I really feel inadequate reading something that I only hear in Alan Roach's voice.
Speaker 3Yeah, you really do it.
Speaker 4Yeah, you can't now, you know, you don't have it.
Speaker 3I don't even think I can get that.
Speaker 5Like I could try to imitate Mark because I work with him so often, but Alan and I worked with Alan forever.
Speaker 3Yeah, you know, it's a funny thing.
Speaker 5I give you the cleanest version of the story possible.
We were all at Seattle doing a game years ago, uh, and Alan was getting to do color because we were kind of in between color analysts, and so I got to do one that year.
Alan Roach did one that year.
I can't remember the two where, but it didn't matter.
We were in a cab in Seattle after we'd had a night of having You know, for those that don't know, the night before the game is when the broadcasters maybe get out and see the city, and that's closest you get a three hours of fun, and then the rest of the time you're on the team's schedule and you know, it's a great light blah blah blah.
But Alan, Alan did not care for the rough turns of our cab driver.
Speaker 3And Alan had had a couple and so Alan at some point finally.
Speaker 5Turns to him and in that Alan Roach voice, you hear it avalanche kids, he goes to quit ripping this car out so much of you don't mind, and it was like the voice of God telling you you better knock it off at the guy.
I don't guy evenne what to think.
They were like, no, that's his real voice.
Man, he's not even mad.
That is his voice.
Speaker 2Otherwise there's gonna be an avalanchep puke all over your back seat.
Speaker 3That will be what d if you don't stop whipping us around in his cab.
So, yeah, that was quite the night.
Speaker 4That's uh.
There you go.
Speaker 2Those our two best stabs at Alan Roach impressions.
We should probably do football news.
Let's do it, Mark Springer.
Speaker 6Hey, celebrate five dollars Fridays at Papa Murphy So on Fridays only get a large thin crust cheese sausage or pepperoni pizza for just five dollars.
Order online at Papa Murphy's dot com.
Speaker 3Hey.
Speaker 6The Broncos Injury Report is powered by Ramos Law, the official injury law from partner of the Denver Broncos.
Pat Bryant a full participant in practice.
Once again, he is going to play.
Lucas Kroll and Drew Sanders are out.
Luke Wattenberg is questionable.
JK Dobbins is out, Alex Forsyth, Troy Franklin, and J.
L.
Skinner are all questionable.
Speaker 2All right, Andy, The JK Dobbins thing everyone was hoping and you know initially it was given to us as a Super Bowl is the realistic timeline.
If Denver can get there, they're a victory away.
But Dobbins in his first week back on the practice field not enough there for him to be able to play with the the foot sprain, midfoot sprain, the Liz frank thing that he is dealing with.
So no A Dobbins in this game.
That's major.
Spring mentioned.
Troy Franklin listed as questionable.
The whispers out of the locker room are sure sounding like he's not going to go.
They'll elevate Elijah Moore in that spot.
But you do have the services of Pat Bryant, who Sandman predicted he'll be wearing the Guardian cap.
I could see that being very realistic with two late season concussions.
Speaker 5Yeah, and when we talked to Leggy, he did want to make it very clear that if it maybe weren't going to be a high of nineteen, that maybe the Dobbins call up would have been a little more realistic, but I can imagine that they don't want to take any chances cold day.
You want to get that thing warmed up and loose.
And I don't know if anyone's going to be warmed up and loose all this Sunday.
Speaker 2No, it's gonna be absolutely brutal out there where again we're expecting perhaps temperatures in the teams win chills in these single digits and maybe as low as below zero.
So when you go into the game, certainly Bundle by the way, one of our lucky listeners is going to be going to the game.
They're going to be winning a pair of tickets courtesy of bud Light from us right here at number thirty eight.
You still got a few minutes.
If you're driving through downtown, will head right out to Rhino and come hang out with us here today at number thirty eight, you still got a shout to win tickets to the AFC Championship game.
Springer, Let's talk about that Patriots injury report.
Speaker 6That fine, Yeah, Linebacker Harold Landry is out for Sunday's game with a knee injury.
Wide receiver Mac Hollins was a full participant in practice today as he tries to come off of ir from an abdomen injury.
He is questionable to play against the Broncos.
Hey, this is fun.
Mike Frabel was asked today about a player we have not heard of.
Speaker 3His name is Darryl Taylor.
Speaker 6So they they signed him just about a week ago because he's a former Texan and they signed him to their team to get the secrets on the Texans.
Today, Mike Frabel was asked about Darryl Taylor.
Speaker 3It was Darryl Taylor gotten accremated so far.
Uh, yeah, we released Darryl Taylor.
We'll put that out here four o'clock.
