Enis Hulli is a general partner at 500 Startups Istanbul, where they have founded over 2,400 startups in Eastern Europe and Turkey, involving over 5,000 founders. They have invested in unicorns such as Carbon Health, founded by the founder of another unicorn called Udemy. Enis has started his own company and fund, which later became the branch of 500 startups in Turkey and Eastern Europe.
