On December third, twenty twenty five, at around nine thirty am, deputies in Sebastian County, Arkansas, were called to a home on South First Avenue in Bonanza to do a welfare check on a family.

The original call went into the Sebastian County Sheriff's office, but since the address in the eleven hundred block of First Avenue was within Bonanza city limits, the Bonanza Police Department also showed up to assist.

Bonanza is way out in West Arkansas.

It has a population of a little over six hundred.

It's just a few minutes drive from the Oklahoma border.

A local doctor, doctor Randy Bealis, lived in the home along with his six year old twins, a boy and a girl, and his forty year old wife, Charity Bealis.

Randall Bellis had worked as a local doctor for decades.

Charity described herself on social media as a domestic engineer, and her main focus seemed to be being a mom to her twins.

When law enforcement got there, they were unable to get inside.

They found two domestic workers to let them in, and it didn't take them long to find a horrific scene.

Three bodies, Charity, her little son, and her daughter.

All three of them had been fatally shot.

Who could have come in and annihilated this family right before Christmas?

It didn't take long for police to focus on Charity and Randall's bitter divorce, and then on allegations of past mysterious deaths, child abuse, domestic abuse, and a horrific situation that was unfolding behind closed doors.

Scene charity's, Father, randy has stated in several media interviews That charity was shot, twice once in the, head once in the.

Chest Sebastian county has released some.

Information they have confirmed that the three bodies were found with gunshot, wounds and they stated that the bodies Of charity and her children have all been sent to The Arkansas Crime lab In Little, rock where they will perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of.

Death but it didn't take.

Long for police and the media to focus in On charity And randall's.

Relationship charity And randall had been married for ten.

Years they married On november, one twenty.

Fifteen though what we've discovered is this was actually the second time that they got.

Married the first time was back In may of twenty.

Twelve charity Wasn't randall's first.

Wife she was his, third and, technically because they, remarried also his.

Fourth so what do we know About charity And randal Be alis and their.

Relationship Randal bellis was born On february, eighteenth nineteen sixty.

Nine he's been a family practiced doctor based in The Fort smith area for many, years at least since two thousand and, one and his licensees current and in good standing according to The Arkansas department Of.

Health for many, Years randall was affiliated with The Mercy Rehabilitation hospital and in general he's gotten a lot of praise from colleagues in the, industry at least.

Online people who have worked with him describe him as a charismatic and talented.

Physician Mercy hospital wrote he had truly exceptional expertise in rehabilitation.

Medicine they praised him.

For his, quote commitment to our patient's well being and for guiding their path to rehabilitation end.

Quote randall And charity married for the second time On november, first twenty.

Fifteen that's the marriage that the media and most of the public has been referring.

To their two children were born around four years.

Later they appeared to be a perfect, family but behind the scenes there was chaos and allegations of domestic.

Violence but On february, sixteenth twenty twenty, five something serious.

Happened inside the billis.

Home that, date the date of the fight Between randall And, charity was listed as the date of separation on their divorce.

Papers on that, Day charity And randall got into an.

Argument things got, physical and he was later convicted of domestic violence after attempting to strangle.

Her according to a criminal information sheet that was filed In march of twenty twenty, Five randall was originally charged with aggravated assault on a family, member third degree domestic, battery and endangering the welfare of a.

Minor the documents state That randall choked and caused physical harm To charity on that.

Date On february, sixteenth twenty twenty.

Five In, october while the divorce proceedings were going, on his charges were amended to include only the third degree battery.

Charge he pleaded guilty to that charge On october, ninth twenty twenty.

Five randall moved out In, february and since Then charity had been posting on social, media writing multiple posts about domestic abusers killing their.

Wives, NOW i should say The Sebastian County Sheriff's office has not Named randall or anyone else as a, suspect And randall has made statements through his attorney denying any involvement in the deaths of his wife and.

Children according to his, Attorney randall has been cooperating with.

Police after the alleged.

Attack In, February charity took out a restraining order Against.

Randall she filed for divorce the following.

Month she argued she should have sole custody of the twins due to the nature of the restraining, order but from her social media, post it appears as Though charity absolutely felt that she was still in.

Danger In, August charity posted a comment to a local news story On.

Facebook it read, Quote i'm living this battle right.

NOW i am the victim Yet i've been treated like the, problem while the, criminal a local, doctor is being shielded by the very system that's supposed to protect.

Us my voice as the victim has been shut.

Out this is not just about.

Me this is about a system that protects offenders and rejects.

Victims lives are at, stake including the lives of young.