Speaker 4So not very well.
Speaker 5Oh wow wow at the end, holy cow, not very well.
Speaker 4Didn't go great?
Speaker 3Wow.
Speaker 2Uh we got we got our we got what we needed out of Darryl Taylor, and then we told him to scoot.
Speaker 5All right, seriously, spring that's gotta be a drop of the year right there.
Speaker 4That was.
Speaker 3That was not very well man.
Speaker 4They ended that kind of caught me there.
Speaker 5I thought he was gonna go, Yeah, we would have told you guys, it gotta be nice about it.
Speaker 3But no, not very well, very well.
Not very well.
Speaker 5That was That was like when Chad Brown asked if people would quit wasting everybody's time and see you at a pro day and most of the guys that showed up were not gonna be pros.
Speaker 4Darryl Taylor, that's you know that.
Speaker 2Vrabel was sitting there going, I can't believe I'm getting a bleep in Darryl Taylor.
Speaker 3You're gonna here ask me?
Really, we're going this deep?
You're really asking me about this?
Right?
Speaker 5That's what Rabel goes, I've had too much media availability this week.
Speaker 3If we're getting to the Darryl Taylor question.
Speaker 2He's looking over at his PR guy.
I'm just going like, how did we get here?
Speaker 3Yeah?
Speaker 2This is your fault.
I hope you know your guy who's he with might as well let you know before we hit send down.
Speaker 4The press release.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, we're cutting his ass.
Speaker 5He was terrible.
Matter of fact, we didn't even give him any sweats.
Speaker 3He's out.
He didn't even get issued team gear.
That's how bad this went.
Speaker 2Also, Rabel didn't even try to sugar down in the slightest bit.
Speaker 4Yeah, not real good.
Speaker 5One more time, Spring, let's just hear the whole thing.
Because this is a gem of a fine by you.
Speaker 3How is Darryl Taylor gotten ac committed so far?
Uh yeah, we released Darryl Taylor.
We'll put that out here four o'clock.
So not very well.
Speaker 4He just well, you know the funniest part about the nod very well is Andy.
Speaker 2We complain all the time that plays and coaches don't actually answer the question that they're asked.
Speaker 4You gotta give it to Rabel.
He really did answer the questions.
Speaker 5Oh yeah, he'd taken out any but yeah, that that guy sucks.
Speaker 3He went Bob Barker happy Gilmore.
Speaker 4That was the acclimating.
Speaker 3Not good.
We released him.
Speaker 4Uh huh yeah.
Speaker 3He didn't even make it the team meal.
That's how he acclimated.
Speaker 2The Uh, the the release is sitting in my it's my drafts folder.
Speaker 3I just haven't hit sendy.
We had even processed the contract.
Speaker 2My guy, do you think it's possible that Darryl Taylor was driving away from the facility and like ee I or sports Hub was playing the press conference and he heard that as he left.
Speaker 5Well, if he didn't hear it as he left, he's gonna hear it before he gets going, going goes to bed tonight.
Speaker 4How about that brutal Darryl Taylor?
All right, go ahead, spread fine.
Speaker 6How about the NFC Championship game Sunday four thirty.
We'll have it right here on Outstude Sports Radio.
Seahawks two and a half point home favorites against the Rams for Seattle.
Sam Darnold is off of the injury report.
He's gonna start, so.
Speaker 2The oblique is okay, Drew Locke will not get an opportunity.
You know, it's so funny, is this Championship week?
Speaker 3Right?
Yeah?
Speaker 2If you're not hurt with the Broncos in the AFC Championship game, with the Stidham factor and the amount of like my my mental space that I've put into thinking about what that game is going to be like and and talk hopefully semi intelligently about it here on the air, I couldn't tell you a single thing about the NFC Championship game right now.
It I mean, I know the Rams, I know the Seahawks, I know the game is in Seattle, okay, uh, but like that game is so far off of my radar right now.
Speaker 3Now.
Speaker 5I'm with you because and I do feel like I know that I think it was d Mak and Scotty got a rematch Broncos Seahawks.
By the way, you see, is it Oz who's the mentalist guy that shows up on all the odd he predicted with Devanta Adams this year and Rams Broncos.
Speaker 3I think that's what it's gonna be.
Speaker 5Yeah, and I think Stafford I I just remember people tend to forget the Rams were basically the team that cost Darnold his job with the Vikings.
Wasn't it that he couldn't beat them at all?
Like twice they faced off or something.
He got killed in the playoffs and the regular season and that's when they're like, no thanks, And I realized he he found.
Speaker 3A way to get it done in the regular season this year.
I just I don't know.
Speaker 5You know, that's the problem with divisional matchups in the championship.
