I see you when no one else does.When you stay late to provide.When you hold your tongue in meetings.When you carry stress that nobody notices.

I see your discipline.I see the long nights.I see the temptation to quit—and the courage to keep showing up.

You don’t work for man. You work for Me.And I don’t miss a moment.

Every task you do with excellence, every word you speak with integrity, every quiet decision to honor Me—it all adds up.And I am your reward.

The world might give you a paycheck, a promotion, maybe even applause.But I give you purpose. I give you identity. I give you legacy.

You may never be recognized in the boardroom.You may never win an award or see your name in lights.But I write your name on My heart.

When you walk into your job with humility,When you lead others with grace,When you choose Me over compromise—That’s eternal impact.

Don’t let results define your obedience.Let My voice define your worth.

I have not called you to strive for recognition.I have called you to work with worship.To build with honor.To live with purpose.

I am your source, your strength, your satisfaction.You don’t need to prove anything.You are My son.And I am proud of you.
