Speaker 1

Hi.

Speaker 2

I am Kate Hudson and my name is Oliver Hudson.

We wanted to do something that highlighted our relationship and what it's like to be siblings.

We are a sibling.

Speaker 3

Railvalry, No, no, sibling, don't do that with your mouth, Revelry.

Speaker 2

That's good.

Oliver Hudson here reporting live from Wilder Hudson's room.

I think every podcast episode now will open up with me explaining what room I'm in in the house, because it always changes.

Just sat down at the kid's desk.

I'm looking at his gaming computer right now.

I'm understanding more and more about him as I scan this room.

I just put some of his Carmacks on, which it's kind of weird that he's buying CarMax, you know.

I mean, that's so old school.

It reminds me of my childhood.

I'm sure it's like terrible for you, and I'm sure the chemicals and CarMax are real.

So that's where I'm at.

That's what I'm doing right now, and I just got back from Colorado.

I went too bolder because Wilder, my eighteen year old, is his senior year in high school and this is where he wants to go.

So we went and looked at the campus.

Was me, myself, and his mother, Aaron, and it was amazing.

It was just so cool.

That's where I went for two years.

By the way, two years two years because I grew up in la in a not a fast life, but you know, you're sort of doing more.

I get to Bolder the first I actually have a story.

I don't know if I should tell it or not, if it's too long.

Win died, we but I'm gonna tell the story.

Speaker 1

Fuck it.

Speaker 2

So we get to our dorm.

It's my friend John and myself, best friends in high school, go to college together, and we're getting our stuff together our dorm room and we get a knock on the door and it's this dude.

He's sort of talking like this, he's a mullet, and he's like, what's up, bros, dude, fucking welcome freshman year.

What's your name?

And I'm like, Hey, what's up, buddy, I'm Oliver Hudson.

Nice to meet you.

Cool bro, gives me a hug.

Cut to two hours later, the guy is hammered and literally runs into a door on purpose and knocks himself out, and I'm like, okay, welcome.

It's a bolder At that moment, I said, I'll be here two years.

I'm gonna be living the dorms.

I'm gonna live off campus.

I think I got it, and then I'm out, and I was out.

I knew what I wanted to do with my life, getting in the movie industry.

So I was like, look, I had fun.

I'm not gonna waste any more money my parents.

It's money to be straight, and I'm gone.

That was my Boulder experience.

Anyway, point is Wilder wants to go there as well, and hopefully he learns more than I did.

Went up to Colorado, went up to Aspen after that.

The leaves are changing.

It was incredibly beautiful.

And now I'm just rambling, but I love fucking Colorado.

Anyway, Enough about me, enough about me and my stories, because we have someone who has changed lives in the waiting room.

He has been in our podcast before, way back in the day when Katie and I first started this thing, when we were actually doing it in person before COVID.

He's known as the medical Medium, but to me, he's Anthony william Let's chat.

Come on in aunt, whats look at this guy?

Look at this guy.

He's got a big he's got a big vat of orange juice.

He's wearing cool ass sun.

Last time I saw this dude, he was not as cool as he is.

Now.

This guy, he's a rock star.

Now you've turned into a rock star.

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

You're like you're like Zach Galafanaki, like between two ferns, except I don't know if those are ferns, those are poems.

Speaker 1

I'm honored, man, I'm honored.

What are you kidding?

Hey man, thank you compliment from you.

Man.

Speaker 2

You look great, buddy, Thank you for coming on again.

It's been a long time.

Speaker 1

You look great too.

Seriously, I'm honored to be here.

It's this is great.

It's so good to see you.

Wow.

Man.

Speaker 2

Yeah, have you been good?

Speaker 1

Good?

Speaker 2

Yeah?

Speaker 1

Working, working my ass off.

Speaker 2

You know you never stop, never stop?

Man, how it is?

Speaker 1

I mean, I know you're busy.

It's just busy, busy.

Got to just you know, keep on pushing along, try to save as many lives as we can.

You know, anything we can do.

Speaker 2

Yeah.

Well, I know your story, but let's give it.

I want to get into a brief sort of synopsis of sort of your childhood growing up, you know, how you sort of discovered this gift, the spirit of compassion.

Speaker 1

So yeah, I mean with me, it was age four.

I woke up one morning.

I heard a voice and it wasn't mine, and it wasn't anybody else around me.

It wasn't I thought somebody was talking out the window.

I went to the window, I got out of bed, and I was looking out the window.

And then I went looking for my family and it wasn't them.

And this voice was talking about all kinds of different things.

And one of the the crazy things about all of it, it was it was focused about health.

It was focused about chronic illness, and it was focused about the things that make people sick.

And the voice never went away.

It just stayed there forever since you know, since then until now.

And so how to dedicate my life because of it to giving people answers, you know, advanced information about why people are suffering and struggling.

And and my childhood was hard because of it.

It was not like this easy thing because the voice wasn't inside my head.

It'd be different.

If it was inside my head, it would be a different story, you know.

And you know, when people have racing thoughts, you know, people have racing thoughts and they got like, you know, they got repetitive stuff, or they got something going on in their mind, and it wasn't that at all, Like my thoughts would be kind of they could be cool and calm in the whole bit.

And then I would hear this voice on the right side of my body going to the right side of my head in my ear, and that voice would tell me something like, you know, I'd be in elementary school and there'd be a kid next to me and the voice would say, you know, he's got meningitis.

So I'd be like, meningitis, What is that?

Speaker 2

Hey, that's what I was about to say, Like you're you're four or five, six, seven years old, You're hearing all these words kind of like the hell is that?

Speaker 1

Exactly?

Every word was like that.

Every word I heard pretty much was like that meningitis.

