKER_04]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_04]: I just smashed it out on my face.
[SPEAKER_02]: He let me wipe it off.
[SPEAKER_02]: One of what flavor I got.
[SPEAKER_11]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_11]: Birthday cake.
[SPEAKER_02]: Ew.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, he was on touching some sort of flying hobgoblin gargoyle.
[SPEAKER_02]: We got this book.
[SPEAKER_02]: We got this horn.
[SPEAKER_02]: We got this headset.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've been to the warp.
[SPEAKER_02]: We went to eleven at Toronto way.
[SPEAKER_02]: We went down into a tunnel.
[SPEAKER_02]: There was a woman in the stone.
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought we should cut her head off.
[SPEAKER_02]: We didn't.
[SPEAKER_02]: Then these goblins came out, started attacking us.
[SPEAKER_02]: We had to solve a logic puzzle.
[SPEAKER_02]: We jumped out.
[SPEAKER_02]: We landed.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was dying.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oops.
[SPEAKER_08]: And then we were floating.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was down there was.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, there's so many happening so many things.
[SPEAKER_03]: But what what's bringing you here to me tonight?
[SPEAKER_02]: We were kind of just looking for some advice.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think you're this artists and most beautiful woman I know.
[SPEAKER_03]: So seems that you are up to your neck and [SPEAKER_04]: Great darkness and difficulties.
[SPEAKER_02]: So the moon is reflecting off of her tea and illuminating her face from underneath.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's really beautiful and mysterious.
[SPEAKER_11]: But you don't need to narrate these things out.
[SPEAKER_11]: It's okay.
[SPEAKER_11]: We can see her.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, but you do make her sound really beautiful.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have a choice.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: I just have to speak out loud when I'm in the presence of beautiful lady.
[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_02]: I am incredibly, uh, uh, owned the point, which is, [SPEAKER_02]: We need your magical insight into our situation to help set us on a way that will lead to the smallest amount of collateral damage.
[SPEAKER_02]: WCL is after this one, possibly after this one, and definitely after BODY as well.
[SPEAKER_04]: I need to know.
[SPEAKER_03]: And with that we spend the next hour or so over many cups of tea discussing everything that you the audience know so far And now here we are boom it she's standing now pacing You just hold her about the text and the image and you showed her the image She's like a [SPEAKER_04]: Otter can I talk to you privately?
[SPEAKER_04]: Quickly in my office.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sorry it'll only be a moment.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm sure.
[SPEAKER_02]: Looks like Otter's gonna report to the principal's office and he pulls his suspenders.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's wearing suspenders.
[SPEAKER_02]: They happened during the montage.
[SPEAKER_02]: He put them on.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually really important to telling the story.
[SPEAKER_03]: all right all right you walk into this office it's a it's a very cool funky dark sort of room there's it's like you know there's like those community centers and libraries it's like one of those boring community centers with like you know big windows all right it can go in and like have a meeting or whatever [SPEAKER_03]: but she's like put big red curtains on the inside so you can't see in you open the door and it's like everything looks like it's inside like lit by candlelight and there's like there's like there's like this ornate table and all these bookshelves there's a big fat cat with spots sleeping on the desk and to render slaps hotter in the face [SPEAKER_05]: Fucker you!
[SPEAKER_05]: I Jesus fucking Christ we're so fucked!
[SPEAKER_10]: Cut-out side real quick [SPEAKER_11]: We absolutely heard it loud and clear.
[SPEAKER_11]: Do you think it's good?
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I don't know.
[SPEAKER_08]: They seem like they're gonna bone.
[SPEAKER_03]: Daffered.
[SPEAKER_03]: Clear spring.
[SPEAKER_03]: Cool ranch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, or towns wiped off the map for much less than what you have done.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: Look, I am so sorry.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're not guys that you [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, just tell me tell me tell me otter has anyone from out of town seen you with these two [SPEAKER_03]: Anyone recently out of town?
[SPEAKER_03]: Seeing you with these two.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, the pulpers.
[SPEAKER_02]: The pulpers saw me with them.
[SPEAKER_02]: The pulpers are all right, but I was running around with them.
[SPEAKER_02]: We got a whole training montage.
[SPEAKER_02]: You know how I love training montage.
[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't say no.
[SPEAKER_02]: And they both got great frames.
[SPEAKER_02]: They could both stand up at least fifteen pound of muscle.
[SPEAKER_02]: Lean muscle on.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, so, so yesterday nobody, nobody from out of town came.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hamish Bello.
[SPEAKER_02]: Do you trust this guy?
[SPEAKER_02]: God, I hope not.
[SPEAKER_02]: I hope I don't have to trust Hamish.
[SPEAKER_02]: Bellow that guy sucks.
[SPEAKER_02]: Let me tell you something right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: He looks like he's male.
[SPEAKER_03]: They know where you are.
[SPEAKER_03]: They absolutely know where they are.
[SPEAKER_03]: They know you're implicated.
[SPEAKER_03]: I would bet you dollars to donuts.
[SPEAKER_03]: He's already sold you out.
[SPEAKER_02]: You even a cock extender from George Washington.
[SPEAKER_02]: He doesn't give a fucking job.
[SPEAKER_05]: He was kissing it.
[SPEAKER_05]: He doesn't.
[SPEAKER_05]: He was kissing it.
[SPEAKER_05]: He doesn't.
[SPEAKER_05]: He was kissing it.
[SPEAKER_05]: He doesn't.
[SPEAKER_05]: He's the fucking money.
[SPEAKER_05]: These guys can spire around.
[SPEAKER_03]: They will erase blackboard from the face of the earth.
[SPEAKER_03]: Every old woman, man, child, gone, dead, forgotten about.
