Christian is a German author, educator, and business professor at USC's Marshall School of Business. He is also an affiliate researcher at the London School of Economics, where he previously taught and co-directed the LSE Innovation Lab. His famous book is ‘The Serendipity Mindset’ (2020), proposing the idea that “good luck isn’t just chance”.

Gita is an Indonesian entrepreneur and educator. He is the founding partner of Ikhlas Capital and the chairman of Ancora Group.