We've already seen it twice this year.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 3Look, I'm sure everybody in the West cares.
Speaker 2But by the way, we gave you the look ahead lines before Seattle minus nine and a half, Rams minus eight and a half against the Broncos, So it sets up beautifully.
Speaker 3You get to be a heavy dog.
No one expects anything.
Speaker 5O are you a little surprised by that, though, I would think that the higher spread would belong to the Rams.
You're facing Matthew Stafford, who's done this before.
Speaker 2Yeah, but Seattle's a two and a half point favored against the Rams and they and they have the defense.
And yeah, it's right now by the power rankings they are viewing the NFL.
Speaker 5Eight krkman, savvy football guy, Yeah, would you rather take your chances with Sam Donald than Matthew Stafford in the game for it all.
Speaker 4It's a okay, it's pick your poison.
Speaker 3I'm with you because your guys got to face their defense.
Speaker 2Because that's because now you start talking about Mike McDonald's defense, I'm with you.
And also they can run the hell out of the ball.
Also they got jsn uh also Sam Donald.
While you know, not the explosive threat that Matthew Stafford is, you know, he's he's not a stiff, so.
Speaker 5He's got a battle bleak.
Maybe go tap that a couple of times.
Speaker 4Tap is so bleak, Just a.
Speaker 3Couple a couple of helmets properly placed.
Speaker 4I guess I'm ignoring the tapping.
Speaker 3Anyway.
To answer your questions, got a bad bag.
Speaker 2I'm not surprised that Seattle would be a bigger favorite by a point.
Now go ahead, Spring, Do you want that'd be fun?
Speaker 4Yeah?
Speaker 3You want to relive your sad Vegas experience from the.
Speaker 4Person, Yes, I need to do it.
Hey, play it one more time.
Speaker 3I like that drop Witch drop Hi five?
Speaker 2Oh that one Hi fin?
There you go, just for you, Mike Vrabel, one more time for me too.
As long as you're as long as you're taking brocos.
Speaker 5Anyway, go ahead, Okay, Hey, how about how about uh Philip Rivers?
Speaker 4I'm not sure.
Speaker 3He's hilarious and today yes saying I don't know my weight.
Speaker 6Today, Philip Rivers interviewed for The Bill's head coaching job.
Speaker 2It might as well, sure, Terry Pagula already showed like well, I have no interest whatsoever in doing anything that has any common sense.
I will make nothing but emotional decisions.
Watching Josh Allen weep was enough of a reason for me to go and fighters Sean McDermott, you might as well go hire Phil Rivers.
Speaker 3I guess, I mean, yeah, I guess.
I don't look.
Would Rivers be an NFL play caller?
He could?
Speaker 5I don't think by what we saw in is I think he would sit with Uh, here's the thing, Indy, if.
Speaker 2Phil was just a if, if he got a budget to hire really good assistance, I don't.
I don't think he should be an NFL play caller since he's never you know, called plays right in the end before.
I know, he's played a lot of NFL football.
You know, he's audibled a lot.
But it's a whole different task.
If Rivers had a good staff around him, it would be a Dan Campbell.
Speaker 4I don't exactly.
Speaker 2I don't think that it's got failure written all over it.
Speaker 4It's not Jeff Saturday.
Speaker 5Yeah, but you know, see, here's the thing for me though, but this is Buffalo where you got to take advantage of a closing window.
And that's a hell of a gamble with a guy you don't know what he's like as a coach.
Speaker 3Now.
Speaker 2It's a good point, you know what I mean.
Although he was a state semi finalist in Alabama this year.
Speaker 3That's good.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Speaker 3With his kid, wasn't it what's his kid's name?
Speaker 4Gunner?
Speaker 3Gunner?
Speaker 4Gunner?
Speaker 5Okay, yeah, so we're gonna get We're gonna get Sandman the job.
Then does he get an interview with Buffalo.
He was also a state semi finalist in high school.
That is true, So let's give the guy a shot.
And I believe Gunner is his middle name.
Speaker 2Sanford.
Yeah, Mike Gunner Sanford.
I believe it could be.
Could be.
Speaker 4I think I've read that Wikipedia page enough, but.
Speaker 5I'm just saying, like like that kind of higher to me is more.
The Raider higher is more.
The Cleveland higher, though, the team that's not trying to desperately take advantage of a closing window.
You know, every year that Josh Allen gets older, the window closes a little more.
Speaker 2I'm not sure Terry Pigoula is that far off of Mark Davis based on what I've seen this week?
Speaker 3Yeah, it's it's been a weird week out there.
Speaker 4And finally spring fine.
