Speaker 2Those are cozy cozy?
Speaker 3Yeah?
Speaker 2I love these?
Anonymous.
Speaker 3Should I leave this man I have been dating for a year because he's emotionally unavailable.
Speaker 2Yes, yeah, year, it's been a year.
Speaker 3Yeah, if it's been a month, we can kind of say, like, all right, let's give it a second.
Maybe we're easing into these things a year.
Then a year is going to turn into two years, and it's gonna turn into three years, and then you're gonna go, what am I doing with my life?
Speaker 2So and define emotionally.
Speaker 3Unavailable like he's just right, No back, I need more information because I feel like, I mean, the answer is yes, we need to leave him, but I would like to get a little bit more just out of curiosity what that actually means.
Speaker 2Yeah, hit us back, let us know what it is.
Speaker 1Anonymous you know the one, Okay, Gina giver kin yep, I butchered that.
After all of them, after all of them amazing folks, you have talked with, who do you fan girl over?
Speaker 2Okay?
Speaker 1So after all the amazing guys we have worked and interviewed with, who.
Speaker 2Do we fan fan girl over?
Speaker 3Well?
Speaker 1I fan girl over a lot of people just because I love sports so much.
And Chrissa was on the end of a lot of text messages this week.
Speaker 2Listen, I'll say it getting and I'm not complaining.
I love my job.
Speaker 1I don't want to be doing anything else.
I understand people have it harder than me.
Speaker 2Disclaimer disc disclaimer disclaimer.
Speaker 4Yeah, lat lat lat Latin know who you are.
It is so hey, it's so hard.
It's a truck, it's a track yep to get.
Speaker 2To Green Bay.
Now I've got a callund stuff.
It is you.
How are you feeling?
Speaker 3No?
Speaker 1God, I just got it over it well later again disclaimer.
Speaker 2People have it hard.
Speaker 1It's a truck to get there all the way from California.
But once you were there, you it is so awesome.
It is so majestic.
It's like it's history.
It's it's football royalty.
Yeah, so I fangirl over stadiums as well.
Let's see do you still fangirl over got Yeah?
The great quarterbacks?
Yeah, you've interviewed like this.
You know what I'm gonna say, this is kind of cool.
We have Matthew this week.
I know you have him on Thursday.
Matthew Stafford.
Yes he's a friend.
But I'm going to say this.
Tom Brady in our film sessions with him, goes over what he does, right, what he likes as a quarterback.
Just watching Matthew Stafford this year, he's in our backyard with the Rams.
I have him this weekend, you have him coming up on Thursday.
This is special what he's doing.
Speaker 2I'm fangirling over this in year seventeen with how old he is?
Speaker 1MVP, Hi, Steve, this is cool, like this is really really cool.
Speaker 3Well, Matthew needs to Matthew needs to call her friend because Steve is in trouble with.
Speaker 2Me right now?
Speaker 3Hey, yeah, well all he asked him to do is make the bed in the morning.
This guy never makes the event.
I love him, so he did really at first started He's emotionally unavailable from making the bed, is what's going on?
I know.
I just made him go to CBS to pick up these pictures, because what do people want for Christmas?
They want pictures.
Anyways, this is a whole tangent.
I'll save it for the big show.
So why he's walking in the back of this shot right now?
He's striked too this morning not even eight o'clock yet.
Okay, back to who we fan girl over?
Yeah, I think it's always a privilege and it is a luxury to be able to steam.
If you don't think get down here, No.
Speaker 2You just walk outside and now you're walking up this what's happening?
What do what do I mean?
Do you think that you're just gonna walk up and I'm not gonna hear you but I already made the bed.
Speaker 3Yeah, Steve Aaron's waving Okay, hi daddy.
Anyways, it's a to cover any of these any of these teams, these players, we know that it's you know, for some of these guys, it's like, yeah, they could be in year seventeen, but also you know, running back shelf life.
They unfortunately just the way that they have to play like isn't as long.
So yeah, I mean, whether it's sakuon Barkley, whether it's when I was doing the Dallas game, like I'm so happy for Dak and granted like that that game didn't turn out the way they wanted to, but he was playing at an MVP level.
Speaker 2Uh walking watching Jerry Jones walk.
Speaker 3Behind us, Like, I don't know, I just feel like there's there's a plethora of people for different reasons where I don't it's not necessarily a fangirl thing.
