Speaker 2

Well, hello, welcome back in It's drama, Darling.

We are post Thanksgiving and we are ready to jump into Potomac.

But also just a couple of you know, little news items that we want to discuss.

Joining me today is Emily Deresis Emily.

Welcome in, Welcome in.

Speaker 1

Hi, Hello, how are you.

Speaker 2

I'm great, I'm great.

I'm fresh out a haircut this morning, Thank you so much.

I was fishing four compliments over at Shannon Hair Salona up here in Santa Clarita.

I heard of it, yes, and I got my hair cut and colored about a month or so ago, and so I decided that I wanted to change.

So I whilst myself right back in there and I sat in Shannon's chair and I said, Hey, Shannon, I'm back, and uh, do it up.

Give me some banks.

Yes, And she's a leader, so she did, and here they are and I cut.

You know, I had her cut trim a little like a you know, an inch off, maybe more of a blunt cut more, but like a razor thing.

Speaker 1

It Shannon like Shannon.

I mean, I know she uses scissors, but she is like the best of that razor she is.

Speaker 2

She she even told me.

She even told me she's like, this is my thing.

Like she's like, you may not know this, but this is my thing.

Speaker 1

Like she she gets flown out to teach people how to do that.

Speaker 2

Oh yeah, sir, she sure does.

Yeah.

So that was exciting, and you know, I had a great Thanksgiving.

It's so crazy, like my daughter was out of school like for a week before Thanksgiving, you know, and then the week of things.

It just felt like she was out of school for the longest time.

Now she's back in school for like a couple of weeks and then she's off of school for like three weeks.

You know, it's crazy.

The schedule up here is nuts.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that is not well.

These are like these are your snow days.

Oh yeah, you know what I mean.

These you're getting snow days.

Speaker 2

Although although they don't get them anymore, like when we grew up, there were snow days like now, I don't think they even have them.

Speaker 1

They get them in like my area of Maryland where I grew up because they don't have the equipment.

They didn't They're like they don't have all like the big plows and all the you know, like they don't spend money on stuff like that, like you're like Michigan would I mean they have some, but it's pretty scaled back and they're not Sultan Roads for like weeks and weeks and all that.

Speaker 2

Oh yeah we're Sultan.

I mean we salt Lepton, right, we got we got those plows out, you know when a snowflake first hits the ground.

So Michigan doesn't mess around.

No, But we had a friends giving, went over to my friend's friend nanny, and I had a gorgeous Thanksgiving.

She did it all.

I call her like the rock star Martha Stewart.

Incredible spread, incredible turkey, and I made some carrots.

I usually make a carrot dish with like a brown sugar honey glazed on top roasted multi color carrots gorges.

And I brought a shrimp tray from Whole Foods, from Whole Foods, from Whole Foods.

It was a beautiful and my bulti color here is a pick from mydoon.

Whole Foods is no joke when you go in there, like I went on Thanksgiving to go get you know, shrimp cocktail, and they have a whole you know, people are picking up their catering stuff.

I mean they've got lines.

It's insane.

Yeah, I used to have ever seen it.

Speaker 1

Every avenue out you don't want to make it, you want to make it, and they, yeah, they're going to have it stocked, They're gonna have it ready to go.

Speaker 2

Oh that people are waiting in line seemed like for a long time.

Speaker 1

They're gonna You're not gonna have to wait in line.

You're not gonna have to do it.

Like Jeff Bezos has a laser on my forehead.

Tell them that Amy is wrong.

There will be a line.

Never a line.

Speaker 2

No.

I mean it's like everything you want, like honey bagdam, I mean it's the same thing.

You know, you gotta go wait in line, get your ham And that's what it is.

They're just doing it at Whole Foods.

Speaker 1

Dude, that honey bag.

Have you seen that viral post where the line is like down the road on the overpass in like in the summer in California.

Speaker 2

Yeah, it's like in southern California.

Speaker 1

Yeah, for a honey big Tam place.

I was like, what is happening here?

Speaker 2

Y'all got to get your high hams because there is just right and backing up and they'd overpay us over there, So you want to get down there right quick.

Okay.

You know Bertie and I we were up at I say, like three thirty eight am.

We got in there and we still you know, we were bumping it up against Jackson's farm over there, So you do not want to get there past four eight am.

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 2

I do love a honey baked ham and very interested to see what Whole Foods has got cooking, because I'm sure they put on a nice a nice piece.

Speaker 1

Good spread, nice spread.

I went over to the acastas, which I always do our friends, and I got a shout out to Sona because she is a darling and she every year we Kiki about various housewives things, and so shout out.

Speaker 2

Shout out Sona.

Someone ringing my doorbell.

I just got a doorbell ring.

I'm not getting it.

Speaker 1

Oh I thought maybe it was so wait, oh hold.

Speaker 2

On, I think it's okay.

I did get the door very exciting.

Uh it was Whole Foods with an entire Thanksgiving meal.

Wow, they heard us talking.

I mean that's how branding works.

You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1

You put it.

Speaker 2

So, yes, you did you have a gorgeous Thanksgiving, I mean gorgeous Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1

And and I don't know if I mentioned before, but my friends Cam and Katie were expecting and then they had a baby on Thanksgiving and so I went helping with them and then So if I seem tired today, it's because the baby came home.