Speaker 6Hey, the Cowboys have a new defensive coordinator replacing Matt Eberflus.
Speaker 3It will be.
Speaker 6Christian Parker, who just turned thirty four years old.
Most recently the passing game coordinator and defensive backs coach for the Eagles.
He was the Broncos defensive backs coach from twenty one to twenty three.
Speaker 3Who's who's coach the Broncos?
I just didn't know which one he go with.
Speaker 2He's got to be better than flu.
So that's there's my analysis right there.
Eberflus not real good, so exactly nothing but improvement right there.
We have got your Broncos Patriots, AFC champion and Jip drinking game.
When we come back, it's about light football Friday live at number thirty eight on Altitude Sports Radio ninety two five.
Speaker 1You've got the Krekman and Lyndahl podcast.
Listen live every weekday from ten am to noon on Altitude Sports Radio ninety two to five and on the Altitude Sports Radio App.
Speaker 2We're gonna announce the winner of the AFC Championship.
Tickets on a bud Light Football Friday coming up in a few minutes here at number thirty eight.
Great place to watch the game coming up on Sunday if you were so inclined, or if you want to hang out with Andy and Sandman, get over to Stony's on Lincoln.
Uh, what time you guys hit in the air on.
Speaker 3Ten to news, ten to News and then the Westwood one post pregame.
Speaker 5I should say we'll take over noon to one, Okay, then we have kickoff.
Speaker 3Then after the game Nate Krekman is.
Speaker 2Not doing any programming between the games because we found out I would be on the air for like five minutes.
Speaker 3Oh well, I've done that show.
Speaker 4You know what you do the five minutes show.
Speaker 3I've done the five minute show.
Speaker 5I used to do a show at a different bar downtown after Rockies games and in one of their famous nine thousand picture outings, I gotta be on for five minutes, so I had them string my headsets behind the bar and actually bartender for people as I did five minutes a live radio on KAWA.
Speaker 3And I still don't think the bosses know that I did that.
It's a classy move.
Then, yeah, poured a few drinks.
Speaker 4Did you take tips?
Naw?
Speaker 5I only had one couple sitting there going what is going on?
Why is this down at the headset?
All in our business?
I think they're trying to get annoy each other, and I'm like, hey, radio guy here, what can I get you to drink?
Speaker 3Well?
Speaker 2Hey, speaking of radio guy, let's get into your Broncos Patriots drinking game right here on Altitude Sports Radio ninety two five.
You want to have a couple of drinks during the game, didn't have to be of the of the libation variety.
You can have whatever you choose, but play along at home.
We give you the props and then you take a drink if you should see that during the game drinking game props time.
Speaker 4Here we go.
Speaker 2Let's start with this one, Andy, And he mentioned of the cold weather.
Oh yeah, cold weather during the broadcast, whether in relation to the players struggling, whether simply in relation to the conditions as they show the frigid fans out there at Mile High.
You're gonna want to go ahead and drink because we are anticipating the possibility of this being the coldest game in Denver since the twenty twelve Divisional round loss to the Baltimore Rates.
Speaker 5And I would add it they compare it to the weather from just a week ago.
Have another drink, yes, because again this is the same crew that called the game a week.
Speaker 2Ago, and it was it was chilly, but it wasn't like it's gonna be on Sunday.
Should we get a false start on the Broncos in this game, drink all right?
Operation has a possibility of hiccup with a backup quarterback and then something to watch out for now.
Of course, also drink.
If there is a false start on the Patriots, a second year quarterback in his first road playoff game, it's going to be deafening in that place.
They've been trying to work on silent counts in New England, but they played the last two games at home, so really just drink it.
Speaker 3A false start in sure game.
I like it both ways.
Speaker 2If there is holding called on Patriots rookie left tackle Will Campbell, you should drink.
But also if Nancy and or Romo mentioned that Campbell has short arms, that is also a reason to drink in this game.
Speaker 5And if he's holding because of the short arms, finish the drink.
Speaker 2The old short armhold.
Let's get some Drake May props going on here for you, Andy.
If there is a Drake May fumble, he has fumbled six times in the postseason, three of them lost by New England.
A Drake May fumble, you have to drink.
Speaker 3I don't even like Drake.
Speaker 2Drake May scramble.
That's not a breakfast dish in Massachusetts.
Speaker 4Listen to this.
Speaker 2Sixty one scrambles this year from Drake May that was the most in the NFL.
Really, six point nine yards per carry.
Nice on scrambles.
He had two tuddies.
A drake may scramble is reason to drink.
Speaker 3I hate the drake.
He if he scrambles for seven yards, I hate the drake too.
Speaker 4Yeah huh.