So I wouldn't be able to say it even right, And so I went to the teacher and was like, you know, he's got meningitis, and the teacher started freaking out, and teacher teacher kind of held me behind, you know, class there called the parents, the kid's parents called the kid up.

Then we were you know, staying behind afterwards, and the teacher would be like, do you have meningitis?

That could be like I've never even heard of that.

What is that?

And and they're like, why do you think he has meningitis?

And I would say, I know he has meningitis.

So parents came in.

Then my parents came in and it became this big thing like you know, and my parents are like, thinking I had meningitis.

I'm like, no, I don't have men injitas.

He got it, and then that night he came down with a fever one hundred and four hundred and five.

They had a Russian to the hospital, never came to class.

The next day he had meningitis.

Wow, he diagnosed with it and he was in the hospital.

And so then it became how did he know this?

Like how did he know this?

So and back then one hundred years ago, because it's what it feels like back all the way.

Then it was that was something like wait a minute, you know, how is this possible?

And my parents had to tell like they had to tell the teacher and the principle like, no, he understands, like he knows these medical terms and he knows when someone's getting some kind of sickness and he knows this and it's been like that since age four and here I am, you know, age seven, and that's happening.

And so yeah, that's just an example of how it was.

Speaker 2

At what point though, did you so did you have brothers and sisters?

Speaker 1

Yeah?

You did, Yeah, and they they they heard that.

You know, I have two others and they heard all of this growing up, and you know, my family gave me great support.

Speaker 2

Well, it's interesting because when you're putting yourself in your parents' shoes, or when I am and let's say, this is happening and my son is now spouting these things and telling people that they have certain diseases, there's got to be a part of you or a part of their parents, your parents that are concerned at first, you know, before that they truly understand that maybe this is a gift.

Was there ever that moment where your parents like, aunt, like what's up, buddy?

Like do we need to get you checked?

Speaker 1

Oh?

Yeah, for sure, for sure?

And then the thing that happened was it would be like proven right, And that's where you can't like get away from it.

You know, I was with my dad, we were at this convention.

I was just a little kid and we were it was like a historian convention.

It was all about historic things and everything.

And I went and I bothered someone that was there.

I heard information.

You know, it was like, you know, you have this condition, you have this problem.

And they're like, wait a minute, you know, how do you know that?

What's what is this next thing?

You know?

It like an hour later, you know, my dad's looking for me, like where did he go?

In like fifteen twenty minutes later, it's like where did and a line has started a line, and now there's people wanting you know, readings.

They're just a line of people here.

I am this little kid, and they're asking me like what's wrong with this?

How come this hurts here?

And the next thing, you know, and this big convention we were at, there was about one hundred people waiting in line because everybody was saying, this kid knows what's going on.

He figured it out, and you know, and it just kept on going from just one person to another.

And that's so my parents.

My parents were, you know, they were really supportive because it was just it was what it was, Yeah, and you couldn't get away from it.

And yeah, it was back then too, it was odd.

I mean now it's odd.

Speaker 2

No, I know, for but did it prevent you from having sort of a normal I guess if you want to call it that childhood or you know, teenagehood into adulthood where you're in high school or you're college, or you're a young man who just wants to kind of cruise.

Speaker 1

You know.

No, it's a struggle, it really is.

You know, it was a struggle when I was a kid.

It was a struggle all through the teens.

You know, the voice I would hear, which I call spirit of compassion.

That voice even forewarned me when you get when you become a teenager, it's going to get real difficult because it's going to be hard to hear me, the voice.

It's going to be hard to hear me while you're trying to live your life.

I mean, I just wanted to have fun, and I was like, you know, wanted to be a regular kid and not worry about someone suffering.

And that's that was a big thing right there.

And then I had to do a lot of training, like in a cemetery that was near our home.

I spent countless hours in that cemetery and this voice I heard, spirit of compassion.

SoC would be like how did this person die?

How did that person die?

So be standing over a grave and here I am, you know, eight, nine, ten, eleven years old, twelve years old, I'd be standing over a grave and I'd have to be like I was in training, like you know, this person died of a car accident, not from a disease, you know, and it would be it would I would spend a lot of time in that cemetery.

So that wasn't a normal life.

And yeah, I just wanted to ride my bike, you know, go fishing, skateboarding, whatever, you know for sure.

But when you hear this voice all the time, it interfered constantly, just endlessly interfered.

But it was always to try to help somebody or to try to teach me about what's happening in the world, like you know, like what's going on and why people are sick, and how the world has unbalanced all that, you know, all that.

So it was really yeah, it was really hard.

Speaker 2

Were you are you religious?

I mean, do you believe in God?

I mean when we're talking, you know what I mean, where are you at with that?

Because you're actually communicating with something.

Speaker 1

Yeah, you're communicating with something.

So yeah, I do believe in God and it's a big part of my life, it really is.

And just because I hear this voice, and the voice I'm hearing is not God, So it's not God.

So it's not like God's talking to me and that's who I hear.

That's not what it is.

Spirit of Compassion is not an angel either.

Spirit of Compassion is not a ghost.

It's not a spirits.

I was told this when I was a child, and then Spirit of Compassion told me that he is a word, so the word compassion.

And so I had to kind of like grapple with that and be like, well, that's not what I'm I'm hearing a voice.

I'm hearing, like you know, clearly a voice and you know it.

But yes, I believe in God.

Yes if you call that religious, then I'm religious.

Speaker 2

But how do you square It's like how do you square that?

You know?

I know, it's kind of like WHOA, what is happening here?

You know you're having an experiential you know, moment not moment throughout your life where you know you're.

Speaker 1

Actually you know, I look back now and when I think about it, back then, every single thing had meaning.

You know.