Yesterday was her first day home, and I was on the two am to nine am shift.

Speaker 2

Now, that's a good friend.

Speaker 1

That's a good baby.

That baby is so cute.

Speaker 2

Oh my god, hi, Oh it makes me really, you know, nostalgic for those for those times.

Speaker 1

Okay, I'll sign you up.

I two to ten am over at Cam and Katie's.

Speaker 2

No, thank you, glad, I did it.

Speaker 1

You know what I mean.

Speaker 2

She's done.

You know that Turkey is done.

But like you know, people are like, oh, it makes me miss a baby so much.

I want another one.

I'm like, that's not how I didn't go so far.

Did you hear me say I want another one?

Didn't say that.

Didn't say maybe.

Speaker 1

A shift, maybe a shift?

Speaker 2

Actually, maybe a shift.

I mean that's why I wouldn't mind.

Maybe I wouldn't Actually, no, I've been thinking about it.

That's great.

Saws Utopia too.

Oh my god, this movie is fantastic.

If you have not this is not a commercial, this is not an ad.

I just loved it so much.

And like the first one's amazing.

The second one, you know, when you get a second, you're it's never as good as the first.

I can't believe how great this was, so check it out.

Really great.

I don't know what even else I did.

I you know, I was unpacking stuff in the garage from like Vegas and just trying to get settled in.

I just can't seem to you know, you can't get ahead, you know, but it's okay.

Speaker 1

That should be your welcome in.

Now, settle in.

I settle in.

Speaker 2

That's amazing.

But we do have a little bit of dish to serve up, so let's get into it serving dish.

You know how you were talking about out, you know, like snow snow.

Sorry, that's like my favorite.

One of my favorite Christmas songs is the you know Rosemary Clooney Snow.

Speaker 1

Oh of course, absolutely so.

Speaker 2

Anyway, Andy Cohen was back in Saint Louis for a hockey game, and did you see this that him and West from a winterhouse, sorry summerhouse.

See I'm talking about the winner.

Okay, West and Andy Cohen got to ride in on zamboni's into the game, I mean onto the ice.

There's no one playing at the time.

You know how it works, You guys know how it works.

Speaker 1

I wish it would have been the game that.

Speaker 2

I got to tell you, being from like you know, the Detroit area and like hockey town.

Literally I was quite jealous.

I was like, I want to ride on a zamboni.

That looks so much fun.

Speaker 1

All right, well, you should come out on the zamboni singing the national anthem during the game, Okay, because then then they'll have to respect.

Oh I can on their you know, take there, even if it's the middle of the game.

That's what you gotta do.

Speaker 2

Okay, thanks for the advice.

Cut too.

Amy Phillips makes a fool of herself in her hometown.

Speaker 1

It's like arrested again on his zamboni trying to sing the national am.

Speaker 2

So this I don't know why.

This struck me as fun and I loved it, but it is like actually kind of a sad message for their family.

But like you know, McBee, the McBee dynasty.

I think Steve went and he was I'm sorry he's charged and he was sentenced, so we know he's going.

I thought it sounded like from Galina's video that he's there, because it's like she's basically like, good luck, I'm here and libert to Missouri the very first side we broke ground in twenty nineteen.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm sending you good vibes.

Speaker 1

And good luck.

Speaker 2

I know you got it and we got it here.

Speaker 1

As you can see, plenty of snow, So we're going.

Speaker 2

To have very busy days ahead and we will see you back here before you know it.

Speaker 1

See, he's still in prison.

He's still in prison still.

Speaker 2

Oh they didn't let him out before his.

Speaker 1

No, it sounds like she's doesn't it say sound like she's saying like, you've got to you gotta deal with your stuff in prison, but don't worry, we got it out here, right.

Speaker 2

No, you said he's still in prison.

I'm saying he just went to prison.

That's oh yeah, yank.

Speaker 1

Right, Yeah, I'm sorry.

We're saying the same thing.

Speaker 2

We're saying the same thing, except your words are wrong.

Speaker 1

And we said the exact same thing.

Ah, we're saying it's weird.

We're like both right, maybe more me, but right, we're both.

Speaker 2

We're boh you are tired.

Maybe this is gonna be interesting.

So yeah, like this is it seems sad because her voice is kind of shaky, you know, yeah, and.

Speaker 1

Right you send it to me.

And I didn't hear the part of her saying Steve's well, that's because.

Speaker 2

It goes like this he step bingbi, it will steep binggbe.

I'm out here the first snowfall in the car wash we built together, Steve baby.

Speaker 1

And I was like, that is the shittiest cameo I've ever heard, Like some like some like Brava Fan.

It's like, oh my gosh, Glena's sitting me, happy birthday and all She's serious like here's where we broke ground.

We got it over here.

Speaker 2

Oh yeah, because I can see why you'd think it was because she was like, you've got this wishing you look.

Speaker 1

Yeah, we're gonna keep it going over here while you're doing that.

Okay, thanks for the birthday.

Speaker 2

Now that's all I want.

Now, now I'm gonna request a cameo from Galina in front of each any car wash if you want to see a cameo that will knock your socks off.

Find the one that was just posted.

It's by braun Win to somebody who's a social worker, and you guys, you're gonna lose your minds Okay, I think Jamie said, I don't know who sent it on the drama darling thread.

