Season 4 has officially wrapped, and before we take a short breather before Season 5 kicks off, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you, to our guests, and to everyone who's made this season such a blast.

Let's start with some highlights, because honestly, it's been a pretty special one.

This season, 5 Random Questions took home the Best Interview Podcast Award at the 2025 earworthy podcast awards, which still blows my mind to say out loud.

To everyone who's listened, shared the show, or taken a chance on it, thank you.

That recognition doesn't happen without you.

The show is also featured in the local news, which was kind of surreal, but in a good way.

It's one thing to see your show on a podcast app, but it's another to see your face in print, with a headline that doesn't include local man arrested for asking too many weird questions.

So yeah, big milestone moment there.

And, to top it off, this season saw 700 new listeners add 5 random questions to their listening library.

That's 700 new, curious, creative humans who decided to make this show part of their week.

And I can't thank you enough for that.

Another big step this season was the launch of the 5 random questions Patreon.

It's been amazing to see the community start to grow there, with early access, behind-the-scenes bits, the chance to help shape what future seasons look like, and much more.

If you're a patron, thank you for supporting indie creativity and helping this show keep doing what it does best, asking the kind of questions the guests have never faced before.

Of course, none of this happens without the incredible guests who joined me this season.

From creators and storytellers to thinkers and doers, each one brought their own brand of honesty, humour and sometimes absolute chaos to the mic.

It's been one of my favourite lineups yet, and I'm genuinely grateful to every guest who said yes to being asked five completely unpredictable questions.