It was like when my dog was drowning, It was I was I was a little bit older, wasn't.

I was just out of my teens, and my dog was got into this, like got jumped into the water into this cold bay way up north and it was icy cold at temperature of the water was probably like thirty eight or something like that, forty degrees.

And my dog got out there and wasn't coming back because she got caught in the surf out there, and there was just no way.

I knew she was gonna drown.

And I saw her just struggling out there and sway out there, so I just I just jumped in swam out there, and she went down.

And Spirit of Compassion said to me, you know, you're basically committing suicide right now.

That's what you're doing, because there's no there's no coming back from this.

You're gonna be you know, you're going to shut down and you're gonna you're gonna drown.

And I felt like, you know, it was I felt like, you know, what all that I've done and how I have to dedicate my whole life to helping people's was already helping people.

I was already on the daily helping people at that point.

You know, I had people from all around the world contacting me.

Speaker 2

I had how old are you at this point?

Speaker 1

I was like nineteen years old, eighteen, nineteen twenty in this timeframe, and my early twenties in that timeframe, I was already helping people.

I was already working.

I was at work.

Speaker 2

Wow.

Speaker 1

And so when I was when I was out in our water trying to save my dog's life, I felt like, look, if I'm dedicating my entire life to this, if I have to hear a voice day in and day out that can't be shut off about people suffering and their struggling and their chronic illness and their diseases and symptoms, and their losses and their struggles, if I have to hear about that NonStop, then you know I want my dog.

So I went out there.

Part of me kind of knew I might I may not be coming back.

And I swam out there.

I went down into the water and I saw my dog in the arms of an angel.

An angel underwater was holding my dog and just basically handed my dog when I was underwater to me, and I felt like I had superhuman powers, and I grabbed my dog and I surfaced, and then Spirit of Compassion said that basically, we can't keep that angel here any longer.

That angel is not gonna stay here any longer.

You have to get back.

And we barely made it back to shore, I mean crawled up that shore, and my dog's life was saved.

And I'll never forget this because I get emotional talking about it.

I just get emotional talking about it, and I can't forget about it because I felt like that was like okay, now, okay, okay, I'm not gonna complain.

I'm not gonna bitch.

I'm not gonna moan about crap.

I'm not gonna be, you know, a whiner.

I'm just gonna do what I need to do.

I'm gonna work with light.

I'm gonna help heal people.

I'm going to have them come and see me.

I'm going to talk to whoever needs help.

I'm going to find the answer for them.

I'm going to listen to Spirit of Compassion.

I'm not going to dodge out.

I'm not going to try to run.

I'm not going to try to get away from it.

I'm going to be committed like committed, committed, because when I was younger before that, I was struggling.

When I was eight, nine, ten years old, I was like, why do I have to care about anybody?

Speaker 2

Yeah?

Ah, So that was your sort of turning point, your transition of you know what, Yeah, this is now I this is a gift and I need to sort of honor this gift.

Prior to that, I can imagine being a young man, You're like this is great and all, but do I want this?

I don't want this, you know.

I mean, I know I'm helping people, but it's like, oh God, like this is more of a burden, right.

Speaker 1

And it was.

It was.

It was an everyday burden because you know, and a lot of times I would say to myself, Okay, turn it off, you know, turn it off.

This has to stop now.

I don't care.

I mean, I remember there was this time when I was eight years old.

It was really tough, this one moment where I was like, Okay, I need this off now, I need this away because you know, wherever I went, it'd be in a store with my family, it would be you know, you go to the beach with my family.

Whatever it is.

You just hear about everybody's struggles and their sickness and their illness, if they even have something going on, and you hear about it.

I'd be in the car in the back seat and I would hear from spirit compassion about the people next to a cent A car and the other people next to a center car.

And it was the kind of thing where I was like, Okay, I'm done now.

This was great for the last four years, but we have come to an end.

This is this is it.

I'm parting ways like I'm parting ways with you.

And that's that's what I said at eight, And it just was a useless thing to say.

Speaker 2

No, you're not, No, you're not.

Speaker 1

It didn't happen that way.

It wasn't going to happen.

So, you know, a lifetime of this now I look at it differently in a lot of ways you do, but man, I've you know, my early childhood was really hard with that, and then my teenager years were really hard with it.

And you know, it's a matter of like, Okay, no, I want to live normal.

No, I guess I'm not going to be able to live normal, or I accept it at some point.

Speaker 2

Right I was about to say, there's a moment of surrender where it's like, Okay, if this is it, I'm going to lean into it, you know.

Yeah, and then at what point did you write your first book?

How did you become the medical medium?

You know, where was what was that jump off where you're like, okay, like this is it.

Now I'm in the zeitgeist, you know, now I am I have some notoriety here to where I can really sort of my outreach is.

Speaker 1

You know, the health movement back years ago, thirty five years ago, thirty seven years ago, forty years ago was really small.

Speaker 2

It was really really small.

Speaker 1

It was like ridiculous, like that's how small it was.

And I was helping everybody and anybody in the health movement, anybody who was sick, who knew somebody or another.

People would come from all around.

I had an office and then I had a second office, and I worked on helping people recover their lives.

This is way long before social media, and this is way long before anything.

And you know, Spirit of Compassion Woul always say, well, you have to get a book done, you have to get a book out there.

You have to And it was hard to switch gears to get that book going because I mean I had a twenty four hour, seven day a week emergency service.

I mean people can call me at two in the morning.

Back in the older days, people knocked on my door at two in the morning.

Wow, like three in the morning down the door was It was like that.

There was, you know, a time period where I would have, like Saturdays, instead of me getting rest or I would be able to like chill out or something like a normal person would.

Saturdays would be like light work day.

It would be a line of people, you know, fifty sixty people on a Saturday morning at my office.