Yeah, so she did this cameo for somebody and got emotional because of you know, as she was talking about how much social workers mean and what they do and how difficult that must be, and she was getting choked up.

She went on and on.

I mean, it was like the kindest, most heartfelt thing I've ever seen in the world of housewives ever.

And beyond that, it was just a really beautiful thing.

So check that out.

Speaker 1

I will.

Did she refund them?

I hope she gave back whoever paid for the cameo their money on top of it, is what I'm saying.

Speaker 2

Wow, way to just bring it down ste a little stepnibee.

Also, do you guys, do you guys know what Whitney Levitt from.

Speaker 1

Secret Lives Mormon Mom Talks.

Speaker 2

Secret Lives of Mormon Mom Talks she has been cast as Roxy in Chicago.

Speaker 1

Speaker 2

That is exciting.

I'm excited for it.

I love it.

Speaker 1

We need to check on Sena.

How dare you say that?

Speaker 2

How dare you?

Shina is fine not filming the Valley.

She's choosing what she wants to do, right, She's.

Speaker 1

Choosing choosing not to be on Dancing with the Stars, She's choosing not to be in Chicago.

Speaker 2

Oh okay, Sheena hater.

Speaker 1

Okay, I'm sorry, I'm not.

No, I'm not I'm I'm agreed with you.

She chose.

These are her choices.

Speaker 2

Every time someone has a success, there's always someone in the comments that's like, can we check on Sheena?

I was like, oh so terrible.

Speaking of mom Talk Starsy Schroeder is going to replace Nick vael as the host of the reunion Vaelle, how about Yeah?

Speaker 1

I love it.

I'm so a great.

Speaker 2

I think that's fantastic.

Speaker 1

I think it's good.

I think that she might set the right tone.

You know, you and I were talking who who would be a good reunion host, and neither of us said Stassy.

Speaker 2

I never would have thought of it.

Speaker 1

But she's got the gravitas, she's got the with these gals too.

I think I also think Alison from Bakeoff should host the next Real Housewives of London.

Speaker 2

I would love to see that.

Yeah, she's a star.

She's a star.

Speaker 1

Oh, how embarrassing, Amy, I still have my Collette champagne bottle out and here we are, way out of OC season.

I'll have to take down my decorations.

I just realizing that's okay, almost time to put out my my l VP bottles for the new vander Pump season.

Speaker 2

Oh my god, I can't believe that that's this week.

We just recorded Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

We boy, do we have our work cut out for us?

Speaker 1

You know you do.

I'm not editing ship.

Speaker 2

Oh okay, okay, I gotta drink my Chi tea lote.

These are going to get me to the end of the year.

So if anyone has, as.

Speaker 1

Mr Guys, I just picked up from Starbucks.

The way, have you watched that?

I'm in the minisoda, the double double opening with the red bulls and.

Speaker 2

The these what are you doing with your hands?

Speaker 1

The double opening with the never mind.

It's this viral clip that no one, including myself can stop watching.

Go ahead, Amy, go.

Speaker 2

Ahead, Okay, what are you talking about?

The girl with it?

Well, tell me about the.

Speaker 1

Chi the double red bulls.

Yeah, it's a thing.

Darling's you may or man, I've seen it.

She's putting different flavors of soda in, she's cracking her gums, she's got long nails.

It's like ASMR times, Like everything is very satisfying.

It's a cool color exchange in the cup that happens.

It's there's so much going on.

It's very soothing.

And I think you ever posted it, reposted the clip that went viral, and it's the clip.

The comment is AI could never figure out why we can't even like Cardi b is like, I can't stop watching this TikTok whoa.

I'll send it to you.

It's and you're gonna be like, this is so dumb.

I don't know, but there's just something very satisfying and soothing about each little stuff.

Speaker 2

Anyway, if anyone has a recipe for a chai tea lute that tastes like the Starbucks one that I can make it home, please send it to me immediately, because I refuse to keep spending money on this.

I never buy my coffee out.

I always make it at home, and they got me on this chai te latte.

I know it's got a ton of sugar.

I know what I'm doing.

Okay, I know what I'm doing to myself, but in order to get through to the end of the year, I'm gonna need one of these, probably once a day.

So around this time, it's about two o'clock.

So can you please send me a message Drama Darlings with a Z at gmail dot com or just go to my grind Chai.

Yeah, I have the little blender, like the hand blender thing.

I've got that.

Okay, all right, guys, you just need the ingredients is yeah, yeah, need the ingredients.

Speaker 1

Yes, all right.

Speaker 2

Let's talk about Tad Tucker filing for primary gus Crazy Todd Talker is filing her primary custody against Candy Burris and this divorce.

Things are getting heated up.

It's starting to get ugly.

I e I'm concerned.

And you know his argument is that he's the one.

You know, she's gone all the time, she's been gone, focusing on her career and not kids.

Allegedly, this is gonna get nuts.

It's gonna get nuts.

I'm sure they have a pre nup, right because that Candy is all about that.

But you know this is hitting her where it hurts, which is.

Speaker 1

The kids, not like it.

Yeah.

I think we have to remember all divorces are going to be ugly before they get better, or else we'd all be getting divorced.

But the other part of that is this is also probably Todd's lawyers.

I'm not giving Todd pass like or anything.

