Now, let's relax, find our center, and dive right in.

As you gently close your outer eyes, allow yourself to settle fully in this moment, becoming aware of the seat that holds you, becoming aware of the breath that enlivens you, Perhaps noticing tingling in your fingers or bring your attention to your feet and feel them firmly on the ground.

Make a connection to this moment and to your physical body as it occupies this moment.

Grounded in this moment, take whatever kind of breath feels most rejuvenating to you.

As you breathe in and as you let go.

Effortless easy breath.

And as you bring your attention once again to your feet, imagine that in their connection to Mother Earth, they are a point at which all stress, all dis ease, all dysregulation can leave you flowing down your body and out your feet, being dissolved and reintegrated and reimagined by Mother Earth, transformed into something else, nutrients to supply positive energy to our planet.

But those worries and concerns and dysregulation don't belong in your body any longer, and so with every exhale, you allow it to travel out down your feet, letting it go, and you fill that space with deep inner peace.

And now imagine, no matter how relaxed you feel, no matter the degree of calm that is resting in your mind and your body, That a loving presence that embodies even greater peace and even greater groundedness puts their hand on your arm gently, and suddenly you are even calmer.

You didn't know it was possible, but in this great and magnificent energetic world that we live in, we are shifted by the presence of one who embodies peace.

And you don't need to know who this individual is.

If someone comes to mind, that's beautiful.

If not, you could imagine it as an ascended master or an angel and guide, but this illuminated being of peace and calm has just offered greater ease to you by their very presence, and so you allow it to cleanse your field even more.

You are transported into a place of deep inner stillness, deep ease, and deep peace as you rest in the silence.

And as you begin to bring yourself back into this time and space, you now get to be that presence of peace as you enter into your day, as you move about life, as you interact with others.

You are a calming presence, anchoring that calm and that peace into your physical body by becoming aware once again of your feet, feeling yourself grounded and strong and centered.

You gently, effortlessly open your eyes.
