Now let's get into an exclusive that I broke this morning on the Breakfast Club.

And so you guys check out the Latest with Laura Rosa weekday mornings, every morning, crack of dawn type of morning on the Breakfast Club.

Now, look, there's been conversation around Brandy and Beyonce from the Boy's Monitor and why they're not in any photos together every since ray J, y'all, ray J always right, It's always something with ray J, right, but every since you ray J took to his Instagram and voiced the fact that they want to say, what's up to be too when she comes to the Boy's Monitor.

And we've been of Beyonce at the tour with jay Z, you know, with family looking off for Kelly.

Y'all know they sisters, okay, but we have not seen photos of her with Brandy, we've seen her with Monica and everyone else that has come through the tour.

From what I am.

Told you know and what we reported earlier exclusively on the Breakfast Club this morning, it's because you know, they really don't bang with each other like that, and I want to get into what that means, because I did see some outlets picking up my report, and I want to be very clear in this conversation because these women are both to icons that I do respect, but there is a story here and we are going to talk about it.

So this morning we talked about the fact that, you know, it's it's no love last, It's it's not a girl fight, cat fight or anything like that.

These are just two people who just keep it pushing, you know, It's very we'recordial, we keep it pushing, and that is why we have not seen photos of them on the Boy is Mine tour.

I got a call after I reported this story.

Honestly, literally right as I was walking in here to do the podcas Now, this source picked up the phone and called me after seeing my report on The Breakfast Club this morning and wanted to have a conversation, a conversation of pushback against my report.

So we did, and I'm always open for conversation because, look, you have pushback, you're welcome to present it.

I have pushed back as well, and I have questions because if I report something, I know what I report is reptable.

And this morning, when I did the story, the only reason I ever do a story on a source, even if I do a story where I'm not saying a source and I'm telling you exactly who I spoke to, is because it's not whether about I believe it or or I don't believe it or whatever, as far as you know, just me dictating what's true and what's not.

It's more about do I feel like this person that I'm speaking to is reptable enough for me to bring you, guys this conversation.

I am getting information from sources that I have vetted that are gonna give me their honest and factual take from both from their sides of things or always sides to a story.

So the source called me and they wanted to get into a conversation about you know why we haven't seen Beyonce and Brandy take photo.

So from what they're saying is the way that the show the Brandy and Monica boy Is Mind tour is set up.

Kelly comes on at a forty five pm and let me tell y'all, Kelly starts on time.

When I went to the Boy's Mind show, I just knew, I'm like, they not gonna be on time like shows, and not just because it's us and we black, but just tours in general and shows in general.

Live productions in general run late.

Sometimes things happen, things come up.

So I got there, I probably I missed.

Kelly told said I call her last song, I called Dilemma.

So I was late because they started drop of a dime.

So the show starts at eight forty five pm on time, and Kelly goes off stage.

At nine thirty.

From there, each woman right, so once they're done their sex, so Brandy and Monica come on after that and do their thing.

So the source is telling me is that after this, you know, the whole show goes down.

Each girl packs it up, gets out of there because they got to get to the next city, which is typically four to five hours you know, wherever, or even if they're headed to their like off days, because there are like off days scheduled within these tours.

They got to get out and a lot of times and these venues majority of the time.

Now, this source said, you know, almost indefinitely, like when every tour stop, they're packing up and trying to be out of there by midnight.

So this source says, you know, they're focused on work.

From what the source says to me, the reason why we don't see photos and the and the source is pushing back on my report and they're saying they're working.

The girls just don't have time because they're working.

When they get there, they're a hair makeup for three to four hours and then boom they hit the stage.

The source said to me, Lauren, they're in sports arenas.

These arenas are not set up like concert venues.

You could have one dressing room all the way on one side, another dressing room all the way on another side.

And again I am open to all information, but I did ask questions, and I'm gonna get to the questions that I asked.

So I said, Okay, I understand that they're focused on work, but every night, this concept, for what I was told by my source, who you know, gave me the original story that you know, not really much to see here, but the girls they just Ringy and Beyonce just have chosen not to.

They don't do each other, and that's just simple.

And I don't know why it's an issue if they have chosen that, Like, I don't know why that's an issue.

I'm not saying that they hate each other.

I'm not any of that.

I'm just saying, Hey, these are two women who have said respectfully, I'm good.

Shouldn't be anything wrong with that.

But I pushed back and I said, Okay, I understand what you're saying about the show set up.

I understand what you're saying about them being at work.

I've been to the show, so I know how on point it is, how great the women look whenever they come out, how amazing of a show all the ladies involve deliver.

However, we're seeing these moments almost every show of people backstage being able to greet the women and take photos with the women.

Brandy, Monica, Kelly, all of these people involved.

Right, if what you're saying is true, and you're telling me that my report is basically, you know, not correct, which I stood on my report, why haven't we seen a interaction with Beyonce in Brandy and I specifically mentioned Michelle Obama.

I said, okay, so how does Michelle Obama moment happen backstage?

If it's so you know, work work, work, that's it and we're out.

And from what I was told, it's like, oh, Michelle Obama has secret service.

And you know, there was a very long walk for her to get to go and take the photos that she took and all of the things.

And I'm like, I understand the very long walk thing.

I know how backstage or some of these venues can be set up.

I've been to these and been backstage at these venues, so I get that.

But you say Michelle Obama has secret service and is able to maneuver as if Beyonce doesn't.

I mean Beyonce don't have secret service, don't get me wrong, but Beyonce has top Like it's Beyonce.

She's not just moving, you know, with security that he just threw her way because she popped up on the tour.

And sometimes it's Beyonce with her kids.

Sometimes it's Beyonce with her kids and her husband jay Z like beyond, it's not just any old body.