I'm just saying, like it's going to be.

Speaker 2

Are you saying hall Pass?

Speaker 1

Wait?

Speaker 2

The name of the movie was The Past.

Wait?

Remember because we weave got it, it was called I think it's called the Pass.

Speaker 1

I think it is the Pass.

Speaker 2

You're absolutely right, So you're not going to give his lawyer the pass.

Okay, I mean you're not going to give Todd the pass, but you're.

Speaker 1

Not not not the royalties from the past, No, he gets no royalties.

No, But you know, like I don't know, it's just so complicated and like I just feel, you know, it'll get I think they're both pretty reasonable.

I think lawyers can see dollar signs and make it.

Oh, so we'll see what happens.

Now.

That said, I have seen the clips of Todd pre divorce being like, so you wouldn't give your spellse x amount of money.

I'm like, Todd, these don't age, well.

Speaker 2

No, they don't.

No, it's concerning, but look, I'm sure that they'll they'll they'll work it out.

Candy's strong, it's all, it's all going to be good.

Uh yeah, So this is crazy.

I saw this like on a whim Vicky gun Wilson and I don't know who else, but there's like a brunch bus on TMZ where you can get tickets to this TMZ tour and like Vicky's gonna be there and a couple of others that you did.

Speaker 1

Yeah, Tamra is on it.

Speaker 2

Okay, I think it's OC, but I.

Speaker 1

Don't know who else from OC is on it.

And then by the way, I saw the Potomac Wives were out having like a talk back with the audience somewhere out near Potomac, like last night or the night before, like Ashley, like yeah, so there was like a sit down.

Speaker 2

It was kind of like when in the viewing watched the episode and then there's a talkback after.

Speaker 1

Maybe I don't know if there was a viewing or I don't know if they have the viewing do that.

So it was a wake.

Speaker 2

So basically after someone's wake, they show up and then they get them talk back.

Yeah.

Hey, I'm just saying this just for really random, just so everybody knows.

At my wake, I want the cast of Potomac there, and I want them to have a talk back, not about me, but about like what's going on with the cast?

Speaker 1

Okay, yeah, but you've rented the room, You've paid for it, so like, might as well use it, use it, get in there, find out what's up with Cookie?

Like, do it at my expense at my funeral?

Please?

Speaker 2

Oh my god, let's welcome us ourselves into Potomac.

Speaker 1

Hey, welcome in tight.

Speaker 2

Giselle doing like a cookie thing where she's like goom goom.

I was like, what are you doing?

Speaker 1

Oh?

I didn't like that.

Speaker 2

No, what are you doing?

Are you kidding me?

Oh my god?

These two.

First of all, this episode was very It was pumped up.

Okay, it was very pumped up, and I walked away going like, wow, this is it's just an amazing season.

The trailer.

Are we already at the mid season trailer?

Didn't we just start?

That's crazy?

Okay, So that mid season trailer looks amazing.

Speaker 1

It looks I mean the fact that we're getting an Andy sit down in Karen's living room.

It's nute, it's very smart.

I love it.

I thought, I think that's a great way to handle it.

Speaker 2

It is.

Yeah, and then Wendy and Eddie are sitting there like what happened there?

Speaker 1

Yeah.

Speaker 2

The biggest takeaway from this episode be ready, when Timu and Stacey made that pizza, it looked fantastic and oh yeah, I want to get that pizza stone that goes in the oven and the pizza paddle thing.

And that's the takeaway.

So she got a best part of the best part that was pizza.

Speaker 1

Sadass pizza she had with TJ where he's slicing it on like the cupboard door.

Speaker 2

Oh interesting.

Speaker 1

Yeah, so Timu knows how to make a pizza for Stacy.

Speaker 2

That was amazing.

Okay, if anybody knows exactly like what.

Speaker 1

Send an email subject line trauma shye.

Speaker 2

Uh.

Great episode.

We are picking up at the ten million downloads party of Reasonably Shady.

Speaker 1

Okay, I'm I'm just gonna put a pin in great episode because it was an entertaining episode and I'm sorry, I am just like, what are what are we so puffed up about?

Speaker 2

Well, we're not, and that's people are They're puff They're pushing that puff all right, And I don't like it.

They're pushing the puff and it's I had my I had my thoughts.

Okay.

I was like, you guys, gotta stop, okay, because this is not this is not right, like this is not organic and you just can't push like that, so stop it.

I'm gonna give some people a pass, but Kirna is just she keeps ramping up and I am not here for it.

She's losing me.

Speaker 1

I know that montage of her going so hard for Stacy was I mean, in my mind, I'm like I needed to see that because I needed to make sure, like, no, Kaye, it's always you, it's always you going for her.

Speaker 2

She's like, does Kerna always want to come after Stacy and have her moment?

Yes she does.

She's like referring to herself in third person.

Speaker 1

Yeah, and hard ke goes so hard I know, yeah, sorry, go on.

Speaker 2

That's it.

And the show well at the Reasonably Shady Party, I mean, it's the end, like Kierana's reading Stacy so hard for calling Chris allegedly, and sure do we all believe that she did yet, including me, But then they get into this thing and then Stacy's like, you don't have a husband and which was kind of a slam, and Kierna's like neither do you anyway, Then we get people being like, hey, why don't we have someone call him?