Children end.

Quote charity And randall's divorce became final one day before she and the children were found.

Dead charity had asked for full custody of the, children but The Sebastian county judge Granted charity.

And randall joint custody of the.

Kids after, Court charity took her son and daughter to A christmas event at her.

Church charity's Son john and her Father, randy have told multiple media sources That randall was abusive for.

Years they have said they suspect he may have been involved In charity in the children's.

Deaths of, course because these Are charity's family, members we have to always remember when we're reading about this, case we are not reading from an unbiased.

Charity john, said quote she contacted everybody that she could get in contact.

With she wrote letters to the, governor, senators and did everything she could to try to get help end.

Charity he had lived With randall And charity for three to four years as a.

Teenager he Described randall as very controlling and very abusive mentally and.

Physically john has Described charity as quote a very loving and kind person that would.

Do anything to help anybody end.

Quote john said, that in addition To charity's young, children the main focus of her life was her, faith which she appeared to have rediscovered in the months since her split With.

Randall it turns out That john had had confrontations over the.

Mom during the time When john was living at home With randall And charity and working after graduating from high, School john alleged That randal And charity slashed his truck tires during an.

Argument there's a viral video currently making the rounds that is being circulated and showed the entire.

Incident in the, Video randal can be seen Slashing john's tires on the truck that was registered In john's name and That john paid for, because As john told the, judge Apparently john didn't return cell phone messages on.

Time As randall plunges a knife into multiple, tires stabbing, Repeatedly charity can be seen holding one of her young children and you can hear her threatening to cut Off john's cell.

Phone john filed for legal emancipation at age, seventeen two months away from his eighteenth, birthday and a judge granted his.

Posted messages on social media implying she believes that both of, Them randal And, charity might have been in on her daughter's.

Randall Apparently randall was super.

Upset he said.

That he thought his, Wife, shauna had committed.

Suicide So freddy said That randall went inside the home while he was still on the, line and Then freddy heard.

Screaming after, that they got, disconnected So freddy called an officer who was a friend of.

His this officer contacted dispatch to try and get an.

Address the officer Called freddie back and finally they figured out the address one two seven Four Dunstan.

Drive the two officers went together Too Dunstan.

Drive they found the garage door open and knocked on the front.

Door randal answered the, door and according to the officer's, accounts he was sobbing and said she killed.

Herself he directed the police to the master.

Bedroom they told him to sit down while they went to check On.

Shauna one of the officers went into the.

Bedroom they Saw seanna lying there on the bed with her head lying on a pillow near the.

Headboards she had a single gunshot wound to the middle of her.

Forehead he noticed a small revolver laying on the right side of her.

Body shauna had been shot once in the.

Forehead there was blood spattered all around the, bedroom on the, door, ceiling above the, bed and on two.

Walls she was covered from the waist down with a sheet and a small red.

Blanket blood was coming from both.

Nostrils both of her arms were bent at the elbows and extended, outward and her hands were clenched into a fist lying across her.

Chest her white iPhone was sitting on the, bed still getting calls and Text she had two photographs on her left.

Side both were framed pictures of her And.

RANDALL A taurus thirty eight caliber revolver was lying on her right.

Shoulder her right thumb was lying across the hand gripped portion of.

Revolver the top of the barrel and hammer were against her, cheek and the hammer was.

Down the officer called for more.

Backup he went back to check On randall in the living.

Room he asked him about the last time he spoke With.

Shauna randal said he thought it was sometime around ten.

Am that's When randal told Police shauna had been depressed for quite some time and that she threatened to kill herself at least once a.

Month so in response to, That randal told the officer he had replaced the bullets in the gun with plastic.

Bullets randal said he And shauna had been arguing the day Before january, fourth so he said he stayed in a motel that night and didn't come back Until thursday, Morning january.

Fifth he said that when he went inside the house and turned on the light While shauna was, sleeping then he said they started, arguing and that's when he claimed he saw the pistol lying on the.

Bed randal said they argued for thirty to forty five minutes before he had to for.

Work randal said he went to, work and then from, work he Called shauna again to check in on.

Her he said when he called, her she threatened to kill herself.

Again randal said he heard her pull the trigger on the gun several.

Times he said after he heard the hollow, Click shauna got upset and said she was going To walmart to buy real.

Bullets randal claimed that he rushed home to check On, shauna but he said she was already in the bedroom and would not let him get close to.

Her he said when he tried to cover distance between himself and the, bed she would tell him not to come any.

