E16: Organizational Culture: Group Intelligence

Aug 11, 2023
14 mins

Episode Description

Organizational culture is effectively group intelligence at some stage of domestication. To unlock its full potential, we will look at forms of group intelligence—namely collective, collaborative and incidental intelligence—as the insights we find enable us to design the metamorphosis that makes an ultramodern organizational culture self-sustaining.

Recommended light research:

  • collective intelligence
  • collaborative intelligence
  • incidental intelligence (first introduced in The Flourishing Method, which is available at www.moxiefrontier.com)
  • Miep Gies interview at Scholastic
  • center of excellence
  • The Emperor’s New Clothes by Hans Christian Andersen

Season 2, which will begin in January 2024, gathers our richest examples of certainty and bravado to domesticate ambition.