People coming in giving them a light blast.

Boom, they're out, Another person coming in giving them a light blast.

And it was like this Saturday morning was you know, light blast day.

Speaker 2

So wait, what is a What is a light blast?

Speaker 1

Light blast is something that I was taught to do when I was younger, Spirit of compassion.

So it's light coming from above and being timed just right and directed to the crown of somebody's head and it hits him on the top of the head and life changing results happen.

You know, Like if I'm at an event and people come there, I'll try to do a light blast and doesn't matter if you believe in it, don't believe in it, doesn't matter if you're somebody on the edge of the street looking in, it's going to probably hit you at that point, and it hits you on top of the head and it gets time just right, you know, from spirit of compassion, where this light comes down and people get life changing results.

It's just since I was a child that's been like this, Well, all of a sudden, their knee, their pain in their knees gone, or that's it, their pain in their rib is gone that they've had for ten years.

It's this miraculous process, this miraculous thing that happens.

It's truly profound for you know, for people to experience that.

And most people, many of them, they see light flash in their eyes or they'll just they'll feel it hit them.

It's truly a blessing that was given to me to offer for people.

And I remember going back decades ago and it would be like light blit last day and there would just be crowds of people waiting outside my little shack and to come in and just light blasts, and then they would leave light last day with one at a time until literally until I was going to drop by the end of the by the end of the night, and I couldn't turn anybody down.

And I was like that too when I had a seven million waiting lists.

I couldn't turn anybody down.

Speaker 2

There's just you just.

Speaker 1

Could not do it.

You just worked until you know, I would literally get to a point where spirit compassions is you're going to fall apart and you're gonna you're you're not superhuman, You're going to you can use the tools that's given like that that I've been that I've learned from spirit, those tools, I've learned to take care of myself.

But I've also burned myself to the ground, you know, through the process of trying to heal people and helping people heal and healing people all through my life since I was a child, and I'd have to use these tools to keep me strong enough so I can do it.

I mean, there was no I didn't have, Like I didn't have the life when I was growing up, in my in my twenties and my early twenties and my late twenties and my early thirties where I would go and just exercise, you know, let me go do three hours in the gym, you know what I mean.

Let me do three hours in the gym every day, and then after that, I'll go on somebody's party boat.

After that, I'll go I'll go down the beach.

Maybe I'll do a party.

I'll go to a party that night.

That wasn't my life.

My life was like you know, you just you worked in the office.

You worked on people day in and day out, and then you worked on the phone with them day in and day out.

Didn't matter what time.

I didn't do this thing where I'm going to sleep now from eleven o'clock at night to seven in the morning.

It was like, no, I had a twenty four hour service.

Yeah, and that's that's what happened, man.

Speaker 2

I mean eventually that you have to change that to have a sane, normal life.

Yeah.

Speaker 1

So I've squeaked it a little bit of that before, you know, before I end up like completely dissolving.

I squeaked in a little bit of that.

But the first book I was working on many years ago, many years ago before it was published, ten years ago.

I handed into the publisher I think in twelve years ago, and that first book, Medical Medium that finally came out.

That book was just it was life changing for so many people.

Okay, so many.

Speaker 2

Lives, I know.

So what's the let's talk about the foundation of sort of the first book and how it's sort of pressed on past that.

But what is your foundation for all of this?

Speaker 1

Well, it's about somebody being able to rise from me.

Speaker 2

Because salary juice was the big thing back in the day.

Speaker 1

It was like, I mean, everybody's still drinking it.

No one will talk about it, but everybody's still drinking all the same.

All the farms are producing.

It doesn't stay in the stores.

Everybody's buying tons, they're all juicing it.

But because there's you know, we're in a world now where anybody who's anybody on social they're not going to talk about something unless they're being paid, right, unless it's theirs or they're being paid something like that.

Right, that's how the world works.

So no one's going to talk about cellery now.

I mean, people still are still talking about it, don't get me wrong, they still are.

And it's but it's in all the stores.

It's in every health food store.

It's you know, people are drinking it.

Every supermodel's on cellary juice.

It's it's all good it's just that everybody is quiet about it while they're doing it because you can't make any money off of it.

There's nothing, there's no you can't.

It's like you take celery, it's juiced in a store, it's juiced in whatever, in a juice shop, and you drink it and you heal.

You make your own cellary juice, you drink it and you heal.

And so because of that, it's like that that little bit of a secret slash.

Everybody's doing it, but they keep it kind of quiet because it makes nobody.

It's one of those things I mean, but yeah, it's celary juice is legendary.

You get on sixteen ounces thirty two ounces of celary juice.

You got a problem, you know, there's a very good chance you're going to just be kissing that problem goodbye, unless you're really sick, and then you're still gonna need celary juice, yeah, because you're gonna feel benefits.

But you might need some additional stuff too.

But celery juice is like what a healing weapon that is.

Speaker 2

Yeah, Yeah, we'll get back to the sort of the when you wrote your first book, what you were trying to get across you know because essentially that that those are your roots, you know, and then you move from there into all different different factions.

But those are your roots.

What were those roots?

Rounded in roots are?

Speaker 1

You know?

You've been to one hundred doctors, yeap, doesn't matter if you like me, don't like me, like the way I look, don't like the way I look, like the way I sound, don't like the way it sound, whatever it is, you know, it doesn't matter.

If you're sick, if you're struggling, you know, get that book or get that Medical Medium information under your belt because it's life saving.

It's changed so many lives.

And that foundation is that, you know, the first Medical Medium book, it was all about, here's why you're suffering, makes and pains, tingles and numbness, ringing in the ears, vertigo, dizziness, Maneir's disease, whatever it is that you have.