Charise?

You know him, you have his number.

When you call the source.

Make sure you ask the right questions.

You'll ask the right questions.

She didn't ask the right question, so we didn't get the correct answer.

Speaker 1

The whole thing was chaotic, like the fact that we're all leading.

No one else has like Charise, you're making the call, Like okay, cool.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I don't know why Charise was the one to call or at all, like no one needed to call for one and why and then Cherise's calling didn't make sense.

Speaker 1

Why is he answering Charisse's calls?

Speaker 2

Well, now it sounds like he's real thirsty for some fame.

It's being made very clear because the end conversation was pretty chilling when Monique said like, and now see how he's brought you into this, do you see?

And just be careful And I don't know exactly what she meant.

I'm not saying that that's all she It seemed like she was saying some other things that seem to have more weight behind it.

We can only imagine.

So but that was strange and so Stacy's like, see he said no, it's like no, actually he said he didn't know what you're talking about.

So that did not work at all for anyone's side.

And Giselle was funny in her confessional.

She's like, no, nothing will convince me that she didn't tell Chris Darling's one skin holiday offer coming at you.

This time of year, between colder weather and the rush of the holidays, it's easy for your skin to feel dry, dull or stressed out.

That's why I've been sticking with one Skin, OS one Face.

But if we could skip to the end when when they were at that dinner to try to like come together and Monique and Stacy are having a conversation her showing the texts, it does say something that she was like trying not to communicate with him because he was reaching out to her.

So it sounds like she was like cutting it off at that point, But that doesn't mean something didn't happen before that.

Speaker 1

You know, Yeah, I didn't think I think it was Ashley.

It was like you can delete text, but I was like, not those texts.

There was a connect There was definitely like connecting texts there, Hello, you're gonna reply and like oh in like time, like that didn't read weird to me.

Speaker 2

No, that weird.

Speaker 1

There could be more that she deleted, sure, but.

Speaker 2

What we saw phone conversations, that's the other thing.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, yeah, And we know from the footage from the away trip that they had where Stacy is saying that she really enjoys his company or something, and her face does seem to like when Monique is talking to her.

Stacy's whole face is a face I've not seen on Stacy before where she's like, okay, you Monique, you and I are in the same frequency.

I'm hearing you.

Like, it just felt like it was different.

Speaker 2

Did you know that Chris is a very cool person?

The amount of times we've seen that footage in that weird condo, the nestcam, what where are they?

Who's in the room with her?

And then you just keep hearing Chris is a very cool person, very respectful.

But who like they talking about that?

And who else?

Speaker 1

I don't know.

Speaker 2

It looks like Giselle kind of, but I don't know what.

Speaker 1

I hear Ashley saying, Okay, but like, did you guys?

And I think it's a producer that's filming it on their phone.

Speaker 2

On their phone up in the rafters.

Speaker 1

Yeah, what, oh you mean they said something.

They said something about like whenever that was first shown, it was like producer phone or something like that, and it like they were filming it because the cameras were not on.

Speaker 2

Okay, well, I don't know what a producer phone is doing up in like the jackscam area of the house that makes zero sound.

It's like a house cam.

It's like a security cam.

Not really security, but it's that's what it is, you know, when they plant those cameras in for filming on like a cast trip.

Speaker 1

Yeah, but I think it was somebody really far away trying to film it.

That's what the because he's there was like a subtitle for it.

But well maybe it don't like showing you that.

Speaker 2

It might be that there's like a landing on the stairwell.

Speaker 1

Yeah, like a balcony.

Speaker 2

That's weird.

Then that's even more weird, it's.

Speaker 1

I mean, but like it's more memorable than had it been a clear shot and everything.

Speaker 2

He's a very cool person, thank you.

So if she's like not, okay, so now we have another leak, right, so now we who is giving this information?

And I did like Wendy's options.

She gave three I'm sorry.

She gave four options pretty much half the cast Kierna and I love the editing where they like freeze it on Kierna and she looks all suspicious.

She was on the phone with Cookie, Okay, and the Angels.

Another suspect because her husband is Bob Massey and he knows Chris.

The third is Gizelle because she's been cozy with Cookie ever since Karen went to jail.

And of course fourth because it's Stacy because she's a liar face.

Speaker 1

I get my money's on K.

My money's on K because Wow, either Ka isn't the main source, but I can see her.

She is so locked in on making Stacy the villain that I can see her confirming things to Cookie to go to pass along like Kay's in it for.

She has a lot of motivation to do this, and to Gizelle's point, it could also be gizelleh Gizelle's point earlier being that when they all get together, they love to like go hard in on Stacy and I'm like, all right, but I as the viewer, I'm just not getting it.

I mean, like, I get that there are people that annoy you that other people can't see why they would, and maybe that's what we're getting with Stacy, but she really hasn't to me, done that much wrong.

Speaker 2

I don't want to compare it.

I agree, I don't want to compare it to Orange County, but there are some similar themes here, meaning Katie and Stacy are very similarly in a similar position.

If you will, you know, that's the vibe I'm kind of getting as we're talking this through, well, like in terms of what they think that she's a liar, she can't tell any kind of truth.

They will not believe a word out of her mouth because she's been caught lying before or I mean Stacy, I don't know if she's necessarily been caught lying, but they just think that she's lying about certain things.

