Today Patrick sits down with journalist Melissa Locker to build the playlist of her life.
Melissa is a writer, editor, and podcaster whose work has appeared in Time, Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, The Guardian, and many more publications on a wide variety of topics. But I wanted to have her on because she has just written a fascinating book about the history of Oasis fans. It’s called And After All: A Fan History of Oasis and it tells the story not of the band, but of the people who love them.
We talk about growing up in Portland, Oregon in a religious household, her podcast that got stolen by Amazon, where she wrote her Oasis book, and much much more.
Listen to Melissa’s playlist on Spotify, Apple Music, or Tidal.