Ra true causes of these diseases and symptoms, fibromiology, lime disease, true causes of multiple scrosses, true causes of all these conditions are going to be in your hands.

It's about the foundation is the true causes, the real, true causes of mystery illnesses like shingles, behind mystery symptoms conditions, you know, and Epstein bar behind anxiety and depression in toxic heavy metals, autism and ADHD like real, real, meaningful, powerful ways to heal, and it's in that book.

And yeah, that's like the foundational aspect of it.

Speaker 2

And then you give ideas, you know, then you give protocols on how to heal.

Speaker 1

Protocols on how to heal exactly, and that book was I had to get that book out.

I had to.

At that point, with the waiting list of people needing help from me, I knew that I just couldn't crack at that seven million waiting list anymore.

That was building quick.

I had to get the book out there.

It had to happen.

And Spirit Compassion was like, do it.

Now, you have to push through, and you have to.

You have to shift and get that book out there to save lives.

And then at this time, and you probably remember this, but everybody was afraid of fruit.

Don't eat fruit.

No one in the health movement was allowed to eat fruit.

People were altered.

It was sugar's evil and fruit is sugar and fruit is the reason why you're sick.

And meanwhile, nobody really ate fruit.

But fruit fear was rampant at the time, like absolutely rampant, and that book exploded the truth about how fruit helps you heal.

It's the reason why fruit is even let in the door in the carnivore movement right now.

Carnivore movement was like they had to bring in fruit, so they're using medical medium information.

They had to get away from that fruit fear.

It's it's just the foundational tools right now in the health movement.

They stem from medical medium information.

Whether anybody likes it or not, you know, it is what it is.

And the track record to people healing was insane and still is to this day.

Speaker 2

And it's all natural, right, I mean, it's all of course natural stuff.

It's food, it's juice, is it's all of that?

Speaker 1

Is it?

Speaker 2

Is it food?

Is there food based?

Speaker 1

Yeah?

Oh yeah.

One of the one of the greatest, one of the greatest of all time, which is the most popular detos there is in the world right now.

It's the medical medium heavy metal detox.

It's the most popular, the most powerful heavy metal detos in the world right now, and people swear by it.

It's not just like one person got better, it's millions of people got it's a combination of these five key ingredients of spirillina, barley, grass, juice, powder, wild blueberries, not regular blueberries, that got to be wild blueberries, dulce which is Atlantic you know coast, It's a sea vegetable on the Atlantic coast, so it's dulce that has to be there, cilantro that has to be there.

And that heavy metal detox has saved lives.

And then the twenty eight day cleanse.

People being able to do a twenty eight day cleanse that wasn't hard to do, and it just moved the move them forward.

There were so many tools in there.

There was the medical medium, spinned soup, there was the celery juice.

It's these tools and then it's why I'm sick, Like, oh my god, I know why I'm sick now.

For the first time, it wasn't just a book of protocols.

It was a book of here's why you're sick.

And it was your mono that you had, mono nucleosis you had when you were in your twenties, it was the mononucleosis you had when you were in your teens.

Well, you're now sick at forty years old because of your mononucleosis when you were in your teens, and it was because the virus came back out.

And I talked all about this, how these viruses come back out later and they end up giving you all kinds of neurological symptoms.

And here's another thing.

Nobody talked about neurological symptoms back then.

It was nobody knew people who were sick had neurological symptoms.

It was medical medium information was all about the neurological symptoms.

So this foundation of how to heal, and you know, and it's still happening now every day with the medical medium books and people finding answers.

They're finding the answers every day with that information and healing.

And I can say this confidently.

There's nothing in the health movement anywhere anyhow, both conventional and in alternative, that has healed more people than the medical leadium information, the track record, all of it.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you're so your skeptics, the haters, do you just.

Speaker 1

Say plenty of those.

Speaker 2

And of course that's in everything, But are you just kind of like, no, I'm not going to respond, fuck off, Like you can think what you want.

But I know, of course I know who I am I know what I feel, I know what I've done, and there's a billion testimonials to sort of prove me right, even though I don't need there is.

I don't need to be proven right.

I just understand and know.

I mean, or do you ever get bothered by the hater?

Speaker 1

Well, I mean the hardest part, the hardest part of all is someone getting like one piece of medical medium information to get one piece, but it's mixed in with a bunch of crap that won't get them better, they won't heal, and then they don't know where they need to go to get the rest of it.

So they're going to be sick for the next ten years, fifteen years, brain fog, you know, fatigue, weird, you know tremors and restless leg syndrome, and you know gum pain, jaw pain, burning tongue, burning mouth like you know, burning feet, whatever they're dealing with.

It's like boom, They're gonna just be sick for the next ten years.

With that next fifteen years until they find out they got to get the metals out, until they find out it's the mercury and the aluminum in the copper and how it works, until they know how to kill off the viruses in their body, and then they need to know how they can have a non rashing shingles virus where you don't see a rash, but you're in pain.

You're just your body's in pain every day.

Until they learn this, mystery back pain and mystery jaw pain and head pain.

Until they know this, they're not going to really get the answers they need.

And so the sad part is you see, like you see some poach, some poach to medical media.

Information that's taken, it's put, it's out there.

Someone's doing something that's good for them, but they don't know that where to get the rest of it.

They don't know where to get, you know, what they need.

They don't know where to learn about how they got sick and what to avoid.

Like I blew up the whole thing on fragrances, like the plug in air fresheners, and you know, the the clones and perfumes and the fabric softeners and the detergents.

I mean I remember back ten years ago, I was blowing the world up with that information and everybody was like, what are you crazy?

Who cares about a refresheners?

The health movement was like, who cares about air refresheners?

Are you nuts?

