Callisto Group (also known as “Seaborgium”, “Star Blizzard”, “ColdRiver”, “TA446”) is considered an advanced persistent threat (APT) that has been active since late 2015 and is believed to belong to 'Centre 18' department of Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB).