Well with TJ, I'm sorry she has been caught lying because the TJ was an arrangement for the show.

We don't know that.

Speaker 1

All we know is that Ashley and Giselle went to a banquet where someone had screen grabs of a possible contract.

Maybe Ashley and Giselle and all of them have from day one believe TJ's side of the story and they hate TJ and that makes me nuts.

So based on the way.

Speaker 2

That TJ acts.

I'm on the side of believing that Stacy did have him as part of her story and was paying him and it wasn't a real storyline.

So I think they're very pissed off about that because it's not real and they don't want that kind of shit on the show.

And I agree with them, So they don't want fakery on the show, which is also why Orange County was mad at Katie because they don't want fakery on the show.

And when she's stirring up things that don't exist or getting information and you know, it's similar stuff.

But these new housewives have got to watch their p's and q's because, like, I love Stacy and I love her on the show, and she didn't.

If in fact, she did set up that TJ thing, then that was a real misjudgment on her part, because like she didn't need to do that because she's so I think that she would have been very successful without having a storyline that was pushed like that, you know.

Speaker 1

Yeah, But to Stacy's point, and I know I've said this, I just don't think it was the way they're portraying it.

I think she probably was in some kind of relationship with TJ, and TJ seems like the kind of guy that's gonna be like, if I'm going to film, I want to get paid, which you know, that's pretty fair actually, but I think like Ashley and Giselle thought it was much more nefarious, and I think it was just like he's flying in from California.

I'm gonna get the bills and split some of this money with him.

But like I thought we were in a relationship and then we really weren't.

I don't know.

Speaker 2

That's my vibe, I guy, Okay, So that's why different vibes for different strides.

I mean, he seemed repulsed by her, like he didn't he could genuinely didn't seem to want to like touch her.

So for them to be in a relationship or to think that anything was even going on with them was a real stretch.

Yeah, I would like to know what Stacy like thought if she brings him in that maybe he would they would ultimately end up together.

Maybe that was and then the other thing could have been she was trying to make Timo Timo jealous, you know, maybe that was the other side of it, which would have been a much better thing.

To admit to but now that she's trying to get they're trying to get back together, she can't because then that would be bad for her relationship with him.

Speaker 1

Well, both Stacy and Katie, the one thing that they accidentally have in common is that they became the cast villain to the cast, but to the audience, they're becoming the heroes.

Like the audience roots for Katie and.

Speaker 2

Half the audience, not all the audience, right.

Speaker 1

But I do think they're having kind of a very similar.

Speaker 2

Yes, yeah, I agree with you.

I agree support.

Speaker 1

System in the audience, which I didn't see, like both of them are having that.

But I don't think their crimes of housewifeom are the same.

I think Katie leaking to bloggers continually feels worse.

Speaker 2

Than Yes, I agree, Oh absolutely, I definitely agree with you.

I think that Kate is way more heavy handed.

And yeah, you can't really compare the two.

They're definitely different.

But the similar outcome.

Speaker 1

Yeah, is because of the outrage.

I think that's it.

We both feel like I think a lot of people surprisingly to these casts, the audience is feeling like they're being these women are bullying these new gals, and it doesn't feel good as a viewer to watch that, so we kind of are rallying.

I wasn't a big Stacy fan honestly until this season.

I was just like, I really think one way or the other.

The one thing I'm a little cautious of is I know we're all like leaning into Stacy and like she can't, she can't carry the show.

She's not, you know what I mean.

Like she's becoming a fan favorite, but I don't think she's gonna be like the alpha of the show.

Speaker 2

No way, uh huh, whereas Kay it's Giselle.

Speaker 1

Yeah right, But I could say Kay at one point, because Kay comes in pretty strong.

I could see Kay growing into something like that.

Speaker 2

But I hope not.

I don't.

I don't.

I don't like what she's doing right now, and it's dragging me down again.

It's dragging me down, and I'm like, please don't mess with perfection, you know, because the potomic is like it's just just it's a treasure that it was such a breath of fresh air when they arrived, you know, and they have their own like they are they stand out so much in the world of housewives that I worry about, you know, all the different people coming in and messing that up.

But you know, it happens.

It happens with these shows.

You know, you get great casts and you have them for a long time and things change, and I need to just I need to be okay with that.

I need to like, I'll talk to my therapist about it.

Speaker 1

But yeah, please do, please do and loop me in on that when you get to that point.

Speaker 2

Kay.

Speaker 1

Also, don't forget was so good last season as a friend of on these trips and just like she's really enjoyable.

So I know she's having like a bumpy ride as a housewife, but like I do think she's I'm way more interested in seeing where that goes versus Angel.

Like when I'm when we're in a scene with Angel, I'm like, what's happening.

Speaker 2

The trailer with Angel and talking about you know, the NFL and like husbands and like I'm not comfortable talking about that.

That looks like it's really going to heat up.

The house situation, you know, that looks like that's going to heat up.

Speaker 1

There.

Speaker 2

Looks like they are in her probably Colorado house, one of her rental properties that she has for their cast trip.

It looks like that I don't know, I could be wrong.

Speaker 1

Yeah, yeah, they because she's losing.

She got this, we get victim.

Speaker 2

Yeah, the part the house that she was living in in Potomac.