Closer randal told the officers they stayed there arguing for around four.

Hours it was a.

Standoff he said that he was trying to quote talk her down end.

Quote randall said eventually he got a bad.

Headache he Thought shawna had calmed, down so he went back to.

Work he said that when he came back hours, later he was on the phone with Freddy zzari when he entered the house and Found.

Shawna then he asked the police if he could have his cell phone so that he could quote call his lawyer to stop divorce papers from being sent in the.

Mail end.

Quote officers said.

No they Told randall he needed to stay off his.

Phone one of the officers noticed there were items that looked out of place in the entrance area and living, room including the officer wrote in his, report an indoor plant knocked over near the, desk and a coffee table that appeared to be out of.

Place another officer noted the house was, cluttered dirty dishes were in the kitchen, sink several liquor bottles were sitting next to the range on the kitchen, cabinet and there was an empty wine bottle and.

Glass sitting on the kitchen.

Table another officer noticed there was a cardboard box in the living room with small pictures put into the, box as if someone was planning to.

Move Officer Randy triplett also noted that.

Quote there were small pieces of material on the floor in the living room and.

Entryway the pieces were approximately two inches long and an eighth inch.

Wide there was also a vacuum cleaner in the middle of a living room end.

Quote near the, body they found a fifty count box of.

Ammunition the box contained forty five live rounds of thirty eight special bullets and five red plastic dummy.

Rounds the second officer said he also spoke To.

Randall he Said randal told him That shauna had been threatening to shoot herself all.

Morning randal admitted he And shauna were having problems in their.

Marriage he said he quote caught her in several lives and had told her she'd better come clean end.

Quote he said he told her to tell him the whole.

Truth or he would file for.

Divorce randal told police that On november, ninth twenty, Eleven shawna had filed a police report with A Choctaw tribal police at a nearby casino for.

Assault she alleged that a man called her and wanted to meet at the, casino and then when they, did the man allegedly assaulted her by running his hand up her.

Dress randall claimed he didn't Believe.

Shauna he thought she was making the story.

Up this prompted him to get a copy of the police.

Report he claimed he was, right the alleged assault did not.

Happen police at the scene noticed there was a copy of that incident report at their, Residence so, Basically randall claimed the reason for their potential divorce was down To.

Shauna he said they argued about her lying and that he suspected she was covering up, something but he did not know.

What in, fact he said that when he came home On thursday, morning he believed she was in bed with another, man but he said he found her.

Alone he said he And shauna both had trust.

Issues according To, Randall shauna accused him of meeting someone when he would get called out to the.

Hospital shauna believed That randal was cheating on.

Her randall told police he started taking pictures with a camera that was timestamped to prove he was at, work but he said That shawna did not want to see them when he would try to show.

Her randal told police that he felt trapped and he did not know what to.

Do all he claimed to want was For shawna to be truthful about her.

Past he claimed that she.

Refused randal told another officer a very similar story with a few additional.

Details he said that on that, morning by the time he got, home he realized That shauna had followed through on her.

Threat she had gone out and purchased real.

Ammunition randal said she was lying in the, bed and this, time he, said she actually had the gun pressed against her forehead when he was trying to talk her down for.

Hours, otherwise the story was pretty.

Similar he.

Said he eventually returned to.

Work after he got to, Work randal said he got two phone calls From, shauna but he said he didn't answer them because he was mad at.

Her he said he decided to go home to check On, shauna but was scared to go.

Inside that's why he said he Had freddy on the.

Phone then he Had freddy call the police for him and waited for them to.

Arrive the second officer noted that when the police were Asking randall for specific, Times randal became somewhat angry and said the times were all on his.

Phone once the second officer Told randall he would have to repeat his story to some more.

Detectives the officer Said randal told him that he wanted to talk to a.

Lawyer he said that what happened quote was cut and dried end, quote and he said he did not want the police putting anything on.

Him detectives Took randall's black.

iPhone they returned it to him a few days.

Later they gave Him shawna's white, iPhone the one that was next to her in the.

Bedroom.

Back on the following, Day january, sixth another officer looked inside the walking closet in the master.

Bedroom they found a black and gray under armour jacket with an unknown reddish stain on the left.

Sleeve the jacket was turned into the crime lab so that it could be tested for, blood but there is nothing in the report about what happened to those, tests if it was ever, tested or what the results, were if.

Any in this police.

Report in my, opinion it seems like some of the officers were clearly skeptical of elements Of randall's.

Story, however there was also evidence in the apartment that police found evidence that did appear to point To shawna taking her own.