Speaker 2And that pass rush I think is gonna get home a few times with this new England offensive line, so he could very well be on the move.
Any shots of bow Nicks in the Owner's suite, you have to drink.
But as Andy mentioned earlier, if we see any changes in the regular assigned seating inside the Broncos owners suite, which typically goes left to right, Condy Greg carry And then if if uh, senior Walton's there, what's his first name, Rob?
Speaker 5Rob Walton's there.
He's always next to his daughter in the far right.
Speaker 2Yes, So so keep an eye on that because Bo's gonna be in there.
Speaker 4Will bow Nicks.
Speaker 5Screw up the seating jart well, he take one of the middle seats and then it's all off kilter.
Speaker 2I bet you Bo, I could see Bo staying on the crutches up, standing up, level up, He'll be, He'll be pacing around.
Speaker 4He's gonna be He's gonna be a wreck during.
Speaker 3This is is he in there?
With him.
Speaker 2Uh oh, I would think so, yeah, or do you think she I would I would assume so does she want a.
Speaker 3Taste a watch in the game with her us?
Speaker 4If she may not, might not be that good of it.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Yeah.
Speaker 2If the broadcast mentions that Josh McDaniels is the former head coach of the Broncos, you have to drink, and it's a pretty.
Speaker 5Good drink that.
I don't know if they'll pull that.
They probably will, but it has been a long it's been sixteen years since he last coached here.
Speaker 4I think Nance will give it passing mention.
Speaker 3I think you're probably right.
He's a pro.
Speaker 2Yes, he always works in those angles.
All right, Let's dive into Nance and Romo in particular Jim Nance.
Speaker 4If he yells.
Speaker 2Broncos the Broncos or if he goes with the more complete Denver Broncos, you have to drinks different page, sorry spring.
If Jim Nance misremembers the name of the Broncos defensive coordinator, you have to drink.
Speaker 4Vance Jackson, Vance Joseph.
Speaker 3I should say yeah, please should say please.
Speaker 2Do as always consume beverages.
When Tony Romo starts making weird noises, huge.
Speaker 4Catch.
Speaker 5But yeah, my favorite is when he just starts talking again.
Shut up, he's just had enough.
Speaker 4Shut up.
Speaker 3Please talk about that all right?
Speaker 2Uh So Nanson Romo on the call this week.
Hey, Andy, two of the best return men in the league in this game, and Marvin Mims and Marcus Jones.
If we get a punt return touchdown, that's enough reason to take a Shwill Drake drink on a punt return touchdown?
How massive would a special teams tuddy be in this game for the Broncos?
Speaker 3Huge?
Speaker 4Huge, huge huge.
We used to.
Speaker 5Monitor the Rockies.
I swear Wade Hagen did it to be funny.
Jeff Jeff Care's go to rhetorical question was how big was that?
Speaker 3And Wayne just started finally going huge.
I'm not even sure.
I'm not even sure.
Speaker 5Jeff Kigery locked in in his play by play stated, you guys tend to do sometimes, realized Wayne was answering huge.
Speaker 4It is the dumbest retoriler question.
What have you ever?
Speaker 2By the way, asked an athlete like how big was that?
Played in the quarter and they were just like, didn't matter that much.
I would how big was that score?
It didn't matter?
Now in affect it now lost, right?
Did we did we get seven points for that?
I don't even remember.
Yeah, and yet we all do it?
Speaker 3Huge?
Speaker 5Huge, This is huge, Jim nicely done.
Speaker 2If CBS gives us any old footage of Manning versus Brady, that's.
Speaker 3A drink feels almost automatic.
Speaker 4Guaranteed, that one's guaranteed.
Speaker 2That's more automatic than any ski hill be roll this week.
I don't even know if they'll go to it in an.
Ah'm so cold up there.
I don't know if they'll want to.
Speaker 4Yeah.
Uh.
Speaker 2If Sean Peyton, this is kind of a I don't I don't know about this one.
If Sean Payton has a sideline spat with Jared Stidham, nice doesn't feel terribly likely.
I think Sean's gonna more wrap his arms around his backup quarterback this and now, hold on.
There was the two games stitts he had.
He did yell at Sean.
That's true, they caught the remember that.
Speaker 3I can't remember which game it was, but he did get.
Speaker 4A little lippy with Sean.
Speaker 2Also, didn't Stidy reveal to us it was like last summer that Sean let him stay at his it is his place, An, That's what it was okay, but either way out of Mexico somewhere.
Speaker 4Yeah, he was.
Speaker 2He was on a golf trip or whatever, rich guy destination.
Sean was like, I want to I want to stay, to.
Speaker 3Stay at the house suite it is.