[SPEAKER_03]: You have to get out of town.
[SPEAKER_03]: You have to get out of town.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, you have to go with Eve.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're fucking leave friends.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can't take the roads.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can't take the roads.
[SPEAKER_03]: They're gonna be watching the roads.
[SPEAKER_03]: Nobody could be watching right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is a delicate situation.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_02]: This is not going how I thought it would go.
[SPEAKER_02]: I was really hoping you would say blow the horn again.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's actually gonna summon you.
[SPEAKER_02]: You did blow the horn.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we went up and I was the mushroom man.
[SPEAKER_02]: Please do not blow that horn again.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'll show smoke weed out of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: It should I not do that again.
[SPEAKER_05]: She's like bright red.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh God.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh God.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how to break these to those kids.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have an idea, but it's really dangerous.
[SPEAKER_03]: You crazy son of a bitch.
[SPEAKER_03]: She kisses you.
[SPEAKER_05]: I love you, Dorinda, I am sorry.
[SPEAKER_03]: I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I [SPEAKER_02]: Defined visible hand print on his face and a very defined visible bone room is jeans Well at least it's in my jeans not like yours, which is just out Damn it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Why do you even have a hole in your pants right there?
[SPEAKER_10]: Because you worked me so hard this morning [SPEAKER_10]: That's true.
[SPEAKER_10]: I haven't moved my thighs like that since.
[SPEAKER_10]: All right.
[SPEAKER_10]: Two thousand nine.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a way out of town.
[SPEAKER_03]: No one else knows about it.
[SPEAKER_03]: No one else knows about it.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's going, it will take you to the deport where you can disappear.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God.
[SPEAKER_03]: And they cannot get to you.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're supposed to disappear forever.
[SPEAKER_02]: How are we going to solve this problem?
[SPEAKER_02]: What about the book?
[SPEAKER_02]: What about the scrapyard?
[SPEAKER_02]: They know where I'm coming from.
[SPEAKER_02]: What about my family?
[SPEAKER_03]: at least temporarily, at least temporarily because if you were triaging, okay?
[SPEAKER_03]: Right now, a couple days, they come down, we're all dead.
[SPEAKER_03]: Everyone in the town dead, scrapyard burned down, gone.
[SPEAKER_03]: No one will even know what can happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: Anything can happen in the warp.
[SPEAKER_03]: They've given up, you understand.
[SPEAKER_03]: I understand, I understand.
[SPEAKER_03]: And just but for now, I can send you, I can send you messengers.
[SPEAKER_03]: I can find you.
[SPEAKER_03]: I can put the word out, but for now, the black book, [SPEAKER_02]: but definitely want that.
[SPEAKER_03]: And that's definitely important.
[SPEAKER_02]: What special about it?
[SPEAKER_02]: Why couldn't they just write down the addresses or make photo copies?
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, but I do know that that book seems to have addresses that will lead you to artifacts that are very important to these people.
[SPEAKER_03]: And that vision you described having of the gutters, the gutter of the horrible vision of people falling into the ocean.
[SPEAKER_03]: I would trust it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, these strange things I don't know how much otter told you, but I am a studyer of fesoteric.
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if it's lying to you or telling the truth, but [SPEAKER_03]: But if that book is involved, it may be worth it, it may be worth getting to the end of it.
[SPEAKER_08]: But what do you know about, um, sorry, but, um, but you just seem to know like a penguin right now.
[SPEAKER_08]: What do you know about, um, hearing, uh, spirits?
[SPEAKER_03]: Violet, what's that?
[SPEAKER_08]: You can present themselves in many ways.
[SPEAKER_03]: In many, in many, in many, in many, in many ways.
[SPEAKER_03]: Just curious.
[SPEAKER_03]: I cannot prescribe or tell you exactly every single what it means when a spirit speaks to you or if a spirit speaks to you or the manners in which a spirit can speak to you but I know that these things do happen and certainly I've been happening more since the cascades eyes bolts but I would say I would say and during the leans in closely someone called madness but I would say if you are hearing voices you may have [SPEAKER_03]: For not whatever I don't know could be anything could be anything I don't know this key's hot [SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
[SPEAKER_08]: Cool.
[SPEAKER_08]: Maybe I'll make some art about it.
[SPEAKER_08]: Like I've been thinking about.
[SPEAKER_08]: Thanks.
[SPEAKER_08]: Excellent idea.
[SPEAKER_08]: And now I'm pointing at you.
[SPEAKER_08]: Have your handrails.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_11]: Crunch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Scratch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Scrunch is cute.
[SPEAKER_11]: Scratch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, scrunch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_11]: We had a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scrunch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you did have a friend named Scr [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_02]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_11]: So peaceful.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_11]: I know you have a lot to deal with but this is one thing I didn't mention.
[SPEAKER_11]: You said that any time we get like a vision like we saw on the boat me and Violet and Body.
[SPEAKER_11]: I forgot what you said, but you basically said it was important, okay?
[SPEAKER_11]: And one thing that I've kind of emitted from my story is that like many years ago back in like, two thousand eight.
[SPEAKER_11]: I had, I had a vision way back then.
[SPEAKER_11]: I went into this, like a mausoleum and a beam of light hit my head and I had another vision and it was also of kind of similar scale [SPEAKER_11]: and scratch describes the moment of the vision.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're stepping in and you have your flashlight out and you're surveying.
[SPEAKER_03]: This room is much larger than you could have expected with six curving white pillars holding the ceiling up.
[SPEAKER_11]: I think we should probably get out of here.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you guys are turning around, walking quickly.