Then I was talking about how alcohol was not good, and then health movement was like, oh, you shouldn't be talking about that because all the podcast doctors drink wine.

They all drink you know, champagne and wine, and anybody in the health movement, whoever they were, for the most part, almost every one of them was drinking alcohol.

So it was like every time I came out with like, this is why you shouldn't do this.

You shouldn't have caffeine, you shouldn't have alcohol.

Here's what caffeine does to your brain.

You know you shouldn't be doing this is really early on.

The whole fragrance thing is a medical medium going on decades now, and then the plug in air fresheners, pull them out and throw them out.

Now you'll see every day, like all of a sudden, another influencer, doctor, somebody, chiropractor will be like, you need to take out your ear fresheners and throw them away.

It's like, dude, I've been teaching about that for forever, for decades, and I got a lot of crap for it it.

But what's sad is, yeah, take your a fresheners and throw them away.

But if you're suffering with like a condition, a serious condition, like you're really struggling, you better get the MM info, the medical medium information, so you can you can move forward and now heal.

Speaker 2

You know, back when you started last time we talked, you know, social media wasn't even near what it is now, and especially in this rise of medical influencers, health influencers, mindfulness influencers, all of it is like huge right now.

But just as a whole, you know, what's your feeling of this sort of influencer medical tape?

Speaker 1

Look, I mean, I know that people, a lot of people.

There's probably some good people out there.

They got the heart in it, but it's sad because it's a lot of noise and in the end it's still it still doesn't like get to the real root cause.

So if you're I look at it this way.

This is how I always look at it.

If I ever got sick, like me, myself got sick, right and I just didn't know the information, and I was just like somebody else out there, just so anybody out there, and I was like them.

And I woke up one morning and I was like oh shit, my life is over now.

I can't function, I can't work.

I'm like, you know, my relationship is going down down the tubes because I just can't even like I'm going to doctor after doctor.

I'm losing everything, like I'm suffering and mentally, emotional, physically, you know, and all that.

Let me go now into the health movement and take a look, you know what I mean.

Let me go, Let me go look at all the different podcasts, let me go look at the information out there.

I'd be fucked.

I would be totally totally like I would be.

It would be so sad because you'd get tidbits, you get bits and pieces of the good stuff, like wait a minute, wait, metals might be behind my adhd oh, scratch my head.

What do I do now?

Then you end up doing something stupid and you get sicker.

You know, you don't fix the problem.

Or I'd be like, wait a minute, I might have a pathogen.

Oh, let me follow this person who says it's a parasite.

It's not a parasite.

But I would be totally screwed.

I would be like it would be back to that.

It would be like where do I go?

Let me go buy these programs.

Let me spend five thousand dollars on these programs.

Let me go see if I can do this detox.

And it is madness out there for somebody who's really sick.

Madness, and it's so sad, And the trends constantly get recycled over and over again, and it's back to that again.

Yeah, And because everybody's also trying to make a buck in the healing movement, all turn into movement.

They're all trying to make money, so they're just recycling the same old shit and the same old trends that never worked to start with.

I would be so if I was sick and suffering, if I woke up where I was like, okay, now I know after my tenth doctor, Now I know after my twentieth blood draw, where they're pulling blood from me and they're giving me every microbiome you know treatment, I can possibly be giving me every cebo treatment they're telling me it's this and there that.

After being sick long enough, if I went just like out there and I was like, there's got to be an answer out there, I would be totally screwed.

And that's what's happening with the chronicle.

All they're still in a place where it's gonna be like good luck.

Speaker 2

That's how sad it is.

Speaker 1

Okay, sure, now it's like no, you know, no processed foods.

Some may get off of processed food some may get off junk foods.

If you're somebody that's you know, in that realm where you're not that sick, and you can get off of processed foods and you can get a little bit better, good, good good.

Somebody though with real chronic illness, like you got neurological problems, you can't function.

You're now in the category where you're getting thrown into the multiple scrossis machine or whatever the machine is, the Lime disease machine, whatever it is.

It's like good luck out there.

It's so hard.

And that's that's how I look at it.

Speaker 2

How do you feel about like, uh, you know, like the peptides, this wave of like peptides are hot right now?

Speaker 1

You know, stupid, it's stupid.

Speaker 2

You're not into that.

Speaker 1

It's actually stupid.

Speaker 2

Why I don't take them?

I'm just I'm curious.

Speaker 1

If you're somebody that's bedridden with chronic illness, you're on Mattress Island, you're just you're on Mattress Island.

You've done everything.

You're on Mattress Island.

You've been to so many doctors, you've tried everything.

You think peptides are going to fix you.

Speaker 2

No, but what if you're not I'm saying, if you're not sick, No, I know you're just trying to I'm saying just generally if you're if you're trying to use them as sort of a supplement for a better life, for inflammation, for you know, whatever it is.

There's thousands of peptides.

Speaker 1

If you're not sick and you want to use them for like longevity, Like you're being told this is going to give you longevity, whatever it is.

Yeah, sure you can take them.

Are they going to give you longevity?

No one's going to know.

But you're somebody who's sick.

You're not going to see anything change, right, You're not gonna see anything change with creatine.

You're not gonna see anything change with peptides.

You're not gonna you know, you're not gonna short change.

You know, aminos.

You're not going to see anything change with any kind of thing like that.

Because no one's saying.

No, one's saying, dude, you got epstein bar, you got shingles.

You've got herpie simplex one.

You got cyitemegna virus, probably got HPV somewhere deep down inside.

You got you know, mercury all in your brain.

You got a combination of all that.

Your liver's totally toxic, your drenals are burned out.

Your stomach, you know, your low, low hydrochloric acid in your stomach.

You can't break down proteins.

You're sick, dude, you're sick.