So if you guys wanted to figure out maneuvering her, she comes wellly equipped with a security team and handlers to be able to do that.

And then and then you know, the source mentioned again, well they're trying to get out of there by midnight.

You know, we got we got to get out of there by midnight.

We pack up, we leave.

So then I say, well, what about the Rihanna moment?

Because you saw Rihanna, and I purposely made sure that I brought up people who I because I know, like people come out on stage and their guests of this person and guess of that person.

So you know, maybe you might not get to see everybody, right, But for Beyonce too, have been at this tour multiple times and there have been nothing arranged or whatever.

And don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Beyonce has to go out of her way to speak to Brandy or to take the photos or do it for the gram and or anything.

It neither is Brandy at all.

But you would think, even if not planned, you would catch and on.

The fly moment because they're there and it's obvious that you know, both women are iconic.

I know that they are, you.

Know, probably fans of each other's talent, even if they're not besties.

In real life.

The source pointed out that Brandy samples dangerously in love when she performs Who is she to you?

The source pointed out, Brandy has been to the Renaissance tour with her daughter, and we saw Brandy post about that.

No photos of Beyonce though, but she did post about, you know, thanking her daughter for a great not out.

But my simple question was, okay, even if not planned, right, because when I brought up the Rihanna moment, the source said, that wasn't planned.

You know, there was just a blot going on.

We ran into Rihanna, they did what they did, we moved on.

I said, okay, even not planned, because we've seen moments you know, backstage.

Obviously from what you're saying that we're not planned, but just because of how amazing these women are and how they're defining the odds of you know, being women in the space they stop and acknowledge each other, Rihanna and Brandy and you know, all the things.

So I asked the source, why haven't we seen that?

The source said, I can't speak to that.

I haven't been on every single tour stop.

I'm not in you know, Brandy's personal phone.

So I don't know if they've had interaction outside of like maybe you know, not just a running that could have been caught on camera.

And I said, well, can you say to me on the record that.

Brandy or Beyonce, from either side, there's been an attempt to yo, great show, yo.

This tour is fire, yo, This tour is iconic, This tour is bringing back so much moments.

The source could not speak to that.

But what the source said to me is when the ladies are at work, they're at work.

This is not an intentional anything.

The ladies are just at work.

So I then asked about you know, because I saw some blogs and shout out to Hollywood a lot.

They always told me down, but I did want to clarify this.

I saw not just them, but you know, some conversation.

And some people pick up my report from this morning on the Breakfast Club as if you know Kelly and Brandy or on the mens of falling out, and that is not what I meant.

In any way.

What I was told by my source is that they were very very close at one point that you know, Brandy was you know, very supportive of Kelly as she was building her career and trying to become her own person, you know, outside of Destiny's shout and outside of a lot of things.

And they're just not that close anymore, is what I said.

But obviously, you know, they're cordial.

Things are cool, We've seen them in pictures, whatever.

So I wanted to clear that up.

So in response to my question, the source said to me, if there was a real issue with Beyonce in Brandy, do you think Kelly would have agreed to a tour?

And I said, I never said that there was an issue that isn't cordial enough for everybody to coexist.

I didn't make this a huge cat fight.

I didn't want to be unfair to these ladies because I don't even want to see them beefing.

To be honest with you, I got information and I reported a story.

But what I said was that the way that their relationship Kelly and Brandy was at one point in time.

Is not what it is now.

I'm not even saying.

That they're not friends at this point, but what I'm saying is that it's the relationship is just not what it was.

And that's okay as well.

But obviously they're cordial, obviously, you know, And the source said to me, is that Brandy still considers Kelly a friend.

So hey, okay, I hear you.

But I asked specifically, can you say to me on record that there was no strain in their relationship ever at all, that they are as close as they once were years ago.

The source couldn't speak to that.

The source did say in response to that was people grow.

Brandy and Kelly were very very close before Brandy became a mom.

Kelly is also a mom now.

And listen, y'all, these ladies are again.

They're icons.

They got things going on, they busy, they got you know what I'm saying.

So I don't think anybody expects for them to like Beyonce, Michelle and Kelly in the glue of their relationship is so different because of how intertwined all of their lives are, especially with Beyonce and Kelly, with you know, Kelly like their sisters.

You know, you might as well they're all sisters, Kelly, Beyonce, and Michelle.

But we know the relationship with Kelly and Beyonce and kind of you know, how they've grown and what they've been through together, and you know, up down all that like we know it.

I'm not saying that people can't grow when they're grown now and life hasn't happened.

I'm more so I'm just clarifying exactly what I said.

And if you're you know, for me, it's like I'm always open to, you know, hearing all things presented from people that I think are vetted and you know, sources I can rely on to be truthful and honest from each side.

But I will do my job to push back, especially when what I'm being told is rectable, because I reported it the same way that if the source caught me with something, I would do the same thing to defend whatever they're saying to me.

And to just be fair, you know what I mean.

So I had to make it clear like this is not me, you know, trying to be anything, but do my due diligence and be thorough and ask the questions because a lot of this stuff is obvious.

It's out there now.

There was the video of Beyonce and Brandy walking behind the scenes of the Boys' Mon tour, and you see Brandy walk past Beyonce.

Now, the source said that they were walking right behind Brandy in this video, and what we did not hear was Beyonce say have a good show, and Brady replies thank you in passing, and again when this source said that to me, I said, that doesn't surprise me because what I reported was that they don't really bang with each other like that.

But it's not a catfight.

It's cordial and you keep it moving.

But can you say to me that there has been any time outside of you know, what we would have seen on social media that they've had an interaction on this tour since it has begun, and the source couldn't speak to that.

So just here to present what I was, you know, just literally like this is like breaking news to me and breaking it to you guys exclusively.