[SPEAKER_03]: Scratch is kind of leading the way.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then, for a moment, it's just like shooting out from the ceiling.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like a thin, white slice of moonlight or something.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like it beams into Scratch's head for a moment.
[SPEAKER_03]: Scratch, you have the feeling as though you've been struck by heat.
[SPEAKER_03]: You look up.
[SPEAKER_03]: And you don't see the pyramid ceiling.
[SPEAKER_03]: You don't see the shadows of the cave.
[SPEAKER_03]: You don't see your comrades.
[SPEAKER_03]: Sealing is gone, the walls melted away, your companions are gone, your body is gone, and surrounding your nothingness is an explosive, blue sky filled with violently twisting molten clouds, and you are shooting headlong into the center of the sky.
[SPEAKER_03]: The clouds above you are squirming and warming away, and you can see stretching high, high, high above your head, something you do not understand.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to do my best to describe in words what you see and the feeling that it gives you, but from here on out, however, you choose to describe this moment, that will be accurate.
[SPEAKER_03]: geometric arches the color of musculature of such intense and perverse detail rise all around you they cling and hold off something terrible in size that you cannot yet see and as you look upon them it's like the insides of your head it's like itching the insides it's like everything from your skull to your brain to your spine it's just rearranging inside of you and now you're flying up above the arches [SPEAKER_03]: into a central inverted triangle itself stretching hundreds of miles above and around you in this sky.
[SPEAKER_03]: And itself, this something is even with a torturous legature of a tragic precision.
[SPEAKER_03]: And as you fly into the center into these, what these nauseated limbs hold along your gaze is pulled above you.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a ragged open opening.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like a tower opening or that's like a freshly severed neck with veins protruding through it.
[SPEAKER_03]: the marbled skin of this is as white purple corpse colored with a weeping ruby all around this passage above you that you're staring into shutters and speaks into movement and through it the bloody gap it speaks [SPEAKER_11]: And it called me, auger.
[SPEAKER_11]: And I think it might be pied.
[SPEAKER_11]: Well, because since then, I've been getting these emails, and I know we briefly mentioned it in our story as you can imagine, but there seems to be some prophetic elements to them as...
Continue following it.
[SPEAKER_04]: I would ask you to continue following it.
[SPEAKER_04]: I think you should continue following it.
[SPEAKER_11]: This happened before the cascades, is that?
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, this world has been strange since before the cascades.
[SPEAKER_04]: The cascades merely elevated something that already existed.
[SPEAKER_02]: She's so hot.
[SPEAKER_02]: How am I?
[SPEAKER_02]: Durinda.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_02]: Do you want to come with us?
[SPEAKER_03]: No, I can't.
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't.
[SPEAKER_03]: I need to be here and take care of the children.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: Durinda, I've been meaning if I'm swallowing this pill that we're going to basically have to leave sounds like right now.
[SPEAKER_02]: What if we do?
[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm sorry to place this burden on you, but...
I need you to help Amy and Jasper keep the scrapyard up in one piece.
[SPEAKER_02]: I know that it sounds like there's more to lose than just the scrapyard scrapyard, but...
That would be really bad.
[SPEAKER_04]: I can do this.
[SPEAKER_04]: And I will do this, and I would be glad to do this.
[SPEAKER_04]: Very glad to do this.
[SPEAKER_02]: I love you so much during that.
[SPEAKER_02]: God damn it.
[SPEAKER_11]: do you guys want to to should we go because we need to we need to gather some stuff so you guys can hang out for a bit we could go and we'll come gather our stuff in the car come back and pick up you [SPEAKER_11]: A lot of earth.
[SPEAKER_11]: What are you gonna fill the car with?
[SPEAKER_08]: It's a secret.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: You guys can just...
It's a secret.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can just overdo.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can just leave if you want.
[SPEAKER_02]: I ain't go or just wait outside or something.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, go get the stuff.
[SPEAKER_08]: I was talking about the book.
[SPEAKER_05]: Two birth ones don't go get the, and go get the, I need the secret back.
[SPEAKER_05]: Mr.
Timothy wants to read it because he's trying to manifest a better thing going on after the broke his leg.
[SPEAKER_08]: Sorry, three under the bus.
[SPEAKER_09]: Well, we'll be back with the bug.
[SPEAKER_02]: Who bought he smashing together like like a seal on top of another seal soaking wet BAM BAM BAM The glass of the like patreon ceiling is like shaking and the image of the moon is his vibrating honor the honor is a potential fall falling down the pegs of Dorinda as he Rams finally into jackpot [SPEAKER_09]: Don't bunch a bunch of bucks first off this.
[SPEAKER_09]: Oh the library explodes.
[SPEAKER_09]: The windows glow out.
[SPEAKER_03]: And we're rewinding.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's fun.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's fun.
[SPEAKER_03]: And we're going.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, why see one more thing?
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we know we're back in there.
[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's wrong.
[SPEAKER_05]: We're talking away.
[SPEAKER_05]: We're talking away.

[SPEAKER_11]: He's still in the sky.
[SPEAKER_11]: He's still again.
[SPEAKER_11]: Got separated from us in the sky.
[SPEAKER_13]: I thought he was up with you guys in the sky when we first went over to you guys.
[SPEAKER_13]: He was, but he's had a distance.
[SPEAKER_13]: He wasn't near the microphone.
[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, no.
[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, God.
[SPEAKER_13]: I see him.
[SPEAKER_13]: He's leaving the stratosphere.
[SPEAKER_13]: He's breaking through the space.
[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, Ganon.
[SPEAKER_13]: Bye!
[SPEAKER_13]: Bye!
[UNKNOWN]: Bye!
[SPEAKER_03]: Boom, okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: What are you guys doing?