Life police saw a written, letter purportedly a suicide note on the.

Table it read, QUOTE, I Shanna bellis wished that my daughter be left to my, Parents lucky And Teresa, graham if something should happen to.

ME i also wish that all my personal, effects such as my, house be left to.

THEM i leave nothing to my, Spouse Randy.

Ballis these are my final.

Wishes it was Signed Shauna biallis On january, fourth twenty, twelve police Noticed shauna had been fatally shot with a thirty eight caliber, Handgun yet there was no thirty eight caliber ammo located inside the, residence but when police Searched shawna's, car they found a box Of Remington brand thirty eight caliber ammo in her.

Purse then they went To.

Walmart they pulled the surveillance video footage to Check randall's claim That shawna had bought.

The, ammunition and they did see her on.

Camera they also talked to the salesperson who helped her that.

Day One walmart, Employee Russell, ferris stated That shawna had come into the store, twice once On wednesday once On.

Thursday that employee was able to provide detectives with a still photo Of.

Shauna police stated that they could See shawna on camera parking her Red Cadillac, suv Entering, walmart and approaching the sporting goods counter at six thirty five.

Am police also spoke to The walmart, Associate Donald, maxwell who actually Helped shauna with her.

Purchase he Said shawna told him she wanted the ammunition for home.

Protection he said she asked questions like which ammunition would be best if it would kill a person if they.

Were shot by.

It shawna didn't seem to have.

Much knowledge regarding the gun or the, ammunition and That shauna was asking him what people normally buy for home.

Defense he showed her a nine millimeter bullet hollow.

Point when he.

Asked her if she was purchasing the shells for someone else or, herself he, Said shauna replied for.

Herself donald said he told her the hollow point would, mushroom flatten out and do more.

Damage donald said that while they were completing the, Transaction shawuna was not in a bad.

Mood donald said that when making a decision on the shell, Type shawna asked him which one would do the most.

Damage he told her the hollow point.

Would shauna asked if the shells she bought would kill someone if they came through the, door and he told her that, yes it would kill someone if it.

Hit them on the.

Surface it seems Like shauna was more concerned about someone coming in to attack her than she was about.

Suicide then, again she could have been lying or trying to Misdirect things took an even stranger turn for the bazaar when detectives Contacted Brian, White shawna's ex husband and the father of her, Daughter.

Bella brian told police he And shawna did not really get along and that was not uncommon for them to not speak for several.

Months in, fact at the, time he had not seen his daughter in around two.

Years but he told police that about a month Before shawna's fatal, shooting he was contacted out of the blue by a person a.

Man this person identified himself by the name Of Grace jones and claimed to be a marriage counselor who worked For Randy.

Biallis brian told police That grace was asking him a lot of strange and intrusive, questions including if he was Protecting shauna for any, reason what his relationship With shawna, was was it brief or long?

Term brian Said grace told him That shawna had stated That brian worked for the government as a hit man and if anything happened to her that he would Hunt randal down and kill him and no one would know who did.

It brian said he became uneasy with this line of questioning and stopped answering the, questions and just over a month after, This shawna was found.

Dead randall was never arrested or charged in connection with her.

Death shawna's death was ruled a.

Suicide her body was sent to The State Medical examiner's, office but the autopsy report was limited to her, head and no toxicology reports or more extensive autopsies were ever done in accordance with state.

Regulations reports indicate that all records connected to the suicide were.

Destroyed life moved, on and For Randal, bellis it seemed to move pretty.

Quickly just over four months After shawna's violent and tragic, death In may of twenty, Twelve.

Randall Married Charity.

Belie then in twenty twenty, one police records indicate That Officer Gregory napier was asked to Review shawna's case again after getting information from The Bananza Police.

Department according to an, Officer Stephanie, hill one of the family members had said That shauna had been killed by her husband and her husband's current, wife Meaning randal And.

Charity Stephanie hill had bodycam footage of an incident With randall And Charity bealis at their.

Home during that, incident she talked To, Randy charity's.

Father randy told the, Officer charity had told him she was the one who Shot, shawna and the chair had made a comment about being.

Glad the officers on that scene did not dust for prints on the, wineglass presumably meaning the one that was spotted on the, table since she said that was the one she had been drinking out of when she was in The billis.

Home police reviewed the, information but they determined since they had Seen shauna buying the ammunition On walmart, herself apparently there was nothing further to.

Investigate many people still have a lot of questions about that crime, scene AND i don't know if we'll ever get closure around the case Of Shawna.