Speaker 2That's that's when we knew, Oh Stitty's getting re signed here.
Yeah, they're bros.
They got the thing going on right now.
Speaker 3But what did he find?
Speaker 2Did he go through the drawer, Yeah, the medicine have it kind of stuff.
Speaker 3Is what is this topical.
Speaker 4Fungus?
Anyway?
Speaker 2Uh, if we get a Stitty Tuddy passing or running, that is a time to drink.
Speaker 4Stick them, stick them, and the Broncos.
Speaker 2Win the AFC Championship game without an offensive touchdown.
Speaker 3I did.
Speaker 5I almost went for a joke score with PhD of twelve fifteen ten.
I mean I did fo all field goals.
But yeah, what if it's like one of those like like like.
Speaker 2Sixteen fourteen games and you get the you know, the pick six from jab McMillan.
Speaker 5Yeah, well what about this?
What if it's yeah, you just said the number sixteen.
Yeah, just to harken back to win he actually was getting, didn't he score sixteen to two?
Speaker 3But this time, sixteen's positive because they win.
Speaker 4He did.
Speaker 3Yeah, but wait, did he score sixteen in the game they won?
Speaker 5Probably because remember there was a time where all they did was score sixteen points.
Speaker 4Yeah, that's just it.
That's all I could get.
Speaker 2It's a very it's a very common uh Broncos, it's I'm trying to think in the twenty twenty three hold on, I'm pulling up the game log right now, twenty twenty three.
Yes, his victory was sixteen to nine over the Chargers.
His loss was twenty seven to fourteen at raidersp yep, so Stitty has a dub with sixteen points with sixteen although they did score an offensive touchdown in that game, which I believe was a touchdown throne to little Jordan Humphrey.
Speaker 5Little Jordan, Yeah, you're right now.
I remember seeing the highlight.
Now fifty forty yards.
Speaker 2Yeah, yeah, Stiddy's gonna he's he's got the shot plays in him.
I think he can do it, Little Jordan Humphrey.
Yeah, thank you, Stitty, Little Jordan Humphrey touchdown.
Finish your drink, TD, And I'm not calling Little Jordan Humphrey drop.
I don't want to put that out in it.
Yeah, no, you can drink if it happens, but that won't be official.
Jared Stidham takes a sack career eight point eight percent sack rate.
That's a lot higher than bo Nix's.
That's more than more than double bo Nix's career sack rate.
Speaker 4You have to drink, Jared or Didty as we know him now?
Thank you, Jim?
Speaker 3It was Jim this morning.
Yeah, the guys.
Speaker 4Uh.
Speaker 2If Jared Stidham scrambles for a first down, you have to drink.
If Courtland Sutton has a first down, catch, drink?
Should we just put in there like Courtland Sutton catch quarters one through three?
Speaker 4Yes, he didn't have to catch until what inside four minutes to go last year?
Speaker 3It took him a minute last week?
Man R J.
Speaker 4Harvey catch out of the backfield.
Drink.
Speaker 2This one's gonna be heavy.
You're gonna be drinking a lot.
I got RJ.
Harvey catching five passes minimum in this game.
Speaker 3Should you get you some uh like Little King's malt liquor for.
Speaker 2Some of this or ooh an old e it wasn't ad a malt liquor too, A Mickey Mickeys, if you will for the.
Speaker 3For the trashy ones you don't want to have to get done.
Speaker 2Old E made for the best brass monkey, though I don't know what it was.
The combination of old Ee and orange juice was absolutely delicious.
Nick Benito sack, that's a drink, but a Nick Benito strip sack is two drinks.
Three forced fumbles the last two weeks out of Nick Benito, I called before a Jkwon McMillan picked six.
Put that into the drinking game.
Defensive pass interference on Carlton Davis of the Patriots or Riley Moss.
That's a drinking situation, pass interference defense number twenty one foul automatic down.
By the way, it'll sound exactly like that.
Yeah, it'll be hardy booze.
Speaker 4I'm drunk.
Speaker 2And then finally due to hardy booze.
And finally when the Lamar Hunt Trophy is handed to Greg Penner or finish your drink and then shotgun another one because the Broncos wud go to the super Bowl.
That's right, Jim Nance, there you go.
Speaker 4That's your Broncos Patriots.
Speaker 3Now I got another question for you.
Speaker 5Okay, all right, when the trophy starts getting now they don't worry about that quite as much.
Speaker 3But who touches it first?
Like who remember who?
Who do they?
Speaker 5I think Penner Penner to Peyton, But then who's the player?
Oh it would have been Bonicks.
Yeah, I think yeah, great question.
Garrett Bowles longest tenured that would be That would be quite right, that would be quite the theater.