[SPEAKER_03]: What are you guys doing?
[SPEAKER_03]: Did you give me a little montage of what you're doing back at the crap yard?
[SPEAKER_03]: Are we are we loading the camper up?
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I think that's that's a great point.
[SPEAKER_11]: I think we've not only loaded the camper up, we've emptied the camper out because I got like I said lots of door dash bags.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah.
[SPEAKER_11]: So box is lots of trash.
[SPEAKER_11]: And then this right where I left it.
[SPEAKER_11]: And we emptied it out.
[SPEAKER_11]: And I think we also apart from gathering our own things, which were minimal.
[SPEAKER_11]: We scrounge around bodies thing to see if there's anything we should bring if there's like anything relevant.
[SPEAKER_11]: Maybe you've got that spear.
[SPEAKER_11]: We grab Freddie Fishman.
[SPEAKER_11]: We bring a blanket.
[SPEAKER_11]: We bring a blanket.
[SPEAKER_11]: We get sensible provisions on our multiple bug out bags.
[SPEAKER_11]: He's got multiple bug out bags.
[SPEAKER_08]: We bring in some bug out bags.
[SPEAKER_02]: Everyone's got bug out bags in black fork because of all of the scary things that we'll make you.
[SPEAKER_08]: And as you can imagine, violet has always, has booger packed and ready with all the things that you might need.
[SPEAKER_08]: So really it's just about packing the extra into the camper and then they hitch the camper to the back of booger and it's a very easy process.
[SPEAKER_08]: I will explain it for you now.
[SPEAKER_08]: No, I won't.
[SPEAKER_08]: They hit you.
[SPEAKER_08]: And it's attached.
[SPEAKER_08]: And five turns to scratch and grabs him by the shoulders and looks him in the eye and says, what if they bugged the car?
[SPEAKER_08]: What if they bugged the car?
[SPEAKER_08]: I've checked the car.
[SPEAKER_08]: I've looked at the car up and down.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't think there's a bug on it, but what if there's a bug on it scratch?
[SPEAKER_11]: We can do a quick search.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm trying to think if there's like other than just looking if there's like a way we could.
[SPEAKER_11]: Now, I think I got to be be honest and not say that.
[SPEAKER_11]: Lou, like I go inside and I sense it with my extra vision.
[SPEAKER_11]: I grab like, you know, some sort of electrical tool or whatever.
[SPEAKER_11]: No, I think we're just we're underneath with flashlights both in the car and outside of the car.
[SPEAKER_11]: And I think at one point, I do while I'm reaching around, looking for a bug, accidentally activate the Gatling gun.
[SPEAKER_11]: It comes out the hood, big loud thing wakes up everybody in the house.
[SPEAKER_11]: Come over.
[SPEAKER_11]: It goes back down.
[SPEAKER_13]: Sorry.
[SPEAKER_08]: Do we find a bug?
[SPEAKER_03]: Give me a, give me a spot hidden roll to spot hidden rolls.
[SPEAKER_11]: I failed.
[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, I got a fifty six and I just have to let me.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yes, you succeed.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's a normal success.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, you feel confident.
[SPEAKER_03]: There are no bugs on the car and you're especially confident because it's not going to get ink out in the smart screens and you got no goobly doodleies.
[SPEAKER_11]: Right.
[SPEAKER_11]: It doesn't have any computer components.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's looking good and it's feeling good.
[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're driving back through.
[SPEAKER_03]: through the woods, through the south, and region of Blackfork, into town.
[SPEAKER_03]: As you're driving the town, you hear all like a motorcycle in the distance.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just like the hell is riding around the motorcycle this time of night.
[SPEAKER_03]: But maybe you're just a little paranoid or whatever.
[SPEAKER_03]: The birds, owls, hooting, whatever.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can pull up the library and derinders out there in front with auto.
[SPEAKER_03]: In her hand, she's got a brown box.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's wrapped in twine with a red bow on top and she hands it to honor.
[SPEAKER_12]: And she says, uh, just, please wait till you are far away and safe to open this.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_12]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_02]: So now let me tell you where you should go.
[SPEAKER_02]: Why don't you tell me this and he gives her one long kiss.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, we give him all this time.
[SPEAKER_01]: They're still kissing.
[SPEAKER_11]: They just pulled up, huh?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, they did.
[SPEAKER_11]: The headlights are on them as they're like making out.
[SPEAKER_02]: They just pull them.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, full.
[SPEAKER_02]: The headlights are not as bright as Darinda's glow.
[SPEAKER_02]: So fuck off with that talk.
[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't tell that the headlights were there because I'm a deer in Darinda's headlights.
[SPEAKER_08]: They walk up and they just roll down the window and hold the book out.
[SPEAKER_03]: She comes up to the car.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're all gathered around the car now.
[SPEAKER_03]: She says, [SPEAKER_11]: has uttered told you about the combs.
[SPEAKER_02]: The catacombs.
[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, they were mentioned off-hand, but no, I don't think.
[SPEAKER_02]: No, I didn't give them the full, you know, backstory on that.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's an underground mall established in the early on.
[SPEAKER_03]: I believe it was two thousand and seven.
[SPEAKER_03]: Listen, these combs.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a part deep within the combs.
[SPEAKER_03]: They call it the old combs because so much of it collapsed during the cascades.
[SPEAKER_03]: When the earth quakes happened, it collapsed.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a whole region of the combs that people, unless you're very smaller or you're like my little friends here, that fat cat came out and she's petting.
[SPEAKER_03]: He has no name.
[SPEAKER_03]: I have it on good authority and she looks at the cat.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's something no human in this town knows about.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's an entrance, the back of that mall into the old combs.