It's just out of like it's more of a like admiration and respect for what it is they do playing at a high level and for the amount of years because this is the NFL.
As far as like fan yeah, it's fan growing.
Speaker 2I don't know.
Speaker 3I mean, I still feel like there's you to have it different because you're friends with him and he's on your crew.
I mean there's still like the Tom Brady's, the Derek Cheaters, Like there's those people that are just like sports where it's like no matter how many times you meet them or like know them, you're just still like you're still fucking awesome.
Speaker 1So it's funny with TV, Like, you know, now it's yeah, I realize.
I'll say that to people, Oh we were just talking to her, I'm just texting TV or and they're.
Speaker 2Like, oh, casual, and it is for you, not blend.
I didn't know he's great.
I didn't blend.
Speaker 1I tried to do a contour at seven am because it looked like crap, what happened anyways.
Yeah, so now it's like, you know, and and and what's so great about our crew is we just like rip each other in a fun like brother sister way, and nobody's off limits, which is great, and he he loves it because he does it too, and it's a good time.
Yeah, but then you realize and you remember and you're reminded you're with the goat when.
Speaker 2We go on the field.
Speaker 1Although he didn't go on the field this year and we'll talk about it a big show.
Speaker 2Someone who was a little cold.
So you go out on the.
Speaker 1Field and all the players come up to him, or we're on the phone and we do these zooms and he gives a player a compliment and you can just see their face light up and he's They're like, Tom, thanks so much.
Speaker 2I really appreciate it.
Speaker 1Or when we get on the phone and these coaches are just so excited to get knowledge, and You're.
Speaker 2Like, we're working with the goat, Tom Brady.
Speaker 3I know it's really I know it is very cool, and I never take that for granted, especially like when we're at Fox.
Speaker 2And when those baseball boys and stuff.
Speaker 3Like it's like we always do that one team picture, like you and I always have that moment where we're like, we are amongst the best here.
Speaker 2So it's very cool.
Speaker 3Next cast g seventeen favorite Christmas treat mine is peppermint Martini.
I've never had a peppermint Martine.
That's seventeen.
You have everything I do.
I am the Baskin Robbins of Martini flavors.
I will try one of everything, even at one sitting.
As you have said before this South, I have never had a peppermint martini.
I love an eggnog.
I do I know, I know you can't do.
Speaker 1It it following for the last twenty four hours, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2What is this flackus?
That no idea?
Speaker 1I woke up on Monday morning, you know, five point thirty to get the flight, and I'm like, my right nostril is clogged?
Why is my right nostril clogged?
It was clogged all Thanksgiving?
How is this back?
Speaker 2Now?
We're back.
We're back, and I'll tell you what.
Speaker 1We'll talk about it on the big show that game.
I was so cozy, warm, and all day yesterday I couldn't get warm, and I'm like, what's going on?
AnyWho?
Speaker 2That's what a berry shreadmill won't fixed.
Speaker 1You know.
Speaker 3My girls just so good at that.
So yeah, favorite mine's eggnog is a seasonal what's yours?
Or a hot Toddy Hot Toddies?
Speaker 4Oh?
Speaker 1I know it's naughty right now, whiskey.
Speaker 2Oh I love one right now?
Yeah, fresh ones.
Speaker 3It's good with the cinnamon little stick and the little orange slice in it.
I love the if we're not talking alcohol, which I know that's weird for us.
I like the little peanut butter cookie with the melted Hershey kiss on top.
Speaker 2Those are cookies.
Speaker 3Well it says favorite Christmas tree.
Oh but it doesn't say drink.
Oh it doesn't.
Oh okay, that's fair.
I was just thinking like like a cocktail.
Speaker 2But I love those those.
Look, I'm like, where did we just go here?
Those are so good?
My mom makes those.
Speaker 3My mom and my grandma always used to miss My grandma always used to make, like spend two days making Christmas cookies and it was all the kinds.
Speaker 2And I would always take the Hershey kiss out.
My Mom's like, leave those in there.
Speaker 3They need to set because you put them man when they're still a little bit warm, so that they stay.
Speaker 2Yes, this.
Speaker 1I love those with the coconuts, the walnuts, the creamy whatever that is ram cracker crumb.
Speaker 2I came home.
Max dol had made sugar cookies with a lot of sprinkles on.