Speaker 4That would that would fit well?
It would yeah, And.
Speaker 5Yet I think it'd be a McGlinchey as Singleton.
Do you let Singleton do it because of the fight and fight against cancer.
Speaker 3While he's been playing?
Or Sir Tan Maybe?
Speaker 2I mean again, I'm just I'm thinking I'm and maybe hockey's influencing me.
The the handing of the cup to Eric Johnson, that's kind of that.
The the Raymond Well, I'm kind of thinking in that vein.
Speaker 3Did we do we do an MVP for this one?
I can't even remember.
Is there like an AFC Championship MVP?
Speaker 5I think there is, But if there was, that player would be most close to grab the troup.
Speaker 3And we'll give him a hearty smack on the rear coming up on Monday.
Speaker 4That's right.
Uh, game sweeps in.
Speaker 3It just takes it.
Speaker 2Kandy hand me that day touch for my dad.
That would be an upset.
That's Kandy's plus eighty thousand to get the Lamar Hunt Trophy first, that one would pay substantially.
Bud Light Football Friday Live at number thirty eight.
We'll get you our official predictions on the game.
Uh when we come back at Altitude Sports Radio ninety two to five.
Speaker 1You've got the Krekman and Lyndahl Podcast.
Listen live every weekday from ten am to noon on Altitude Sports Radio nine five and on the Altitude Sports Radio App.
Speaker 2Did big Voice guy right there?
Did he Jim Nance?
When he said Broncos a little bit?
I thought I heard that Broncos.
We could ship it off to him.
I wondered, did they I didn't see, now I gotta know.
Speaker 3I'm sure they didn't.
Speaker 5But the morning guys should have played the Bronco cut for Jim Nance.
Speaker 3Browning guys should have told Jim Nancy won an award he didn't care about.
Speaker 2So Jim Nance disrupted his burnt toast for breakfast this morning to talk to Vic.
Speaker 4Yeah, I think so, okay, maybe he was pre taped all right?
Speaker 3After the toast?
Speaker 4Okay, thank you very much?
Speaker 3Was it wait was that today?
Speaker 6Did he drop a Bronco Nation today?
Speaker 3Fantastic?
Anything else you want to give us?
The Bronco Land.
Speaker 2Jim Jim Jim Nanz is now again.
Once again, Jim Nantz is back on the drop menu.
My good Yes, it's a double dipper root Today we got a pregame cover to the As and the Nuggets powered by Ramo's Law Avalanche and Philadelphia at seven o'clock and then the Nuggets games at seven thirty tonight.
It's an Amazon game tonight, Andy, the Nuggets are in Milwaukee to take on the Bucks.
Speaker 3Do you have any idea who's playing?
Speaker 5I know Marlow and Hastings were kind of speculating at the end of the last night's game because again, big minutes for a lot of people.
Speaker 3Does anybody go tonight now?
Speaker 5Val Big Valentunis Jonas fouled out, so he's probably got some minutes left in him right.
Oh, got close to it earlier today from Katie ag is listed as probable.
Jamal Valentunis and p Watt are both questionable.
Speaker 2Interesting, this could be a yeah, you guys can have this one.
Speaker 3We got ours last three we got last night.
Speaker 2Well, we're short handed, we're not winning this A third game and four nights again, yeah.
Speaker 5Like again we lock in on the back to backs, but this is now three games, three cities, and four nights.
Speaker 2If in all seriousness, if Adam Silver just went to the players Association and was just like, I'm gonna get rid of back to backs.
You're just gonna play every other night.
That's that's gonna be your Like, you just play every other night for whatever, for six months of the season.
Yeah, And I guarantee, I bet you the players will be like sweet, Yeah, they would know exactly what to expect, you know, they would know exactly what to expect.
But just do away with the back to backs because everybody hates them every and it leads to a subpar product.
The NBA could do themselves a favor, uh and and just get rid of back to backs.
Speaker 4My goodness.
Speaker 2Anyway, I'll get some bucks tonight, h and the Apps take on the Philadelphia Flyers.
All right, Andy, Uh, it is time for official predictions.
I gotta I got a couple that I'm looking for out of you.
Speaker 4Uh.
Speaker 2First off, give me a guaranteed Bronco touchdown in this game?
Who's scoring a touchdown?
For the Broncos in this game.
Speaker 5You know I shouldn't do this, all right, but my loins tell me Evan Ingram finally shows up tomorrow, and I think he catches what would be his first tuddy of the year.
Look, I just think there's something about backup quarterbacks and tight ends being in the safety blanket.
Okay, I'm not screwed around this segment.
We have had a lot of fun with the predictions.