[SPEAKER_03]: This mall, her eyes are widening.
[SPEAKER_03]: This mall expands far greater than when it was built.
[SPEAKER_03]: It extends for miles out.
[SPEAKER_03]: And if you go into the old combs and there's a tunnel, there's a tunnel that's open now that you can enter.
[SPEAKER_03]: If you go into the old combs, if you make it to the end, [SPEAKER_04]: You will be in the deep warp and you will be far from here.
[SPEAKER_04]: We can go in our car.
[SPEAKER_04]: It is a large hole.
[SPEAKER_04]: Your vehicles will make it through.
[SPEAKER_03]: Just have to make it through.
[SPEAKER_04]: We're saving dock, but it's st I warn you.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's very strange in there.
[SPEAKER_03]: So prepare your minds and hearts because what you will see may change you.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's dangerous.
[SPEAKER_04]: You've got grit.
[SPEAKER_04]: but you're gonna need a lot more of it.
[SPEAKER_02]: Jesus.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter is loving Dorinda's presentation.
[SPEAKER_02]: And while this is a scary moment, you gotta just respect a real talker.
[SPEAKER_02]: She can flap those gums and she just sounds so cool.
[SPEAKER_02]: She would have made a great head coach one day.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter thinks, ah, God, I love ya.
[SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna be just fine because you are gonna be waiting here in Blackfork when this all blows over and we will come marching back into your beautiful library.
[SPEAKER_08]: I thought you were gonna say eyebrows.
[SPEAKER_08]: You're beautiful eyebrows.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we'll be marching into her beautiful eyebrows.
[SPEAKER_02]: You don't know that's why we thought it was weird for you to say.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've got grit.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think is what you were saying.
[SPEAKER_08]: Sorry.
[SPEAKER_08]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've got grit.
[SPEAKER_04]: It's dangerous.
[SPEAKER_04]: Give me one last kiss you hunk of a man.
[SPEAKER_02]: Me or oh I didn't know what I can I thought it was weird I down to the receiving duct to the combs mall and you will find great and terrible things she see starts walking back and other starts walking towards her and hands her a envelope and it has Amy's name on it and he says [SPEAKER_02]: Give that to Amy tomorrow and tell her I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_03]: She sniffs deep and wipes away it here.
[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't see that.
[SPEAKER_03]: I won't say goodbye.
[SPEAKER_03]: She turns around and she closes the library door behind her.
[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, she got a woman.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, there's a little line behind her.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's a slot.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's a slot.
[SPEAKER_02]: But it is locked.
[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
[SPEAKER_08]: Lock the keys.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to set it here.
[SPEAKER_08]: Let's go.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otters standing up on those steps.
[SPEAKER_02]: And he's just trying to hold on to the smell that was underneath the perfume that's still lingering.
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry, buddy.
[SPEAKER_02]: We can smell it, too.
[SPEAKER_11]: It's there.
[SPEAKER_11]: Trust me.
[SPEAKER_02]: Come on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't talk about her that way.
[SPEAKER_02]: I can't stop narrating everything out loud.
[SPEAKER_02]: Don't take advantage of that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Get a little side comments into my own monologue.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's a monologue.
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's walking confidently.
[SPEAKER_02]: Every time I take these steps, I let him look at my feet because there's people who live underneath here.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry, but if they heard the pod, they would know it's worth it.
[SPEAKER_02]: We should give them a Patreon membership for free.
[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good idea.
[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_08]: They hate us.
[SPEAKER_02]: They hate us.
[SPEAKER_08]: They hate us.
[SPEAKER_03]: They love us and they like us.
[SPEAKER_11]: Future case you hear?
[SPEAKER_11]: They moved out literally one month after this recording.
[SPEAKER_11]: Guincidence?
[SPEAKER_11]: You bid the judge.
[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, it's still nighttime.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, it's probably like two or three in the morning now.
[SPEAKER_02]: I, uh, otter just has so many tools and items.
[SPEAKER_02]: You guys got Freddy Fishman.
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm here.
[SPEAKER_03]: He says from the backseat.
[SPEAKER_11]: We couldn't fit the mannequin though, so it's classic.
[SPEAKER_11]: Classic Freddy.
[SPEAKER_00]: You know, I don't think I was in the picture or implicated at all, so you could, you know, [SPEAKER_11]: I'm not gonna fall for it man.
[SPEAKER_13]: Don't talk to Freddy that way.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_11]: I'm sorry.
[SPEAKER_11]: I didn't do that.
[SPEAKER_11]: I made my bones being a very chill guy.
[SPEAKER_11]: I wouldn't put you in a pain prison too.
[SPEAKER_11]: I don't even have the power to put you in pain prison.
[SPEAKER_11]: Exactly what a gen would say.
[SPEAKER_02]: And don't talk that way, Freddy.
[SPEAKER_02]: You could put someone in the pain prison if you wanted to.
[SPEAKER_02]: I thought we were working on this.
[SPEAKER_02]: You don't want to die.
[SPEAKER_08]: You're going to have a life of adventure.
[SPEAKER_08]: Aren't you ready?
[SPEAKER_00]: Well, seems like I don't have a choice.
[SPEAKER_02]: We should give Freddy a choice.
[SPEAKER_02]: Freddy, if you really want to die.
[SPEAKER_00]: What?
[SPEAKER_08]: No, you can't kill him.
[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't just gonna say, we won't kill you.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, but, but.
[SPEAKER_02]: But you can choose.
[SPEAKER_02]: You can choose to come on this adventure, or we can just toss you into the ocean.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, don't toss him into the ocean.
[SPEAKER_08]: He said that would be bad.
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I guess count me in.