Really good.
Oh my god, Max making cookies.
How about me?
Whatever?
Door dashing cookies?
Yesterday?
I like singing, I got there's Oh my god, this is from here.
No, They're like, no, they weren't open this brand.
Whatever this is is so good.
Brady's Bakery.
Have you ever had these?
Speaker 3No, Tom Brady has a bakery.
Now, yeah, why doesn't this guy have Brady's Bakery.
This cookie is called the OMFG Cookie.
Where'd you get it from?
It was just on door dash and it was They're excellent.
Speaker 2But yeah, I was craving cookies.
Speaker 3I miss like being home, like I know, you know, me and I don't live by our parents, and I just miss that, Like, you know, I'm so jealous.
There's a guy we work with, Lonnie on Sundays, and he has a family meal every Sunday.
Speaker 2He goes over to his mom's house.
Speaker 3And it's like a home cooked meal, and like, I just have forgotten, like how long we've lived away from our parents, like since we were eighteen.
And I'm like, oh my god, I like would love that to be able to go over to my parents' house and just like my mom wouldn't have a home cook meal, my dad would make the meal.
Kathy would be providing the entertainment and cocky but anyways, yeah that I don't like nostalgic and miss my family me too.
Speaker 2I don't mean I miss my girlfriend Jackie Quick.
Speaker 1She used to do that all the time with her kids, and so I would just go over there and be her fourth child.
Speaker 2But I we're.
Speaker 1Going to get together as a family, and I have to be in and out because I'm going, you know, to work Chicago Packers part do Jesus.
We'll get to that on the big show.
But I'm kind of dropping hints for my mom and sisters.
So if you guys want to bake cookies while I'm gone, let me know.
I'll get you the ingredients.
Speaker 2You know, that's very cute.
I'm jealous.
Speaker 3I'm not going to be in that living room too, I know.
Speaker 2Next.
Speaker 1Okay, Anonymous not married but happily partnered with a great man, and we have no intention.
Speaker 2To marry Steve.
Speaker 1He's been divorced.
I have had bad relationships.
We live together, but pay for everything separate.
What's the best advice you have or have received about sharing assets or expenses with your partner when you're not legally married.
Speaker 2Oh this is me?
Speaker 3Did I write this?
It is Anonymous?
Maybe I wrote this.
My advice is given my experience.
Again, everything is coming from my own purview, But I believe in keeping everything separate because as much as you think, like, oh it's forever, it's not always forever.
Speaker 2And then it gets messy.
Speaker 3So even when I was married, I never shared like the houses, all that stuff with mine, and so it made it easier with a prenup and bye bye.
The advice that I would give is keep everything separate, but I would get one joint bank account for things like Steve and I have one for if we want to go on vacation or if we want to I don't know, like just do something where it's like collective or like we're saving up for a house that we could buy together, so it's our So I think that there is a lot of value in having a joint saving a savings account together so you can feel like you're building a future without having the paperwork that supports like, oh, we're married or whatever.
Which, by the way, I need to look into this after like being together for like ten years or something.
Aren't you legally like there's like some legal ramifications.
I think so right, like because I know it's almost.
Speaker 2Like a.
Speaker 3I'm kidding if you don't know, if he doesn't, if you don't make that bed, you are you're making your own bed, or actually, you know what, it won't matter.
You can have your own bed and you cannot make it every single day.
Yeah, so I think that there's definitely there's value in having a joint bank account together because it shows that you're building something, but yet you don't have the stress of like all the assets have been merged.
Did I help answer that question best advice receiver sharing assets?
Speaker 2I thought it was great.
Speaker 3The other thing too, I will say this, Steve helps me pay my mortgage here, and then also he pays the lake house mortgage, and it makes me feel because like, yeah, it's not technically like his house, but like he pays for it all, and like there's so much with my PTSD and not having partners that financially contributed it was it's so comfort to know that, like he's invested in our future, even technically if his name's not on something.
Speaker 2And that also just shows a lot of trust.
Speaker 3So I'm not sure what assets you guys have together, Anonymous, but I think your willingness to help him on stuff and his willingness to help you just as a sign of trust and obviously like respect for one another, because you know, these are the conversations you don't want to have, right They always say, don't want to talk about sex or or sex or money in relationships.
