Flights have resumed at Des Moines International Airport after a Delta plane slid off the runway.
Airport officials say the incident happened around ten pm Saturday, when a Delta flight arriving from Detroit left the tarmac in a snowstorm.
No passengers were injured.
The airfield reopened shortly today after eleven thirty am, and normal operations resumed.
Several flights were canceled or delayed.

In New York, several people are under arrest after an anti ice protest in Lower Manhattan.
Lisa Salvati reports.
Speaker 4Ice out of New York is the message protesters chanted in Chinatown, near where an ice rate took place in October.
The New York Daily News reports demonstrators near Canal Street blocked a garage entrance where ICE agents wearing masks had gathered to conduct an immigration enforcement operation.
The agents couldn't leave and called the NYPD for help.
Cops arrested protesters, who they say weren't listening to their warnings to stop blocking the entrance.
When the agents did drive out, demonstrators then threw garbage at their vehicles and cops received pepper spraying them.
Speaker 2A new bowl is suggesting most Americans no longer see four year college degrees as worth the cost.

Speaker 3The new NBC News poll shows only one third of registered voters agreed with this statement that a four year degree is worth the cost because people have a better chance to get a good job and earn more money over their lifetime.
Nearly two thirds agreed with the opposing statement that a four year degree is not worth the cost because people often graduate without specific job skills and with a large amount of debt to pay.