[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, there are much better being killed alongside you guys than being, I don't know, stone falls to the bottom of the ocean.
[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, it's arms.
[SPEAKER_00]: I think my arms are ready to die.
[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I think he odds of all of you, three dying.
[SPEAKER_00]: I've got to be straight and not looking very good.
[SPEAKER_07]: We are not gonna die.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, that's right.
[SPEAKER_07]: Violet.
[SPEAKER_07]: I like your max.
[SPEAKER_07]: I beat the odds.
[SPEAKER_08]: I beat the odds more times than you have.
[SPEAKER_08]: Mm.
[SPEAKER_08]: Scales.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's good.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_03]: This is a voice.
[SPEAKER_00]: What was that?
[SPEAKER_02]: No, that was clearly not Freddy.
[SPEAKER_02]: I can tell when he's talking and when he's not.
[SPEAKER_02]: So who was that, otter?
[SPEAKER_02]: Does otter recognize that sort of sound?
[SPEAKER_03]: Don't recognize anyone.
[SPEAKER_03]: Let's have a yipping yihaw like that.
[SPEAKER_02]: Let's go.
[SPEAKER_02]: otter is a kind of bad feeling and it's easy to say that we all have bad feelings because of the circumstances can we just loop back one more time can I get one last look at the crap yard yeah we won't maybe we can just like the driveway at least or something and we just alright yep it's the feeling that you've left your gas on I get it I get it you start driving back to the crap yard you hear that motor sound [SPEAKER_08]: I don't know, I think we're being followed.
[SPEAKER_03]: Look behind you and there's like a black motor cycle.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's very dark.
[SPEAKER_03]: The lights, he's riding with the lights off.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's following us?
[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, but it's a few blocks behind you.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's that roll.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's far away.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hmm.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, then let's not go to the crap yard.
[SPEAKER_02]: If this scary motorcycle is potentially tailing us, otter says in character.
[SPEAKER_11]: Uh-huh.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because we haven't made it all the way there yet.
[SPEAKER_02]: Ever seen it?
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you just sort of started moving that direction.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Violet, actually.
[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to pull over.
[SPEAKER_11]: Do you want to turn around?
[SPEAKER_08]: Basin?
[SPEAKER_11]: Scratch opens the glove compartment where that button he accidentally pressed is earlier and he looks at you, he's in the passenger seat, expectantly.
[SPEAKER_08]: And Violet Race is an eyebrow and sort of tips their head as if to save.
[SPEAKER_11]: Go for it.
[SPEAKER_11]: And so Scratch presses the button and Violet I'm guessing turns it around makes it you and is now facing the other direction in the center of the street.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: And Otter is hoping that this is not someone that he knows who is just being merciful.
[SPEAKER_02]: Because he knows all of the people in this town.
[SPEAKER_03]: Motorcycle comes a little closer.
[SPEAKER_03]: The motorcycle comes up a little bit closer into the lights and stops, sort of like, and stops a curious guy.
[SPEAKER_03]: Stop the curious guy.
[SPEAKER_02]: A curious and gutter confirmed.
[SPEAKER_03]: This guy, you're seeing a figure in the lights.
[SPEAKER_03]: He's on a motorcycle.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a sleek black motorcycle.
[SPEAKER_03]: This dude is clad in black.
[SPEAKER_03]: Big black cowboy hat leather jacket leather pants.
[SPEAKER_03]: reptilian very strange reptilian boots with long pointy toes and he's looking at you three-eight or sunglasses that reflects the car back at you.
[SPEAKER_03]: He smiles a smile that's so big.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's almost like the smile reaches off his face.
[SPEAKER_03]: He smiles, and he points a finger gun at you guys, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and goes, and [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I got a hot head.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my hips.
[SPEAKER_03]: So here we are in this street.
[SPEAKER_03]: Big trees around us.
[SPEAKER_03]: Victorians all around.
[SPEAKER_03]: This guy smiles at you laughing starts peeling away.
[SPEAKER_03]: Violet hits the button.
[SPEAKER_08]: Where do you hit the button?
[SPEAKER_08]: Where does the button look like?
[SPEAKER_08]: The button to shoot them is right underneath the steering wheel.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's a little trigger.
[SPEAKER_08]: The ring goes all the way.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's actually a trigger.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Violet is gritting her teeth and pulls the trigger the whole car shapes.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a huge spray.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're just dumping ammo at this guy.
[SPEAKER_11]: It's just like raining down on the top.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's most rising smoke rise.
[SPEAKER_02]: Light's turning on in town.
[SPEAKER_03]: People are actually, maybe not the most crazy thing you hear in a warp down button.
[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, lights are turning on.
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe some people are sticking their heads off when this...
[SPEAKER_03]: All the little casings have fallen, and there's just smoke in front of Bouger.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's just smoke.
[SPEAKER_03]: And as the smoke clears, you see, the motorcycle's gone, but his black cowboy hat is sitting in the middle of the street.
[SPEAKER_03]: Bullet bulls, and there's something shiny next to it.
[SPEAKER_08]: Something shiny next to that hat.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet, I imagine is walking over to it.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet has taken out their gun and is walking over to it.
[SPEAKER_08]: There's all the people sticking their heads at the window.
[SPEAKER_09]: What is that door?
[SPEAKER_09]: Nothing to see here.
[SPEAKER_02]: Understand the car trying not to be recognized.
[SPEAKER_02]: Right, right.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's just like, oh Jesus Christ.
[SPEAKER_02]: You wanna shine a guy?
[SPEAKER_03]: You walk over, you see this hat just smoking with bullet holes through it.
[SPEAKER_03]: And this, you look down at the shiny thing.
[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like a badge.
[SPEAKER_03]: Black seven pointed star.