I legitimately think Evan Ingram is probably gonna be more noticeable than he's been all year because I do think that most quarterbacks prefer the tight end as that safety kind of target, if you will.
And I could see Stidham hitting Evan Ingram in the end zone for one, or maybe it's one of where you know, you get him at the two when he runs it in or whatever.
But I think I think Evan Ingram finally gets a tuddy tomorrow.
Speaker 4Ingraham at plus five twenty five.
Speaker 3I don't think the Patriots are letting Sutton have one.
Speaker 2Frankly, okay, along those lines, I'm gonna take Marvin Mims, Okay, but I'm a good one.
Speaker 4But I'm looking for deep shot.
Speaker 2That's what I'm looking here for and look, I think New England is gonna play a lot of man and I think Marvin Mims can get behind Carlton Davis Boom.
I think you got a touchdown right there.
Davis, I know has been really good in the postseason, but he doesn't have the greatest high end speed.
I could see if the Broncos could isolate that matchup.
Speaker 3You attack that and Steady Aaron one out.
Speaker 2I'm gonna take Marvin Mims at plus three point ninety for my touchdown score.
Andy, who on the Broncos defense is going to score a touchdown in this game?
Stumped him?
Speaker 5Well, I don't know if they're gonna throw enough at ps two for it to happen.
I'm gonna say Nick Benito.
Nick Benito's been causing turnovers.
I think he's gonna scoop and score it, all right.
I probably should go with someone else to pick up the scoop and score, but I just think Nick Benito has been a huge part of the turnover resurgence for this team.
Speaker 4All right.
Speaker 2I think I think Drake may is gonna be playing a lot of quick game, trying to get his hand the ball out of his hands quickly.
I'm I'm gonna take Ja Kwan McMillan to jump her out.
Interesting, Okay, I'm looking at a pick six out of Jay McMillan, the hero from a week ago in the Divisional round.
I got j Kwon McMillan picked six in this game.
And we wrap it up with this andy final score.
AFC Championship game Broncos Patriot's Denver a four point home dog on Sunday against Drake May, Mike Vrabel, Josh McDaniels and New England.
Who's going to Santa Clara in two weeks.
Speaker 3Okay, it's I'm gonna go.
Speaker 5I'm taking a page out of the twenty fifteen script, but I'm gonna go seventeen thirteen Broncos, and I think they're gonna score early.
I think they're gonna have to hold on in the end.
I think it's gonna be a white knuckle game.
I think the Patriots, like they did back in twenty fifteen, may have the ball at the end and a Bronco fourth down hold sends them to the AFC Championship or to the Super Bowl, and history repeats itself.
I hope it's not a two remember, for those that forget, it was a two point conversion.
The Broncos had to stop and then they had to recover the on site kick to salt the game away in twenty fifteen.
But I think Stidy gets a couple in the first half.
I think they had a third quarter or fourth quarter field goal.
But I think it's seventeen thirteen at the end of the day.
I think the cold weather affects both teams, and I don't think we're in for a very high scoring.
Speaker 2Affairs seventeen thirteen.
Andy likes the Broncos.
Look, I predicted this a week ago.
It did not come to be.
I'm gonna stay right here with it.
Rookie Andy Borregalis is going to step up put total leather from forty four yards out to.
Speaker 4Win the game for New England.
And he's gonna.
Speaker 2Doink that sucker off the right upright.
Broncos twenty four, Patriots twenty two OO twenty four to twenty two.
Sean Payton takes the Broncos to the Super Bowl where they will play the Seattle Seahawks.
Speaker 3See, I got them playing the Rams.
I think it's Broncos Rams.
Speaker 4Okay, there it is.
Speaker 2Everybody you heard it here first, because nobody else in town is predicting the Broncos Man.
Everybody else is on New England K and L Craigman and Lindall.
We're the Broncos Show.
So there you go, everybody, uh, that's gonna do it for us this afternoon.
I think literally everybody in the station picked the Broncos by the way.
Speaker 5We did, which makes me a little fearful.
We're all too confident.
But who cares.
Who's gonna be.
Speaker 3The down or now?
Speaker 4It's one exactly.
Speaker 5You do not want to go to the Santa Clara Benigans again for being Homers coming up up nine, So what we'll take it?
Games in Denver, pal That's right.
Speaker 2Listen to it Sunday on one o'clock right here on ELT Dude Sports Radio ninety two to five.

By the way, I believe the Broncos and AFC championships are undefeated.
The same weekend the Mammoth play at home.
Speaker 3I can't fact check you on that, don't google it, but I think they are.
Speaker 4Works.
Speaker 2We got the Mammoth home tomorrow, Abs and Nuggets.
