Around 18 months ago, we embarked on our journey to improving equality, diversity and inclusion at RoS, for both colleagues and customers.

Joined by Keeper of the Registers of Scotland, Jennifer Henderson, Non-Executive director at RoS, Andrew Harvey, and our EDI lead at RoS, Elizabeth Akurang, we discuss the work that we have done so far to support our colleagues and customers, share some personal insights in to what EDI means to us and more.