[SPEAKER_11]: And that's Casey because Scratch hasn't seen this yet.
[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, where'd you see that?
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, can we scream to haze ourselves?
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, that's Mike, that's not out of her.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, Lenny is going.
[SPEAKER_08]: That was too harsh of a breathing.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet picks it up with just two fingers and holds it up.
[SPEAKER_08]: I don't even want to touch with my bare hand.
[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, Violet does not touch it with their bare hands.
[SPEAKER_11]: You've got your driving gloves on.
[SPEAKER_08]: Of course, I've got my driving gloves on.
[SPEAKER_08]: They have fingers.
[SPEAKER_08]: They're not fingerless driving gloves.
[SPEAKER_08]: They're pretty good.
[SPEAKER_08]: Uh, so Violet has it somehow, a glove on, or a little piece of fabric, and picks up the thing and holds it up and shows it to the car.
[SPEAKER_11]: And then in character, all three of us scream.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet rushes back towards the car with it.
[SPEAKER_08]: Otter pulls out from one of the bug out bags of Pokeball toy.
[SPEAKER_08]: And as Violet gets back in the car, she drops it in there right away.
[SPEAKER_08]: And he closes it.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, we got to get the hell out of here.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think we just made a real blast public commotion.
[SPEAKER_02]: So hopefully this helps get the smoke off of black fork.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: He says while they're smoke everywhere.
[SPEAKER_03]: Whoo.
[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_03]: We've jumped ahead.
[SPEAKER_03]: Boger is pulling up.
[SPEAKER_03]: between a burn down Burger King and a crumbling apartment complex.
[SPEAKER_03]: We see a receiving dock that it's it's it's accepted.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's not above ground.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's is underground.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's a it's like a ramp that just goes down underground.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's big enough that a big old truck with all the wonderful treats you might like it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'm all could go down, but Burger is just rumb rumb rumb rumb driving on down.
[SPEAKER_03]: you drive underground you see this old the lights of bugger shine over this old dusty concrete receiving dock pretty big but it's like you know totally abandoned broken glass burned out vehicles trash everywhere you see cats scattering [SPEAKER_03]: But you see that there's a sort of path that like slopes down at tunnel big enough for your car.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like if a security or a car needs to drive into the mall or something So you're now driving through this tunnel as we're doing this to otter as being like they built this initially in World War II this used to be a bomb shelter But it got repurposed to a shopping mall in the two thousands when I was a kid we used to go down here and you know Do spooky things [SPEAKER_11]: Scratch is interested in listening, but he's also like checking the mirrors, like constantly behind them.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet is smoking a cigarette.
[SPEAKER_03]: The air is smelling more and more like cat-year.
[SPEAKER_03]: As you're driving down this tunnel, the lights, it's very dark, but you get to the end of the tunnel and it's just...
[SPEAKER_03]: you massive underground mall like like it's two stories like there's the story the ground floor that you're on in the second floor there's like these these these these like plastic shandleers hanging up high that's sort of emitting this this dim light shining down on everything sick orange light over a sprawling concrete to store mall [SPEAKER_03]: In severe disrepair, you can see as you're driving down the middle of this mall, you can see on around the edges and in the abandoned stores, you can see lots of signs of humanity, a lot of sleeping bags, cardboard boxes, piles of clothes.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can see there's a few people watching you here and there.
[SPEAKER_03]: They're a little curious while you're here, but they aren't hostile or anything.
[SPEAKER_03]: They're just sort of curious, keeping away.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like living in the mall isn't I think it's like if maybe if you're new to town you're probably down here, but you know, maybe some some rougher characters might also I don't know there's no judgment for modern about anyone living in the mall and everyone in the malls welcome to come to dinner at the crappier absolutely he's familiar with some of these guys [SPEAKER_02]: and he's giving nods, he's giving him winks, you just getting thumbs-ups and okay signs from these guys.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, that's our buddy.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's cats everywhere grooming, sleeping, walking up and down escalators, watching eyes, watching you from the darkness.
[SPEAKER_03]: You drive on deeper into the mall.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, it's not a straightforward mall.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's like sloping all around, driving around fountains.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's not a trailer too.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the other big old trailer behind you go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, like all ambience.
[SPEAKER_03]: Really, you're cool.
[SPEAKER_03]: Just a little molly ambience.
[SPEAKER_11]: And as an editor, I love that.
[SPEAKER_03]: I love you so much.
[SPEAKER_03]: A little, a, a, a, a, you, your classic molly ambience as you're driving in and out through here.
[SPEAKER_11]: If scratch weren't so scared and on edge by the situation, I mean, this is cool.
[SPEAKER_11]: This is cool.
[SPEAKER_11]: Shit that you don't see getting to drive a car through a fucking mall.
[SPEAKER_02]: You wouldn't be saying that if you could smell it, though.
[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like it probably smells [SPEAKER_03]: A little human wastey, a little cat pee.
[SPEAKER_02]: We've got Max AC on.
[SPEAKER_02]: Max AC is our favorite musician.
[SPEAKER_03]: So you're going deeper and deeper in the cat comes further.
[SPEAKER_03]: You go to the less people you see.
[SPEAKER_03]: Even the cats are like more on it.
[SPEAKER_03]: Instead, just sort of classively watching you, they bolt out of your bolt out of the lights, making themselves scarce.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can see the effects of the earthquakes now.
[SPEAKER_03]: Many of these stores, first we go in, are like, caved in and crushed under the weight of the, of the, the very, the birth, shaking.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's damn brains out those ten years ago.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can even see there's an entire section of the second floor that came crashing down and it's like twisting and then concrete agony like a beach to Leviathan.