You throw peptides at somebody, You throw creatine, you throw chila treaty, you throw peoral powder, you throw collagen, you throw claustrum, and they're not getting better.

See, those are all biohack trends.

The biohack trends are for people who aren't sick.

And you take somebody who's just on the edge of getting not well.

No matter what they're doing, they're just gonna keep on waifing back and forth.

Oh, I think the peptidees helping.

Oh, I think the creatine's helping.

Oh wait a minute, I think the collagen in the clostrums is helping.

I think the pearl powder is helping.

With my skin, I think this is changing.

But the minute you get that, the scale is tipped and now you're a sick person.

You'll drown in that stuff.

Charcoal, you know, collagen, clastrum, peptides, you know, creatine, weave, protein powder, sodium bicarbonate, you know, you'll nutritional least, You'll just drown in all of that.

Speaker 2

Yea.

Speaker 1

You know.

The one thing that I could say, you know, one thing recently, I was like, you know, I'm proud of medical medium information for saving so many lives, but I'm proud of also some of the things that we have completely conquered, like the fruit fear.

For the most part, Medical medium information conquered that.

That's why fruit is not shunned now for anybody in the health movement.

The other thing is fish oil.

How much do you hear about fish oil now?

Speaker 2

Yeah?

Speaker 1

Do you hear a ton?

Oh?

Yeah, Like you know, like it's it's less on the fish oil.

Yeah, Mega threes and fish oil and all that krill oil.

It used to be like exploding on the scene of the health trends, like it was all fish oil.

Speaker 2

I remember, like back in the day, it was all about fish oil.

Speaker 1

And yeah, exactly, But you don't hear it every second.

Speaker 2

Now you're hearing it's different.

Creatine is like the new shit.

I mean, even though creatine has been around forever, but everyone's taking creatine.

Speaker 1

But you hear that though it's been around forever.

Yeah, And that's the thing.

Everybody who was sick with chronic sickness and chronic illness many years ago, they took creatine.

It never got them better.

They took creatine, they took fish oil, they took fulvic acid, fullvic minerals, they took beta glucans, they took like you can just go down the list of all the biohack shit.

And now we're back in the recycled trends.

Now we're back in the colostrum thing and everything we're going.

We're going now where they recycle it.

Classroom.

Never got any body better who's chronically sick twenty years ago, and now it's all back.

Die tamacious earth particles that hurt people years ago, now they're bringing it back.

It's insane how it works.

Then you got the ionizer water machines that upline ionizer water machines.

They hurt people, but they bring them back.

They don't get anybody better.

All those ionizer water machines ended up in everybody's closets back twenty years ago.

It's a money game.

It's all about money, advertising, promotional campaigns, money advertising.

Get back on a trend again.

Creat team's been around, but bring it back in, make it look like it's going to fix people.

And then what you'll have is a bunch of people who aren't sick.

They'll be taking it thinking that it's helping their game, it's getting them back on their game.

But if they ever got sick, if that person who's not sick now who takes all this stuff, if they ever got sick, they may and they will because face it, no matter what they're going to everybody is how do you think we all die in the end?

Natural causes?

As you know, No, no, it's not like that.

And so whoever is on that thing where they're on the clostrum bandwagon, now they're on the probiotic band wagon.

Then they're on the you know, they're on the creatine, then they're on the peptides, if they ever get sick, they're gonna be like, holy crap, this isn't helping me, this isn't saving me.

Let me go to another doctor, and then this doctor's going to be like, you got mold, that's the problem.

And now they're gonna be like mold, mold, mold, mold, mold, and ain't gonna be peptides and creatine saving them.

Mold, mold, mold.

You've got lime disease now, and it isn't gonna be peptides in creatine and colostrum helping them.

It's it's it's a swarm of just noise, and people get easily tricked.

Speaker 2

Well, it's almost like you have to It's like what you're saying, you have to clean out your body before those supplements are before those colostrums, as peptides will even have an efect.

Speaker 1

Exactly if they give you any effect at all, if they give you any classroom doesn't give anybody any effect.

But if you get any if you get any effect at all from any of that stuff, you know, you got to be probably healthy enough, strong enough not really have an illness, and then maybe it can offer you something.

Maybe you know, but you'll never know because you weren't sick to begin with.

So it's really tricky like that.

Everyone forgets every five years.

Every five years, everybody forgets, so the movement.

Every new generations come.

New generations aren't just fifteen years later anymore.

New generations are every five years now.

For some reason, it's like this every five year thing, and everybody gets tricked easily to thinking, well, they need to be on clostrom again, and they need to be on shillojet again, and they need to be on you know, some kind of caffeine, some kind of matcha tea.

Again, green tea doesn't fix anybody.

If you've got chronic sickness and green tea, you're just gonna get sicker.

The caffeine's gonna make you sicker when you're chronically all.

But if you're somebody that drinks coffee every day, you're not sick yet in your life, and you can handle the caffeine and stuff.

You can drink green tea.

Speaker 2

How do you know?

How do you know if you're chronically ill?

Meaning do you have to have symptoms every single day and wake up feeling like total dog shit?

Or can you just be living your life and you're kind of living a malaise or you're a little like I mean, how do you know?

I mean, the degrees of chronic illness.

Speaker 1

There's there's degrees.

There's the not so sick people.

They got a little bloating, yeah, and then maybe they get a little sunny sidis.

Once in a while, they get a little acne that comes and goes.

You know, they're not so sick crowd, right, they can play around, try creatine, and then they can try peptides, and then they can try closstroum.

Then they can try pearl powder, and then they can try charcoal, they can try whatever.

You know, you get those people they're not so sick, and they're kind of wafing around.

Speaker 2

Back and forth.

Speaker 1

They get a lot of cheat days.