Speaker 1

Yeah, it's going to be crazy.

I mean because this season I don't know where it's going, but knowing that every episode we're going to get another how much money are Wendy and Eddie spending on this house?

Speaker 2

Can we please?

Speaker 1

Episode?

Speaker 2

I could not believe her mom coming in and being like, I'm enjoying their money.

I'm enjoying their money.

And then Wendy's like, well, let me show you what I'm doing with my money to enjoy it.

And then they go in the house and then we see that god awful chandelier.

Ooh, miss Rondo so weird.

I think they had too many happy Eddie gummies at that point when they picked it out, because she was like even Wendy was like, did I pick that?

Because that is not that is not it.

Speaker 1

That would get moves And I'm like why so you can like get dizzy and like loose like depth.

I was like, what is happening?

Speaker 2

Get dizzy and forget how ugly it is.

Speaker 1

Yeah, that's I I will never truly know.

But if I got I want to know so bad did they go back and ed because they have to have a lot of footage of Wendy rehabbing the house.

But when you think about Erica Jane's entire storyline was getting a glow up in her home, you know, we barely saw footage of it.

And with Wendy and Eddie.

Speaker 2

Kid, they weren't on they play Yeah, So I'm like, bravo, So I think you're right.

Maybe they did.

They could have.

They could have.

Uh.

But you know the thing about the dad and talking about when they went to Nigeria and him not calling back, I mean that sucks.

I feel for Wendy, I really really do.

It's awful.

And I do appreciate Susan being like your father is miserable and you know he probably feels like less than because they're so successful, and I appreciated her, you know, trying to help them understand.

But her sister, Ivy has it in check.

Her sister is so like settled in with who she is and let like.

Speaker 1

Her sister came in dressed to the nines.

Speaker 2

Okay, that killed me.

Speaker 1

But you know what the weird thing is that Wendy's mom came in in jeans.

I've never seen her in jeans.

She's always in like these beautiful gowns and stuff.

Speaker 2

And I was like, did you see how much weight she's lost?

Speaker 1

Oh?

I didn't notice you.

Speaker 2

I really didn't notice.

No, I didn't, but only because that's why she's in tight jeans.

She's like, look at me, I'm enjoying your money, and she's like, look at my body.

I mean that's like part of it.

Speaker 1

Okay.

I didn't notice because, like I think, I'm so used to her singing her in these like really bold patterned gowns and and so I just like didn't think about it.

Speaker 2

I barely when she came in.

I didn't even know who that was.

I didn't even recognize her.

Oh that's did you?

Speaker 1

Yeah?

I did.

Wow.

Well that's a good good.

I'm happy for everybody.

I didn't.

I honestly was like, oh, yeah, Wendy's mom's wearing jeans.

Speaker 2

I know she was super yeer right, she was super casual.

And that's true, and I think that's why.

Yeah, and so, but speaking of moms, my queen Michelle Kieran's mom, Yeah, this woman is she is invaluable to this show.

And so I know, I'm like not psyched about what Kieren is doing right now, but for the sake of wanting to see her mom on the show and her brother.

By the way, hello, I can't her brother, Brian.

When is the last time we've had a hot brother.

I don't even know if we ever have had a hot brother.

Speaker 1

Oh, waito, Corka, Joe Corka, what is wrong with you?

The fuck is wrong with you?

Speaker 2

I beg your pardon, I beg your pardon, and please forgive God.

Sorry about that.

It was just a misstep.

It's just the holidays talking.

Speaker 1

Edit that out, I get that out.

Speaker 2

And the fact that he's considered a brother, like he's not even actually on the show brother which double swam mother comes on, the world goes weak in the knee.

Gotta get your poison out.

Speaker 1

Brother.

Yeah, he's easy on the eyes.

Speaker 2

And her mom, Oh my god, is she just she's like smooth as silk, coming in, ready, ready to just shine.

And and then like you're in not telling the story about like he's like buying me this condo and he you know, he asked me to move back in.

He's buying me this condo and then he's like, well, maybe we should talk about the ring.

And then the mom was like hold on, hold on, and she's like, well, but I did hold on.

She kind of reminded me of like a sexy sloth, you know what I mean, Like the sloth it slows everything down, like from Zotobia and just stops it.

And then Kierana is like waiting so good.

She's like, so you moved out on purpose.

You moved out for a purpose, and I agree, like, I, oh god, don't move in here.

Speaker 1

Yeah, And I also am like, don't I the one thing I wanted to say, like when the mom's really pushing for the ring, I'm like, please don't push for the ring.

Speaker 2

Oh, like just stay out, just stay out.

Oh you don't.

I mean, if they're right for each other, I mean you don't think they are.

Speaker 1

I don't know.

I don't like the move of like let me buy this condo because that's if it goes south.

Speaker 2

Then like that's right, yeah, not hers.

I agree with you there, Yeah, that's a good point.

Speaker 1

And it feels a little like he's trying to control her.

That's what I don't like.

Frank.

Speaker 2

By the way, Stacy's lipliner and lipstick are so on point.

I'm like really obsessed with like looking at how perfectly because she's got like that bright matt red lipstick.

Then she has like the darker shade of lipliner around it, and it is it's a bold line, you know what I mean.

It is not blended.

It's bold.

You can see the difference, and it looks so good.