[SPEAKER_03]: But still, there's enough room for you and your camper to keep on trucking.
[SPEAKER_03]: So after twenty or so minutes driving deeper and deeper, this music playing really being the only thing carrying you along, you see dead ahead.
[SPEAKER_03]: Mary worked like the entire mall just like caved into itself like a big [SPEAKER_03]: just just the whole mall just came like smash down into like just concrete rubble you can see like ceiling as well can we see the sky yeah yeah we can't see the sky because you're still it's still very deep underground but you see like you can see like earth from above and and all but it's just like dead ahead is just just wreckage and rubble and wreckage and rubble [SPEAKER_03]: Order maybe you've even been down here before and are familiar with like this, you know, if you're a kid, like kids would use to like sneak some kids disappeared after, you know, playing around and the old comes so they don't do that so much anymore, but there would be small spaces that you might be able to squeeze through whatever, but you're looking dead ahead and the lights are shining.
[SPEAKER_03]: Dead center of this mashed concrete steel glass, you see a large burrow hole.
[SPEAKER_03]: Large enough to fit a car twice the size of booger.
[SPEAKER_03]: It looks like something just like You know broder ripped its way through the concrete, but it's just this perfect hole right right in the middle [SPEAKER_02]: And what's this hole?
[SPEAKER_02]: Has this hole always been here?
[SPEAKER_02]: No, definitely not.
[SPEAKER_02]: So this is not a hole that Otter is familiar with.
[SPEAKER_03]: Otter you'd be like, you know, maybe you were here years ago or something.
[SPEAKER_03]: I can't imagine you're going deep into the cones that that much, but but that this is this was not here.
[SPEAKER_03]: Lost him son.
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'll be.
[SPEAKER_08]: Violet looks over at scratch and at Otter and then back at the hole.
[SPEAKER_08]: I guess we're going in there.
[SPEAKER_11]: into the hole.
[SPEAKER_08]: Into the hole.
[SPEAKER_08]: And by the way, Darinda is scarier than anything else we've seen so far.
[SPEAKER_08]: Pretty awesome, right?
[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's pretty amazing.
[SPEAKER_08]: She was scarier's hell.
[SPEAKER_08]: I love her.
[SPEAKER_08]: but not like how you love her.
[SPEAKER_08]: No, no, no.
[SPEAKER_11]: I was figuring it into the hole and I was like, hey, no.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay, I was trying to scratch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I just heard that.
[SPEAKER_02]: I deserve that, but to be fair, we, there's a signet ring that's holding part of Scratch's eyeball that came out.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, I'm so sorry.
[SPEAKER_10]: Only part of your eyeball.
[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I didn't need that part of Grooester because the mushrooms.
[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_10]: Sorry.
[SPEAKER_08]: It's gonna regrow, don't worry.
[SPEAKER_08]: Retraction, retraction, retraction.
[SPEAKER_08]: You guys ready?
[SPEAKER_11]: That's rad.
[SPEAKER_02]: We pour more sand into the little fire.
[SPEAKER_02]: All right, little fire inside the cup holder.
[SPEAKER_03]: Booger plunges into the burrow hole.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're driving.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's pitch black now.
[SPEAKER_03]: You can only see this, you know, dull, open concrete.
[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes it's like rough.
[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes it's smooth, but something.
[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe it was a, it's like, your imagination goes.
[SPEAKER_03]: It could have been a claw.
[SPEAKER_03]: It could have, but it could have also been a huge drill, whatever.
[SPEAKER_03]: You're wondering about this for the minutes of silence you're driving.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then you start to see at the end of this tunnel, colors.
[SPEAKER_03]: First they're faint, but then they start growing more brilliant.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then very, very brilliant.
[SPEAKER_03]: Just a cornacopia of greens, oranges, purples, pinks, reds.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then you start to hear coming from the end of the tunnel.
[SPEAKER_03]: W laughter.
[SPEAKER_03]: Strange and animalistic laughter.
[SPEAKER_11]: Does it remind us of the goblins from before?
[SPEAKER_11]: No.
[SPEAKER_11]: Does it remind us of the guy with the sheriff?
[SPEAKER_11]: Different.
[SPEAKER_10]: Well, she's everybody's having a great day, but also apparently there's giggling away.
[SPEAKER_10]: Roll your window up.
[SPEAKER_11]: Sorry, I did bring a window back down, but the piss model will clear about.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter is looking out the back window.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's got a little tiny telescope.
[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, where do you get that telescope?
[SPEAKER_02]: Well, bug out bag.
[SPEAKER_02]: Bug out bag.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_02]: The bug out bag is going to be doing so much heavy lifting's in.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
[SPEAKER_02]: Bug out bag.
[SPEAKER_02]: He's looking out the island.
[SPEAKER_02]: The telescope and he puts on a little filter.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's like from the early, early, nineteen hundreds.
[SPEAKER_02]: There's like a little lens that zooms in even more.
[SPEAKER_02]: Can I see anything in the darkness?
[SPEAKER_03]: What you see is a thriving, vibrant, colorful, small, exploding, with life.
[SPEAKER_01]: I work out!
[SPEAKER_10]: Or like, uh, uh, like, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, like, uh, uh, like, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh [SPEAKER_11]: I learned it from watching you.
[SPEAKER_08]: There you go.
[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't teach you a thing or two and hey, he did.
[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, dude.
[SPEAKER_11]: He knows more about otter box about getting an otter box.
[SPEAKER_10]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_10]: You guys.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you're pushing in the face again.
[SPEAKER_02]: Otter's got the coaches punch.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, I just am realizing that the coach from the prequel of Coach Mack said talking about him people.
[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, otter is no retraction.