But it's the reality that if you are going to be together, these are the tough conversations you're going to have, and the more communicative and the more open you are, because I think I've had situations where it's like you get resentful if you aren't like open and honest with that, be like hey, I need you to help me with this or I need you to do this, and it's like, once you have that conversation, I think it's very healthy for the relationship.
So open, honest communication, joint savings account and help each other where you can.
A great synopsis.
Yeah, look how far you've come.
I know, well, you know you got to go through all the bad ones.
Speaker 2Even if he doesn't make the bed, he's still great.
He's great.
Speaker 1He used to I remember when you first started dating, and you're like, listen, I know this is stupid, but this guy makes the bed.
Speaker 4Every fucking day.
Speaker 1You would wowkeeper, I know, all right, h plam three d I turkey or ham.
I'm assuming this is for Christmas dinner.
I love it both really to get a honey bagd haam and we would get a turkey.
Speaker 2I ever did the ham thing?
Speaker 3I mean like like, like, I know my grandma, she would always both they would make a ham option, but no, I was always turkey.
Oh we also did a prime rib, but real like let's get into the stick situation, you know, a little red meat.
Speaker 2I remember it come my uncle.
Speaker 3My mom has three brothers and my dad has three brothers, a lot of brothers, and they always loved a rare prime rib.
And I remember like as a kid, you see oh, like what like a blood?
I was like, this is I really drink?
I'm a vegetarian when I think about all the animals that I have, and it's like even when I ordered chicken, I'm like, oh, I've feel like I shouldn't be eating the chicken because I have chickens.
It's weird.
Maybe I'll become a vegetarian after the holidays.
Turkey is my vote.
Monica E.
Smith's favorite animated movie, Oh, Cinderella.
I think it's always got to be my like any Disney movie, but like the old school classics where it's Cinderella snow white.
Speaker 2Ariel, I love me a little Mermaid.
Speaker 3I'm so jealous that like you have a baby, and like you can watch these again and not be weird.
Speaker 2Whatef like steam comes on.
I'm just watching The Little Mermaid by myself.
That's okay?
Is it okay?
Speaker 1We watched last night Matt key Stole and I while Jarrett was watching the King's game, and I was it was halftime or I don't know, maybe I was pausing the Eagles game.
We watched the old old school Frosty the Snowman.
I think it was like from the fifties or sixties.
He's it was twenty five minutes.
He sat there the whole time.
Speaker 2It was really cute.
I kept looking over.
I'm like you good, and he's like, yeah, yeah, he loved it.
He loved it.
Was really sweet.
Oh cute.
I love that in the old Rudolph.
Yeah, that was part of it, right where he was.
Speaker 1That's cool getting to see all this new stuff for him.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's really cute.
Speaker 3Does he understand like the Christmas tree and stuff like that, Like what do you like?
You're just like it's Christmas and he's like, okay.
Speaker 1We're still saying aga is Halloween, which we don't understand where we got that from.
Ah ha ha ha ha, I don't know ag is Halloween?
And we keep saying I got I got and.
Speaker 3We're like no, and then it's like, oh lad a Christmas light stroll at like five point thirty and we were trying to look at the lights and he was like oh ho ho and then grinted geech.
Speaker 2So he knows some of it.
Speaker 1I don't think he knows what the hell's going on, but but he just yeah, than cute, mohish oh, oh my god.
Speaker 3I can't wait to tell you.
Well, normally I just tell you because I can't keep anything a secret.
I got some of Max Pressent yesterday.
I'm so excited to show you.
Oh boy everything.
That's a new car everybody.
Yeah, No, I won't like load you up with any more shit.
That's the thing too.
If I had a kid, I would say to my friend, hey, enough of this CHATCHKEI knickknack shit, because it's like it just ends up piling up and they don't need all these toys.
They don't need all this stuff, and then it feels gluttonous.
You're like, hey, can we make some donations here?
We don't need to have seventy five of the same toy and then where we need.
Speaker 2To do a good weed out.
Speaker 3Yeah, all right, that's the pregame, folks, thank you for joining us.
See on the big Show, we got to talk about the big matchups we had this week.
Aaron had a banger in the NFC Northanger.
I had Cowboys Lions, and then we're off.
We are off and running and it's week fifteen.
Now, Oh no, is it fifteen fourteen?
I don't even know what it's fifteen fifteen.