They do a lot of cheat meals all the time.

They're like, you know, eating pizza at some kind of like you know, high end pizza restaurant.

Then the next day they're they're fasting for the whole day and they're just on caffeine basically all day or something like that.

Then you know, then they're eating a salad for dinner.

Then the next day they're eating something else that's not so great, whatever it is.

They're they're kind of like, they get a little acme, they get a little bloating, they get a little foggy, so they get a little bit of anxiety.

They're the not so sick crew.

I'm not saying those things are like no big deal anybody with any symptom, I deeply, deeply.

Speaker 2

Like, no, you're like describing me.

I think I'm in that.

I'm in that pot right there.

Speaker 1

You're in that pot right there.

Speaker 2

Yeah, I'm right in kind of there, like I feel good, but can a little anxiety, little, this little dank again, a little foggy.

You know, I'm in that sort of zone.

It's impossible.

I was talking to Aaron and my wife.

I was talking about of course I know, and I was like, does anyone wake up every single morning and just feel fucking amazing?

Like every morning and throughout the day They're like, I just feel incredible, like zippity do dae with my life.

I everyone must have pains and aches or days where they're off or you know what I mean.

Speaker 1

You know, there's a there's a big crowd that if you take their caffeine away, they're going to start feeling something's wrong.

Yeah, yeah, they're a caffeine is is keeping them on point, but they have problems in a little bit of adrenal fatigue or they're not all clear in the head, their neurotransmitters aren't so great, and they're on caffeine and it's hiding the symptoms.

There's that crowd, but there's yeah, there's not a lot of people that feel fantastic every single day and every single morning.

We're kind of we've left that port a long time ago.

But the not so sick crowd can still function.

They can go hop on a treadmill, they can still run on a treadmill.

They can go do some workouts.

You know, they got little problems here and there.

They got to see their practitioners, they got to see their functional medicine doctors or whoever they're saying.

But then there's the sick crowd.

You know, sick crowd is oh shit, I'm fucking sick.

Speaker 2

Yeah yeah, I mean so your book you made an amendment, right you did?

You did you sort of?

Speaker 1

Yeah?

Oh yeah, no I didn't expand yeah it's expansion right, So been expanded right there?

Speaker 2

Life Changing Foods Expanded Edition.

What are we expanding this?

Speaker 1

Oh man?

Just all new recipes, all new recipe photos, talking about the so many different poisons and toxins that are actually you know, giving people a less quality of life that are out there, everything from chemtrails to everything out of the sun, thirty new foods, you know, wild foods, herbs, leaking greens, all of that.

I mean, it's just it's packed just so much information.

Infertility information, fertility problems.

You know.

It's a resource book.

It's this book that you could just have for a lifetime, you know, in the house.

And this book here, millions of copies of this book allready sold, the original one back years ago, but this is the new edition expanded.

It's like almost six hundred pages.

It's it's a book.

And this is just my manuscript right here coming out.

Speaker 2

By the way, I was thinking that would be cool to have a book like like that.

Speaker 1

It's already gonna be one big bible have in their kitchen in the whole bed.

And you got a big old index in there.

You can look up your symptoms conditions and it talks about how like food can help your symptoms and conditions, like which foods can help with their symptoms and conditions, and then the spiritual benefits of the food.

Speaker 2

The motion I want it.

You got to send that to me.

Well, it's a great book, yeah, send me, send me a copy, dude, for sure, I would love I would love to read that extended version, no doubt, for sure, for sure.

Yeah, well, dude, this has been fun.

Man, I could talk to you forever.

Flu flew by.

Where are you right now?

Speaker 1

Are you gone?

Speaker 2

Where do you live?

Speaker 1

I'm in La right now, in La.

Speaker 2

Yeah, we still have my number.

Hit me up.

Speaker 1

Yeah, I mean, you got it, you got it.

Speaker 2

One more question.

Do you ever get sick?

Speaker 1

Uh?

Well, I could run myself.

I could run myself down.

Yeah.

Speaker 2

Or you could catch a cold I mean or no, I mean.

Speaker 1

I could catch a cold if I'm not you know, getting a few hours of sleep.

But no, no, no, I'm not sick.

I don't get sick and I haven't gotten sick.

Speaker 2

So yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1

But you know, like just saying that, you.

Speaker 2

Know, you're just saying that.

Speaker 1

No, no, man, No I don't have any I don't have any medical problems and you know, conditions and symptoms and stuff.

No, I'm solid.

But you know, at the same time, I'm human and you know I work hard and you got to be careful.

Speaker 2

Yeah all right, brother, great talking to you.

Aunt.

Speaker 1

Hey man, I love you brother.

Speaker 2

Yeah, you hit me up.

Be good, okay, be good, all right, I'll catch yeah, catch right, all right?

Right, Uh, there is Anthony William Yeah, he was in my podcast with Kate.

We did it.

We did him a long long time ago.

As I said, the thing about Anthony as well is like he's obviously very passionate about this.

It's been proven for himself and for the people who have followed his protocols, and you know, hey, man, if it works for you, it works for you.

All that being said, you know, the disclaimer is is that he's not a doctor obviously, So you know what he's saying is coming from his experience, from the testimonials that he has had, and you know, for all of the good that he's done, so you know that it's it's that's his stuff.

So don't take this as gospel.

There's no there's nothing medical here.

So don't sue me, you know what I mean, Don't sue me.

Don't sue aunt.

Listen to it.

Take what you want, and then throw away what you don't want.

I don't care.

Just don't fucking sue me.

I'm gonna get that book.

Maybe I can cure my heart burn.

Yeah, maybe just stop drinking?

How about that?

Oliver?

All right, everyone, stay healthy, love you ow