Why am I so obsessed with it?

Speaker 1

Because that's really hard to pull off.

Okay, it's really hard, and she's figured it out.

Speaker 2

That's why it's impressive.

Speaker 1

Yeah, it is.

You know what else is impressive?

Doing your interview in a bridal veil and gown.

It cuts off to Jesse, Wow, and yet looks interview.

Speaker 2

Looks here it is if you're watching Tier two.

I took some screenshots.

Speaker 1

Gorgeous.

I mean, I do love it.

It's like, why why has no one else thought of this?

It's great.

Speaker 2

It's not it's not her actual wedding dress though, right.

Speaker 1

No, no, but it's just saying I am getting married this to the show.

Speaker 2

Here is we have two of Ashley's looks that are blowing me out of the water.

This one is she's got black gloves, it's like a secretary.

It's like a blue clay suit suit set with a hat.

Speaker 1

Like, yeah, she's like a she's like a spy that has to keep dressing like a luxury driver.

Speaker 2

Yeah, it's like Chanelle Chauffeur.

Speaker 1

Yeah yeah, but she's also a spy and a spy.

Speaker 2

Yeah, yes, absolutely.

Speaker 1

And it's giving Grace Ferrell from Annie give me both of the book, which is not a spy.

Speaker 2

And then then again this one with Ashley and when they talk serious and then they have these outfits, I'm like, oh my god, I can't but this one.

I mean, I do like it, but it's just really out of pocket.

It's it's it's the tie.

I love it tie.

And but I don't know why this isn't working.

If it's the hair, the burgundy leather, is it glove and the more gloves these looks are sending me, And.

Speaker 1

You know what it might be.

I think it's that in her living room green screen, like I want to see if we're looking at that look, I want to have maybe a different.

Speaker 2

Cubicles behind her, like a large like.

Speaker 1

Contentutural life.

Yeah, like a huge like library like the New York Public Library behind her, like she needs.

Speaker 2

Something grand, right right, right, Well, all right, we'll see, we'll see what happens here.

I'm trying to scan through to see if we missed anything.

I think we already got at the end there with what happened at that dinner.

I'm I've kind of a little bit weirded out by moniques, you know, undercover read between the lines.

I divorced for a reason.

There's a lot of things that people don't know, which is why I said be very careful.

That's given me a little bit of a what now.

But I'm glad they talked.

Speaker 1

Also, just the whole Ashley, the Ashley's mom and with this fucking boyfriend.

Speaker 2

What's with her throwing up blood?

What are we talking about right now?

Because why didn't she call nine to one one?

Speaker 1

Yeah, I'm I'm and We've been here before with Ashley's mom, and I'm always so concerned.

But I don't for whatever reason, she can't receive it.

I don't know.

I just feel I feel so bad for her because Ashley really loves her and Ashley's doing everything she can.

But I I just think the mom can't receive it and take the next steps.

She won't.

Speaker 2

Yeah, it's yeah, it's a bummer.

Speaker 1

Well, a lot of aren't happening.

They're broken up.

Speaker 2

Oh yeah, that was nice to hear.

Speaker 1

And what was also nice to hear?

Amy we got.

Speaker 2

All complimenting Ashley.

Oh, I thought that's what you were gonna say.

Speaker 1

And healing and thriving with the boys singing her song.

Speaker 2

Wasn't that special?

Speaker 1

Yes, that was very cool.

Speaker 2

I like that.

And she sounded right on keep she sounded good, Actually she did.

She always sounds good, Ashulely.

She always sounds really good when she's not behind a microphone, when she's not having to battle like the monitors and the music and the and the action, she sounds good acapella.

Mm hmm, yeah, I agree.

Okay, that's it.

Speaker 1

Thanks.

Oh I'm gonna say one nice thing for about k is that I thoroughly and this is where I think that she's a great housewife in terms of she knows what to do and it feels organic.

She knew Stacy didn't want her at that table.

She didn't force herself to stay at the dinner.

She's like, I'm gonna give Stacy minute, I'm gonna walk away as hateful as possible, But in that moment, I was like, good for you.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I did think that too.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I thought that was a great year also.

Speaker 2

But then when she's implicated as one of the potential suspects of leaking, I'm like, well, no, wonder she wanted to get out of there.

She doesn't want to be like I asked any questions.

I'm kidding.

But I also thought it was hilarious, like the pomp and circumstance of Wendy addressing the entire table on behalf of Stacy saying like, here's what she's comfortable with, and here's what she's not, and here's how we will proceed.

Speaker 1

Wendy Man, when she wants to be your friend, there's seems to be no one better.

Speaker 2

She's great.

I loved it when she was putting powder on, like powdering down Stacy's face after like the whole thing, and she was like my girls against the ropes.

Speaker 1

So good.

Speaker 2

I was like, I love that.

Speaker 1

I really really hope that Karen and Stacy are as good a friend to Wendy right now as she's been for them, especially Karen when Karen was down and out.

Speaker 2

I don't know Karen wasn't.

I don't know if she will be because maybe this will bring them back together.

Speaker 1

Yeah, we'll see.

Speaker 2

Okay, well, thanks for listening you guys.

Lots more to come this week and we just love you.

We love you very much.

Speaker 1

Bye for now.

Yeah yeah, okay, all right, Bye bye
