Jeff has been a therapist for 20 years but recently found himself becoming an influencer with millions of followers on TikTok and Instagram. He is also the author of the book Big Dating Energy and the host of the podcast Problem Solved.

Jeff and Patrick talk about growing up in Southern California, getting his heartbroken and moving to Portland, how he got started on TikTok, and what favorite song he learned from a hated college roommate.
